소비자의 브랜드 태도가 인터넷 브랜드 의류 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Consumer's Brand Attitude on Brand Clothes Purchasing Behavior in On-line Mall)

  • Purchasing behavior of brand clothes in internet shopping mall is largely used on the purpose of having a good quality of clothing, price advantage and shopping efficiency. This study aims to find out consumer's evaluation on the properties of brand clothes in internet shopping mall according to consumer's brand attitude(brand identification and brand pursue value). The influences consumers' evaluation of the properties of brand clothes on the purchase satisfaction and off-line brand image evaluation were also investigated. This study surveyed male and female consumers in their 20s~40s for empirical analysis in August 2011 who have purchased brand clothing through internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted on 254 subjects who were selected through online convenience sampling. Data were analyzed by using SPSS for Windows 12.0, and descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were done as well. The results are as follows. First, it was identified that consumers' brand identification and brand pursue value had significant influence on the evaluation of physical, functional, and expressional product properties. Second, it was identified that consumers' evaluation on the brand clothing properties significantly influenced on internet purchase satisfaction and brand image evaluation. Especially, expressive property of brand clothes appeared to be the most influential factor on purchase satisfaction and brand image evaluation. The results of this study will help clothing companies with prestigious brand names to administer the product qualities with differentiation policy from off-line sales and satisfy the consumer needs in internet shopping, hence enhancing the brand image of the company.

청소년의 헤어제품 구매 행동에 관한 연구 (Adolescents' Purchasing Behavior for Hair-care Products)

  • 최근 토탈패션화의 경향으로 헤어에 관한 소비자의 관심이 증가함 따라 다양한 헤어상품의 출현이 이루어 졌다. 그러나 무분별한 헤어제품소비는 청소년의 건강과 소비행동에 영향을 마칠 수 있으므로 본 연구에서는 청소년들의 헤어관심도/만족도와 헤어제품에 대한 구매태도가 헤어제품 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 청소년들의 헤어제품 소비행동에 대한 구체적인 실태를 파악하고자 하였다. 서울 및 수도권에 위치한 중 고등학교 남녀 450명의 학생을 대상으로 2010년 7월 5일부터 7월 30일까지 실시하였다. 총 450부의 설문지를 회수하였고 그 중 응답이 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 412부를 실제 분석에 투입하였다. 결과는 SPSS 12.0 통계를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 연구 결과, 첫째, 인구통계적 변인에 따른 헤어관심도와 만족도, 헤어제품에 대한 쇼핑성향 및 지식의 차이를 파악한 결과 남학생들은 여학생들에 비해 헤어에 관한 만족도가 높은 반면 여학생은 이상화된 신체상의 기준이 더 높아 만족도가 낮았다. 또한 중학생보다는 고등학생이, 헤어제품에 대한 교육을 받아본 청소년이 합리적인 구매를 하며, 상표에 대한 믿음을 가지고 헤어제품을 구매하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 헤어만족도와 헤어관심도 및 헤어제품에 대한 구매태도가 헤어제품 구매 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 합리적, 상표충성적 쇼핑성향이 높을수록 구매 시 품질을 더 중시여기고, 과시적, 혁신적 쇼핑성향이 높을수록 제품디자인과 유행성에 관한 영향력이 높게 나타났다. 또한 합리적이며 상표충성적 쇼핑성향이 높을수록 구매 시 친환경성에 대해 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 가격 역시 합리적 쇼핑성향이 높을수록 영향력이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 세정제품 구매 장소에 대해 조사한 결과 헤어제품과 같은 저관여제품의 경우 개인적 정보요인과 경험적 요인이 구매에 큰 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 대부분의 청소년은 세정제를 사본 경험이 있으며 정발제나 염모제를 구입한 경우도 60%가 넘고 양모제를 구입한 비율이 36%나 되어 기능성 헤어제품의 올바른 사용법과 부작용에 대한 교육이 필요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 청소년을 대상으로 한 헤어관리에 대한 올바른 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 실질적으로 학교 대에서 가정과교육을 통하여 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 노력이 필요하다.

