This study investigated the improvement of safety certification marking method and location marked on temporary equipments in order to guarantee the quality and safety of temporary equipments. The survey was performed for the stakeholder (manufacturers, lessors, and users) to find out the effective way that all stakeholder can agree each other. The main reason which users checked the safety certification making is that the mandatory safety certification marking can prevent the usage of poor and illegal temporary equipments. For the marking method, all stakeholder agreed that a depressed engraving method was an effective and usable displaying method. The opinions about the position of safety certification marking among the users, lessors, and manufacturers did not come into the agreement. The manufacturers preferred the marking position in which the engraving process is easy, but users wanted the conspicuous place such as vertical member. However, it is necessary to continuously study ways to adopt the position preferred by the users.

한국의 농업분야에는 여러 가지 인증제도가 존재한다. 그 예로 유기농산물 인증, GAP인증, KPGI인증, TOP푸르트/TOP라이스 인증 등이 있다. 이러한 인증제도는 소비자에게 안전하고 고품질의 농산물을 보장하기 위해 시행되었다. 하지만 각 인증제도가 명확한 목적을 보유함에도 불구하고 이러한 인증제도들이 소비자에게 관련정보를 수반하는데 성공적이지 못하다는 평가를 받고 있다. 그 이유로는 현존하는 몇몇의 인증제도가 오히려 소비자들을 혼란스럽게 하고 있다는 것이다. 그리고 각각의 인증제도를 별도로 유지하고 홍보하는 것은 더 많은 비용을 발생시킨다. 이 연구에서는 여러 인증제도를 활용하여 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

In case of Korea, immovable property like location, land prise or investment value is more highly estimated than quality of life of residents for performance and value of apartment house, because of limited land area or high density of population. But the high level of life has recently caused the increasing demand in better life. As there is no cases to provide the house in bulk due to the housing market condition, it is necessary to evaluate performance and value of structure, disaster prevention safety, habitability, antiquated condition of building and equipment, maintenance condition and so on that has importantly influence on resident's life quality. So, this study aims to understand the actual condition of environmental performance for the present apartment by comparing the designated apartment, which is ready to have completed in Daegu, with the mixed use residential building, which gained the best grade for green building certification system. Also by analyzing and evaluating a right to enjoy sunshine, floor impact noise etc. and indoor air quality.

As horizontal expansion of a city reaches the uppermost limit, on the ground of perpendicular expansion and efficiency of land use, skyscrapers go on increasing in number. However, skyscrapers which were newly built in Korea have many problems such as consumption of enormous amounts of energy, destruction of natural environment, and traffic jam. And from now on, environment-friendly development of skyscraper is urgently needed. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find the planning elements and estimation indexes to improve the environment-friendly quality of high-rise residential architecture by investigating environment-friendly skyscraper certification in Korea and the other countries. For that reason, we investigated the application ratios of 10 cases in Korea. And the results showed that the application ratios of environment-friendly estimation indexes were lower than 50% and the environment-friendly quality of skyscrapers in Korea was generally low. Therefore, based on these planning elements and estimation indexes, we tried to establish the guideline of improvement direction for environment-friendly development of high-rise residential architecture in Korea.

ISO 9000 is an efficient quality system for the customer's confidence and satisfaction. Of late years, the revised edition of ISO 9000 duality management system may give lots of positive business values to companies running ISO 9000 system Despite its tremendous popularity, there is some critisism against the effect and performance or ISO 9000 certification. This research explores the performances and effects of ISO 9000 quality system in small & medium size industrial companies. For this research, 202 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard and 67 companies not certified as contrast group were selected. The related data were collected by web-Poll survey. The major analyses are focused on the effect and performance or the ISO 9000 certification. and we established various hypotheses to verify the effect and performance or quality system. Results or statistical analyses show that total performance or qualify system is significantly different between certified companies and not certified.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the productivity change of the 10 Single PPM Certification Company in the 3 Industry(Electronics, Motor-Parts, Machines). In this study, Productivity change over the time in Korean small and medium sized firms in the 3 industries by the bootstrapped Malmquist Productivity Index(MPI). The traditional Malmquist Productivity Index(MPI) and Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) Models have not only bias but also lack statistical confidence intervals. they could lead to wrong evaluations of the efficiency and productivity scores. In this paper, DEA and a MPI are combined with a bootstrap method in order to provide statistical inferences that analyze the performance of the Single PPM Certification Company. The data cover the period between 2004 and 2007. The result of this paper reveals : 1) The Electronics Industry had productivity effect of 17%, but there was not direct effect for other Industries(Motor-Parts, Machines). 2) average productivity Progress of the 7DMU(Electronics), 1DMU(Motor-Parts) and none(Machines).

Nowadays wine is increasingly enjoyed by a wider range of consumers, and wine certification and quality assessment are key elements in supporting the wine industry to develop new technologies for both wine making and selling processes. There have been many attempts to construct a more methodical approach to the assessment of wines, but most of them rely on objective decision rather than subjective judgement. In this paper, we propose a data mining approach to predict human wine taste preferences that is based on easily available analytical tests at the certification step. We used sequential forward selection and decision tree for this purpose. Experiments with the wine quality dataset from the UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository demonstrate the accuracies of 76.7% and 78.7% for red and white wines respectively.

AQS(Air Quality Control System) is the important part of a car air conditioning system. This device intercepts automatically the influx of harmful waste gas. In this paper reliability assessment criteria for AQS are established in terms of quality certification test and lifetime test. The former quality certification test comprises general performance test and environmental test. Items which pass the test undergo lifetime test which guarantees the extent of mean lifetime with certain confidence.

본 연구는 국방품질경영시스템인증을 취득한 군수업체의 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 인증동기와 인증 후 효과를 파악하자 한다. 연구결과 인증 동기는 경영자의 의지와 회사 업무발전의 동기가 높게 나타났고 기간이 지남에 따라 동기가 강하게 변화하고 있다. 인증 취득 후에는 대외 신뢰도와 의식변화에 대한 효과가 높고 인증의 유지로 인한 업무능률 향상과 매출이익이 증가하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 국방품질인증 심사에 대한 평가는 합리적이고 객관적인이란 항목에 높은 반응을 보이고 있으나 수검의 용이성에 대한 만족도가 낮고 합리성과 전문성은 인증기간이 지남에 따라 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 인증유지를 하는데 애로사항은 정보 및 자료부족, 부서간 협조부족, 규격이해 및 전문 인력부족 등 기업 내부적인 문제점을 발견하여 개선을 위한 필요성이 제기 되었다.

This study was conducted to grasp problems of the present and investigate the real condition of organizations by making how an organizational ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has a positive effect on process improvement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the relationship between ISO/TS 16949 requirements and process improvement, process improvement has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance research projects. For doing them, it tris to suggest an effective application plan of ISO/TS 16949 certification through improvements about corporate quality management systems of the automobile field by investigating and analyzing literature of the precedent studies and ISO/TS 16949 certification effects actually, conducting and analyzing an survey on effects on customer satisfaction and organizational performance, and drawing the problems.
