Quality system management adapted by small and medium enterprises in Kangwon province to enhance the competitiveness was studied. Variance analysis on several questionnaire answers was performed. Motives for acquiring the accreditation, such as product export, adjustment to international trend, enhancement of brand/product recognition, CEO's mind change, and management innovation, have been changed significantly among business types. Mind changes after the accreditations were setting company's first priority on quality, enhanced recognition on compliance of in-house standards and regulations, employee's performance with the recognition of quality. Amongst service problems to maintain the ace reditations were difficulties in maintaining the recognition of the company's finality management, labor increase to maintain the ISO 9000 enforcement team, and financial burden to keep the accreditation. Quality recognition after the accreditations was significantly improved in setting company's first priority on quality, enhanced recognition on compliance of in-house standards and regulations, employee's performance with the recognition of quality.

The performance of finger-vein recognition methods is limited by camera optical defocusing, the light-scattering effect of skin, and individual variations in the skin depth, density, and thickness of vascular patterns. Consequently, all of these factors may affect the image quality, but few studies have conducted quality assessments of finger-vein images. Therefore, we developed a new finger-vein recognition method based on image quality assessment. This research is novel compared with previous methods in four respects. First, the vertical cross-sectional profiles are extracted to detect the approximate positions of vein regions in a given finger-vein image. Second, the accurate positions of the vein regions are detected by checking the depth of the vein's profile using various depth thresholds. Third, the quality of the finger-vein image is measured by using the number of detected vein points in relation to the depth thresholds, which allows individual variations of vein density to be considered for quality assessment. Fourth, by assessing the quality of input finger-vein images, inferior-quality images are not used for recognition, thereby enhancing the accuracy of finger-vein recognition. Experiments confirmed that the performance of finger-vein recognition systems that incorporated the proposed quality assessment method was superior to that of previous methods.

본 논문에서는 현재 강원도 중소기업들이 기업경쟁력을 높이기 위해 실시하고있는 품질경영 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과 강원도에 위치한 중소기업에서 실시하고있는 활동은 고객 중심의 품질경영과 자동화, 신기술, 공정개선을 위한 활동 및 ISO 9000인증 획득에 많은 관심을 갖고 있으며, 다음으로 5S에 의한 공장합리화${\cdot}$제안제도에도 관심을 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 대상인 기업은 고객 만족을 위한 제품/서비스를 제공함으로써 경쟁회사보다 시장성 우위를 확보하고, 가격경쟁력을 확보하려 노력하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

지문인식시스템은 사용자의 지문을 전자적으로 읽어 미리 입력된 데이터와 비교해 본인 여부를 판별하여 사용자의 신분을 확인하는 시스템이다. 지문인식시스템의 성능은 지문 인식에 걸리는 시간이나 정확도 등에 좌우된다. 본 논문에서는 지문인식시스템의 품질 수준을 평가하기 위해 ISO 품질평가 표준을 기반으로 효율성에 관한 평가모델을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 표준에 입각한 평가기준 구축과 활용에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of demographic characteristics of consumers and quality recognition factors on purchase intention of organic wine, and to provide preliminary data necessary for the development of wine industry. By factor analysis of collected surveys, quality recognition factors of both the experienced and non-experienced group of organic wine environment/health, varieties of grapes, price, and four brand elements. First, among demographic characteristics, only income level hae a significant influence on the changes in quality recognition causes. Each of quality recognition causes of organic wine had a significant relation with purchase intent. The result of our analysis suggested that 'environment/health' was most influential for the experienced group, and 'health' was most influential for the non-experienced group. Therefore, this hypothesis is supported.

