The purpose of this study was to identify the factors impacting fear of dementia, targeting the aged in the community. The study targeted 258 seniors aged 65 or older attending the senior college or using the senior citizen community center in areas of Jeollannam-do. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and a stepwise multiple linear regression. Fear of dementia of the aged showed significant positive correlations with dementia anxiety, and aged anxiety. dementia anxiety, aged anxiety, dementia experience, use of a hearing aid, religion, level of dementia interest were significant predictors influencing fear of dementia of aged in the community, and these variables accounted for 37.2% of the variance. Therefore, this study suggests that in order to p revent fear of dementia of aged people in the primary health care setting, it is necessary to have a nurse's assessment on the factors affecting dementia as well as a multi-faceted education strategy for proper recognition of dementia.
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the foundation of the Korean Association of Small Business Studies, this study reviewed research papers on the subject of entrepreneurship in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business. For 40 years, the subjects of entrepreneurship-related studies published in this journal were relatively limited and the number of articles was very few. The research papers mainly focus on defining entrepreneurship as an innovation or as a determinant of innovation and survey-based empirical studies have been conducted since the publication of the Entrepreneurial Orientation(EO) by Lumpkin and Dess(1996). Although entrepreneurship is a research field that can be approached from various perspectives such as economics, sociology, psychology, cultural anthropology, and organization theory, most of the papers published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business do not clearly state their theoretical positions or viewpoints. Moreover, there are few studies that incorporate corporate entrepreneurs or startup teams although they have been major actors or entrepreneurship. Lastly, innovation has been the main focus of research, leaving other arenas such as opportunity recognition and discovery understudied. In order to increase the quantity and improve the quality in the entrepreneurship research, we need to have the entrepreneurship field as one academic section in the Asia Pacific Journal of Small Business.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current status of the national authority data construction project centered on the National Library of Korea for the effective construction and utilization of national knowledge information resources. It also aimed to reveal the possibility and improvement of the national information system with the international standard identification system, and suggesting future development plans. To this end, this study conducted interviews and questionnaires with members of the Korean National Authority Data Sharing System(KNASS). The survey consisted of items related to the current status and difficulties related to the authority, the use of the KNASS, the recognition and utilization of identifiers, the awareness and utilization of the linkage with ISNI, the Importance-Performance Analysis for activating the KNASS, and the overall satisfaction and improvement direction. As a result of the analysis, it was proposed to develop rules and guidelines related to the authority works, to increase the quantity and quality of authority data, to raise understanding of the importance and establish a efficient work system, to diversify the authority service and develop a utilization model, to link the KNASS with international identifiers, and to share the necessity of the KNASS.

Exercise is necessary for a healthy life, but it is recommended that it be conducted in a non-face-to-face environment in the context of an epidemic such as COVID-19. However, in the existing non-face-to-face exercise content, it is possible to recognize exercise movements, but the process of interpreting and providing feedback information is not automated. Therefore, in this paper, to solve this problem, we propose a method of creating a formalized rule to track the contents of exercise and the motions that constitute it. To make such a rule, first make a rule for the overall exercise content, and then create a tracking rule for the motions that make up the exercise. A motion tracking rule can be created by dividing the motion into steps and defining a key frame pose that divides the steps, and creating a transition rule between states and states represented by the key frame poses. The rules created in this way are premised on the use of posture and motion recognition technology using motion capture equipment, and are used for logical development for automation of application of these technologies. By using the rules proposed in this paper, not only recognizing the motions appearing in the exercise process, but also automating the interpretation of the entire motion process, making it possible to produce more advanced contents such as an artificial intelligence training system. Accordingly, the quality of feedback on the exercise process can be improved.

