직무의 질적 수준이 건강수준과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The impact of job quality on health status and job satisfaction)

  • There are so many definition of good work but generally job quality can be useful to analyze the good work. Good work may include some factors about health or working environment. This paper was planned to investigate the level of job quality in Korean employees. Especially comparison of health status between low an high job quality can be analyzed. Korean Working Conditions Survey was used. The various job characteristics were categorized into 6 component of job quality using factor analysis. Statistically mean difference test and cross-tabulation analysis were used to identify the difference of health status and distribution of the level of job quality. The result has shown the different distribution of the level of job quality by the economic sectors and occupations statistically significant. The positive cases of all of six components of job quality was 2.1% of Korean employees and the negative cases of all six components of job quality was 1.5%. The subjective general health status was correlated with job quality but work-related stress was negatively correlated with the level of job quality. This study was heuristic one, more depth analysis will be needed to identify the relationship and causation of job quality and health status.

통합 환경 관리를 위한 수질 환경의 질 목표 수준 설정 방법에 관한 연구 (A study on the method of setting the water quality target level for integrated environmental management)

  • When evaluating the extent of the impact of water pollutants on the surrounding area, we would like to present the target level (proposal) of the quality of the environment, which is the standard for evaluation. We propose the environmental quality target level for substances that need to be applied domestically by investigating overseas cases operating the integrated environmental management system and the implications of domestic environmental pollutant management. The appropriateness of the environmental quality target level reviewed in this study was determined using data from the water quality measuring network, and future improvement measures were proposed. We review the available methodologies for setting quality objectives for the environment. It proposed the environmental quality target level for 21 substances that have domestic water pollutant emission standards and do not have environmental standards, and proposed future improvement measures. If it is necessary to add quality target-level items of the environment in the future, it is believed that expansion will be possible based on the methodology presented in this study.

The effect of cycle tourism on the quality of life

  • Today, the population of cycle participants is consistently increasing. Cycling is becoming not only a form of physical exercise but also a form of tourism in which cycle activities are related to visiting a particular destination. With the perspective of participation sport tourism, the purpose of this study is to investigate how the level of cycle tourists' participation affects their quality of life. An online survey link was sent to cycle participants to collect data. Out of the total 337 respondents, a total of 226 samples were used for the final analysis, disregarding those that were found to be inadequate or unreliable. For data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability test, validity, correlations, and regressions were employed with SPSS 22.0. For our first result, we found that the level of cycle participation did not significantly affect the quality of physical life. Second, the level of cycle participation did not have significant effect on the quality of mental life. Third, the level of cycle participation behavior did not have a significant effect on the quality of social life. Fourth, the level of cycle participation behavior did not have a significant effect on the quality of environmental life. Conclusions and political implications are discussed.

취업주부와 비취업 주부의 삶의 질에 대한 인과모형분석 (The Analysis of Casual Model of Quality of Life for Employed Wives and Unemployed Wives)

  • This study present s and tests a casual model of cohesion adaptability the level of stress recognition coping starategies and quality of life for employed wives and unemployed wives. For the data set 205 employed wives and 200 unemployed wives living in Pusan were chosen. The data were analyzed using M, SD, t-test multiple regression and path analysis. The findings of this study are as follows; First There level of stress recognition and quality of life are higher for employes wives than unemployed wives. Cohesion is higher for employed wives. Whereas adaptability is higher for unemployed wives than employed wives. Employes wives are greater use of coping starategies than unemployed wives. Second For employes wives adaptability the level of stress recognition and coping starategies have significant direct effect on quality of life. Besides wife's level of education age of the youngest child working hours employment motivation and cohesion have significant indirect effect on quality of life. For unemployed wives cohesion adaptability and level of stress recognition have signficant direct effect on quality of life. Besides wife's level of education number of children religion and husband's housework participation are indirectly associated with quality of life. From these results the proposed model is generally supported by the data.

대장암 환자의 증상경험과 극복력이 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Symptom Experience and Resilience on Quality of Life in Patients with Colorectal Cancers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of resilience and symptom experience on quality of life. Methods: Seventy five patients in an active treatment stage were recruited from 2 hospitals between October and December 2010. A survey including perceived health status, physical functional status, the symptom experience index, resilience, and the functional assessment of cancer therapy-colorectal (FACT-C) was completed. Results: The level of FACT-C was 86.61 (${\pm}18.91$), which was higher than for patients with colostomy, but lower than for patients in a rehabilitation stage. Participants without physical functional limitations showed higher level of both resilience and quality of life. Participants with bad health status showed a lower level of both resilience and quality of life and higher level of symptom experience. The quality of life was related to the level of resilience (${\beta}$=.373), symptom experience (${\beta}$=-.292), and perceived health status (${\beta}$=-3.961). Conclusion: Proactive nursing approaches to manage symptoms and to improve perceived health status would enhance the quality of life of colorectal cancer patients. Furthermore, various strategies to strengthen the level of resilience should be developed.

