Along with the significance of information systems in today s global business operation, the significance of information systems control and audit is ever increasing in the effort to secure accuracy and integrity of vital business data. A study is undertaken to integrate Food and Drug Administration computerized systems validation regulations. Securities & Exchange Commission Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 200 and other significant regulations, and lastly, People Capability Maturity Model into one comprehensive information system validation model. The initial benefits to this comprehensive model are convenience, time-saving, and synchronization of the regulations. An organization that is striving for a high level of quality system in its essential operating areas of organization may opt for this model. After the complete development of the model, a field test would be scheduled to test its efficacy and validity.

e-Learning이란 기술기반 교육을 의미하며, 교육용 CD-ROM이나 교육용 소프트웨어를 이용하는 컴퓨터 기반 교육, 웹 기반 교육, 가상 학습 디지털상의 교육과 협업을 포함하는 개념이다. 자기주도학습을 전제로 하고 있는 e-Learning의 학습 성과를 평가하기 위해서는 정보시스템 측면과 학습자 자신의 컴퓨터 사용능력과 같은 학습자 특성을 동시에 고려한 모형을 필요로 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 정보시스템성과 모형과 자기효능감을 기반으로 e-Learning 학습 성과 평가 모형을 제시하고 실증 분석하였다. 216명의설문 응답 결과 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 서비스 품질과 컴퓨터 자기효능감으로 나타났고. 사용자만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 서비스 품질, 컴퓨터 자기효능감으로 나타났다. 또한 사용 의도와 사용자 만족은 학습 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 생산정보시스템에 대한 품질인식이 사용자 성과와 기업성과에 미치는 영향관계를 파악해 보는 것을 주목적으로 하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위하여 관련 선행연구에 관한 고찰결과를 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였다. 생산정보시스템을 도입 활용 중인 132개 기업을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 이용하여 공분산 구조모델 분석을 통한 연구가설 검정을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생산정보시스템의 생산정보품질과 지원서비스품질은 사용자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 시스템품질은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생산정보시스템의 품질요인, 즉 생산정보품질, 시스템품질, 지원서비스품질은 모두 시스템 활용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 생산정보시스템에 대한 사용자의 만족도, 시스템 활용도, 성과개선 간에는 모두 긍정적인 관계성이 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

The customer requirements are constantly changing in the hyper-competition and competition is becoming increasingly intensified. In order to ensure the competitive advantage in the industry should focus on the management activities to enhance customer satisfaction. High quality means pleasing customers, not just protecting them from annoyances. It is due to continuous and requires the establishment of a quality management system that meets the characteristics and systematization need to manage a stable quality and productivity, which should be done in a company-wide quality management activities. The purpose of this study is to identify a suitable organizational diagnostic model for considering to adopt ISO 9001 quality management systems. We used the three-round delphi techniques on a panel of 30 experts. A total of 26 assessment indicators were developed through this panel. First, it is important to evaluate the strategy about quality. Second, it is important to evaluate the systems about periodically communicating quality agenda. Third, it is important to evaluate the responsibility of overall business process. In conclusion, this study empirically shows how firms can develop an organizational diagnostic model to increase their quality management systems.

For reliability and confidentiality of information security systems, the security engineering methodologies are accepted in many organizations. To improve the effectiveness of security engineering, this paper suggests a security methodology ISEM, which considers both product assurance and production processes, takes advantages in terms of quality and cost. To verify the effectiveness of ISEM, this paper introduces the concepts of quality loss, and compares the development costs and quality losses between ISEM and CC through the development of VPN system.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement is originally developed quality program in Korea for supplier's quality level-up since 1995. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing quality and delivered goods plus field claim. Recently 1,053 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from government. This quality program is to realized the anticipated results not only duality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 75 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade S-PPM, and suggest a way out of difficulties.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction and e-loyalty in e-learning site. In order to achieve the study purpose, survey method was applied As a result. it was revealed that service quality had significant effects on customer satisfaction in e-learning site. The influential factors of service quality on customer satisfaction included convenience of use, personalization, tangibles, responsiveness, and reliability in learning site. In addition, service quality had significant effects on e-loyalty as well.

The effects of information quality and the importance of information have been reported in the information Systems(IS) literature. However, little has been learned about the impact of data quality(DQ) on decision performance. Recognizing with this problem, this study explores the effects of contextual DQ on decision performance. To examine them, a laboratory experiment was conducted. Based on two levels of contextual DQ and two levels of task complexity, this study had a $2{\times}2$ factorial design. The dependent variables used to measure the outcomes of decision performance were problem-solving accuracy and time. The results demonstrated that the effects of contextual DQ on decision performance were significant. The findings suggest that decision makers can expect to improve their decision performance by enhancing contextual DQ. This research not only extends a body of research examining the effects of factors that can be tied to human decision-making performance, but also provides empirical evidence to validate and extend DeLone and McLean's IS success model.
