본 연구는 수학교육 관련 연구에서 질적 접근을 적용한 논문들의 질적 접근 활용양상을 탐색하고, 질적 접근의 타당도와 신실성 향상 방안을 논의하고, 수학교육 분야에서 질적 접근 활용에 대한 시사점과 제언을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 2019년부터 2020년까지 한국수학교육학회지 시리즈E <수학교육논문집>에 게재된 13편의 논문에 대한 기초분석을 실시하여 전반적인 경향성을 진단하였다. 질적연구 적용 양상에 대한 경향성은, 적극적 질적연구 6편, 반(semi) 질적연구 3편, 혼합연구 3편, 문헌연구와 질적연구의 혼입 1편 등으로 나타났다. 기초분석 결과를 토대로, 13편의 논문 중 질적 접근을 적극 활용하여 풍부한 논의를 가능하게 할 수 있는 6편의 논문에 대한 질적 분석을 실행하였다. 6편의 논문의 방법론에 대한 세밀한 질적 분석 결과는 질적연구의 타당도와 신실성(trustworthiness)과 관련된 이슈들을 해당 연구의 맥락에서 상세하게 논의하고 있다. 아울러, 이러한 질적 분석의 결과에 기초하여, 향후 수학교육 분야에서 질적연구를 활용할 때 유념해야 할 사항들을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 질적 연구방법 교과목의 교육내용에 관한 기초자료를 제시하여 문헌정보학 대학원 과정의 질적 연구방법 교과목 개발에 일조하고자 한다. 국내 대학원에서 개설하고 있는 76편의 질적 연구방법 교과목 강의계획서의 내용분석을 통하여 질적 연구방법의 교육 경향을 도출하였다. 이를 근거로 문헌정보학 교육을 위한 핵심내용으로 질적 연구패러다임, 연구설계, 다양한 질적 연구 유형, 자료수집과 분석의 다양성, 글쓰기, 질적 연구의 평가준거를 제시하고 교수전략을 논하였다. 좋은 질적 연구를 수행하고 개발하기 위해서는 순환적, 창조적, 성찰적인 연구 실제가 가능하도록 교육해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 질적 연구의 토대로서 질적 연구의 다양한 패러다임과 철학적 이론적 전통을 이해하는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 질적 연구자는 자신의 질적 입장(qualitative stance)을 인식하고 질적 연구를 행하는 것이 매우 중요하다.

본 논문은, 질적연구논문심사 관련 국내 연구들이 부재하였으므로, 탐색적 차원에서 관련 포커스그룹 논의와 국외문헌에서 나타난 쟁점과 성과를 확인하여 국내 사회복지 질적연구논문심사가 나아가야 할 방향을 찾고자 하였다. 포커스그룹 논의를 통해, 질적논문 투고자들이 대면하는 심사자의 양적패러다임 편향과 비전문성, 불성실 등의 태도로 인한 좌절과, 심사자로서 질적논문심사에 대한 훈련 및 준비성 부족으로 겪는 심사에 대한 부담과 혼돈을 확인하였다. 또한 심사과정에서 참여자들은 투고자와 심사자의 동반 성장과 질 높은 논문완성을 위한 파트너쉽을 통해서 감사와 보람을 경험한다. 국외연구들은 질적연구논문의 투고자 혹은 심사자의 경험, 연구패러다임 갈등, 질적논문의 질 평가규준에 관한 논쟁을 다루고 있었으며, 주요 성과로서 심사규준(질 평가)에 활용될 수 있는 질적연구논문 작성 체크 항목 및 개념 리스트들을 제안하고 있었다. 향후 과제로서는 질적연구논문 전문 심사자 풀의 안정적 운영, 질적논문 심사규준과 심사자 매뉴얼 개발 등이 제안되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze reports of qualitative research published in Journal of Korean Academy of Fundamentals of Nursing (JKAFN). Methods: Twenty four qualitative research studies using in-depth interviews and focus group interviews published in JKAFN from 1994 to 2014 were selected for analysis. Chosen reports were analyzed by consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research (COREQ), which is a reporting guideline for qualitative research. COREQ consists of 32 items and 3 domains. Results: In the 1st domain, the relationship of researchers and research participants, bias and understanding of the researchers on the study phenomenon were analyzed less than other items. In the 2nd domain, methodological research was carried out across various qualitative studies, but the description of the research environment and research questions for the interview guidelines was insufficient. In the 3rd domain, research results and data were consistent, but data showing opposing content and explanations of negative practices were not done at all. Conclusion: These results indicate a need for the development of evaluation tools for qualitative research and items should be added to improve the reliability and validity, research should be related to the ethics in the framework of the COREQ.

Continuity and discontinuity is a relative concept, and there are various categories of the continuity and discontinuity in our circumference. In the thought of postmodernism of the late of 20th Century, continuous creations of the difference and the repetition have being regarded as a discontinuity. But, because of that catches the moment occurring qualitative skip though the flowing of the everlasting time, this has been known to a shortsighted viewpoint overlooking characteristic of the qualitative continuity of an organism, which have being created continuous formation for life through the flowing of the time. Therefore, this had studied like this complex social condition and various relationships expressed in modern fashion focusing on permanently creative movements and behaviors equal to the qualitative continuity. This Thesis is following study about continuity, and aims at understanding of those formative characteristics through consideration about characteristics of qualitative continuity. And, this analyzes formative characteristics of the qualitative continuity into 5 sets: enlargement, conversion, structural variability, mutual combination, and deconstruction. This thesis intends to grasp complex modern social phenomenon and modern fashion into qualitative continuity that means continuous formation and the change of various relationships according to recognition about the course toward open thinking.