건강관련 식품표시가 구매 전 품질평가와 제품 사용 및 구매태도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 계획적 행동이론을 바탕으로 (Effects of Health-Related Food Labeling on Quality Assessment Before Purchase, Attitudes towards Using and Purchasing Products, and Purchase Intentions Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • 소비자는 건강식품을 구매할 때, 건강관련 식품표시 뿐 아니라, 제품의 맛과 가격을 함께 고려하고, 과거구매경험과 주변 사람들의 의견에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 초점을 맞추어 계획적 행동이론의 모형에 맛, 건강 기대도와 가격수용도 등의 구매 전 품질평가 변수와 제품사용태도, 과거구매경험 변수를 추가하고, 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 제품 선택 시 건강관련 식품표시의 영향을 살펴보았다. 건강관련 식품표시는 유기가공표시, 영양강조표시, 식품첨가물표시로 구성하였고, 자녀용으로 슬라이스 치즈를 월 1회이상 구입하는 기혼여성 300명을 대상으로 온라인으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구결과, 건강관련 식품표시에 대한 인식은 맛과 건강에 대한 기대와 가격수용도를 높여 제품사용 및 구매태도와 구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 특히, 건강관련 식품표시를 인식하는 것만으로도 별도의 품질평가 없이 제품사용에 대한 호의적 태도가 형성되는 것으로 나타났다. 가격수용도는 제품사용 및 구매태도에, 과거구매경험은 제품사용 및 구매태도와 구매의도에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미쳐 계획적 행동이론 확장모형의 주요 변수로 파악되었다. 또한, 구매의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 제품구매태도로 나타났고, 지각된 행동통제의 구매의도에 대한 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 계획적 행동이론을 기반으로 맛, 가격 등 구매 전 품질평가와 과거구매경험 변수를 포함하여 건강관련 식품표시와 제품선택에 대한 새로운 이론적 틀을 구축하였다는 점에서 의의가 크다.

옷감 구매행동에 있어서 지각된 위험 (perceived Risk)의 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between Purchasing Behavior of Textile and Perceived Risk.)

  • The main problem of consumer behavior is choice since the outcome of me of a choice can only be known in the future, consumers are forced to deal with the risks of und\certainty. So, perception of risk is pivotal aspect of consumer behavior. This study was designed to investigate the relationships between purchasing behavior of textile and perceived risk. Data were obtained from 276 housewives. ANOVA, x2-test were employed to analyse the data. The result were : 1. general features of textile purchase behavior are as follows. Blend wools and pure wool products are prefered. Fall is the major season in purchasing textile. Wholesalers, department stores and agent stores are prefered. Purchasing decision making process independent upon not only textile itself but the practice value of the textile. Purchasing textile, married young women depend on outward shape of the textile, middle and old aged groups depend on the economic value of the textile and the credibility of the stores. 2. Perception of risk is relatively high in the preference of store, color/design, and psycological uncertainty. But the perceived risks is relatively low in brand, price and social credibility. 3. There is significant relationship between the recognition rate of risk and the sensitiveness of the consumer. In addition, there are strong relationship between the risk rate and the preference of shop, brand, and price. On the other hand, there are no significant relationship between the color, design, and sociopsyco-logical risk and demographic variables. 4. The perceived risk of consumer would be a key stone to grasp the consumer behavior. The product company needs to provide full information which could reduce the perceived risk of consumer. there attitude would help for the mutual interests. In the future research, we need to develop the precise methods for finding variables on the perceived risk during the process of making purchase intention.

Critical Factors Affecting Masks Purchasing Intention of Consumers During COVID-19 Pandemic: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • An effective measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is wearing masks in public places. This solution is highly recommended in many countries all over the world. The objective of this study is to identify the antecedents of citizens' intention to purchase masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), the current study analyzes attitudes toward mask-purchasing, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, to assess their impact on intention to purchase masks. In total, six variables are examined: attitude toward mask-wearing, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, perceived severity, perceived susceptibility, and the intention to wear masks. Data are collected from 243 respondents in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. They were processed through by factor analysis and multiple regressions. The results report that all three factors positively affect citizens' intention to buy masks in the following ascending order: Attitude toward mask-purchasing, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Our study is the first research that applies TPB to investigate citizens' intention to purchase masks to during the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, this study provides guidelines to the Vietnamese public managers to combat COVID-19 through the purchase of masks. Shopkeepers would be well advised to observe the intentions of consumers toward masks.

인터넷 경품광고 및 응모에 대한소비자태도와 행동 (Consumer's Attitude and Behavior about the Internet Premium Advertisement and Its Application)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate the trend of the attitude and the behavior about consumer's internet premium advertisement and its application and the factors which influence on the attitude and the behavior about consumer's premium advertisement and its application; the demographic variables, internet communication-environment variables and variables in relation to consumer's premium advertisement application. For these purpose, the data collected two way: internet survey and questionnaire survey. The data used in this study included people who have looked an internet Premium Advertisement more than once during internet use. Major findings were as following: (1) The attitude of internet premium advertisement and its application could be described as the mean 34.16 md 24.61 separately(3.11 and 2.73 point on 5.00 points scale). The behavior of application about internet premium advertisement was measured as a behavior of application whether or not; application 18.7% and unapplication 81.3%. (2) The attitude of application about internet premium advertisement was significantly different according to age, joining frequency on internet, past experience of winning a premium, purchasing information search, interesting connection on the internet, the risk about the money loss and negative evaluation of other persons, the economical values of premiums, winning possibility, and preferable premiums. The behavior of application about internet premium advertisement, the behavior of application whether or not was significantly different according to sex, age, school career, a circuit speed, a period of using, joining frequency and a using place, past experience of winning a premium, purchasing information search, interesting connection on the internet, the risk about the negative evaluation of other persons, the economical values of premiums, winning possibility, and preferable premiums. (3) When looking at the influence of variables about the attitude of application about internet premium advertisement, the most influence variables was the past experience of winning a premium, and next was winning possibility, sex, the interest about the premiums which made the consumer want to apply, the economical values of premiums, the purpose of purchase information search and the using time. The explanation of those variables were 22.6%. As the result of the Logistic analysis, it was found that the frequency of the internet connection, the past experience of winning premiums, the risk about the outflow of credit information, interesting premiums, and premium advertisement were the most important variables to affect the possibility of the behavior of application about internet premium advertisement critically.