종합적 품질경영을 위한 웹 기반 분산형 전문가시스템의 설계 및 구축 (Design and Implementation of a Web-based Expert System for the Total Quality Management)

  • In these days of world-wide business environment, the characteristics of quality management are variety, specialty, decentralization, totality, etc. Thus nowadays quality management is demanded to incorporate these new concepts. We propose a web-bused distributed expert system for this purpose. The system consists of four expert systems for design of experiment, acceptance inspection, statistical process control and reliability management corresponding to design quality, incoming-material quality, manufacturing quality and usability quality, respectively, throughout the total product life cycle. Each distributed expert system at the horizontal level in the hierarchy carries out its own quality jobs independently. At the lower level in the hierarchy there is an expert system for measurement analysis to provide reliable data, and at the upper level, an expert system for total quality management to coordinate, integrate and make final decisions. A prototype has been developed and its application is presented.

A Study on the Perception Level and Proper Management of Indoor Air Quality Recognition in Elderly Care Hospital Workers

  • 본 연구에서는 노인요양병원의 실내공기질 관리계획을 제안하고자 노인요양병원의 실내공기질 수준을 측정하고 근무자의 실내공기질에 대한 인식에 대하여 조사하였다. 측정 항목은 온도, 습도, CO2, CO, PM10, VOC이며 2019년 4월 26일에 실시하였다. 설문 조사에 따르면 실내 공기질에 대한 만족도가 낮을수록 실외 공기질이 더 좋다고 응답하였으며 실내환경 요소 중 악취가 가장 낮은 것으로 응답하였으며 실내 공기질의 만족도가 높을 경우 실내환경 요소의 만족도도 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 다중응답 분석결과 "환기 부족"이었고 회귀 분석 결과 "공기질 관련성" 항목이 가장 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 노인 요양 병원의 실내 공기질 환경을 최고 수준으로 유지하려면 냄새를 제거하기 위한 환기 장지를 추가로 설치하고 자연 환기 횟수를 늘리고 정기적인 환기담당자를 지정해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 계획을 수립함으로써 노인요양병원 근무자에게 최상의 서비스를 제공하기 위한 실내 공기질 환경을 제공 할 수 있다.

단체급식 서비스품질에 대한 고객사와 위탁급식회사 중요도-수행도 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Importance-Performance Analysis of Perceived Foodservice Quality between the Contractor and the Contractee)

  • This study aimed at investigating any differences perceived between the contractor and the contractee based on an importance-performance analysis (IPA) of foodservice quality attributes. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 personnel concerned in the Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam areas and a total of 134 valid responses were used for analysis. Of the 23 foodservice quality attributes, the factors of 'food quality', 'employee service', 'hygiene and safety', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were induced from a scale purification process through the exploratory factor analysis. The level of importance (p<0.01) of the 'hygiene and safety' factor and 'employee service' factor was not found to be significantly different between the groups. In the level of performance, the factors of 'food service', 'employee service', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were found to be perceived significantly lower than expected by the contractor group. In the importance level, 'food quality', 'employee service', 'hygiene and safety', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were rated by the contractor as 4.03, 4.30, 4.27, 4.01 and 4.12 points, respectively. In contrast, in the performance level, perceived 'food quality', 'employee service', 'hygiene and safety', 'customer orientation' and 'operation quality' were evaluated as 3.57, 3.94, 4.06, 3.83 and 3.95 points, respectively.

품질시스템 평가모델 (An Evaluation Model of Quality System)

  • This paper is to propose an evaluation model of quality system using the concept from the evaluation method of each stage in QFD(Quality Function Deployment). The data of the performance level and weights for the quality system and the job on quality loop in each enterprise has been obtained from the 8 experts who are in charge of quality system construction. Here, the weights were computed by means of the eigenvector method. In this paper, we can acquire the evaluated score for the present level of the quality system. This method will help to manage and improve the quality system. We show the efficiency of this method by illustrating case studies.

6 시그마를 활용한 서비스품질 평가에 관한 연구 - 국내 은행을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Service Quality Assessment Utilizing 6 Sigma - Focused on Domestic Banks -)

  • The importance of service industry in national economy is getting increasing due to current trend of aging society and increasingly desire for better quality of life. However, the level of labor productivity in domestic service industry is lower than Japan and Germany that are typically strong in manufacturing industry. Difficulty of process control and measurement in accordance with variability and intangibility which are features of service industry, is considered as the cause of this poor labor productivity in Korea. This study aims to present managerial implications by calculating sigma levels on branch bank service quality and suggesting the quality dimensions of banks can be checked through a gap comparison between the sigma level on service quality in the whole banks and service quality in each bank. Quality level presented by the KS-SQI is applied to the measurement method that Yoo Han Joo and Song Kwang Seok suggested in 2006. Spss18.0 is used as an analysis tool. As a result of factorial analysis, 7 dimensions of service quality in KS-SQI can be divided into new 3 dimensions of service quality. This study also suggests that width and number of questions in previous questionnaire shall be extended. The whole of the bank service quality level is evaluated 3 sigma. The research help banks to figure out their service quality level through gap comparison objectively.
