순수 P2P를 위한 NAT 내부의 Relay Server 토폴로지에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relay Server Topology inside NAT for Pure P2P)

  • 최근 IPv4 주소의 고갈과 더블어 P2P 트래픽의 증가로 인해 NAT의 사용은 피할 수 없다. NAT 내부에 있는 서버는 외부의 릴레이 서버를 통해서만 접속이 이루어지는 속성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 NAT 외부에 있는 서버는 많은 자원을 소비하고 네트워크 트래픽을 증가시킨다. 본 논문에서는 NAT 외부에서 NAT 내부로의 세션을 형성 할 수 있고, NAT 외부의 릴레이 서버를 NAT 내부에 둠으로써 네트워크 트래픽을 감소시킬 수 있는 토폴로지를 제안한다.

  • The characterization of the complexation reaction of PVA and Al(III) ion at different pH and the sint-ering behaviour of UO2 containing the PVA-Al(III) complexes were investigated. Compared with pure PVA powder the complexed PVA-Al(III) powder had compacter shape and lower decomposition temperature The major phase of PVA-Al(III) complex decomposed at 90$0^{\circ}C$ was $\alpha$-Al2O3 The PVA-Al(III) complex formed at pH 9 had the lowest relative viscosity the highest Al content of 36% and the smallest particle size of 19${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ While the pure UO2 pellet appeared with bimodal one. The grain size of the pure UO2 pellet was 7${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ but that of the PVA-Al(III) complex added UO2 pellet was increased up to 36${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ The largest grain size was ob-tained when the PVA-Al(III) complex formed at pH9 was added and the PVA-Al(III) complex formed at pH 11 had the greatest effect on increasing pore size.

The Effect of Workplace Noise on the Hearing Threshold of Dental Technicians

  • This study was conducted to investigate hypoacusis due to workplace noise among dental technicians. Pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry and heart rate variability were measured for 60 dental technicians and office workers in D city from July to November 2013, and a survey on the effects of noise was conducted. SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis. In the result for threshold of pure tone audiometry, the average hearing threshold of left ears in the air conduction (AC) test showed a statistically significant decrease (P=0.019) among dental technicians, who are frequently exposed to workplace noise. The hearing threshold in the AC test for each frequency was significantly different between the two groups at 125 Hz (P=0.012) in right ears and at 1 kHz (P=0.022), 2 kHz (P=0.040), and 8 kHz (P=0.018) in left ears. Dental technicians who had worked for 16 years or longer had a significantly higher incidence of hypoacusis in the right ear (P=0.030) and in the left ear (P=0.010). In impedance audiometry showed a tympanometry result of type A in both the dental technician group and the office worker group.

Solvent effect on the excited state of stilbene dendrimers bearing phenylacetylene groups

  • We studied the characteristics of emissive state of the first (p-G1) and second (p-G2) generation of phenylacetylene dendrimers bearing stilbene as a core by using time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy in cyclohexane (c-Hex) and N, N-dimethylformide (DMF), which are nonpolar and polar solvents, respectively. Time-dependent red-shift of emission spectra p-G2 both in c-Hex and DMF was observed in comparison with p-G1. Besides, the time constant of red-shift of spectra was found to be larger in DMF than in c-Hex. This indicates that the emissive state of p-G2 has a polar character in DMF as a result of charge delocalization from core to peripheral dendrons followed by stabilization of emissive state.

Evaluation of normal morphology, DNA fragmentation, and hyaluronic acid binding ability of human spermatozoa after using four different commercial media for density gradient centrifugation

  • Objective: Density gradient centrifugation (DGC) is frequently used to isolate high-motility fractions of spermatozoa. We compared the efficacy of four DGC media in terms of the percentage of morphologically normal spermatozoa, DNA fragmentation level, and hyaluronic acid (HA) binding ability. Methods: Thirty men with a total motile spermatozoa count > 80 million participated. Semen samples were divided into four aliquots, which were processed using PureSperm, PureCeption, Sidney, and SpermGrad media, respectively. The DNA fragmentation level was measured using the Halosperm assay kit and HA binding ability was measured using the HBA assay kit. Results: The mean percentage of morphologically normal spermatozoa was significantly enhanced after DGC using all four media (10.3%, 9.9%, 9.8%, and 10.7%, respectively; p< 0.05 for each when compared with 6.9% in raw semen). The DNA fragmentation level was significantly reduced after DGC using PureSperm, PureCeption, and SpermGrad media (6.0%, 6.5%, and 4.9%, respectively; p< 0.05 for each when compared with 11.2% in raw semen), but not after DGC using Sidney media (8.5%, p> 0.05). HA binding ability did not change after DGC using any of the four media. Conclusion: The four media were equally effective for obtaining a sperm fraction with highly motile, morphologically normal sperm. PureSperm, PureCeption, and SpermGrad media were equally effective for acquiring a sperm fraction with less DNA fragmentation.

  • 현재 네트워크 보안을 위한 방화벽과공용 IP 주소 부족 문제를 발견하기 위한 NAT의 사용이 일반화되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 환경에서는 기본적으로 서로 다른 방화벽/NAT 내에 있는 사용자들 간의 상호 연결이 불가능하기 때문에 제한된 서비스들만이 제공되어질 가능성이 있다. 이러한 문제점은 서로 다른 피어들간에 직접 연결을 하여 서비스를 주고받는 순수 P2P 환경에서는 각종 서비스의 제공에 근 방해 요소로 작용 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 P2P 환경에서 방화벽/NAT 내에 있지 않은 피어들 중 네트워크 트래픽이 적은 피어를 동적으로 선정하여 프락시-서버를 할당한 후 이를 피어들의 통신 매개체로 사용하는 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 운영체제 독립적이고, 양방항 통신을 가능하게 해주며, 기존의 클라이언트-서버 환경에서 프락시-서버로 집중될 수 있는 네트워크 그래픽을 여러 피어들에게 분산시킬 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.

Collaborative filtering based Context Information for Real-time Recommendation Service in Ubiquitous Computing

  • In pure P2P environment, it is possible to provide service by using a little real-time information without using accumulated information. But in case of using only a little information that was locally collected, quality of recommendation service can be fallen-off. Therefore, it is necessary to study a method to improve qualify of recommendation service by using users' context information. But because a great volume of users' context information can be recognized in a moment, there can be a scalability problem and there are limitations in supporting differentiated services according to fields and items. In this paper, we solved the scalability problem by clustering context information per each service field and classifying it per each user, using SOM. In addition, we could recommend proper services for users by quantifying the context information of the users belonging to the similar classification to the service requester among classified data and then using collaborative filtering.

The Pitting Inhibition of Fe-Cu Alloy in Weakly Alkaline Solution under Wet-Dry Condition

  • Pure iron, Fe-0.4, and 1.2 wt.%Cu alloys were examined by conducting the electrochemical techniques in the weakly alkaline solution, pH9, controlled by $Ca(OH)_2$, solution added with 0.02M NaCl. The $R_P$ measured from ac impedance, selected 10 kHz and 10mHz, in weakly alkaline solutions containing chloride ions indicated that the addition of copper up to 1.2wt.% into the pure iron significantly improved the pitting resistance of iron. In contrast to alloy, the pure iron showed the rapid pitting occurrences in drying period. During the drying period, the corrosion potential of pure iron was shifted to less noble value, pitting initiation.
