두유 신제품 개발을 위한 소비자 구매행태 및 지불의사에 대한 연구 - 천안지역 생협 소비자를 중심으로 - (A Study of the Consumer's Purchase Behavior and Willingness-to-Pay on the New Soymilk - Foucused on Cooperative Members in Cheonan -)

  • The objective of this study was to propose motivation for the analysis of consumer's purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for the new soymilk products in cooperative stores. We surveyed the purchasing behavior, willingness to purchase, willingness to pay, and impact factors on willingness to pay. The results indicated that most consumers drank soymilk more than once per week. The reasons for consuming soymilk were health, nutrition, and taste, in order. When purchasing soymilk, consumers considered environment-friendly, quality, country of origin, brand, and price, consecutively. Taste was also an essential quality factor. Thus, consumers showed some willingness to purchase new soymilk products. In addition, cooperative members considered environmental characteristics of raw material and improvement of preference for final product as more important than functionality or food additives. Differentiation of process and marketing strategies are required for the development of soymilk products for cooperative members.

프랜차이즈산업의 협동조합에 관한 연구 - 미국 던킨 도너츠를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Cooperative of Franchise Industry : Focusing on the Case of US Dunkin' Donuts)

  • 기존 자영업자와의 골목상권 분쟁 그리고 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 갈등과 분쟁에서 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 상생협업인 협동조합을 제시하고자 하며, 프랜차이즈 산업이 발달된 미국의 던킨 도너츠의 구매형 협동조합을 분석하고 던킨 도너츠와 가맹점간의 협력적 전략 등이 우리나라 프랜차이즈산업에 도움을 줄 수 있는 시사점을 찾아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 1955년 미국의 초기의 프랜차이즈 협동조합부터 1970년대 말까지 ARCOP, KFC, 던킨 도너츠 협동조합의 기본 원칙과 실행지침을 통해 새로운 한국형 프랜차이즈 협동조합의 모델의 발굴이라 할 수 있다. 또한 던킨 도너츠를 통하여 종합유통프로그램(TDP), 단기선물프로그램(SFP), 그리고 유통실행프로그램(DCP)의 구매형 협동조합의 성공프로그램을 살펴본다. 프랜차이즈 가맹점들의 수익성 개선을 위해서는 공동구매 협동조합을 운영하는 미국의 던킨 도너츠 사례를 통해 첫째, 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 힘(Power)관계가 아닌 협력적인 관계가 필요. 둘째, 가맹점의 상호연대의 힘. 셋째, 한국 프랜차이즈 시스템의 문제. 넷째, 빨리 가는 것 보다 함께 가는 기업가 정신이 필요. 다섯째, 철저한 만족경영이다. 30여년 안 되는 짧은 프랜차이즈의 역사 따른 양적 팽창과 프랜차이즈 수익모델 등 두 나라의 시스템 환경이 다른 상황에서 서로간의 상생적 동반자인 협동조합을 통한 성공사례 모델로 일반화에는 한계가 있다. 향후 협동조합 성공을 심도 있는 분석을 통해 국내 프랜차이즈산업의 지속가능한 경영을 기대해 본다.

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the growing activities of large purchasing enterprises on the trust of small and medium size contractors, which is mediated by 'purchase accompany activity'. This subject study includes the first and second contractor companies in Korea. The results of this study are as follow. First, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of major purchase vendor with cooperative company had a positive effect on the trust of cooperative company, however this was not so with the information sharing activities in that case. Second, the trust of contractors on large purchasing enterprises was positively influenced by sharing activities with purchasing activities of major company. Third, the knowledge and cost price sharing activities of purchasing enterprise with contractors on the sharing activities were mediated by the trust of contracting company on the large purchase enterprise. According to this study, the mediated effect of trust relationship can influence a contracting company. Whereas preceding studies of sharing activities were conducted about unidirectional instruct of large purchase enterprises to small and medium size contracting companies, this study was conducted on bidirectional effects, which included knowledge, cost price, information sharing activities between contracting companies and large purchasing enterprises. Conclusively, this study showed the possibility of spreading cognitive and change about mutual benefits strategy between small and medium size contracting company and large purchasing enterprise.

