This study explores the reporting tendencies of project managers when sending a status reports to their respective senior managers in information systems development project. It also examines the effect of selective reporting on report quality and systems development performance. The research model is proposed based on literature survey as well as key points from Iacovou et al. [2009] which is an extension of selective reporting in information systems project. Analysis of responses from 257 project managers in information systems industry indicates that pessimistic reporting by project managers has negative effect on both report quality (mediator variable) and systems development performance, while optimistic reporting has no significant effect on systems development performance. The CEO interest has an impact on the senior manager's power, which in turn leads to optimistic reporting by project managers. The senior manager's character has an impact on the senior manager's leadership, which in turn leads to pessimistic reporting. No direct relationship exists either between CEO interest and optimistic reporting or between senior manager's character and pessimistic reporting. In addition, trust toward the senior managers is significantly related to pessimistic reporting. Finally, report tendencies are also found to be affected by the active/passive characteristics of project managers.

Bug reports are essential documents for developers to localize and fix bugs. These reports contain information regarding software bugs or failures that occur during software operation and maintenance phase. Information Retrieval-based Bug Localization (IR-BL) techniques have been proposed to reduce the time and cost it takes for developers to resolve bug reports. However, if a low-quality bug report is submitted, the performance of such techniques can be significantly degraded. To address this problem, we propose a quality prediction method that selects low-quality bug reports. This process; defines a Quality property of a Bug report as a Query (Q4BaQ) and predicts the quality of the bug reports using machine learning. We evaluated the proposed method with 3 open source projects. The results of the experiment show that the proposed method achieved an average F-measure of 87.31% and outperformed previous prediction techniques by up to 6.62% in the F-measure. Finally, a combination of the proposed method and traditional automatic query reformulation method improved the MRR and MAP by 0.9% and 1.3%, respectively.

Due to the expansion of data and technical progress in the military industry, it is important to extract meaningful information for assuring quality and making policies. The analysis of trends and decision making based on big data is helpful for increasing productivity in business and finding new business opportunities. We propose an application to collect reliable quality information for munitions and build a big data platform for using the accumulated information and numerical data. We verified the proposed platform using the Test Report Information Service (TRIS) system and suggest a method that utilizes unstructured and semi-structured data accumulated by TRIS. Thus, we expect that the proposed platform will help in building infrastructure for military data, making efficient strategies, and analyzing trends for assuring munitions quality.

Accomplishing information system, techniques, methodology have been studied continuously and give much help to auditors who are using them. Additionally audit report which is the conclusion of accomplishing ISA(information system audit), has law of a basis and phase with ITA/EA Law(Electronic Government Law). This paper is for better quality of ISA report. But it has more errors about sentence and Grammatical structures. In this paper, to achieve quality improvement objectives, it is necessary to recognize the importance of an audit report by investigating on objectives, functionality, structures and usability of a report firstly, and a legal basis, the presence of report next. Several types of audit reports were chosen and the reports errors were divided into several categories and analyzed. After grasping reasons of those errors, the methods for fixing those errors and check-lists model was provided. And based on that foundation, the effectiveness validation about real audit reports was performed. The necessity for efforts to improve the quality of audit reports was emphasized and further research subject(AI Automatic tool) of this paper conclusion. We also expect this paper to be useful for the organization to improve on ISA in the future.

The purpose of this study was to assess the quality of the case reports in the Journal of Acupuncture Research (JAR). All case reports were retrieved from November 2017 to June 2020. There were 19 case reports included in this assessment based on the case report (CARE) guidelines and case report and standards for reporting interventions in clinical trials of acupuncture (STRICTA) guidelines. The overall quality of reporting was relatively high (83.08% on Case Report guidelines and 77.78% on Standards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture guidelines), but several crucial items remained substantially underreported, such as identifying as a case report (keywords), patient information and perspective, clinical findings, diagnostic assessment, and intervention information. In 18 out of 19 included case reports of acupuncture-related interventions, several items remained considerably underreported such as acupuncture regimen variation, depth of needle insertion, response sought, and experience of acupuncturists. In the classification by disease, condition, or syndrome, 13 out of 19 included case reports were for musculoskeletal disorders (68.4%), which is the main clinical medical field of Korean medicine services. The results of this study may help develop more appropriate reporting guidelines for case reports published in JAR.

