Roll to roll (R2R) system, known as 'web processing', is the process of producing these electronic devices on a roll of flexible plastic. With the need of improved performance and productivity in R2R industry, effective control and on-line supervision for web quality is essential. In this report, we present a system for on-line measurement of wrinkles, one of defects incurring due to compressive stresses developed in the web. This system is able to capture an image generated when a well defined line shape laser beam passes through a transparent web. The system calculates 3D shape information, including the height of the wrinkle on the web, and displays the images for the shape information of the web in real time. By using area scan camera and machine vision laser, this system takes more advantages of setting up as a simple and low cost system compared to the line scan camera systems that widely used in web manufacturing. Specific calibration method and analysis on the achievable accuracy will be discussed.

This paper is intended to trace and management of a medical specimen and its report in a hospital. To avoid missing and decaying specimen and to establish of order in the circulation of specimen, at the moment sampling, RFID tags for each are on examiner. And then, specimen is monitored easily, quickly and, correctly. We developed implementation LIS system has better CQI (Continuos Quality Improvement) using RFID and XML, ADO.net, ASP.net, C# 2.0. RFID technology replaces to an existing the bar-code system. Also for more convenience, we used a PDA-RFID module. The LIS system consists of main sorrel, SQL 2005, event display and analysis web page developed using asp.net 2.0 and sharing specimen data information using XML technology.

Farmers need timely information on the nutritional status of their animals and the nutritive value of pastures and supplementary feeds if they are to apply successfully this existing nutritional information. Near infrared reflectance(NIR) spectroscopy has been used over the last forty years to analyse accurately protein, fiber, and other organic components in animal foods. NIR spectroscopy is a rapid, non-destructive, and non-polluting technology. When properly calibrated, NIR spectroscopy is used successfully with both concentrate and forage feeds. NIR methods predict in vitro digestibility accurately and precisely, and can predict in vivo digestibility at least as well as conventional "wet chemistry" methods such as in vivo digestion or the pepsin-cellulase method, and much more rapidly. NIR technology has been applied to the routine monitoring (through analysis of feces samples) of the nutritional status of cattle and other grazing animals. This report reviews the use of near infrared reflectance(NIR) spectroscopy to monitor the nutritive value of animal feeds and the nutritional status of grazing animals.

National qualification system for SW engineering is intended to be mechanisms to assure the competence of SW professionals. Qualification system for SW engineering can be categorized as national qualification, nationally certified private qualification, and private qualifications. In this paper, we present a summary report of needs analysis for new national qualification systems, based on the survey from human resource department managers of IT companies in IT service, package SW and embedded SW industry. The survey results show that SW qualification system is appropriate for evaluation and career management, but does not provide up-to-date information concerning the technology assessment and change. Based on the result form needs analysis, we suggest the SW specialist and embedded SW specialist as new licenses in national qualification system. In addition, we also propose SW quality management engineer, systems management engineer, IT Protect management engineer, network management engineer and SW architect engineer, as new nationally certified private qualifications.

본 연구는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독, 수면의 질 및 우울 간의 상관관계를 파악하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 G지역의 대학생 304명으로 하였다. 자료수집은 자가보고 설문지를 활용하였으며 자료분석은 빈도, 퍼센트, 평균, 표준편차, t검증, One way ANOVA 및 Pearson correlation coefficient로 실시되었다. 연구결과 대상자의 스마트폰 중독과 수면의 질은 유의한 음의 상관관계, 스마트폰 중독과 우울은 유의한 양의 상관관계, 그리고 수면의 질과 우울은 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 대학생의 스마트폰 중독, 수면의 질 및 우울을 개선하고 예방하기 위한 교육 및 프로그램 개발 전략을 모색할 때 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 향후 이를 고려한 체계적인 교육프로그램의 적용이 요구된다.

