  • 오늘날 고도정보화사회에서는 기업에서 발생하는 모든 자료를 효과적으로 처리한 정보를 사용자에게 제공하기 위해서는 정보기술을 어떻게 활용하는가가 중요해진다. 기업에서 품질경영의 활성화는 다양한 정보를 조직의 모든 분야에서 공유하고 개개인의 능력을 발휘할 수 있는 환경을 만듦으로써 가능해진다. 따라서 기업들은 정보화 및 고객의 요구에 보다 신속히 대응하고자 정보기술의 관리 및 활용에 역점을 두고 있고, 업무프로세스와 통합되어 운영될 때 그 가치를 극대화할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 경영성과에 기여함으로써 품질경영(QM : Quality Management)에 도달하는데 그 의의가 있다.

Quality Management (QM) Standard Issues in FM - Based on Guidance on quality in European FM Standard

  • Importance of FM has rapidly increased because of its growing business. However, due to lack of clarity and identity of FM in professional areas, standardization of FM became to be imperative in such a rapidly changing global business environment. Facility services are defined as the provision of support the primary activities of an organization, delivered by an internal or external provider. Majority of FM activities are services related to 'space and infrastructure' and 'people and organization' (CEN, 2011). The purpose of this study is to investigate definitions and characteristics of FM from both globally and domestic environment, by comparison with international or national standards, to identify quality management in FM and service characteristics of FM, to investigate the differences in service level elaboration in FM, and to suggest standard issues of quality management in FM service quality. This study examines contents of the European Standards in FM, Part 3 'Guidance on quality in Facility Management, especially for the process of QM standardized by CEN (2011) and explores undefined issues such as service level, measurement metrics according to service characteristics of FM. The European FM Standard guides the common process of QM in terms of requirements specification, service level elaboration, measurement metrics development although it does not specifically address various service levels, specific performance metrics and indicators.

  • This study investigated the management environment of medium and small business by examining the role of medium and small business in national economics, the change in management condition, and the problems in quality and technique. Also we analyzed problems in the past quality control activity of our medium and small business, and examined the driving direction and intorduction method of QM. And to understand the effect of manager's concern in quality management to observe the quality system before and after introduction of QM. A target for this investigation is the medium and small business which has introduced QM through ISO 9000. Also analyzed how 05 observance effects to the sale price, process effect customer complaint and on-time delibery by an oral test.

  • In today's competitive business environment it is a necessary condition for a company to produce high-quality product for its survival and growth. That is the case in the auto-part industry as well where the international standards, ISO/TS 16949 certification, are required by customers to adopt mandatory. This study presents a successful implementation of quality management system(QMS) in a major auto-part manufacturer in Korea, utilizing SAP's QM(qualaity management) module and a mobile office system. The QMS brought the company "A" a variety of benefits such as real-time availability of product-inspection data, speedy decision-making, reduction in time required for defect-handling, ease of vertical integration of business partners in supply chain, and ease of business process standardization between headquarters and overseas subsidiaries. It is expected that the findings of this study can be used as a useful guideline for companies to consider implementing ERP-based quality management systems successfully.

100ppm 기업의 QM 효율성 영향요인에 관한 실증연 (An Empirical Study on the QM Efficiency Influence Factors in 100ppm Corporates)

  • Nowadays, consumers' consciousness on me quality are very diversified and their pattern is changing from the price-priority to me quality-priority. So they prefer good-quality products without defects. Therefore quality is a core competence. To compete with me facts, it is very important to keep me the quality competence. To do so, one way is to introduce 100ppm quality innovation system. Many corporates introducing 100ppm improved defect rations(not only process defect ratios but also product defect ratios). In these respects, this study focuses on the comparison and measurement of performance by the analysis of quality system between 100ppm corporates and non-100ppm corporates. Second, this focuses on the finding out core competence reinforcement factors according to the introducing of 100ppm quality system to improve the performance. Third, this focuses on the persuading to introduce the 100ppm quality system to the non-100ppm corporates. Last, this focuses on the playing on the role of guidance to improve QM efficiency.

연구개발 특성을 고려한 품질경영 모형 (A Quality Management Model Contingent to R&D Characteristics)

  • As the importance of R&D has increased, there have been various efforts to apply the quality management principles and tools to R&D activities in order to manage them effectively. The R&D sector differs from other value chains, so it may be difficult to apply quality management without proper considerations of R&D characteristics. This study describes the characteristics of R&D as high uncertainty and risk, diversity of R&D types, project-based activities, importance of strategic goals and business models, and importance of intangible assets. Three well accepted R&D quality management models are reviewed and implications for quality management and R&D characteristics are summarized. Based on these findings, the management targets of R&D quality management are classified into management level (organization, project) and management focus (process, output), and the contexts of R&D quality management are classified into R&D type (research, development) and market/customer requirement clarity (fluid, specific), and appropriate R&D quality management activities in each situations have been suggested.

국내 제조업체의 ISO 9000 인증취득 효과분석 -크로스비의 품질경영 성숙단계의 관점에서- (Analysis of the Effect of ISO 9000 Certification Based on Crosby's Quality Management Maturity Grid)

  • The effect of ISO 9000 jcertification for quality management is investigated. 213 domestic manufacturing companies which had been certified more than one and half year ago were selected to send the questionnaires for a field survey. Among them 89 were returned. Crosby's Quality Management Maturity Grid' is utilized for analyzing the effect of ISO 9000 certification aquistion. Comparisons for the QM maturity level are made between before- and after-aquisition. It is shown that, on the average, the QM maturity level had been increased from awakening (stage 2) to the mid point of enlightenment(stage 3) and wisdom(stage 4).

전략적 품질경영시스템의 주요성공요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Critical Success Factors of Strategic Quality Management System)

  • This study sets a purpose to realize what top managements in companies think as critical success factors of QM, using CSF(Critical Success Factors) method. The methodology of this study consists of literature research and empirical analysis using data collected from interviewing and questionnaire. Medium and small sized manufacturing companies are the subject of this study. Following CSFs of QM are found. (1)Management philosophy of attaching great importance to customer and customer satisfaction. (2)Creation of atmosphere that attach great importance to technology. (3)Philosophy of honesty and faithfulness. (4)Positive thinking and creation of atmosphere that help with each other. (5)Rearmament of entrepreneur spirit. (6)Need on recognition of partnership between labor and management. (7)Participation and will of top management. (8)Principle of Participation of entire members. (9)Harmony of innovation and continuous improvement. (10)Establishment of overall quality-related system. A Recognition of need on ISO-9000 series.

품질경영활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -카자흐스탄 제조기업을 대상으로- (A Study on the Effect of Quality Management Activities on Business Performance -Focused on Manufacturing Companies in Kazakhstan-)

  • 본 연구에서는 품질경영요소(QM)가 카자흐스탄 제조기업의 경영성과(재무성과, 비재무성과)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 알마티지역 287개 제조기업을 대상으로 연구모형을 이용하여 10개의 가설을 설정·검증한 결과, 8개의 개설만이 지지되었다. 최고경영진 리더십은 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었으며, 고객중심적 사고는 비재무적 성과에 가장 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 임직원 참여와 품질정보요인도 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 영향력은 타 품질요인에 비하여 상대적으로 적은 것으로 나타났다. 공급자 관리요인은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 관련된 2개의 가설도 지지되지 않았다. 이러한 분석결과는 대상기업들이 고품질의 완제품이 아닌 석유 및 원자재제조, 건설 등의 업체들로 구성된 데에 기인한 것으로 풀이된다.
