의류점 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증적 연구 -패션 라이프스타일, 자아이미지, 상황요인을 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on Factors affecting in Apparel Store Choice -On Fashion Life-Style, Self-Image, and Situational Factors-)

  • The purposes of this study was to demonstrate the influence of fashion life-style, self-image and situational factors on consumer's apparel store choice for satisfaction of varied needs and high efficiency of marketing activity. A questionnaire was developed to measure research subjects based on theoretical study empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 270 women aged between 20 and 30 in Seoul. The results analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, x2-test and oneway-anova. The results of empirical studies were summarized as follows: 1. Segmented groups of fashion life-style were classified practical/planning group, fashion- leader group, and shopping-oriented group. And store types which were prefered by those groups were department store/shopping center. 2. Segmented groups of self-image were classified actual-seeking group, modernity group and confidence group. And store types which were prefered by those groups were department store/shopping center. The Forecast of store choice on the base of self.image was showed that customers choose the store incongruous with self-image. But when it was analyzed each actual store choice. The Choice of high frequancy was congruous with self-image except for a specialty store/brand named outlet. 3. The significant differences could be found in choice of the store under particular purchase situations and especially at department stores and specialty store, their preference tended to be stronger as the degree of the store's involvement was hightened, but in the case of the generalization stores and the permanent discount stores, even though the degree of that involvement was low, their preference showed the same tendency.

상업공간에서의 자연요소 표현방법 및 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expression Method and Characteristics of Ecology Design in Commercial Space)

  • In the commercial space, the modern consumers want to consume not only product but also culture. Thus, the modern commercial space tries to induce the customer's concern and purchase to the differentiated design. The introduction of this 'the natural element' delivers the pleasure and stability to the consumer buying process and availability is enlarged. Therefore, the purpose of study is gain that expression and characteristic method of the natural element in the commercial space. The detailed study method are as follows. First, the study looks into the natural element expression tendency in the modern space. Second, the expression type of the natural element was classified as 'Reappearance', 'Transformation', and 'Fuse' based on the preceding research. And according to the content of the expression type, subdivided method of 'Inclusion' and 'Replication' of 'Reappearance' and method of 'Imitation' and 'Association' of 'Transformation' and method of 'Juxtaposition' and 'Combine' of 'Fuse'. Third, the result of analyze the characteristic of expression of the natural element of the besides the commercial space case 20 place is as follows. First, 'Inclusion' of 'Reappearance' introduced the external scenery or planned garden as the inside through the opening. 'Replication' is used for decorative purposes or functional purposes as the natural element. 'Imitation' of 'Transformation' imitated the form, pattern, and color of the natural element and was mainly expressed in the wall and objet. The method of 'Association' expressed the concept of the natural element for the whole of the space and a portion of the wall and objet repetitively. As for 'Juxtaposition', mixture of 'Reappearance' had a good visual effect, because it can be obtained the external-internal nature. As for 'Combine', mixture of 'Replication' and 'Imitation' was the most common method. Thus, the study results are expected to be utilized as base date in designing the commercial with development of the natural element application method.

화장품 용기의 유동 특성 및 사출금형 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on manufacturing of Injection Mold and Delivery System Characteristics of Cosmic case)

  • 화장품제조업은 동일한 제품을 대량으로 생산하고 소비되는 구조로 금형을 통한 생산은 필연적이다. 화장품을 담는 용기는 소비자의 구매의사에도 영향을 주는 요소이며 완제품가격에서 차지하는 부분이 크기 때문에 경제성, 심미성과 기능성을 충족시키는 금형이 필요하다. 화장품 용기 중에 사각형태의 용기는 미성형 불량이 다른 형태의 제품보다 자주 발생하는 특징을 가진다. 기존에 사각형 형태의 화장품용기 제작공정은 2단 금형에 사이드게이트 구조로 금형을 제작하는데 이는 후가공과 게이트 흔적이 남는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서 제안한 오버랩게이트는 후가공이 거의 없고 음각으로 게이트가 절단되는 특징이 있으며, 사이드게이트와 비교하여 Moldflow를 이용한 유동시스템을 시뮬레이션 하였다. 오버랩게이트가 유동성, 고화, 밀도, 에어트랩 등에서 유동성 향상과 불량률을 낮출 수 있는 결과를 확인하였으며, 해석결과를 기반으로 금형을 제작을 하고 사출성형 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 미성형 불량을 줄이고 심미성, 기능성 등의 특성을 가지는 화장품용기 제품의 대량생산 가능성을 검증하였다

토픽 분석을 활용한 관심 기반 고객 세분화 방법론 (Interest-based Customer Segmentation Methodology Using Topic Modeling)

