Is presenting guidance of information performance measurement as government PRM version 2.0 these common reference models in public sector. Government PRM is consisted of assessment classification system and standard line of sight and performance management standard form. Through this, is sorting performance element and define cause-and effect. Government PRM is supplying measurement categories at assessment classification system, but relative importance for application standard by measurement categories is not presenting. In this study, importance for government PRM's measurement categories been applying by commonness Test of information performance measurement of public sector wishes to deduce estimation and priority. Research model used Fuzzy QFD, and designed so that can reflect well PRM's development purpose. I applied Fuzzy AHP and FPP method that graft together fuzzy theory to minimize uncertainty and ambiguity in that expert opinion. Is drawn to element that "Standard model offer for information department and management" is the most important in government PRM's development purpose. "Quality of service" is showing the highest priority in customer results in measurement category. Importance for government PRM's measurement categories can offer common valuation basis in government and public institution. Hereafter if examine closely quantitative cause-and effect for structure model of measurement classification system when study government PRM more objective and efficient reference model become.

This paper aims to give a summary and review of the research trend about subjects of Asian Dust (AD) storm in the last three decades. The AD research was focused on classification of synoptic scale data and finding inflow pathway in early stage. Recently, new approaches have been made to explain chemical composition, transportation, transboundary movement reaction of AD, using satellite data, 3D modeling, the aerosol time of flight mass spectroscopy, etc. During AD events, a large amount of dust particles flow into Korea and Japan from AD source areas, and they are highly likely to be mixed with toxic substances when air mass contained AD particles pass over seriously polluted areas. We concluded that, considering that AD events were classified into two cases according to the source area and pathway, the concentrations of crustal components did not increase at the initial stage of AD events, Whereas ammonium-sulfate, trace metal element, OC, EC relatively increased in the early stage. This explains AD events have the possibility of being accompanied with polluted air mass or particles. Also, we further need to compare and summarize the results of AD studies which already have been conducted, and prepare strategies for particle management, particularly for Black Carbon (BC) and Brown Carbon (BrC) which are considered to induce climate change effects.
Matching pursuit algorithm is a signal expansion technique whose efficiency for motion compensated residual image has already been demonstrated in the MPEG-4 framework. However, one of the practical concerns related to applying matching pursuit algorithm to real-time scalable video coding is its massive computation required for finding dictionary elements. In this respective, this paper proposes a fast algorithm, which is composed of three sub-methods. The first method utilizes the property of symmetry in 1-D dictionary element and the second uses mathematical elimination of inner product calculation in advance, and the last one uses frequency property of 2-D dictionary. Experimental results show that our algorithm needs about 30% computational load compared to the conventional fast algorithm using separable property of 2-D gabor dictionary with negligible quality degradation.
Due to the emergence of new application programs and the fast growth of Internet users, Internet routers are required to provide the quality of services according to the class of input packets, which is identified by wire-speed packet classification. For a pre-defined rule set, by performing multi-dimensional search using various header fields of an input packet, packet classification determines the highest priority rule matching to the input packet. Efficient packet classification algorithms have been widely studied. Tuple pruning algorithm provides fast classification performance using hash-based search against the candidate tuples that may include matching rules. Bloom filter is an efficient data structure composed of a bit vector which represents the membership information of each element included in a given set. It is used as a pre-filter determining whether a specific input is a member of a set or not. This paper proposes new tuple pruning algorithms using Bloom filters, which effectively remove unnecessary tuples which do not include matching rules. Using the database known to be similar to actual rule sets used in Internet routers, simulation results show that the proposed tuple pruning algorithm provides faster packet classification as well as consumes smaller memory amount compared with the previous tuple pruning algorithm.
The specifications which are drawn up when developing a software cannot achieve continuous automation because of individual qualities of them, and many inconsistent elements can be discovered even from software audit. In this paper, we establish the standards for the classification of inconsistent items by analysing audit related data in order to maintain the consistency among specifications drawn up in the phases of analysis and design. We propose the specification inconsistent item detection method. This can reduce the error of the specification which is drawn up from analysis and design phase with it will be able to improve the quality of the software which is a last product. It can improve the quality of the software which is a last product, by reducing the error of the specification which is drawn up from analysis and design phase.

In regard to indoor air quality patterns, the government introduced various polices that were about managing and monitoring quality of indoor air as a major assignment, and also executed 'Indoor Air Quality Management Act' which was presented in the May, 2004. However, among the multi-usage facilities controlled by the Act, the school was not included yet. This study goal was to investigate PM 10 pollution patterns of the high school classrooms using a pattern recognition method based on cluster analysis and disjoint principal component analysis, and further to survey levels of inorganic elements in May, June, and September, 2004. A hierarchical clustering method was examined to obtain possible objects in pseudo homogeneous sample classes by transformation raw data and by applying various distance. Following the analysis, the disjoint principal component analysis was used to define homogeneous sample class after deleting outliers. Then three homogeneous Patterns were obtained as follows: the first class had been separated and objects in the class were considered to be sampled under semi-open condition. This class had high concentration of Ca, Fe, Mg, K, Al, and Na which are related with a soil and a chalk compounds. The second class was obtained in which objects were sampled while working air-conditioners and was identified low concentration of PM 10 and elements. Objects in the last class were assigned during rainy day. A chalk, soil element and various types of anthropogenic sources including combustions and industrial influenced the third class. This methodology was thought to be helpful enough to classify indoor air quality patterns and indoor environmental categories when controlling an indoor air quality.
Dried Rehmannia Radix Preparat, produced in different geographic origins of Korea and China, were investigated for the trace element contents using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. When the estimated data for 35 kind of elements including K, P, S, Cl, Si, Al, Fe, Sn, etc on 143 samples were analyzed by canonical discrimination technique, the average classification correct rate was 92.3% and the significance was less than 0.0001. In case of reducing the number of elements for statistic analysis from 35 to 8 and to 3, the correct rates were also reduced to 88.1% and to 84.6%. The correct rate for Chinese samples ranged from 94.6-96.0%, while those for Korean ranged from 72.5-89.9%.

As the health of people is a integral element of the public well-being, the government adopted and put the home visiting nurse system into practice from Jan. 1990, so that the public might get the necessary health service at the low cost and at home. Thus, it resulted in a rapid increase of the public need for the quality of life. The increasing demand for home care created a necessity for an increased man-power like home care nurse. Since the demand of the publics‘ home care has increased, Seoul Nurses’ Association, one of the branches of Korean Nurses Association has developed for the project team of Home Visiting Nurses Activities. The purpose of this study will analyzed and classified home nursing care activities of home visiting nurse according to the criteria of nursing diagnosis Korean Nurses‘ Association. The subject of the study was 54 patients in 1993 and 148 patients in 1994. All patients received home care at home from visiting nurses were living in Seoul city. The results of the study were as follows; 1) With regard to the nursing diagnosis, 24 items were classified. 2) The patients and families wanted to increase the number of time for home visiting. 3) Main sources of request to visit the patients at home were mainly from the families through nurses or doctors who cared for the patients. 4) In comparison of the characteristics visiting activities between 1993 and 1994, the number of the classification of nursing diagnosis and the number of visiting activities in 1994 were relatively increased than the outcomes in 1993.
