History of Land Registration and Small House Policies in the New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China

  • Hong Kong, a well-known metropolis characterized by skyscrapers on both sides of the Victoria Harbour, consists mainly of 3 parts, namely the Hong Kong Island, the Kowloon peninsula and the New Territories (N.T.) which is the land area north of Kowloon plus a number of outlying islands. Located in the N.T. are all the new towns, market towns; and in the plains and valleys lie scattered village houses of not more than 3 storeys within the confines of well-defined village. These village houses are governed by a rural housing policy that could be traced back to the very beginning of the former British administration in the N.T. By the Convention of Peking of 1898, the N.T., comprising the massive land area north of Kowloon up to Shenzhen River and 235 islands, was leased to Britain by China for 99 years from 1st July 1898. Soon after occupation, the colonial government conducted a survey of this uncharted territory from 1899 to 1903, and set up a land court to facilitate all land registration work and to resolve disputed claims. By 1905, the Block Crown Leases with Schedule of Lessees and details of the lots, each with a copy of the lot index plan (Demarcation Plan) were executed. Based on the above, Crown rent rolls were prepared for record and rent collection purposes. All grants of land thereafter are known as New Grant lots. After completion and execution of the Block Crown Lease in 1905, N.T. villagers had to purchase village house lots by means of Restricted Village Auctions; and Building Licences were issued to convert private agricultural land for building purposes but gradually replaced by Land Exchanges (i.e. to surrender agricultural land for the re-grant of building land) from the early 1960's until introduction of the current Small House Policy in October 1972. It was not until the current New Territories Small House Policy came into effect in December 1972 that the Land Authority can make direct grant of government land or approve the conversion of self-owned agricultural land to allow indigenous villagers to build houses within the village environs under concessionary terms. Such houses are currently restricted to 700 square feet in area and three storeys with a maximum height of 27 feet. An indigenous villager is a male descendent of a villager who was the resident of a recognized village already existing in 1898. Each villager is only allowed one concessionary grant in his lifetime. Upon return of Hong Kong to the People's Republic of China on July 1st, 1997, the traditional rights of indigenous villagers are protected under Article 40 of the Basic Law (a mini-constitution of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region). Also all N.T. leases have been extended for 50 years up to 2047. Owing to the escalating demand and spiral landed property prices in recent years, abuse of the N.T. Small House Policy has been reported in some areas and is a concern in some quarters. The Hong Kong Institute of Land Administration attempts to study the history that leads to the current rural housing policy in the New Territories with particular emphasis on the small house policy, hoping that some light can be shed on the "way forward" for such a controversial policy.

조선시대 왕릉 석물의 재료와 제작 방법 변화에 관한 연구 - 신도비와 표석, 상석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Change of Materials and Fabrication Techniques of Stone Figures in Royal Tombs of the Joseon Period - Focusing on Shindobi, Pyo-Seok, and Sang-Seok -)

  • 비석은 상례문화의 보고이자 서예사의 정수로서 시대사·사회사를 조명할 수 있는 중요한 문화재지만 그 연구는 아직 미미하다. 특히 비각의 제작 방식에 관한 것은 아직 미증유의 분야로 남아 있어 연구가 절실한 편이다. 비석의 제작은 석재의 탁마 과정과 조각, 그리고 글씨를 새기는 북칠 과정으로 대별할 수 있다. 본고에서는 이와 관련하여 몇 가지의 사실을 밝히고 있다. 첫째, 신과 관련한 의물(神儀物)인 상석, 혼유석, 비석에는 정교한 마정(磨正) 작업을 가한다. 이는 임진왜란, 병자호란의 영향으로 인한 유교적 상·제례의 정착과 전파로 혼유석에 대한 인식의 변화에 기인한다. 둘째, 영조 때 오석(烏石)의 비약적인 확산과 사저취용(私儲取用)은 사회·문화사적으로 큰 의미를 가지고 있다. 상품(上品)의 강화석이 고갈되자 사대부에서 사용하던 오석을 천릉한 장릉에 사용한 이후 사대부들을 중심으로 퍼지게 된다. 특히 오석의 사용과 마정 작업은 화학적·물리적 손상을 최소화시킬 수 있었다. 셋째, 비석의 각자 기술은 북칠(北漆)에 있다. 효종 영릉 천릉 시에 송시열의 지문을 북칠한 이후부터 북칠 과정은 동아시아에서 우리나라가 가장 성행했고 제도화된 점은 특기할 만하다. 북칠은 오석의 검은 색으로 인해 흑묵보다 붉은 당주를 이용하면서 더욱 정교화된다. 넷째, 조선 후기에 들어서면서 각자 방식에도 변화가 일어난다. 영조 연간까지 각자는 획의 두께에 따라 각의 깊이를 결정해 음영을 표현하고 양감을 나타냈다. 물론 이 같은 기법은 모든 표석이나 신도비에서 나타나는 것은 아니나 내수사에 소속된 뛰어난 경공장들의 전습에 의해 유지되었다. 따라서 비석을 제작하기 위해서는 숙석, 연정, 마정, 정간, 초도서입, 중초, 입각, 교정, 장황의 단계를 거쳐 하나의 완성품이 이뤄진다. 이러한 것은 묘주에 대한 존경심과 공업을 알리는 목적이지만, 이를 통해 공예 기능의 분업과 협업에 바탕을 둔 작업이 표석의 전체 제작 과정에 나타난다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

