  • The standardization of information communication is doing a Internal each other connection and each other characteristic stability operation security in objective. The facility which existing is been old or the enclosure communication equipments which are insufficient. it improves, establishment itexpands efficiently, like this facilities it is stabilized and it is economic and rationally use maintenance it manages with the plan for the inside and outside of the country information communication relation technical standard and engineering standard service feature improvement and future expandability and economical efficiency, the possibility of having a pliability in order to be, rational technical standard and standard it takes a triangular position, efficient characteristic security of information communication service there is a place objective which promises the rational development of course city railroad communication system with character. Function improvement of enclosure communication base equipment, against an improvement and standardization plan it described trom the prosecution which it sees.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 장점에도 불구하고 보안성에 대한 문제들이 많은 사용자들의 선택에 장애가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 보안성에 대한 ISO 7498-2 표준의 관련 속성들이 전체 보안 품질에 미치는 상대적 영향도를 평가하였다. 많은 요인들의 영향도를 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 Fuzzy AHP(Analytic hierarchical process)를 적용하였다. 본 연구는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 보안 관련 각 속성들의 상대적 중요성을 구체적으로 수치화 할 수 있었고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 효율적인 선택 및 개발에 필요한 관리 방법을 제시할 수 있었다.

The Effect of Xiaohongshu Service Quality on the Stickiness Through the Emotional Responses of Users

  • Xiaohongshu is called China's Instagram and is leading overseas product purchases and culture sharing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between Xiaohongshu service quality, emotional response perceived by users, and adhesion to confirm the impact on Xiaohongshu's adhesion at a time when non-face-to-face activities due to COVID-19 have increased. This study distributed and collected questionnaires from October 1st to October 7th, 2021, targeting 210 online shopping mall users. The research results were derived from a total of 206 questionnaires, excluding 4 questionnaires such as omission of record contents, and the causal relationship of the existing PAD model was attempted to be reported by revising and supplementing the existing PAD model. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that design among service quality had a positive effect only on ventilation during the user's emotional response. Second, it was confirmed that information among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure and ventilation among users' emotional responses. Third, it was found that security among service quality had a positive effect on pleasure among users' emotional responses. Finally, it was found that pleasure and ventilation had a positive effect on adhesion in the user's emotional response. Based on this result, it is expected that it will be used for operation on other online platforms than the plan for the development of Xiaohongshu.

  • 네트워크 트래픽 모니터링에 있어서 트래픽을 사용하는 목적을 알아내는 것은 서비스 품질, 방화벽의 동작, 보안 측면에 있어서 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 트래픽을 사용하는 목적을 알게 되면 이를 방화벽에서 거부하거나 허용할 수 있고 이는 서비스 품질, 보안적 측면에서 효과적인 운용이 가능해진다. 하지만 수많은 어플리케이션은 보안이나 서비스 측면에서 트래픽을 암호화시키고 있어 효과적인 트래픽 모니터링이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 암호화된 트래픽을 사용하는 SSH(Secure Shell) 프로토콜을 분석하고 SSH 터널링, SFTP(SSH File Transfer Protocol)와 일반 SSH 트래픽의 차이점을 분석하고 식별할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 실험을 통해 검증했다.

  • 현재 많은 중앙행정기관 및 지방자치단체, 공공 민간기관들이 사이버 침해사고 대응을 위해 보안관제서비스를 운영하고 있다. 과거와는 달리 서비스 도입보다는 효율적인 운영을 위해 노력하고 있다. 때문에 많은 정책과 방향, 지침들을 수립하고 안정적으로 운영되길 원한다. 하지만 보안관제는 사람이 운영하는 업무이기 때문에 개개인의 능력에 따라 많은 차이를 보이게 된다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 보안관제 기술과 방법에 대해 살펴본 후 인적역량에 대한 평가 방법과 예시를 통해 기관의 보안관제 업무 시 인적 관리에 효율적인 운영 방안 및 향후 발전 방향에 대해 모색해 보고자 한다.

경찰 서비스와 시민간의 구조적 관계 연구 (A study on structural relationships among police service and citizen)

  • 경찰은 대중에게 공공서비스를 제공하는 집단이다. 경찰서비스의 영역은 법집행과 시민의 문제를 최소화시켜 그 관계를 개선시키는데 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 시민과의 관계 개선을 위해 경찰 조직은 자신들의 역량을 사용할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경찰이 제공하는 대민 서비스 품질, 경찰이 실시하고 있는 지역순찰, 지역 주민이 가지고 있는 범죄에 대한 두려움이 경찰-시민 관계와 시민-시민 관계에 어떻게 영향을 주는지 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 371개의 자료를 이용한 실증분석결과 대민 서비스 품질, 지역순찰, 범죄에 대한 두려움, 경찰-시민 관계, 시민-시민 관계에서 경찰-시민관계와 시민-시민 관계 사이를 제외한 모든 인과모형에서 유의미한 결과를 도출하였으며, 실증분석 결과를 토대로 시사점을 제시하였다.

