Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. However the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. But the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. First, Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? Second, What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards? and what the qualifications of the trainers? Then, what are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities? etc.. In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

It is absolutely essential to implement advanced IP network technologies such as QoS, Multicast, High Availability, and Security in order to provide real-time services like IPTV via IP backbone network. In reality, the existing commercial networks of internet service providers are subject to certain technical difficulties and limitations in embodying those technologies. On-going research efforts involve the experimental engineering works and implementation experience to trigger IPTV service on the premium-level IP backbone which has recently been developed. This paper introduces the core network technologies that will enable the deployment of a high-quality IPTV service, and then proposes a suitable methodology for application and deployment policies on each technology to lead the establishment and globalization of the IPTV service.

This paper is to investigate the relationship between international marketing and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in that relationship. The data to make an empirical analysis were gathered from 269 workers in telecommunication sector. Multiple regression analysis revealed that (1) education was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and (2) internal communication was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and (3) delegation of authority was positively related with assurance. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that (4) compensation was more positively related with reliability in woman, and (5) employment security was more positively related with assurance in man.

The study aims to determine the impact of quality outcomes on behavior intentions in Financial Technology (FinTech) payment services. The study is focused on the development and testing of the impact of the SERVQUAL model on the TAM, i.e., Technology Acceptance Model for the measurement of the behavioral intention of users to use fintech payment services. The sample entails 578 specific survey responses from northern India from October to December 2022. The respondents were users of FinTech. The PLS-SEM technique was employed to explain the implementation process. Consequently, it discovered a significant relationship between the SERVQUAL models and the impact on behavioral intentions identified by TAM. The study will provide insight into the factors that impact the quality outcomes and adoption of Fintech payment services to the providers. The paper demystifies FinTech payment services in the range of perception of service quality outcomes and provides essential theories. The TAM model reflects the customer's sense of satisfaction, usefulness, and attitude. In contrast, the SERVQUAL model demonstrates the user's assessment of service quality outcomes such as quality, trust, security, and service quality positively affects behavioral intention in FinTech payment services.

오픈마켓의 지속적 성장으로 인해 업체간의 경쟁이 예상되므로 높은 품질확보를 통한 기존 사용자의 이탈방지와 새로운 사용자창출을 위해 노력하고 있다. 마케팅분야에서 서비스 품질에 대한 평가척도로 사용되던 서비스 품질을 확대하여 오픈마켓에 맞게 e-서비스 품질로 변환하여 사용하기도 한다. Udo et al.[6]은 정보시스템의 관점에서 Parasuraman et al.[2]의 e-서비스 품질과 DeLone and McLean[7]의 정보시스템 성공모델을 결합하여 웹서비스 품질로 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Udo et al.[6]의 모형을 기반으로 한 오픈마켓의 웹 서비스 품질 영향요인으로 웹사이트 개인정보보호, 웹사이트 컨텐츠, 웹사이트 편의성 그리고 오픈마켓 이미지를 제안하였다. 부산지역에 거주하는 대학생과 대학 내 평생교육원 수강생 301명을 대상으로 설문한 결과 네 가지는 모두 오픈마켓의 웹 서비스 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 궁극적으로 웹서비스 품질은 오픈마켓 사용자의 정보시스템 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다.

본 연구는 종합병원 경비업무현장에서 병원 시설의 경비업무와 의료진, 환자 및 보호자 등의 내방객의 안전에까지 종합적인 경비업무를 수행 하고 있는 종합병원 경비업무 경비원들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 종합병원 경비업무의 발전방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 종합병원 경비업무에 6년 이상 종사하고 있는 현장전문가 9명에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 종합병원 경비업무를 수행하고 있는 종합병원 경비업무경비원들은 종합병원 경비업무의 발전방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 종합병원 경비업무 경비원들은 업무현장의 성격에 알맞은 신임교육 프로그램을 이수하여야 한다. 둘째, 종합병원 경비업무 경비원 직무교육도 실질적인 상황에 맞는 교육내용으로 프로그램의 개선이 필요하다. 셋째, 종합병원 경비업무 경비원들에게는 추가적으로 CS교육과 CPR 및 제세동기 사용법등의 응급상황 대처요령과 전염성 질병대처교육 등이 진행되어져야 한다. 넷째, 종합병원에서의 난동 및 폭력 행사자에 대한 대응범위가 구체적으로 명시되어져야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 경비협회에서는 종합병원경비업무의 발전을 위하여 경비원들을 위한 적극적인 프로그램 개발 및 다양한 노력이 필요하다. 여섯째, 종합병원 경비업무에 대한 인식 전환이 필요하며, 하도급에 의한 계약방식보다는 직접고용의 형태가 필요시 되어 진다.

This study is designed to collaboratively investigate the influences of the characteristics of Internet shopping malls and the shopping traits of their users involved in e-commerce on shopping intention. With this in mind, the researchers take a look at the influences of such features of shopping malls on the web as the quality of the system, customer-support service, shopping-mall perception and security, the users' propensity to pursue pleasure and pragmatic interest on shopping intention. The study shows that all the variables suggested here have an influence on the purchase intent of Internet shopping-mall users. That is, this study cannot analyze how the purchase intent of the customers with regard to the features of Internet shopping malls has changed. Therefore it is necessary to conduct procedural researches taking longitudinal studies into consideration.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the features of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant business in the digital economy. Particularly relevant are the processes of digitalization of the service sector. Trade and transport companies, enterprises in the hotel and restaurant industry, catering got the opportunity to expand the target audience, improve the quality of service, develop at an accelerated pace, take into account that in the global digital economy, victory will go to those whose arsenal will involve a large number of high-quality digital platforms. As a result of the study, key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant business in the digital economy were identified.

In this paper, we present a decentralized algorithm to find minimum cost quality of service (QoS) flow subgraphs in network coded multicast schemes. The main objective is to find minimum cost subgraphs that also satisfy user-specified QoS constraints, specifically with respect to rate and delay demands. We consider networks with multiple multicast sessions. Although earlier network coding algorithms in this area have demonstrated performance improvements in terms of QoS parameters, the proposed QoS network coding approach provides a framework that guarantees QoS constraints are actually met over the network.

SOA 기반의 응용 프로그램의 개발이 급격히 진전되는 시점에서 이에 따른 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질평가는 중요하며 특히, 이러한 품질에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인 중의 하나가 시스템의 복잡도임을 고려할 때 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 복잡도 측정은 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SOA기반 소프트웨어의 구조적 복잡도를 측정할 수 있는 메트릭을 제안한다. 제안한 메트릭은 시스템의 구조적인 관점에서 서비스의 크기 서비스의 깊이 및 상호종속도로 구성된다. 마지막으로 제안한 메트릭을 예제에 적용하여 본다.
