한국의 민간경비산업은 1960년대 초 미군부대의 용역경비를 실시함으로써 시작되었다. 이후 1973년 청원경찰법이 제정되었고, 1976년 용역경비업법(현 경비업법)이 제정됨으로써 민간경비산업이 조금씩 성장하기 시작하였다. 1980년대 초 외국기술과 자본의 도입으로 민간경비산업은 급속한 성장을 하였고, 현재 2000여개가 넘는 민간경비업체들이 있다. 하지만 이러한 업체들 중 상당수의 업체들이 부실경영과 자본력의 압박, 인력관리능력부족 등으로 인하여 인프라를 구축하지 못하고 파산하거나 영세성을 면치 못하고 있다. 그리고 이들 업체들은 치열한 민간경비시장에서 생존하기 위하여 과다한 덤핑행위와 위${\cdot}$탈법을 저지르거나 자격조건에 맞지 않는 인력채용 등으로 민간경비시장을 어지럽히고 있다. 또한 민간경비업체의 허가요건을 갖추기가 너무 용이하다보니 업계의 진${\cdot}$출입이 손쉽게 이루어진다. 이러한 모든 문제점이 피드백을 이루면서 민간경비시장의 질적 발전을 저해하고 있다 .이에 본 연구자는 한국민간경비산업의 현황을 분석하고, 이에 따르는 문제점을 도출하여 미국, 일본의 민간경비를 바탕으로 한국민간경비산업에 대한 적절한 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에 따르면, 현재 한국 민간경비는 법적${\cdot}$제도적 측면, 경영적 측면, 학문연구적 측면, 마지막으로 관련기관의 문제점을 해결해야만 한다. 이러한 문제점들은 법의 일원화, 자격증제도의 도입, 체계화된 경영전략, 관련기관의 상호협력 등이 원활하게 이루어지면서 해결될 것이며, 한국 민간경비는 더욱 발전할 것으로 전망된다.렛 장애 환아군에서 유의하게 높음이 관찰되었다. 그러나 TDT에서는 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 또 뚜렛 장애 환아군의 세 가지 서로 다른 유전형 사이에 틱 장애의 가족력, 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애, 강박증, 약물에 대한 반응, 공존 질환 여부 등에 있어서 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결 론：본 연구에 있어 사례 수가 적고 TDT에서 유의한 결과가 발견되지 않았기 때문에 해석에 조심을 기할 필요는 있겠으나, 본 연구는 COMT유전자의 기능적 다형성과 뚜렛 장애 간에 연관 관계가 있음을 밝혀 낸 최초의 보고라 하겠다.산수, 토막짜기 점수도 유의하게 높았다. 약물치료력에 있어서는 임상가가 평가한 약물 반응이 순응군에서 유의하게 높았고, 약물 용량도 순응군이 유의하게 높았으며, 오후 약물 순응율(2003년 3월 평가)도 유의하게 순응군이 높았다. 또한 주치의의 지휘에 따라서도 순응율에 차이를 보였다. 결 론：국내에서는 최초로, 외래 치료를 받고 있는 ADHD 아동에 대한 MPH-IR 순응도를 조사하였다. 평균 1년 치료기간동안의 순응도는 62%로 외국에서의 연구결과와 유사하였으며, 지능이 높을 때, 약물반응이 우수하고, 약물용량이 높으며, 오후약물에 대한 순응이 초기에 높을 때 약물 순응률이 보다 높았다. 결국 약물치료 효과에 대한 만족도가 순응률 결정에 가장 중요한 요인이라고 생각되며, 약물치료효과를 높이기 위한 다양한 전략을 사용하여, 약물 순응도를 향상 시킬 필요가 있다고 생각된다.으나, 주의력에서는 전두엽의 실행능력(executive function)과 관련되는 검사들에서 산소흡입이 특이한 효과를 보여준다는 것이 확인되었고, 기억능력에서는 단기기억능력

In a recent wireless network environments, dynamic host configuration protocol (BHCP) service is used to assign IP addresses to mobile terminals. In IPv6 networks, it is necessary to introduce the concept of handoff to support a seamless service to mobile terminals. In a general soft handoff technique used by code-division multiple acces (CDMA) communication systems, the powers received to base station are simply compared to determine which base station will handle the signal to and from each mobile termins. However, in IPv6 network, to transmit data-oriented services, it is necessary to support an enhanced soft handoff technique with more security and quality of service. In this paper, we propose a scheme to reduce a signaling process of handoff in IPv6 network. Also, we propose a technique to reduce wasted reservation resources and to guarantee quality of service (QoS) using DHCP.