신변보호사(경호사) 자격제도 도입방안 (A Study on Introduction Plan of the Private Security Guard System)

  • According to the current record of Private Security in Korea, more than 110,231 private security guards and around 2,213 security guard associations are engaged in the private security industries. However, there is no a professional license for the private security. In order to be provided a high quality service from private security industries, the security guard should be required his/her professional qualification which can be upgraded by establishing a professional license system. For introducing the license system the government and security guard associations need to support the suitable training program including curriculum and method, and all associations related to the private security have to require people involved in any kinds of private security matters to complete obligatorily some educational training programs. And also, to complete a college should be the minimum requirement.

해외직접구매 사이트에 대한 서비스품질 지각이 소비자의 신뢰와 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Service Quality Perception of Direct Purchase Shopping to Trust, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty)

  • Consumers who purchase products from foreign countries and deliver them back to Korea are increasing. According to the Korea Fashion & Textile News (2015), overseas direct shopping reported 39% increase compared to 2013. Furthermore, clothes accounted for 19% of product category. Therefore, the service quality of overseas purchase sites is becoming more important, but studies have been limited. this research focuses on investigating the effects of consumers' shopping orientation on service quality and the effects of service quality on trust, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty. The survey was administered to consumers who had experiences in purchasing through overseas direct purchase websites. The results showed that the perception of service quality differed depending on the respondent's shopping orientation. Among the four shopping orientation groups(shopping confidence, shopping enjoyment, trend pursuit, and shopping follower groups), the shopping confidence group showed the highest mean for all service quality factors. All the groups showed the highest scores on product and trust among the factors of service quality. Next, the results revealed that service quality positively influenced consumers' trust on websites that provide overseas direct purchase services, which further improved customer loyalty. Therefore, the study gives managerial suggestions to online retailers that provide oversea shopping service. They need to provide higher site efficiency, security, product reliability, and responsiveness to cultivate international customers' trust and satisfaction. In particular, it will be important for them to offer accurate, reliable product information and various languages for overseas customers.

Performance Management and Analysis for Guaranteed End-to-End QoS Provisioning on MPLS-based Virtual Private LAN Service(VPLS)

  • Internet/Intranet has been continuously enhanced by new emerging IP technologies such as differentiate service(DiffServ), IPSec(IP Security) and MPLS(Multi-protocol Label Switching) traffic engineering. According to the increased demands of various real-time multimedia services, ISP(Internet Service Provider) should provide enhanced end-to-end QoS(quality of service) and security features. Therefore, Internet and Intranet need the management functionality of sophisticated traffic engineering functions. In this paper, we design and implement the performance management functionality for the guaranteed end-to-end QoS provisioning on MPLS-based VPLS(Virtual Private LAN Service). We propose VPLS OAM(Operation, Administration and Maintenance) for efficient performance management. We focus on a scheme of QoS management and measurement of QoS parameters(such as delay, jitter, loss, etc.) using VPLS OAM functions. The proposed performance management system also supports performance tuning to enhance the provided QoS by re-adjusting the bandwidth of LSPs for VPLS. We present the experimental results of performance monitoring and analysis using a network simulator.

Service Quality Dimensions of E-retailing of Islamic Banks and Its Impact on Customer Satisfaction: An Empirical Investigation of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

  • The study aims to explore key dimensions of service quality of E-Retailing of Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The convenience sample size consists of 373 respondents who regularly use online Islamic banking facilities in Saudi Arabia was used. For measuring the consumers' perspective, a four-factor E-SERVQUAL scale; namely efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, and privacy was used. Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis are used to test the model fitness. Structural equation modelling is utilized to determine the impact of E-service quality dimensions on customers' satisfaction. The results of the study reveal that 1) reliability as a dimension of E-retailing of Islamic banks made a significant impact on customers' overall satisfaction; 2) there is a positive significant relationship between responsiveness and customers' overall satisfaction. One unit increased in responsive leads to 0.763 unit increases in the overall satisfaction of the customer; and 3) ease of use is the most important dimensions of service quality of E-retailing of Islamic banks. One unit increases in Security/ Privacy leads to 0.473 unit increases in overall satisfaction. There is a positive impact of good E-service on customers' satisfaction, but it does not override unsatisfactory performance in other areas.
