The purpose of this study is first to identify the dimensions of a trade show's service quality and the dimensions of the exhibitors' show performance, and thereafter determine the relationship between the trade show's service quality and the exhibitors' show performance. This study attempted empirical research, together with a literature review, to discover the effect of service quality upon on exhibitors' performance. A survey was conducted during an international trade show that was held in Korea where more than 100 businesses participated. The sample was selected from among the people who were in charge (e.g., managers) of their own private businesses. As a result, the study validated nine dimensions of a trade show's service quality: host and public relations, security, reputation and reliability, access, customer service, exhibition program, physical facilities, convenient facilities, and attendance cost. The study also identified five dimensions of the performance of participants: sales performance, information collection, networking, image building, and motivation. Overall, the empirical results of this study verified that there is a correlation between the performance of exhibitors and the service quality. of trade shows.

This study investigates whether the efforts of infusing managerial ideologies or organizational visions affect service quality and organizational effectiveness for emotional workers. Data for the empirical analysis were collected from employees (doctors, nurses, and so on) in 14 hospitals on a national scale. The results indicate that ideological infusion efforts have a significant and positive effect on service quality, job involvement, and organizational attachment. Interestingly, the effect of these efforts is greater than the effects of other employment conditions like wage, employment security, and social support.

The technological revolution, also referred to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it embraced by government should transform the way governments serve their citizens. The growth of broadband in Africa is leapfrogging its technological development. And thus, many African governments will soon be able to offer quality e-Government services to their citizens. These technologically driven governments will be able to provide decision-makers with timeous information to make judgments that could influence policies. Proponents of e-Government believe that in the digital age, governments can use this information to reduce corruption and increase, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and public participation. e-Government service quality should ensure customer satisfaction. Although many studies have examined the role of e-Government and the quality of its services, few studies have examined the quality of e-Government services in terms of both supply and demand. This paper examines and reviews the academic-state-of-the-art on the factors that affect the quality of e-Government services from both perspectives. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods for data gathering and analysis, a mixed methods research methodology was used.

Payment systems are evolving, and this study examines how blockchain and AI improve online transactional security and service quality. The study examines micro and macro payment systems, compares online, and offline methods all over the world. The study also examines how blockchain and AI affect payment system security, privacy, and efficiency globally and rapidly digitizing economy. Digital payment methods are growing all over the world with high literacy and digital engagement, but they face challenges. The research highlights cybersecurity threats and the need to balance user convenience and security. It suggests blockchain and AI improve online payment services, supporting the policies for different countries. In this extensive research survey, we compare and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of various payment systems, their practicality, and their robustness. This study also examines how technological innovations and payment systems interact to reveal how blockchain and AI could transform the financial sector. It seeks to understand how technology-enhancing service quality can boost customer satisfaction and financial stability in the digital age. The findings should help policymakers, financial institutions, and technology developers optimize online payment systems for a more secure and efficient digital economy.

Network security performance evaluation is a complex and diverse system environments, a single, specific performance measurements alone performance evaluation measure itself and the meaning of the reliability of the evaluation results do not limit the number of days only. In this paper, we propose a method to measure the security features of security, QoS measurement techniques using MOS satisfaction. MOS(Mean Opinion Score) Rating specifications for network security, QoS satisfaction and how to operate the development and operational model for future customer's satisfaction for information systems that can be used to evaluate the QoS measurement/analysis be utilized in the field. Objectified in the form of standards and performance measurement system provider (supplier development) and consumers(users) all the results available so that how to develop a system. Development is the development of information security features, the performance of these two features networking capabilities and a comprehensive evaluation of a three-gaeyoungyeok Correlating performance measurement methodology. Systematic measurement environment designed using the proposed methodology of this study, when the operating system is on the satisfaction of the security, QoS can be calculated. The objectives of this study identify the factors that affect the quality of MTS services, to determine the effects of these service quality factors on customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty. The results are as follows: First, The Four factors, i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's satisfaction. Second, The Five factors, i.e., rapidness, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's loyalty. Third, There are some differences in assurance/period of utilization, empathy/period of utilization in using MTS services according to social statistics. This article provides the paradigm of new convergence on IT and finance.

Purpose: The scale of a market of mobile payment which was insignificant is explosively being improved by development of various communications technology and achieving rapid diffusion of smart phone. According to this phenomenon, new method of financial dealings through a mobile can be seen as a new paradigm that leads to a change of existing payment work and also recognized as an innovation of information technology. Methods: but a study regarding whether the use of mobile payment service takes an important role as an influencial factor is still insufficient. This study was based on the model of innovation resistance by Ram(1987) and established a hypothesis and a model to confirm how four factors (usability, security, economic feasibility, responsiveness) influence to innovation resistance and the intention of discontinuous use. Results: usability, security were found to be significant predictor variables of innovation resistance to use mobile payment system, but economic feasibility, responsiveness were not found to be significant predictor variables. Conclusion: Providing gave a theoretical foundation for future research in that it presents the variables to consider new forms of mobile payment services, the mobile payment services will need to show a differentiated strategy and traditional marketing strategy.

The purpose of this study is to find the development of the special security business plan based on the problem that guards are now aware of special security service. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we analyzed the data after expert survey and interview conducted by seven experts engaged in special security services more than 10 years. The guard who perform special security service proposed a development plan of special security services as follows. First, the current education system for new employees' training is required to improve the educational program of 60 hours in subjects related to special security duties by reorganization. Second, the special security service training for guards also appropriate to switch to 9-hour training program for three months through an educational organization controlled by country. Third, the special security guards should be proceeding the practical programs required in the field and quality education in the different section by competent and professional instructors. Fourth, the retirement age for special security guard stipulated in the Security Services Industry Act that needs to be readjusted upward by considering the social environment. Sixth, there needs to be organized the Special Security Association for development associated with the special security service and to protect the rights of special security guards.

Various Kinds of social pathology and crimes that threaten our daily safety are on the increase in process of time as a result of the development of science and technology empty of moral sense, Value Confusions, apolaustic tendency, economic and social transformation recently. Moreover the effective provision of police service lies beyond the boundaries of the police organization. Therefore private security personnel have made an effort for safety and protection of group as well as an individual through the introduction of private security industry based on a benefit principle and private security industry is being become complexes utilizing technology as well as high-end devices through various international events. The field of private security industry in Korea is being extended rapidly with expansionism of society and public services but the quality improvement is declining. Furthermore the study of recruit education program for security personnel as the basis of quality improvement is insufficient compared with the study of police service. Consequently, this investigation is going to contribute to development of recruit education program for security personnel through the analysis about difference of each subject usability for education about electronic security and facility guard.