  • As the range of the customer choice becomes more diverse, the average life span of companies' products and services is becoming shorter. Most companies are striving to maximize the revenue by understanding the customer's needs and providing customized products and services. However, companies had to bear a significant burden, in terms of the time and cost involved in the process of determining each individual customer's needs. Therefore, an alternative method is employed that involves grouping the customers into different categories based on certain criteria and establishing a marketing strategy tailored for each group. In this way, customer segmentation and customer clustering are performed using demographic information and behavioral information. Demographic information included sex, age, income level, and etc., while behavioral information was usually identified indirectly through customers' purchase history and search history. However, there is a limitation regarding companies' customer behavioral information, because the information is usually obtained through the limited data provided by a customer on a company's website. This is because the pattern indicated when a customer accesses a particular site might not be representative of the general tendency of that customer. Therefore, in this study, rather than the pattern indicated through a particular site, a customer's interest is identified using that customer's access record pertaining to external news. Hence, by utilizing this method, we proposed a methodology to perform customer segmentation. In addition, by extracting the main issues through a topic analysis covering approximately 3,000 Internet news articles, the actual experiment applying customer segmentation is performed and the applicability of the proposed methodology is analyzed.

  • Today we are inclined to dine out more frequently according as the national income is increased and Women enter into the Social life, 'This tendency results in the universality of foodculture and the food made of fresh food stuff as well as the Pollution-free food is preferable as everyone warits to eat natural food or health food and escapes from the pollution. Moreover we have socail problems like fatress and adult disease which result from the small amount of activity or the food with high calory and high gat. under this circumstance. the most adeguate food seems to be Italian good. It stand in the spottight of food world and is most preferable for everyone today. The sphere of food and beverage has a low value-added-rate compartry to the high increasing rate of customers and profit, so, the efficient managing method for the cost of food and beverage and the operating skill in the kitchen are the principal factors leading to success or failure. Therefore, this research is to show some remedies as follows, pointing out the operating problems of an selected Italian restaurant at the top class hotel. First, most Italian restaurant at the hotel are located in the best place and investing the big capital, But they are open for only 8 hours through a day. This should be improved not to bring a enormous loss to the hotel The brealefast menus such as vegetables or fish food, pizza and pasta which modern man can easily enjoy should be developed open the restaurants for morning gours. Second, the business hours are not made continously. As a result, all the emplyees should stay in the company all day long without taking any advantage of the losed time, This will be the loss for both the company and the employees, By veloping the morning menus, employees shald be classified into morning and afternoon staffs and the opening and closing hour at 3 and 6 O'clock should be used so that minimum number of employees may operate the company. Third, the characteristic of Italian food is in the use of fresh food stuff, The proper purchase of food stuff and the simple distributing system will help Italian restaurant show its character istcc as a hzgh-grade restaurant. Fourth, the most popular Italian food such as pizza or pasta should be market with Priority.

노년기 여성의 의복추구혜택에 따른 시장세분화 (A Study on the Elderly Women′s Apparel Market Segmentation according to the Benefits Sought)

  • The purposes of this study were to segment the elderly women's apparel market according to their benefits sought and to develop the profiles of each segment. Questionnaire survey was done to 500 elderly women aged over 55 in Chonbuk province from Mar. 1. to Mar. 15, 2000, and 360 questionnaires were used. Frequencies, percentages, means, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $\chi$$^2$-test, and ANOVA were done with SPSS Win+. Duncan's Multiple Range test was followed. The factors of clothing benefits ere consisted of fashion, brand loyalty, economy, practicality, activity, and utility. The elderly women segmented into 4 groups of the reasonability pursuit, th economy & practicality, the benefit unconscious, and the fashion & brand pursuit. The fashion information sources were divided into mass communication-dominated source and point-of-purchase & consumer-dominated source. The factors of store patronage criteria were divided into product assortment, convenience, and additive service. The economy and practicality pursuit selected their clothing with the help of others, used any kind of information sources less, considered convience of the store more, shopped at traditional market, group size was the biggest, was the oldest, and educated less. The reasonability pursuit selected their clothing by themselves, used all kind of information sources, considered many facets of stores, shopped at department store, was younger, healthier, educated more, and lived with husband more. The benefit unconscious spent less money to their clothing, lower usage of information sources, selected their clothing with the help of others, considered all facets of stores less, shopped at moderate or volume zone apparel market or traditional market, was older, healthy, and involved the widowed more. The fashion and brand pursuit spent more money to clothing, considered the product assortment or additive service of store more, shopped at department store, and selected their clothing by themselves, group size was the smallest, was younger educated more, healthy, and showed a tendency of living with husband.

