Objectives : This study aimed to determine the evidence of effectiveness and safety of Chuna manual therapy for adult constipation patients. Methods : We searched 10 electronic databases(Ovid-MEDLINE, Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CAJ, Oasis, KISS, NDSL, KMBASE, KISTI) and related 2 journals up to October 2016. We included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of testing Chuna manual therapy for adults constipation patients. The methodological quality of RCTs related assessed by the Cochrane risk of bias tool. Results : Nine RCTs were eligible in our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis of 6 studies showed positive results for the use of Chuna manual therapy for constipation. Conclusions : There is favorable evidence of Chuna manual therapy for treating adult constipation with meta-analysis. However, our systematic review has limited evidence to support Chuna manual therapy for constipation because of low quality of original articles and further well-designed RCTs should be encouraged.

Purpose: This study aims to built the manual for quality assurance at development stages based on the system engineering to prevent the lack of mass product capability in advance. Methods: This study have proposed quality baseline and review guidelines of outputs in system development stages for R&D quality assurance of Domestic weapons systems Results: We apply the this method to 21 projects of military area in 2016, and we present 1,291 supplementary requirements such as adding the missing test items. Conclusion: This method contribute to minimize the gap between the quality of development and production and reduce the configuration management effort during the initial production.

The construction of green building has distinct charicteristics by work classification by applying green technologies. Thus if the new technologies are applied to construction, unskiiled worker can experience construction time delay, reconstruction occurrence and quality decrease because of mistakes during the construction and work progress. For this background, we establish the work progress manual to secure quality and performance during the construction phase of green building and provide method to be used in the construction sight operation.

Most of fruit quality classification has been done by time consuming, inaccurate and intensive manual labor. This study proposed an automated fruit grading system based on appearances and internal flavors. In this study, image processing technique and a weight checker were used to measure the value of appearance features and the near infrared spectroscopy analysis method was used to estimate the value of internal flavors. Additionally, I suggested 8x8x5x5 ANN based fruit quality classifier model to grade fruits quality. The proposed automated fruit quality classification system is expected to be very beneficial for many farms where heavy manual labor is usually needed for fruit quality classification.

Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of manual therapy on constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods We searched electronic databases (PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CAJ, KISS, KISTI, KMBASE, NDSL, OASIS, and RISS) for randomized controlled trials for manual therapy on constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease. Results Three randomized controlled trials were selected from the online database. One study demonstrated that manual therapy had positive results compared to routine nursing care with western medication. However, two studies demonstrated that manual therapy had no positive results compared to routine nursing care with western medication or western medication when used alone. Conclusions Our systematic review did not verify the clinical effect of manual therapy on constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease. Thus, more high-quality studies are needed to verify the effectiveness of manual therapy for constipation in patients with Parkinson's disease.

Objectives: To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Chuna manual therapy (CMT) for chronic gastritis (CG). Methods: We searched twelve English, Chinese and Korean databases using relevant keywords up to September 2017. All randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of CMT for CG were considered for inclusion. The methodological quality of included RCTs was assessed by the Cochrane risk of bias tool. Results: Seven RCTs with 403 CG patients were included. The meta-analysis of 6 studies showed that CMT had statistically significant effects (p<0.0001) on effective rate for CG compared to conventional medication. Conclusions: This systematic review suggests that CMT seems effective for CG, but limited evidence from risk of bias. For future studies, high-quality RCTs such as sham-controlled studies with standardized interventions are needed to provide sufficient evidence on the effects of CMT for CG.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the scientific literature demonstrating the effectiveness of Chuna manual therapy (CMT) in the treatment of spinal scoliosis. Methods : A literature search was conducted using eight electronic databases to identify all randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) that investigated CMT as a treatment for spinal scoliosis. The Cochrane risk of bias tool was used to assess the methodological quality of each RCT. Results : Five RCTs met our inclusion criteria and were included in the analysis. These studies demonstrated positive results of CMT with respect to the reduction of Cobb's angle, vertebral rotation angle score, bending test score, and efficacy rate compared with brace treatment. Positive results were also assured, in terms of the reduction of Cobb's angle, pulmonary function, and efficacy rate when comparing CMT combined with other therapy with brace treatment, gymnastic training, or traction therapy. Conclusions : This review has identified encouraging and limited evidence of CMT for the treatment of spinal scoliosis. However, to obtain stronger evidence, without the disadvantages of study design and quality, we recommend that treatment effectiveness of CMT for spinal scoliosis is investigated further using a well-designed RCT.

Results : Three RCTs were eligible in our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis of 3 studies showed positive results for the using CMT for lumbar spinal stenosis. Conclusions : The review found favorable evidence of CMT for treating lumbar spinal stenosis with meta-analysis. However, our systematic review has limited evidence to support CMT for lumbar spinal stenosis because of low quality of original articles and further well-designed RCTs should be encouraged.

Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Chuna manual therapy(CMT) in the treatment of rotator cuff disorder. Methods We searched th following nine online databases without language restriction (MEDLINE/PubMed, Cochrane library, Ebscohost, CNKI, RISS, NDSL, KMBASE, and KISS) to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that used CMT in the treatment of rotator cuff disorder. The methodological quality of each RCT was assessed using the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool. Results Four RCTs were included. in the meta-analysis. CMT resulted in a significant reduction in symptoms in these trials. However, there was a high risk of bias in the RCTs. Conclusions We reviewed RCTs that studied the effects of CMT for rotator cuff disorder. While the studies indicate that CMT has favorable effects on rotator cuff disorder. But the risk of bias for most of the studies was high. Therefore, high-quality studies are required to make further conclusions.

We included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of testing Chuna manual therapy for hypertension patients. Results : Twenty one RCTs were eligible in our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis of eighteen studies showed positive results for the using Chuna manual therapy for essential hypertension. Conclusions : There is favorable evidence of Chuna manual therapy for treating essential hypertension with meta-analysis. However, our systematic review has limited evidence to support Chuna manual therapy for essential hypertension because of low quality of original articles and further well-designed RCTs should be encouraged.