본 연구는 신변보호업무경비원들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 신변보호업무의 발전방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 신변보호업무에 15년 이상 종사하고 있는 현장전문가 7명에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 신변보호업무를 몸소 수행하고 있는 신변보호업무경비원들은 신변보호업무의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 현재의 경비원 신임교육 제도는 신변보호업무와 관련된 교과목으로 재편성하여 40시간 정도의 교육프로그램으로 개선이 요구된다. 둘째, 신변보호업무경비원 직무교육도 국가에서 관할하는 교육기관을 통하여 3개월에 8시간의 교육프로그램으로 전환하여 시행하는 것이 적합하다. 셋째, 신변보호업무경비원들에게는 실무에서 필요로 하는 교육프로그램과 능력 있고 전문적인 강사진을 통하여 분야별로 양질의 교육이 진행되어져야 한다. 넷째, 경비업법에 규정되어 있는 집단민원현장의 범위에 행사 및 문화관련 현장을 포함시켜서 일괄적인 규제를 하는 것은 개정되어져야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 민간경비업체와 경찰서로간의 인식전환이 필요하고, 경찰과 민간경비업체가 공동으로 참여하는 전문 관리/감독기관이 신설되어질 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 한국경비협회에 각 업무별 전문가로 구성되는 분과위원회를 구성한다거나, 신변보호업무와 관련한 발전방안과 신변보호업무 경비원들의 권익보호를 할 수 있는 한국신변보호협회의 창설이 요구되어진다.

The services such as real-time audio and video applications have become increasingly popular, especially over the Internet. Furthermore, as being commercialized those contents on the Internet require quality of service (QoS) support to ensure their performance. PPP is the best solution to of for those kinds of services. The reason why we want to employ PPP is this satisfies most of the requirements associated with remote connectivity to an NSP, such as IP address assignment, security, and AAA (authentication, authorization and accounting). In addition, since ISPs and corporations are familiar with PPP based connectivity, easy migration from existing ISP infrastructure is expected, if QoS is guaranteed. But so for PPP has had no field to ensure the quality of service. This article presents the solution by using some tunneling protocols and the draft [1] that proposed additional LCP option fields to negotiate QoS. To communicate each other, after negotiating those option fields, over various protocols such as ATM, Ethernet, and etc. tunneling protocol is used. Following sections will mention those briefly. And the service provision to offer the end-to-end communication with negotiated QoS will also be proposed.

Recently, internet banking is growing rapidly. Moot banks in Korea provide internet banking services. Internet banking becomes a major trend in the financial marketplace. With advanced computer technology and declining communication costs, many customers prefer online alternatives such as internet banking, mobile banking or phone banking rather than going to banks by themselves. The number of customers using those alternatives is skyrocketing and domestic commercial banks encourage them of the use. As the internet is highly developed, customers demand higher quality services and banks develop and provide diverse services in order to respond to them. However, internet banking service users are still afraid of their personal and financial information being exposed on the internet. The purpose of this research is to empirically analyze the influence that appropriate internet banking affect user's security intention. The research model proposed in this study includes user's security intention which is influenced by self-efficacy, security trust, Internet banking attitude, perceived security and security intention. According to the result of this study, self-efficacy and security trust are related to the security attitude. There is a significant relationship between security attitude and perceived security. Also, user's security attitude and perceived security is significantly affected by security intention.

Online financial technology products are an important consumer finance innovation. While a large body of previous research has focused on initial adoption and consumer willingness to use these products, little research explores the continued use of these products beyond the initial adoption phase. In particular, special attention should be paid to how users' trust and perceptions of privacy and security affect continued use behavior. This paper integrates the expectation confirmation model of information system continuance (ECM-ISC), the information system success model (ISSM) and the security and trust literatures to investigate continued use of online financial technology. To test the research model, we collected 398 valid questionnaires from Ant Credit Pay users. The research results show that system and service quality positively impact users' expectation confirmation, while information quality has no significant impact. Expectation confirmation and perceived usefulness positively affect user satisfaction. Moreover, the user's perception of privacy and security plays a vital role in user satisfaction. Satisfaction and perceived trust jointly promote users' continuance behaviors. Findings of this study indicates the importance of the information system success factors and security factors due to their influence on the continued use of Fintech products. This conclusion has implications for enterprises in improving the product qualities and enhancing the degree of security to meet user needs.