네트워크 중심성 척도가 추천 성능에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Network Centralities on Recommendation Performance)

  • 개인화 추천에서 많이 사용되는 협업 필터링은 고객들의 구매이력을 기반으로 유사고객을 찾아 상품을 추천할 수 있는 매우 유용한 기법으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나, 전통적인 협업 필터링 기법은 사용자 간에 직접적인 연결과 공통적인 특징을 기반으로 유사도를 계산하는 방식으로 인해 신규 고객 혹은 상품에 대해 유사도를 계산하기 힘들다는 문제가 제기되어 왔다. 이를 극복하기 위하여, 다른 기법을 함께 사용하는 하이브리드 기법이 고안되기도 하였다. 이런 노력의 하나로서, 사회연결망의 구조적 특성을 적용하여 이런 문제를 해결하려는 시도가 있었다. 이는, 직접적으로 유사성을 찾기 힘든 사용자 간에도 둘 사이에 놓인 유사한 사용자 또는 사용자들을 통해 유추해내는 방식으로 상호 간의 유사성을 계산하는 방식을 적용한 것이다. 즉, 구매 데이터를 기반으로 사용자의 네트워크를 생성하고 이 네트워크 내에서 두 사용자를 간접적으로 이어주는 네트워크의 특성을 기반으로 둘 사이의 유사도를 계산하는 것이다. 이렇게 얻은 유사도는 추천대상 고객이 상품의 추천에 대한 수락여부를 결정하는 척도로 활용될 수 있다. 서로 다른 중심성 척도는 추천성과에 미치는 영향이 서로 다를 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다 할 수 있다. 이런 유사도의 계산을 위해서 네트워크의 중심성을 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 여기서 더 나아가 이런 중심성이 추천성과에 미치는 영향이 추천 알고리즘에 따라서도 다를 수 있다는 데에서 주목하여 수행되었다. 또한, 이런 네트워크 분석을 활용한 추천기법은 신규 고객 혹은 상품뿐만 아니라 전체 고객 혹은 상품으로 그 대상을 넓히더라도 추천 성능을 높이는 데 기여할 것을 기대할 수 있을 것이다. 이런 관점에서 본 연구는 네트워크 모형에서 연결선이 생성되는 것을 이진 분류의 문제로 보고, 추천 모형에 적용할 분류 기법으로 의사결정나무, K-최근접이웃법, 로지스틱 회귀분석, 인공신경망, 서포트 벡터 머신을 선택하고, 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 4년2개월간 수집된 구매 데이터로 실험을 진행하였다. 사회연결망에서 측정된 중심성 척도를 각 분류 기법에 적용하여 생성한 모형을 비교 실험한 결과, 각 모형 별로 중심성 척도의 추천성공률이 서로 다르게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

양호교사(養護敎師)의 투약(投藥) 및 의약품관리(醫藥品管理) 실태(實態) (A Study on Prescription and Management of Medicines by School-Nurses)