사회과에서는 학생들이 주제를 정해 스스로 계획을 세워 조사하고, 사회를 탐구해가며 조사 보고서를 정리해가는 능력을 중요시 여겨왔으며, 교육 현장에서 가장 많이 사용되는 사회과 수행평가 방법도 조사 보고서 방법이다. 하지만 대부분의 학습자들은 '보고서를 작성해오라'는 지시를 받고, 뚜렷한 목표나 체계적인 형식 없이 보고서를 작성하고, 교사에게 제출한 후 학기말 평가 결과만을 일방향적으로 통보 받아왔다. 현 수행평가는 본질적인 의미에서 벗어나 단순히 결과만을 중시하던 기존의 평가를 유지하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 수업의 한 과정으로서 평가가 이루어질 수 있는 웹 기반 수행평가 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 연구는 시스템을 기반으로 학생들이 다양한 자료를 탐색, 수집하여 일정한 형식에 보고서를 작성하고, 제시된 평가 관점에 의하여 동료평가를 한 후 평가 결과를 즉시 피드백하여 학습자간, 교사와 학습자간의 상호작용을 활성화시켜 학습 의욕을 고취시키고 평가의 질 향상을 목적으로 하였다.

본 연구는 국내 환경·에너지 공학 분야 연구기관을 대상으로 다양한 유형의 연구소 현황을 조사하고, 최근에 이루어진 연구결과의 데이터베이스 구축 등의 정보화 여부와 환경·에너지 R&D 정보 활용여부와 자원공유를 위한 연구기관들간의 협력적 네트워크 활용의 실태를 진단했다. 정보화와 정보 활용을 방해하는 역기능 요인 분석결과를 중심으로 21세기 핵심 R&D 정보활용과 보다 전문적이고 수준 높은 연구환경을 고무시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시했다.

The mechanical properties of ITO films such as adhesion and internal stress are very important for the commercial application of solar cell devices. We report high quality pulsed DC magnetron sputtered ITO films deposited on silicon and glass substrates with low resistivity and high transmittance for various working pressures ranging from 0.96 to 3.0 mTorr. ITO films showed the lowest resistivity of $2.68{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, high hall mobility of $46.89cm^2/V.s$, and high transmittance (>85%) for the ITO films deposited at a low working pressure of 0.99 mTorr. The ITO films deposited at a low working (0.96 mTorr) pressure had both amorphous and polycrystalline structures and were found to have compressive stress while the ITO films deposited at higher temperature than 0.99 mTorr was mixture of amorphous and polycrystalline and was found to have tensile stress.

Pain and sensory disorder resulting from injury to peripheral nerves of the face and jaws are a major source of patient dissatisfaction and suffering. The majority of patient who sustain injuries to the peripheral sensory nerves of the face and jaws experience a slow but orderly return of sensation that is functional and tolerable in quality, if not "normal". For many patients, however, the long-term effects are a source of aggravation, and for a few, a significant cause of suffering. Common complaints relate to reduced sensory information causing embarrassing food accumulations or drooling, biting a burning the lip or tongue, and difficulty in performing routine activities such as shaving and apply makeup. For some patients posttraumatic symptoms become pathological and frankly painful. The predominent pain components are (1) numbing anesthesia dolorosa pain, (2) triggered neuralgiaform pain, (3) burning, aching causalgiaform pain, and (4) phantom pain. This is a report of cases about posttraumatic pain syndrome associated with dental treatment in a psychologically disabled patient.

Many commonly used household chemicals and medical eye drops look alike, resulting in a worldwide increase in incidences of accidents caused by confusion between similar-looking agents. In this case report, we present two patients who visited the emergency department following inadvertent instillation of tinea pedis treatment solution instead of eye drops. Both patients developed corneal chemical burns following the accidental application. Notably, the visual acuity and symptoms eventually recovered for both patients after hospitalization. However, complete recovery occurred only after several weeks. Both patients were relatively old and had been prescribed eye drops after previous ophthalmic surgery. Since the eye is a sensory organ that receives visual information, ocular injuries significantly affect the quality of life and social functioning of the patient. Incidences of accidental misidentification of eye drops are steadily increasing in South Korea; unfortunately, regulatory policies are unavailable to avoid such hazards. Therefore, physicians should be mindful of the potential risks associated with misidentification of everyday household products and must spend time educating patients when prescribing eye drops. Policy regulations are warranted for products with containers that resemble eye drop bottles. Such items need to be clearly labeled with additional warnings to prevent misidentification and accidental ocular instillation.