구매원가절감에 관한 연구 (VA 활동을 중심으로) (A Study on the Purchasing Cost Reduction -through Value Analysis Technique-)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a purchasing cost reduction program for the management practical use. The research method of this study is a bibliographical search of the materials available in the library at Keimyung University and the writer's private study, and the case analysis. The body of this study is divided into three sections. The first section deals with the purchasing management systems in terms of the nature and characters of purchasing management and purchasing cost in total management system. The second section includes purchasing cost reduction program through value analysis technique and the third section covers summary and the following conclusions : 1) Top management should be aware of the important position of purchasing activities from the cost point of view, and they should be aware that a good purchasing cost reduction program could be established through value analysis technique. 2) For such a purchasing cost reduction program to be carried out. effectively the management should support and back up the program. 3) There should be a training program to educate and develop the personnel who can manage and operate the purchasing cost reduction program through valuean analysis technique. 4) And cooperative system should be established in management and operative organization system from the total management systems, view for the effective use of the program.

다원자재를 고려한 구매업자와 공급업자간 공급사슬에서의 통합재고모형에 관한 연구 (An Integrated Inventory Model for a Vendor-Buyer Supply Chain in a JIT Purchasing)

  • In this paper, we consider a single-vendor single-buyer supply chain problem where a single vendor orders raw materials from its supplier, then using its manufacturing processes converts the raw materials to finished goods in order to deliver finished goods to a single buyer for effective implementation of Just-In-Time Purchasing. An integrated lot-splitting model of facilitating multiple shipments in small lots between buyer and supplier is developed in a JIT Purchasing environment. Also, an iterative heuristic solution procedure is developed to find the order quantity for finished goods and raw materials, and number of shipments between buyer and supplier. We show by numerical example that when the integrated policy is adopted by both vendor and buyer in a cooperative manner, both parties can benefit.

An integrated JIT lot-splitting model of facilitating multiple shipments in small lots is developed in a JIT purchasing environment. Also, an iterative solution procedure is developed to find the order quantity for the finished goods and raw materials, and the number of shipments between buyer and supplier. We show by example that the integrated policy adopted by both buyer and supplier in a cooperative manner can provide them a greater economic benefit than seeking the local optimal inventory policy independently.

We show by example that when the integrated policy is adopted by both buyer and suppliers in a cooperative manner, both parties can benefit.

대학부설 과학영재교육원 예비 사사과정 학생들의 학습윤리 실태 조사 (The Survey of Academic Integrity of the Student in Mentorship Program at a Science Gifted Institute Attached to University)

  • 본 연구는 대학부설 과학영재교육원의 예비 사사과정 학생들을 대상으로 학습윤리 실태를 알아보고 학습윤리 교육 방안을 모색하기 위해 실시되었다. K대학 부설 과학영재교육원의 2013 사사과정 합격생 51명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 설문은 '참고자료의 사용', '과제물 구매 대리 도용', '협동학습'의 세 가지 항목으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과 영재교육대상 학생들에게 학습윤리를 교육할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 때 윤리적 지식뿐만 아니라 구체적이고 실천적인 교육이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 항목별로는 '과제물 구매 대리 도용', '참고자료의 사용', '협동학습'의 순으로 윤리의식을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 협동학습을 통해 연구를 수행하는 사사과정의 특성상 '협동학습'에 대한 윤리 의식이 부족한 것이 문제점으로 드러나 이 부분에 대한 교육이 강조될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

중학생의 여름철 교복 및 생활복 착용 실태에 관한 연구 - 익산지역을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Wearing Conditions of Summer School Uniform and Comfortable Uniform for Middle School Students - Focusing on Iksan city -)

  • The purpose of this study was conducted to improve middle school students' satisfaction on their uniform to provide basic information for the wearing condition. on their comfortable uniform. Survey was conducted on 532 boys' and girls' middle school students in Iksan City. This study analyzed the purchasing factors and modification, fitting evaluation, and satisfaction of comfortable uniform aspect of students. It was the questionnaire consisted of 18 questions in total. The results are as follows : First, boys' middle school students preferred 'activity' among the purchasing factors. Girls' middle school students preferred 'design' and 'activity' among the purchasing factors. Second, in purchasing types, boys' students bought the type of cooperative purchasing and the type of the school uniform special shop in girls' students. Third, 51.0% of the students interviewed have experienced to modify their uniforms. Since the non fashionable design and non suitable uniform length caused the students to modify their uniform. Also students did not satisfy the color and design in their comfortable uniforms. Thus school uniform maker should make that consider movement, color, design, functional elements and changing students' aesthetic sense.