  • The purpose of this paper is to understand the prescription and management of medicines by school-nurses. A survey was mailed to 199 school-nurses in elementary and secondary schools in Pusan from February 10 to March 31, 1997. It was shown that 97.0% of the schools have visiting school-doctors and only 29.6% have visiting school-pharmacists. 36.7% of the respondents don't know the amount of this annual health-related budget. Concerning the annual budget of purchasing medicines, 50.4% of the elementary schools spend 210,000 won to 400,000 won and 45.0% of the secondary schools spend more than 610,000 won. 56.3% of the respondents said the budget was enough, but 5% said it was not. 70.9% of the schools purchase medicines twice a year. The average number of students visiting the nurse in a year are 1,892 in elementary schools, 1.6 times per student and 2,471 in secondary schools, 1.7 times per student, respectively. The annual average number of students who were prescribed medicine a year are 1,804 in elementary schools, 1.5 times per student, 2,372 in secondary schools, 1.7 times per student. The percentage of students who are prescribed internal medicines was 45.5% in elementary, schools and 61.3% in secondary schools, respectively. To the preralence sicknesses, the wound was the most common, accounting for 42.7% in elementary and 22.6% in secondary schools. Next was abdominal pain, indigestion, and headaches in elementary schools; and colds, indigestion, and abdominal pain in secondary schools, respectively. To the dirersity of medicines prescribed: internal medicines 29 for abdominal pain, 25 for indigestion, 8 for physiological pain, 13 for headaches, 30 for colds, and 10 for eye disease; external medicines 2 for skin disease, 10 for toothaches and 31 for other sicknesses. 42.7% of the respondents said the schools have enough medicines, but 7.6% said that schools need more. 50.8% of the respondents said they get information on medicines from TV advertisements or medicine-related books, 16.6% get information from visiting pharmacists. More experienced nurse-teachers are likely to get information from visiting pharmacists, but 37.5% of the respondents who have less then four year experience in school get information through other nurse-teachers before deciding to buy medicines. To the choice of medicines: 83.9% of the respondents said that they choose safe medicines with less side-effects. 40.7% responded that they write down the prescription history daily, but 6.1% said they do this only once in two or three months. To the confidence in prescriptions, 37.7% of the respondents said they are sure of the effectiveness of the medicines they prescribe. To what extent the nurse-teachers prescribe, 50.3% said they prescribe to the level of anagelics, and 21.1% prescribe to anti-histamines and antibiotics. 80.4% said that the details of illnesses and medicines to be prescribed in school should be regulated by a school health-care law. To the problems in prescription, 79.9% of the respondents worry about abuse by students who want prescriptions but have no serious illnesses, 57.8% worrg about the lack of information on medicines and dosage. And 55.8% said they can't tell the difference between medicines whose brands are different, but bare the same ingredients. The conclusion of this study is that a health education program is necessary to prevent the misuse or abuse by students and a continuing education program for school-nurses is needed to solve the problems related to the purchasing and prescription of medicines. The criteria of the prescription of medicines also should be regulated by a school health-care law or management acts.

가습기살균제 참사의 진행과 교훈(Q&A) (Questions and Answers about the Humidifier Disinfectant Disaster as of February 2017)

  • 'The worstest environment disaster', 'World's first biocide massacre', 'Home-based Sewol ferry disaster' are all phrases attached to the recent humidifier disinfectant disaster. In the spring of 2011, four of 8 pregnant women including 1 adult man passed away at a university hospital in Seoul due to breathing failure. Epidemiologic investigation conducted by the Korean CDC soon revealed the inhalation of humidifier disinfectant, which had been widely used in Korea during the winter, to be responsible for the disease. As well as lung fibrosis hardening of the lungs, other diseases including asthma, rhinitis, skin disease, liver disease, fetal disease or cancers have been researched for their relation with exposure to the products. By February 9, 2017, 5,342 cases had registered for health problems and 1,131 of them were already dead (20.8% mortality rate). Based on studies by government agencies and a telephone survey of the general population by Seoul National University and civic groups, around 20% of the general public of Korea has used these products. Since the market release of the first product by SK Chemical in 1994, over 7.1 million items from around 20 brands were sold up to 2011. Most of the products were manufactured by well-known large conglomerates such as SK, Lotte, Samsung, Shinsegye, LG, and GS, as well as some European companies including UK-based Reckitt Benckiser and TESCO, the German firm Henkel, the Danish firm KeTox, and an Irish company. Even though this disaster was unveiled in 2011 by the Korean government, the issue of the victims was neglected for over five years. In 2016, an unexpected but intensive investigation by prosecutors found that Reckitt Benckiser manipulated and concealed animal tests for its own brand and brought several university experts and company employees to court. The matter was an intense social issue in Korea from May to June with a surge in media coverage. The prosecutor's investigation and a nationwide boycott campaign organized by victims and environmental groups against Reckitt Benckiser, whose product had been used by more than 70% of victims, led to the producer's official apology and a compensation scheme. A legislative investigation organized after the April 2016 national election revealed the producers' faults and the government's responsibility, but failed to meet expectations. A special law for the victims passed the National Assembly in January 2017 and a punitive system together with a massive environmental epidemiology investigation are expected to be the only solutions for this tragedy. Sciences of medicine, toxicology and environmental health have provided decisive evidence so far, but for the remaining problems the perspectives of social sciences such as sociology and jurisprudence are highly necessary, similar to with the Minamata disease and Wonjin Rayon events. It may not be easy to follow this issue using unfamiliar terminology from medical and chemical science and the long, complicated history of the event. For these reasons the author has attempted to write this article in a question and answer format to render it easier to follow. The 17 questions are: Q1 What is humidifier disinfectant? Q2 What kind of health problems are caused by humidifier disinfectant? Q3 How many victims are there? Q4 What is the analysis of the 1,112 cases of death? 미국 조경 아카이브 구축 동향과 특성 연구 (A Study on the Tendencies and Characteristics When Constructing Landscape Architectural Archives in the US)