Smart Grid is a next generation of new power growth electrical grid which provide high quality of electrical service by using Information Technologies to increase intelligence and performance. By using Smart Grid system, it can support energy management such as increase quality of electrical power, decrease energy and decrease emissions. However, Smart Grid uses information of energy consumption and when Smart Grid collects information, it will create private information. In this thesis, it will address issues of security private information which caused by Smart Grid for administrative measure and efficiency of Smart Grid in domestic. Also, cryptographic module algorithm, latest security solutions and strong wireless security policy for network environment such as wireless communication Iinternet are require for Smart Grid perform successfully and protect national power network equipment from cyber-attack and can stop leakage of user's personal information. Finally, it is urgent to prepare protection measures of National industrial facilities and power grid which can prepare for a cyber terrorism and penetration attacks and build emergency countermeasure management team for Smart Grid are require for safe Smart Grid environment.

현재 지원되고 있는 클라이언트/서버 방식의 민원 서비스의 한계를 극복하여 인터넷으로 민원 서비스를 하기 위해서는 행정 내부망과 인터넷 망의 연계에 따른 보안문제와 공인 인증과 정부 인증 등을 통한 본인 확인 및 스마트 카드를 통한 전자지불 및 현금 등을 통한 지불 기능이 지원 되어야 한다. 특히 이를 키오스크를 통하여 지원하기 위해서는, 인터넷을 통한 민원서비스를 위한 키오스크는 관청 외부 설치를 전제로 하기 때문에, 보안이 보다 중요한 문제로 등장한다. 이러한 제반 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 민원 서비스시스템을 설계함에 있어 실질적인 민원 처리를 담당하는 민원처리 시스템인 시군구 종합행정정보시스템의 프론트 서버로서의 중계서버와 키오스크 제어를 담당하는 웹서버를 두어 중계서버와 웹서버를 연계하고 웹서버와 중계서버 사이에 인증프로세스를 거치게 함으로 민원처리 시스템과 키오스크를 직접 연계함으로 발생되는 보안 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 민원 서비스를 위한 인증 및 전자지불의 기능 지원을 위하여 본인 확인은 지문인식을, 전자지불은 지불 게이트웨이를 전제로 설계한다. 이를 설계함에 있어서 개발의 초기 단계에서 위험을 줄이고 재작업에 따른 비용을 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 높은 품질의 시스템을 효과적으로 개발할 수 있는 키오스크 기반 웹 민원서비스 시스템을 아키텍쳐 수준에서 그 모델을 제시한다.

범죄가 다양화 되어가는 치안환경 변화에 적절하게 대응하기 위해서는 경찰과 민간경비의 상호협력 시스템이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 시큐리티산업 선진국인 미국의 경찰과 민간경비 간 긴밀한 상호협력 시스템 실태분석을 통한 의미를 찾아보고, 나아가 경찰의 치안 서비스의 질을 향상시키고 건전한 민간경비산업 선진화 방안을 논의하고자 하였다. 미국 경찰과 민간경비의 상호협력 사례를 종합적으로 살펴볼 때, 가장 의미 있는 특징은 경찰과 민간경비가 서로의 존재에 대한 긍정적 인식을 바탕으로 실질적인 협력방안에 대한 논의들이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 양자의 상호관계가 사회 안전망을 이루는 주체성을 가지고 시민의 안전욕구를 충족시키는 동반자 관계라는 기본인식이 자리하고 있다는 것이다. 이 연구에서 시사하는 바는 미국에서는 다양한 경찰과 민간경비의 상호협력 프로그램, 지방자치단체들의 노력, 민간경비의 높은 질적 수준 및 시민들로부터의 신뢰도, 경찰과 민간경비 뿐만 아니라 시민들의 범죄문제 해결에 대한 전반적인 이해와 같은 많은 요인들에 의하여 사회 안전 활동이 효과를 발휘하고 있다는 사실이다. 따라서 우리나라에서도 선진국의 상호협력 시스템들을 정책적으로 참고하여 치안정책에 반영하고 국민에 대한 치안 서비스의 질 향상과 민간경비산업의 선진화를 위한 노력을 경주해야 할 것이다. 또한 미국 사례에서 보는 것과 같이 경찰과 민간경비의 상호협력은 주로 자치경찰 수준에서 이루어지고 있음을 감안할 때, 보다 나은 주민밀착형 치안서비스 제공을 위하여 우리나라에서도 자치경찰제도가 본격적으로 시행되어야 할 것이다.

This paper is to investigate the relationship between international marketing and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in that relationship. The data to make an empirical analysis were gathered from 269 workers in telecommunication sector. Multiple regression analysis revealed that (1) education was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and (2) internal communication was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and (3) delegation of authority was positively related with assurance. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that (4) compensation was more positively related with reliability in woman, and (5) employment security was more positively related with assurance in man.