This study shows the following results. First, the assessment items of the whole exhibition operation, workforce, counselor's ability, facility and environment were important analysis factors for exhibition recognition, quality of human operation and quality of exhibition facility and environment. Second, exhibition recognition was found to be the most significant factor that influenced exhibitor's cognitive achievement, exhibition employee operation and exhibition facility. Third, exhibitors' satisfaction simultaneously increased as exhibition recognition and employee operation quality were raised. However, exhibition facility didn't strongly influence exhibitors' satisfaction. Fourth, high exhibition recognition, employee operation and exhibition facility resulted in high cognitive achievement and exhibitor's loyalty. Fifth, exhibition recognition is a highly influential factor to mediate exhibitor's cognitive achievement and exhibitors' loyalty. It implied that exhibitors' cognitive achievement and satisfaction were significantly related to the exhibition quality factor. Moreover, it indicated the effective and efficient operational method to strengthen promotional strategy, enhance the quality of employee operation, exhibition facility and environment. Thus, the results suggest a new method to evaluate exhibitor's satisfaction in the exhibition industry.

음성인식은 최근 인공지능 기술과 접목되면서 오인식률이 크게 개선되었고 사용자 관점에서 효과적이고 효율적인 HMI(Human Machine Interface)를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 추세는 방위산업 분야에서도 반영되고 있고 특히 항공분야에서 F-35에 적용이 되었다. 하지만 이러한 기술에 대해서 품질평가를 위해 방위산업 특히 항공분야에는 객관적이고 평가 가능한 정량적인 모델이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 음성인식의 소프트웨어 측면에서 항공기에 적용하기 위한 정량적인 평가 모델을 제시한다. 평가 모델 제시를 위해 음성인식 적용 기술과 ISO/IEC 25000(SQuaRE) 제품 품질 속성을 이용해 평가 항목을 추출한다. 이러한 두 가지 항목의 연계를 통해 정량적인 평가 모델을 제시하고 사례 연구를 활용해 평가 결과를 확인한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to confirm the strategic direction of the firm regarding the capabilities of the organization and its employees in order to increase the utilization and business performance of employees by that introduce smart factories in the domestic manufacturing industry. Research design, data, and methodology: This study derived a structured research model to confirm the mediating effect of recognition responses between the quality characteristics of smart factories and dynamic capabilities. For the analysis, a total of 143 valid questionnaires were used for 200 companies that introduced smart factories from domestic SME's. Results: Quality Characteristics of Smart Factory and Dynamic Capabilities had a statistically significant effect on Usefulness. Recognition Response had a statistically mediating on the relationship between quality characteristics of smart factory and business performance. Recognition Response had a statistically significant effect on business performance. Conclusions: It suggests that firms introducing smart factory reflect them in their empowerment strategic because the recognition responses of its employees differ according to the quality characteristics and dynamic capabilities of smart factories. It also means that the information derived from the smart factory system is useful and effective to business performance and employees.

This study was conducted to examine recognition of oriental medical doctors on the quality control of herbal medicine and to provide useful information for the establishment of effective quality control system of herbal medicine. Data were collected from 202 oriental medical doctors working in oriental medical hospitals or clinics in Daegu-Gyungbuk province. Generally, there is a tendency that most respondents have low degree of recognition, trust and satisfaction of the quality control of herbal medicine while they think standardization and complete quality control systems of herbal medicine is needed highly. Thus, in order to increase confidence of consumers in herbal medicine, and to increase the utilization of oriental medical services, both strengthening of quality control systems and standardization and establishment of Oriental KFDA as a new government agency responsible for the work should be required.

Importance of quality control is gradually increasing in the construction. And the reber work is very important things which influence in safety and durability of the building and accounts for about 9.8% of the total cost. Although reber work is important, quality control of the rebar work is still performed by attitude and experience of worker. Therefore, it is very important to quality achievement effort and quality standards recognition of rebar worker for quality sophistication in the construction. Some papers have dealt with the quality control in construction. But there was no study for actual conditions of quality standards recognition of rebar workers. The purpose of this study is to survey the actual conditions of quality standards recognition of rebar workers and to analyze difference of consciousness of administrator and worker. The result are : there id difference of consciousness of worker and administrator, workers work without knowing quality standard.
