국가기술자격은 개인의 직업능력을 향상시키고, 기업과 국가의 경쟁력을 제고시키는 중요한 기능을 가지고 있다. 특히 '자격'은 '학력'과 함께 개인의 능력을 측정하여 객관적으로 보여주는 신호기능을 가지고 있고, "직무수행에 필요한 지식 기술 소양 등의 습득정도가 일정한 기준과 절차에 따라 평가 또는 인정되는 것"이다. 자격을 취득하기 위한 학습은 스마트러닝을 통하여 많이 이루어지고 있다. 최근 인터넷의 발전과 정보통신기술의 혁명으로 인해 정보와 지식을 중요시하는 지식사회로 진입하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 교육제도 변화에 발맞추어 최근 급성장을 거듭하고 있는 스마트러닝은 시간적, 공간적 제약 없이 교수-학습이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 인간 본연의 심리욕구를 다룬 대표적인 이론인 기본심리욕구 요인과 인간의 동기를 결정지을 수 있는 ARCS 동기이론이 상호작용성과 학습몰입, 즐거움을 통해 스마트러닝의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 실증 검증 하고자 한다. 구체적으로 ARCS 동기유발에서의 주의집중, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감을 통해 학습몰입에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 국가기술자격증 스마트러닝에서 수강생의 내재동기화를 지지함으로써 스마트러닝의 학습자들은 지속적 사용의도가 있다. 따라서 스마트러닝을 통한 국가기술자격증의 취득의 목적을 달성하여 기술의 습득은 물론 산업의 발전과 자격증의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 임상병리 전공 유사 취업연계가 가능한 다양한 자격증을 조사하고 취득 방법과 활용 여부를 알아보고자 하였다. 전공 외 취업 연계 가능 자격은 산업보건지도사, 도핑검사관, 청각관리사. 수화통역사, 보건교육사, 손해사정사, 생명보험 언더라이터, 행정관리사, 병원행정사, 보험심사관리사, 병원코디네이터 등이 있다. 임상병리기술학 전공 유사 관련 진출자격 현황으로는 임상시험코디네이터, 임상시험 모니터요원, 해부조직사, 화학분석기사, 위험물산업기사, 생물공학기사, 생물안전관리자, 생명공학기술지도사, 의료기기품질책임자, 실험동물기술원, 동물간호복지사, 선박의료관리자가 있다. 따라서, 임상병리사들이 현재 보유하고 있는 다양한 자격 현황의 사회분석조사가 필요할 것이며, 임상병리사 출신으로 다른 분야에서 근무하고 있는 현황조사도 필요할 것이다. 향후, 임상병리사는 개인의 업무역량 강화의 노력을 통하여 업무적 범위를 확대시키고, 사례를 공유하여 영역 확대와 전문성을 강화해야 할 것이라고 생각한다.

This paper investigates the characteristics and implementation of associate degree and advanced diploma in Australia, which belong to level 6 in AQF, to gain meaningful implications for engineering associate education in Korea. In Australian Qualification Framework and Engineers Australia's national generic competency standards are regarded as common benchmark for both qualifications. Training packages for advanced diploma were changed according to the subject/and national benchmark. and were developed to meet the needs of technical workers and para-professionals in the engineering field. The author recommends three suggestions from the findings - leadership of ABEEK for making benchmark for associate degree program in engineering in Korea, in which competency-based curriculum is currently being adopted by policy. development of outcomes descriptor of qualification and educational responsibilities.

This study examined educational and career backgrounds of 180 early childhood English teachers and curricula of training courses for early childhood English teachers in continuing education centers across 6 areas in Korea. Data analyses showed that (1) curricula for early childhood English teachers consists of basic practical conversation, English teaching skills, understanding early childhood education and general English knowledge. (2) Most teachers are women between 30 to 40 years of age, university graduates with majors in English literature, English education and/or early childhood education with confidence in speaking in and listening to English. (3) They were satisfied with their retraining courses. (4) English pronunciation skill was not always related to English conversation skill, but clarity of pronunciation influenced teaching confidence.

This study was intended to interpose an objection about the analysis of rainfall spatial distribution without a proper standard, and offer the improved approach using 1,he geostatistical analysis method to analyze it. For this, spatially distributed daily rainfall data sets were collected for 41 weather stations in study area, and variogram and correlation analysis were conducted. In the results of correlation analysis, it was found that the longer distance between the stations reduces the correlation of the rainfall data, and maltes the characteristics of the rainfall spatial distribution. The variogram analysis shows that correlation range was less than 50 km for the 17 daily rainfall data sets of total 91 sets. It says that it involves some rike, to determine the application method for rainfall spatial distribution without some qualifications, hence the Application standards of the Rainfall Spatial Distribution Analysis Technique, were essential and that was contingent on characteristics of rainfall and landscape.

Through the close examination of characteristics of adolescent, social institutions and its programs, and newly added and expanded library reference services. it is founded that new role and qualifications of young adult reference librarians are prerequisite subject. The following are the summary of new role and qualifications of specialized young adult reference librarianship. 1. Adequate training and education for the YA librarians is needed in order to have understanding of their characteristics (physiology, psychology, personality etc.). 2. Because of librarian's unique exposure to human relations and their personal awareness of other people's need, YA librarian should bring a person-centered managerial technique. 3. Librarianship may not have a clinical counseling function but to provide right answer or information, the librarian become counselor inescapably. 4. Librarians are not professionally trained to be experts on counseling in sex education. However, librarians can play an important role in educating YA by committing book selection, reader's advisory, referral services, library programming and staff development planning.

미래 지식기반 사회에 필요한 합리적이고, 창의적인 인재를 육성하기 위하여 학생들은 상상력과 창의력이 필요하고, 교사들이 이를 실용적으로 지도할 수 있는 분야가 수리과학이다. 학생들에게는 새로운 현상에 대한 호기심과 집중력, 문제해결을 통한 연구와 독창성을 기르는 활동이 필요한데, 4D-프레임을 이용하여 공간도형을 활용한 갖가지 모형 만들기를 통해 상상력과 창의력을 향상시키고자 하였다. 이러한 활동은 학생들의 수학에 대한 정의적 측면의 긍정적 효과뿐만 아니라 건축 및 우주 과학자의 소양을 담은 담화를 생성할 수 있었다.

정보기술은 도서관 업무에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소로서 점차 다양한 분야의 도서관 서비스에 적용되어가고 있다. 그 결과 사서의 직무에도 많은 변화가 나타나고 있다. 이 연구에서는 사서직 구인광고를 조사하여 구체적으로 사서에게 요구되는 정보기술의 유형과 그 수준 및 현황을 분석하고자 하였다. 조사분석 결과 행정 및 운영, 참고, 수서 정리 등 분야별로 차별화되어 다양한 정보기술에 대한 지식과 기술이 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