In-depth interview in the field of hospitality industry services was conducted in COVID- 19. Introduction of kiosks for non-face-to-face services using untact technology, reservation, pay systems, self-service, service improvement using room service should be carried out. It is also necessary to implement Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, P-blogs, online broadcasting and live commerce through the establishment of m-channel system through untact marketing sales channels in the hospitality industry now that the product composition to solve the pro -blem of untact marketing is drawing attention due to diversification of online sales channe -ls. Now, the recognition of important elements of service education and a establishment of differentiated system of untact marketing, expansion of untact sale channel, implementation of non-face-to-face counseling service and introduction of pre-booking, telecommuting were recognized as urgent parts. In particular, a service differentiation and importance of human services, which were recognized free of charge, have re-recognized as premium, and quality service aspect of the hospitality industry in untact and the direction to diversify marketing channels are presented.
This study used big data to analyze visitors' experiences in Fishing Experience Recreation Village. Through the portal site posting data for the past six years, the experience of visiting Fishing Experience Villages in Baekmi and Susan was analyzed. The analysis method used Text mining and Social Network Analysis which are Big data analysis techniques. Data was collected using Textom, and experience keywords were extracted by analyzing the frequency and importance of experience texts. Afterwards, the characteristics of the experience of visiting the Fishing Experience Village were identified through the analysis of the interaction between the experience keywords using 'U cinet 6.0' and 'NetDraw'. First, through TF and TF-IDF values, keywords such as "Gungpyeong Port", "Susan Port", and "Yacht Marina" that refer to the name of the port and the port facilities appeared at the top. This is interpreted as the name of the port has the greatest impact on the recognition of the Fishing Experience Villages, and visitors showed a lot of interest in the port facilities. Second, focusing on the unique elements of port facilities and fishing villages such as "mud flat experience", "fishing village experience", "Gungpyeong port", "Susan port", "yacht marina", and "beach" through the values of degree, closeness, and betweenness centrality interpreted as having an interaction with various experiences. Third, through the CONCOR analysis, it was confirmed that the visitor's experience was focused on the dynamic behavior, the experience program had the greatest influence on the experience of the visitor, and that the experience of the static and the dynamic behavior was relatively balanced. In conclusion, the experience of visitors in the Fishing Experience Villages is most affected by the environment of the fishing village such as the tidal flats and the coast and the fishing village experience program conducted at the fishing port facilities. In particular, it was found that fishing port facilities such as ports and marinas had a high influence on the awareness of the Fishing Experience Villages. Therefore, it is important to actively utilize the scenery and environment unique to fishing villages in order to revitalize the Fishing Experience Villages experience and improve the quality of the visitor experience. This study is significant in that it studied visitors' experiences in fishing village recreation villages using big data and derived the connection between fishing village and fishing village infrastructure in fishing village experience tourism.
This study deals with the relationship among trust, attachment and brand loyalty of agricultural products' rice co-brands, which are the staple food of the people. The research method established the hypothesis of the study under the foundation of prior research and developed the survey. The subjects of the study were distributed, retrieved, and analyzed the survey of 163 rice farmers in Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. The empirical analysis results show that: First, hypothesis 1 of the brand awareness and image that "rice brand assets will be a positive relationship to trust" were statistically adopted. In particular, statistical t values showed a difference in consumer confidence over recognition>images. Second, hypothesis 2 of the trust of agricultural rice brands will be a positive influence on attachment and loyalty' statistically supported. In this regard, brand trust was higher in loyalty than attachment. Third, the attachment of agricultural products to rice brands will be a positive influence on loyalty,' was statistically supported. The strategic implications of this study are as follows. First, consumers should be given clues of trust(ex, GAP of Natioanl Approval Licesing, Fam Tour) as they distrust the perceived quality of the rice in the market. Second, the effect of the origin of rice is questionable, so the spread of the production power system should prevent the mixing of rice varieties, that is the spread of the production history systems.

A term 'Wolabal' which is an abbreviation of the words, in South Korea means the balance between work and life. The term reflects on people's thoughts to seek for their happiness these days. In fact, they think that the quality of the life is more valuable than any other things on their lives, reflecting on the issues caused by modern societies. 'Wolabal' has emerged as an alternatives to solve the social issues like economic recession, high unemployment rate, aging society, low birth rate and etc. However, in order to establish 'Wolabal' as a culture the comprehensive agreement between an individual and society should be considered first. In society, the system or policies to forster cultural business should be settled while in individual, it is necessary to change the way they think about their work and the qualities of their lives. From this view we have to focus on the relationship between their work and leisure. On the relationship between their work and leisure we should understand that the relationship is not conflicted but co-exists and understanding the real meaning of the relationship is critical in balancing between work and life. The recognition to the labor which has been from the past would give not only the meaning of individual survival but the one of their whole lives. Despite this, modern society has faded away the real meaning of labor because it has focused on the mass manufacturing and sometimes the long-termed economic sluggish has emerged. This trend has made people think about their lives and seek for their lives' real value.
The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of the leisure flow among the Baby Boomers upon their psychological well-being and verify the mediating effect of social support. For this study, the New Aging who were Baby Boomers(born between 1955 and 1963) living in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do. And a total of 470 questionnaires were put to analysis. The findings of this study are as follows; First, the leisure flow of the Baby Boomers turned out to have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Second, the leisure flow of the Baby Boomers turned out to have a significant impact on social support. Third, the recognition of the social support of the Baby Boomers turned out to have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Fourth, the researcher verified the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between leisure flow and psychological well-being of the Baby Boomers. This study implies that, as the Baby Boomers is leading the culture of the aged, the study provided the basic data for a healthy society in addition to the enhancement of the quality of life of the New Aging by leading the changing culture of the aged to a positive direction.

Projection Mapping, also known as Spatial Augmented Reality(SAR) has attracted much attention recently and used for many division, which can augment physical objects with projected various virtual replications. However, conventional approaches towards projection mapping have faced some limitations. Target objects' geometric transformation property does not considered, and movements of flexible objects-like paper are hard to handle, such as folding and bending as natural interaction. Also, precise registration and tracking has been a cumbersome process in the past. While there have been many researches on Projection Mapping on static objects, dynamic projection mapping that can keep tracking of a moving flexible target and aligning the projection at interactive level is still a challenge. Therefore, this paper propose a new method using Unity3D and ARToolkit for high-speed robust tracking and dynamic projection mapping onto non-rigid deforming objects rapidly and interactively. The method consists of four stages, forming cubic bezier surface, process of rendering transformation values, multiple marker recognition and tracking, and webcam real time-lapse imaging. Users can fold, curve, bend and twist to make interaction. This method can achieve three high-quality results. First, the system can detect the strong deformation of objects. Second, it reduces the occlusion error which reduces the misalignment between the target object and the projected video. Lastly, the accuracy and the robustness of this method can make result values to be projected exactly onto the target object in real-time with high-speed and precise transformation tracking.
