The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of lyric analysis using the mind-map technique on parenting stress of mothers with disabled children. Six mothers performed psychological tests to confirm the level of parenting stress. Participants attended a total of fourteen lyric-analysis using mind-map programs and the Questionnaire on Resource and Stress (QRS) was administered before the first session and after the last session. Results showed a significant difference (p<.05) in perceived parenting stress. Also positive changes were observed from video analysis of each session. Overall, this study suggests that the lyric analysis based on the application of mind-map may have the positive influence on the parenting stress of mothers raising disabled children.
We studied this experiment to compare the effects of exercise and other body conditions: i.e., Flack test, cold pressor test and bicycle ergometry on the electrocardiogram. We had sixty healthy college students who were thirty nine men and twenty one women. Their $mean{\pm}SD$ values of physical characteristics were as follows: age; $22.0{\pm}1.4$, weight; men $61.7{\pm}5.6\;kg$, women $46.2{\pm}7.47\;kg$. We observed the changes of P-Q and Q-T interval, R and T amplitude, mean QRS vector, S-T segment deviation, and P and T vector. The result obtained were summarized as follows: P vector was shifted rightward regardless of the type of stress. T vector was shifted var-in each stress but in the bicycle ergometry T vector was shifted leftward. Mean QRS vector was shifted rightward immediately after the bicycle ergometry. Percentage of the occurrence of the depression of S-T segment was 21.7% at the immediately after the submaximal bicycle ergometry in lead II. The elevation of S-T segment was often observed after the mild stresses. Increased amplitude of T wave in the cold pressor test and decreased amplitude of T wave in the bicycle ergometry were observed. In the bicycle ergometry and other stresses, the precise mechanism of S-T segment changes was unexplained but insufficient repolarization in base or apex of the left ventricle due to heart strain was indicated by so called S-T vector analysis.
Objective: The ECG which used for this paper, is analysis result from alogrisms of arrythmia, and we have studied that how we could certain Cold(寒)type or Heat(熱) type and that Deficiency(虛) type or Excess(實)type of organs from various special diseases, and we obtained like these results. Method & Conclusion: 1. we depend on our examination about Pulse(脈) because we can't discriminate arrythmia using ECG analysis instruments. 2. We obtained that Cold(寒) type diseases had wave that prolonged above normal baseline and ST wave which had downward aptitude. 3. We obtained that Heat(熱) type diseases had the fibrillation which had shortend wave that compare to normal and had downward aptitude or negative aptitude. 4. We obtained that Respiratory system (肺) diseases had wave that is within normal or is short of normal range and had much fluctuation in potential difference or trans on P wave. 5. The character of EKG which presented about diseases of gastric systems is prolonged above narmal range of wave, and the ECG had represented mixed wave with Heat(熱) type when accompany inflammatory in gastric system. 6. The wave of Blood Stasis(瘀血) type had upward aptitude of QRS wave, and the wave of anemia or blood loss type(少血) had downward aptitude of QRS wave, the wave which had both Cold(寒)) and Heat (熱) represented mixed waves. 7. The Knotted Pulse(結脈) and Intermittent Pulse(代脈)is corresponded with sinus brady cardia, and the Swift Pulsle(疾脈) is corresponded with fibrillation. 8. We pay attention to the relations of formations about pressures pulse from formations of EMD( electromechanical dissociation ). Result : From these results, we will have to study about ECG which using in tests of change of Parkinsons disease.
This study was performed to obtain an accurate methods of diagnosis in early stage of traumatic pericarditis and myocarditis in ruminants. Korean native goats were used as experimental animal and traumatic pericarditis and myocarditis were induced by surgical intervention. The changes in clinical signs, hematological values, blood enzymes and electrocardigrams were observed for 14 days after operation. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Body temperature in experimental group of induced traumatic pericarditis and myocarditis was slightly increased than control group that was rumenotomized. Heart rate was increased in both groups but the increased rate was noticed remarkably in experimental group. There was no change in respiratory rate in experimental and control group. 2. Total leucocytes counts and neutrophil percentage maintained higher level after operation and lymphocytes percentage noticed reversed proportion to neutrophil in both groups. 3. Serum total protein concentration and alkaline phosphatase activities after operation showed a little lower levels than these values prior to operation. Serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and lactic dehydrogenase activities in control group showed slight increase through all the experimental period, while in experimental group these activities were markedly elevated and an increase in serum lactic dehydrogenase activities was more remarkable comparing to serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase. 4. Electrocardiograms in control group did not show any abnormalities except for slight increase in heart rate. In experimental group the amplitude of QRS complex was increased in duration of experimental period. The transference from QRS complex to T wave was uncertain and S-T segment moved upward obliquely through electrical zero line.
Cardiac disorder data are generally tested using the classifier and QRS-Complex and R-R interval which is used in this experiment are often extracted by ECG(Electrocardiogram) signals. The experimentation of ECG data with classifier is generally performed with SVM(Support Vector Machine) and MLP(Multilayer Perceptron) classifier, but this study experimented with Best-First Decision Tree(B-F Tree) derived from the Dicision Tree among Random Forest classifier algorithms to improve accuracy. To compare and analyze accuracy, experimentation of SVM, MLP, RBF(Radial Basic Function) Network and Decision Tree classifiers are performed and also compared the result of announced papers carried out under same interval and data. Comparing the accuracy of Random Forest classifier with above four ones, Random Forest is the best in accuracy. As though R-R interval was extracted using Band-pass filter in pre-processing of this experiment, in future, more filter study is needed to extract accurate interval.

