This paper describes a method to detect QR-code finders by four-direction scanning. The finder recognition is the first step in the QR-code recognition. If the finder is missing, QR-code recognition fails. The existing QR-code recognition method has a problem that the recognition performance decreases for perspectively distored images. To overcome the problem, we introduce four-direction scanning and a candidate set image to accurately detect QR-code finders. Using morphological operations detect the QR-code finder in the candidate set image robustly. To show the effectiveness of our method, we compared our method with the well-known existing method. The experimental result indicates that the proposed method is superior to the existing method in terms of the finder recognition performance.

QR Code has been used in various forms such as simple business cards and URLs. Recently, the influence of Corona 19 Fundemik has led to the use of QR Codes to track travel routes through visits and entry / exit records, and QR Code usage has skyrocketed. In this way, most people have come to use it in the masses and are constantly under threat. In the case of QR Code, you do not know what you are doing until you execute it. Therefore, if you undoubtedly execute a QR Code with a malicious URL inserted, you will be directly exposed to security threats. Therefore, this paper provides a cloud-based malware QR Code detection system that can make a normal connection only when there is no abnormality after determining whether it is a malicious QR Code when scanning the QR Code.

In this paper, we propose three-dimensional (3D) quick-response (QR) code generation technique using passive 3D integral imaging and computational integral imaging reconstruction technique. In our proposed method, we divide 2D QR code into 4 planes with different reconstruction depths and then we generate 3D QR code using synthetic aperture integral imaging and computational reconstruction. In this 3D QR code generation process, we use integral imaging which is one of 3D imaging technologies. Finally, 3D QR code can be scanned by reconstructing and merging 3D QR codes at 4 different planes with computational reconstruction. Therefore, the security level for QR code scanning may be enhanced when QR code is scanned. To show that our proposed method can improve the security level for QR code scanning, in this paper, we carry out the optical experiments and computational reconstruction. In addition, we show that 3D QR code can be scanned when reconstruction depths are known.

QR codes, a kind of 2-dimensional barcode, is used to encode information such as simple URLs or namecards. QR codes can store much more information than a just barcode can do. Now QR code is very popular service in our ordinary life. These days many companies has used QR codes in the way of home-page link, especially a production explanation, the material instruction of model houses, the services in a library and on-line events, etc. This paper is going to make a study about how to establish a production process management on the basis of QR codes, addedly, about strong points of QR codes and the examples of using it.

Recently, the expansion of smart phones, wi-fi. and unlimited service changed our life style from personal computer based to mobile device based. With this trend, a lot of companies and government facilities use QR code as an advertising material, and now the QR code is very popular service in our ordinary life. In the meantime, libraries in abroad and university libraries started using QR code in library service about 2 or 3 years ago, and domestic libraries started using it in service due to the increase of establishment of mobile Library websites. In this research, starting with looking into the literature, I analyzed the examples of the use of QR code in libraries. On the base of it, I drew a QR code library service model, and what needs to be considered for the use of it.

Currently, due to the widespread use of a smartphone, QR codes allow users to access a variety of added services. However, the QR codes posted on curved surfaces tend to be non-uniformly illuminated and bring about the decline of recognition rate. So, in this paper, the block-adaptive binarization policy is adopted to find an optimal threshold appropriate for bimodal image like QR codes. For a large block, its histogram distribution is found to get an initial threshold and then the block is partitioned to reflect the local characteristics of small blocks. Also, morphological operation is applied to their neighboring boundary at the discontinuous at the QR code junction. This paper proposes an authentication method based on the color code, uniquely painted within QR code. Through a variety of practical experiments, it is shown that the proposed algorithm outperforms the conventional method in detecting QR code and also maintains good recognition rate up to 40 degrees on curved surfaces.

최근 스마트폰 사용자가 빠른 속도로 늘어나면서 'QR(Quick Response)코드가 새로운 마케팅 및 정보의 전달 수단으로 크게 각광받고 있다. 또한, QR코드는 인터넷 주소(URL), 사진 및 동영상 정보, 지도 정보, 명함 정보 등을 제공하는 매우 효율적인 수단으로 작용하고 있다. 하지만 스마트폰으로 무심코 인식한 QR 코드로 인해 악성코드에 감염될 가능성이 높아 사용자 주의가 필요하다. 로그인된 웹 사이트에서 QR 코드를 읽어 웹 브라우저로 접근할 때 XSS(Cross Site Scripting)을 통해 해당 웹사이트의 로그인 정보를 획득하거나 게시판 회원정보와 같은 데이터를 수정할 수도 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 QR 코드의 XSS 공격에 대한 대응방안을 상세히 기술하여 QR 코드를 사용하는 유저들에게 도움이 되고자 한다.

In this paper, we examined how to utilize QR codes for meeting the information demand and making better use of the paper map. By Decision Tree Analysis, we investigated whether to have any intention to use the paper map with QR codes for receiving more information and what decision variables affect the answers. Thus, we also surveyed the area of providing information and sectoral demand for deriving additional information demand to being provided through QR codes. In the results of our study, we confirmed that the decision variables, to make any intention to use the paper map with QR code, are the frequency of using the paper, the experience of using the paper map, the intention to buy the paper map, the experience of using QR codes and the experience of buying the paper map. In these variables, the frequency of using the paper map is a major factor to decide whether it is intended to use the paper map with QR codes. we also identified that there are various additional information demand using the paper map with QR codes in the area of 'Daily life', 'Real estate', 'Education', 'Travel and Leisure', and 'Entertainment'. Especially additional information demand is high in the area of 'Travel and Leisure'. These results could be used to find a way how to vitalize the usage of paper map by introduction of QR codes and how to develop QR codes for the paper map and concerning applications.

QR Code can save much more information than 1D Bar Code and encode various types of information. As it takes less general cost than high priced RFID, it can be recognized through smart-phone without any special facilities. Despite these strengths, QR Code is just used by general people for their daily life service, while 1D Bar Code is applied in all kinds of industry like sales, distribution, production management, quality management and so on. And RFID is also used in many industrial field like harbor and distribution area. The range of QR Code's usage is getting broad but still restrictive. So it is required to make new organized system. Therefore, this research suggests that Applying QR Code in the SCM. Connecting QR Code with SCM, it secures space for data's movement. And it helps not only rise the speed and accuracy of data flow but also reduce logistical cost.

본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터 분석을 통해 QR 코드에 관한 연구 동향을 살펴보고 향후 활용 방안을 수립하는 데 그 방향성을 제시하는 것이다. 먼저 QR 코드에 관한 주제 분야별, 연도별 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 텍스트 분석을 실시한다. 아울러 이 결과를 데이터 시각화하여 분석결과를 살펴본다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 데이터 scraping 및 수집을 하였으며, R x64 4.0.2 프로그램 패키지를 활용 전처리 활동과 빅데이터 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적으로 QR 코드 관련 연구가 지속적으로 증가하는 추세가 발견되었다. 둘째, 빈출키워드를 분석한 결과 주제 분야별, 연도별로 다소 차이가 있으나 전반적으로 모든 분야에서 QR 코드 사용이 유사한 형태로 나타났다. 본 연구는 QR 코드에 관한 연구가 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 향후에도 같은 추세로 활용가능성이 높음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 QR 코드가 사회문화적 현상을 반영하고 있으며, 우리는 이를 정보의 수단 및 활용의 관점으로 접근할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 QR 코드에 관한 정부지원 및 활성화 방안을 마련하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