Objectives A case report is a detailed medical description of previously unreported observations or complications of medical conditions, unique use cases of tests, or new side effects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of case reports published in the Journal of Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves (JKCMSN). Methods Case reports published in the JKCMSN from January 2013 to December 2020 were selected using the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). The quality of the reports was assessed based on the Consensus-based Clinical Case Reporting Guideline Development (CARE) guidelines. Results Sixty case reports that met the inclusion criteria were included in the assessment. Our analysis revealed that 71.42% of the case reports included all the necessary information and their level of reporting was good. However, their scores in the qualitative subdivisions of the reporting level parameters showed that the quality level was uneven. More than 65% of the papers did not report in the following categories: "Keywords," "Patient information," "Timeline," "Diagnostic assessment," "Therapeutic interventions," "Follow-up and outcomes," "Patient perspective," and "Informed consent." Conclusions Our analysis shows that CARE guidelines need to be followed more rigorously to improve the quality of reporting in the JKCMSN. Further efforts are necessary to develop reporting guidelines and evaluation tools relevant to the Korean clinical context.

Examined closely relation between audit quality and audit style such as ordinary audit, fixed period audit, residence audit, and responsibility audit. And, wished to examine closely relation between audit quality and customer satisfaction. As research result, being effect factor that audit style keeps in mind in audit quality, also, audit quality in audit satisfaction, and was proved that exert effect that ordinary audit, report to the responsibility audit or sense of responsibility state keeps in mind in audit satisfaction.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of case reports about Sasang Constitutional Medicine(SCM). Methods Case reports published from March, 2015 to March, 2018 in Journal of SCM were identified by searching from Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System(OASIS). We assessed the quality of reporting of them based on CAse REport (CARE) guideline. Results A total of 39 case reports were finally included for the assessment. Overall quality of reporting was acceptable because case report even less reporting items mentioned 70.4% of them. However, the quality level was uneven because the maximum report rate was 77.8 %, the minimum 44.4 %, and the median 66.7 % when rigorously assessed. More than 50% of 39 case reports did not report 6 items about intervention adherence and tolerability, Diagnostic challenges, patient's perspective on interventions, informed consent, timeline, and adverse events, and did not sufficiently report 4 items about inclusion of terms such as case reports or SCM in keyword, symptoms of patient in abstract, information such as occupation relevant with psychosocial history, and the rationale for conclusions. Conclusions Efforts to improve the quality of reporting in SCM, and to develop case reporting guidelines appropriate for SCM are required.

This paper presents an automated construction quality nonconformity control method. Existing quality control process are confined attributed to the dependence on human quality personnels. They are inefficiency for continuos quality improvements and may cause project schedule delays when any nonconformity is handled timely fashion. For sure, It is important to identify the add hoc quality nonconformity control processes and to implement them into an automated system that controls its' work-flow. It would be desirable to develop the construction project quality nonconformity control system using Building information modeling(BIM) and Information and Communications Technologies(ICT). It may provide an effective platform to prevent quality issues that exist in the existing quality management practice.

In this study, a survey for a satisfaction evaluation of the Test Report Information Service (TRIS) was conducted. A survey questionnaire on modified Information System Success Model(ISSM) of Delone and Mclean was carried out by 183 users in three groups, such as munition quality assurance agency, munition corporation, and test institute. As a survey result, training on the TRIS was in strong demand in all three groups. An understanding and proficiency of the overall system were different from the work process of each user group. In addition, the munition quality assurance agency needs to enhance the system function with its characteristics. Test institute has necessity of the linkage method with the TRIS depending on the authentication system. User groups are different in the operational method of TRIS between the contractor and cooperation. Accordingly, cooperation needs to be educated continually. This study can help in the construction of a Military Quality Integration Information System to secure the reliability of munitions.