In this paper, we designed the FPGA hardware-based real-time ECG simulator, which generates an analog ECG signal within the range of 0 to 5 volts and described function. The ECG signal generated by the simulator can be applied to laboratory tests, the medical device, and the calibration study in various ways. ECG signals generated by simulator are obtained with conventional 24bit quantization to generate the signal data, and they are sampled and quantized to 1kHz of the 8-bit resolution when used as actual data. The proposed simulator is implemented using xilix Spartan-3 and data are transmitted through an RS-232 between the PC and the FPGA simulator. The transmitted data are stored in the memory and the stored data are printed out with the analog ECG signal through DAC (0808). It can also control the heart rate (HR) via the two buttons level UP-DOWN. We used existing ECG input rating for the evaluation of the designed system and evaluated differential circuit for obtaining QRS waveform and the output signal. We finally could obtained proper the result.
Most methods for detecting PVC and APC require the measurement of accurate QRS complex, P wave and T wave. In this study, we propose new algorithm for detecting PVC and APC without using complex parameter and algorithms. Proposed algorithm have wide applicability to abnormal waveform by personal distinction and difference as well as all sorts of normal waveform on ECG. To achieve this, we separate ECG signal into each unit patterns and made a standard unit pattern by just using unit patterns which have normal R-R internal. After that, we detect PVC and APC by using similarity analysis for pattern matching between standard unit pattern and each unit patterns.
Most of the conventional electrocardiowaphs foil to detect signals other than P-QRS-T due to the limited SNR and bandwidth. High-resolution electrocardiography(HRECG) provides better SNR and wider bandwidth for the detection of micro-potentials with higher frequency components such as vontricular late potentials(LP). We have developed a HRECG using uncorrected XYZ lead for the detection of LPs. The overall gain of the amplifier is 4000 and the bandwidth is 0.5-300Hz without using 60Hz notch filter. Three 16-bit A/D converters sample X, Y, and Z signals simultaneously with a sampling frequency of 2000Hz. Sampled data are transmitted to a PC via a DMA-controlled, optically-coupled serial communication channel. In order to further reduce the noise, we implemented a signal averaging algorithm that averaged many instances of aligned beats. The beat alignment was carried out through the use of a template matching technique that finds a location maximizing cross-correlation with a given beat tem- plate. Beat alignment error was reduced to $\pm$0.25ms. FIR high-pass filter with cut-off frequency of 40Hz was applied to remove the low frequency components of the averaged X, Y, and Z signals. QRS onset and end point were determined from the vector magnitude of the sigrlaIL and some parameters needed to detect the existence of LP were estimated. The entire system was designed for the easy application of the future research topics including the optimal lead system, filter design, new parameter extraction, etc. In the developed HRECG, without signal averaging, the noise level was less than 5$\mu$V$_rms RTI$. With signal averaging of at least 100 beats, the noise level was reduced to 0.5$\mu$V$_rms RTI$, which is low enough to detect LPs. The developed HRECG will provide a new advanced functionality to interpretive ECG analyzers.

The baseline wander is most fatal noise, because it obstructs reliable diagnosis of cardiac disorder. Thus, in this paper, the morphology-pair is proposed for estimation of baseline wander except P, T-wave and QRS-complex. Proposed Morphology-pair is able to except P, R, T-wave which have characteristics of local maxima. Likewise Q, S-wave such as local minima are excepted by proposed Morphology-pair. The final baseline wander eliminated ECG signal is deducted by subtraction of original ECG and estimated baseline wander. The experimental results based on the MIT/BIH database show that the proposed algorithms produce promising results.

Legacy study for detecting arrhythmia have mostly used nonlinear method to increase classification accuracy. Most methods are complex to process and manipulate data and have difficulties in classifying various arrhythmias. Therefore it is necessary to classify various arrhythmia based on short-term data. In this study, we propose a feature extraction based on auto regressive modeling and an premature contraction arrhythmia classification method using SVM., For this purpose, the R-wave is detected in the ECG signal from which noise has been removed, QRS and RR interval segment is modelled. Also, we classified Normal, PVC, PAC through SVM in realtime by extracting four optimal segment length and AR order. The detection and classification rate of R wave and PVC is evaluated through MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. The performance results indicate the average of 99.77% in R wave detection and 99.23%, 97.28%, 96.62% in Normal, PVC, PAC classification.