Objectives: To analyze the reports of qualitative research about natural disasters in Korea. Methods: Nine published qualitative research studies were selected for the analysis. The selected reports were analyzed by Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research (COREQ), a reporting guideline for qualitative research. In addition, each subject of the study was qualitatively synthesized. Results: In the quality assessment using COREQ, detailed information about the researchers were insufficient. The results of the studies were integrated into six themes: "Disaster experience", "Disaster damage", "Dealing with disasters", "Disaster compensation issues", "Arbitration Resources", and "Post-disaster change". Conclusions: In further qualitative research on natural disasters, it is necessary to report the research according to the COREQ checklist. Based on the results of this study, continuous attention and research are needed to explore the areas of Korean medicine care in the event of a disaster.

In this study, a qualitative evaluation of the morphological changes in the seabed surrounding Jinwoo-Island due to the construction of the new Busan port were determined through a numerical simulation. Various scenarios for the discharge of the Nakdong river estuary dam and construction stage of the new Busan port were established and utilized for an indirect and qualitative investigation through simulation using the numerical model implemented in this study. It was concluded through a qualitative study that the morphological changes in the seabed surrounding Jinwoo-Island were typical estuary seabed changes due to the discharge of the Nakdong river estuary dam and waves from the open sea. The effects from the construction of the new Busan port were relatively small.

Entrance floor in hospital has became important space for medical service in holistic perspective and image enhancement. However, basically a discussion of the qualitative properties and the role of public space is paucity in change of public spaces paradigm. In accordance with this problem, this study consider the change of paradigm in public space based on earlier studies and create classification criterion of space. According to the criterion, G/D ratio and the qualitative spatial area ratio of 26 general hospitals which were planned over 500 beds are analyzed by case study method. The conclusion of this study is as follows. 1) The space according to the medical function is variable element. So the public space should be planned from function-subordinate space to self-reliance space in the future. 2) There is no correlation between the high G/D ratio and the high ratio of qualitative spacial area. In other word It's hard to say that the public space which G/D ratio is high is qualitative space. 3) Since 2000, various types in accordance with the circulation system is applied to public space. And ratio of qualitative spacial area is relatively high in the street type and the concourse type. 4) The qualitative spatial area ratio of stay space is higher than passage's one.

본 연구는 수학교육에서 혼합 연구방법(양적 연구방법과 질적 연구방법을 혼합한)을 활용한 연구에서 질적 연구 방법이 어떻게 적용되고 있는지를 분석하고, 질적 접근의 적용이 연구 목적 성취에 기여할 수 있는 시사점을 탐색하고 논의하고자 한다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 한국수학교육학회의 초등수학교육 학회지에 2012년 게재된 전체 16편의 논문 중, 혼합 연구법을 활용한 논문 5편을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 비교 항목별 분석 결과를 양화된 수치로 간략하게 제시하던 기존의 혼합 연구물에 대한 분석 연구와는 달리, 본 연구는 질적 연구자의 관점에서, 자료 수집 및 자료 분석 방법, 연구 참여자 및 샘플링 선정 등을 중심으로 심도 있게 분석하여 그 결과와 시사점을 질적으로 제시하고 있다.

이 연구는 한국 사회복지 질적 연구의 동향과 그 의미를 탐색한다. 연구결과, 한국사회복지 질적 연구는 "태동기"에 진입하고 있었고 그 지형적 특징은 후실증주의 혹은 발견주의의 압도적 열세, 연구물 산출에서의 지역간, 대학간의 현격한 편차, 학문후속세대의 질적 연구에 대한 급격한 관심 증가, 질적 연구의 리드 집단으로서 학문후속세대의 두각으로 드러났다. 한국 사회복지 질적 연구 동향의 중요한 축이라고 할 수 있는 산출된 연구물에 대한 비평에서는 해석적 패러다임의 주도, 절차주의에의 경도, 주제의 빈약성, 특정 질적 연구 전통에의 편향이라는 특징들을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 한국 사회복지 질적 연구의 동향은 그것이 가진 한계에도 불구하고 우리 학문공동체에 다양한 함의를 시사하고 있었다. 그것은 실증주의라는 지배적 지식기반에 대한 비판의 의미와 함께 실증주의에 비견할 대항적 인식론, 대항적 담론을 형성할 필요성을 시사하였다. 또한 비록 서구와 같이 격렬한 "논쟁"의 방식으로 패러다임의 다원화를 위한 노력이 가시화되고 있지는 않지만 "저변확대"의 형태로 패러다임의 다원화를 촉진할 수 있는 토대를 형성하고 있었다. 마지막으로 인과론적이고 시장중심적인 사회복지 현상에 대한 사유방식을 비인과적이고 덜 시장중심적인 내러티브적 사유방식의 확산이라는 의미를 내포하는 것으로 분석되었다.