  • 중국의 환경오염문제는 상당히 심각한 수준에 이르렀다. 따라서 경제성장과 동시에 환경오염문제를 개선시킬 수 있는 지속 가능한 발전 관점에서 중국의 새로운 발전방향을 제시할 필요가 있다. 이러한 관점에서 일반 소비자들이 녹색제품에 관심을 가질 수 있도록 소비이념을 전환시키고 녹색소비자로 만드는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문은 중국 도시 소비자들의 녹색제품 구매행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고 인간의 개성을 구별하는 유지-행동 성향이 어떤 식으로 구매의도와 구매행동 사이에 영향을 미칠 수 있는지에 대해 제시했다. 그 결과, 정부, 사회환경, 소비자 효과성 지각, 공포소구는 녹색제품 구매행동에 영향을 미치지만, 환경에 대한 관심은 구매행동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유지-행동 성향은 구매의도와 구매행동 간에 영향을 미치는 조절변수로써, 행동성향은 구매행동에 영향을 미치지만, 유지성향은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

우즈베키스탄 유학생들의 의복 구매행동에 관한 연구(II) -패션 라이프스타일을 중심으로- (A Study on Clothing Purchasing Behavior of the Uzbekistan Students Staying in Korea(II): Focus on the Fashion Lifestyle)

  • This study analyzed the factors determining fashion lifestyle of Uzbek students in Korea and their clothing purchasing behavior and attitudes towards Hallyu, the Korean image, satisfaction, preferences and purchasing intentions for Korean fashion according to fashion lifestyle. The data collected from 260 Uzbekistan students in Korea were subjected to factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, and ${\chi}^2$-test using SPSS 25.0. The results were as follows: 1) Fashion lifestyle was analyzed based on brand orientation, tradition, fashion, and personality. The fashion lifestyle group was classified as follows: brand, fashion/personality, traditional, and fashion passive. 2) The evaluation criteria for fashion products, information sources, and store selection criteria were varied among the four groups of fashion lifestyle. 3) The attitude toward Hallyu and Korean image, the satisfaction, preference, and purchasing intention of KFP varied significantly between the fashion lifestyle groups. 4) The demographics of fashion lifestyle groups showed significant differences in sex and residential status. These results can be used as a basis for fashion companies targeting markets for Uzbek people in their 20s.

패스트푸드 이용 고객의 위험지각요인이 위험감소행동, 태도, 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fast food Customers' Perceived Risk on Purchasing Intention, Attitude, & Risk Reduction Behavior)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of fast food customer's perceived risks on risk reduction behavior, attitude and purchase intention. A total of 268 usable surveys were collected using a stratified random sampling method. Descriptive analysis and factor analysis was then conducted using SPSS 12.0, and a Cronbach's $\alpha$ was generated to estimate the internal consistency of the survey items. Multiple regression analysis was used to evaluate the relationships among variables. The results indicated that fast food safety and monetary risks had a negative effect on customer feelings and satisfaction with fast food, which had a positive effect on buying purpose and recommendation purpose. Conversely, obesity and monetary risks only had a negative effect on buying purpose. An improved menu more effectively reduced the risk perceived by the fast-food customers than an improved image.

확장된 목표지향적 행동모형을 적용한 중국인들의 디지털음악 구매의도에 관한 연구: 모바일 디지털음악을 중심으로 (A Study on the Chinese Consumers' Purchase Intention of Digital Music Using an Extended Model of Goal-directed Behavior (EMGB) : Focused on Mobile Digital Music)

  • 본 연구는 디지털음악 구매의도에 관한 연구로서, 지각된 가치를 추가한 목표지향적 행동모형(EMGB)을 적용하여 태도, 주관적 예기정서, 긍정적 예기정서, 부정적 예기정서, 지각된 행동통제, 열망 등의 변인이 디지털 음악 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 중국 모바일 음악 애플리케이션을 이용하는 중국인 소비자들을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 총 342부의 유효 응답을 회수하여 구조방정식모형을 제시하고 분석하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 디지털 음악 구매에 대한 태도, 부정적 예기정서, 지각된 행동통제, 과거행동 빈도는 열망에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 추가한 변인인 지각된 가치가 태도에 유의한 영향을 주는 동시에 과거행동 빈도 및 열망과 함께 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.