  • The Contemporary consumer society demands companies to emphasize more on the brand marketing that can deliver the brand identities distinguished from those of competing companies. In today's environment, the meaning of consumption is not only a simple purchase of a product, but also assimilation into images, experience and emotional aspects of the brand. The flagship stores of brands take the advantage of the tendency seriously and utilize the envelopes of the building as marketing catalysts to establish their brand identities. This paper aims to investigate the possibility of the architectural envelope as a marketing element to establish the brand identities, by analyzing the design techniques that enhance the visual effects utilizing innovative application of material, pattern and connection details. it is studied that the function of architectural envelope's change from past to recent date and role of architectural envelope as means of marketing for expression brand image in contemporary commerce space and elements that can be applied on architectural envelope with theoretical consideration about marketing and brand identity. Also this paper will research about experience elements because the process for consumers to recognize brand image with architecture is the process of visual experience. And through example research, this paper will study interrelationship between visual system of cognition to be expressed on architectural envelope.

소고기 소비성향 변화와 숙성육 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Beef Consumption and Recognition of Aged Meat)

  • 본 연구는 소고기 소비자를 대상으로 2012년과 2019년 조사결과를 비교함으로써 소비자 소비성향 변화와 숙성육에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 알아보고자 수행하였다. 육색 및 지방색, 신선도, 등급표시, 브랜드 여부의 품질판단기준과 풍미, 다즙성, 연도, 숙성기간, 마블링의 맛 결정요인, 그리고 근내지방이 건강에 해롭다는 인식에 대한 중요도를 후진소거법을 통한 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 품질판단기준의 신선도와 맛 결정요인의 다즙성, 연도, 숙성기간, 근내지방이 건강에 해롭다는 인식의 중요도는 증가한 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 숙성육 구입의향 분석 결과 숙성육 구입의향에는 숙성육 인지여부, 숙성육에 대한 호감도, 신선도, 연도, 숙성기간이 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 소비자 선호 변화에 대응하기 위해 소비자의 소비성향이 어떻게 변화하였는지를 분석하여 소고기 소비성향 및 소비의향 연구의 기초자료를 수집하고, 숙성육 인식에 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이를 통해 향후 소비자 선호의 다변화에 대응하고, 합리적인 생산 및 소비활동에의 반영을 위해 숙성육에 대한 인식을 제고할 필요성이 있을 것으로 여겨진다.

  • 인상이나 감성적 기호가 구매에 영향을 주는 제품군의 디과인에 있어서는 사용자 시점으로부터의 감성적 평가를 디자인 프로세스의 보다 상류단계에서부터 실시하여 그 결과를 아이디어 스케치 개량을 위한 유효한 정보로서 피드백시킬 필요가 있다. 한편 감성적 평가에 있어서, SD법(의미미분척도법)으로 대표되는 종래의 이미지 평가에서는 계측대상을 [집단적인]경향으로 취급하여 독립적으로 판단을 하도록 요구되어져 왔다. 그러나 이러한 SD법적 평가만으로는 사물인지과정에 있어서 인간의 유연한 유사성 판단능력을 평가에 반영시키기에는 불충분하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 직감적 판단에 의한 자극의 분류와, 계층분석법 및 퍼지적분법에 기초를 둔 계층적 이미지 평가 방법을 제안하였다. 평가 프로세스는 평가 자극 및 평가 항목의 직감적 분류, 동일 카테고리 내에서의 대표예의 선정, 각 자극의 이미지평정, 피지적분법에 의한 우선도의 산출 등의 순서에 따라 진행되며, 이러한 평가 프로세스를 상호대화적인 환경하에서 수행하기 위한 평가지원용 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

혁신제품으로서의 기능성 소재 유아복의 채택 단계에 미치는 영향 요인 -제품 특성, 소비자 특성, 커뮤니케이션 특성을 중심으로- (Influential Factors on the Adoption of Performance Infants' Wear -Focusing on Product Attributes, Consumer Traits, and Communication Characteristics-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence consumers' adoption of performance infants' wear made of functional textiles. Based on Innovation Diffusion Model, product attributes, consumer traits, and communication characteristics were considered. A survey was carried out with a convenience sample of 241 housewives who have infants under 4 year-old, living in the Seoul metropolitan area. To analyze the data, SPSS 10.0 was used employing ANOVA, Duncan's post-hoc comparison, $X^2$, and f-test. The participants were classified into 4 groups based on their levels of adoption of performance infants' wear: No-Cognition, Negative Attitude, Positive Attitude, and Purchasing groups. There were significant differences among the four groups in terms of their perception of product attributes, communication characteristics, and personal traits. In terms of product attributes, the Positive Attitude group and Purchasing group showed higher perception of relative advantage, compatibility, trialability and observability than other groups. These groups were also high in terms of their tendency of actively seeking for additional product information, and particularly relied on the information from experts on TV or the Internet, personal experience posted on the Internet, or their own experience. Those who were in professional, well-educated and high income brackets were more likely to be Purchasing group than Positive Attitude group, which means once the positive attitude was formed they are likely to purchase the product.