  • 이 연구는 미국 조경 아카이브의 구축 동향과 특성을 파악하고, 한국 조경 아카이브 구축을 위한 시사점을 찾는 데 목적을 둔다. 미국의 공공·대학·연구기관에서 운영하는 조경 아카이브 일곱 곳을 대상으로 아카이브 형성 배경, 기능, 범위와 대상, 수집 방법, 분류 체계, 활용 방법을 검토한 결과, 미국 조경 아카이브의 특성을 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째, 경관의 가치와 중요성 인식이 아카이브 형성 배경에 주요하게 작용한다. 둘째, 아카이브의 목적은 경관의 다양성과 의미에 대한 대중의 인식 고취와 교육에 있다. 셋째, 아카이브의 대상과 범위는 각 운영기관의 목적에 따라 다양하다. 넷째, 수집 방법으로는 자료 기증이 주를 이루며, 이외에 자료 구매와 기록화 작업 등이 있다. 다섯째, 아카이브의 분류 기준은 사람, 작품 혹은 장소, 자료 유형으로 나눌 수 있지만, 아카이브 대상과 범위에 따라 차별화된 경향을 보인다. 여섯째, 미국의 조경 아카이브는 다양한 전문가와 조직의 참여와 협업, 그리고 안정적이며 지속적인 재정이라는 밑바탕 위에서 구축된다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 한국의 조경 아카이브 구축에 대해 세 가지 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 조경 아카이브에 대한 장기적인 비전과 차별화된 주제 설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 적합한 자료 수집, 분류, 기록, 디지털화 방법과 체계를 모색해야 하며, 이를 위해 기초 연구와 시범 아카이브 구축 등이 필요하다. 셋째, 학술과 교육 프로그램과 연계한 아카이브 활용 방안을 개발하고, 재정 확보와 관련 제도 마련을 통해 아카이브의 지속가능성을 확보할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 한국의 조경 아카이브 구축을 위한 기초 작업으로 후속 연구를 위한 단초를 마련했다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

일부 도시지역 주민의 약물 장기복용에 관한 사회의학적 연구 (A Study on the Long-Term Use of Drugs Among Some Urban Residents)

  • One of the familiar medical facility that most people reach easily in Korea is the drug store. In Korea, it is possible to purchase all kinds of common drugs without physician's prescriptions, which caused some problems. In other words, such treatment without professional supervision has led to medical, social and economical problems. In view of the above, this study is aimed at revealing the actual status of long-term use of drugs in some urban residents. Long-term use of drugs is operationally defined as using certain drugs at least once a week for more than 3 months. This survey took the residents of Guro 6-Dong where was one of the target areas for Community Health Development Project managed by Korea University as a target population. A sample of 1,517 residents was selected by the multistage sampling method. The interview was conducted on September 21st and 22nd in 1985. The object of this study was to compare the result with that of the rural area which was obtained by the same method, tools and research team, prior to this study in 1984. The results were as follows; 1) The age-standardization of the study showed that 97 per 1,000 urban residents were actually on long-term drug use. The prevalance of long-term use is high in accordance with aging and low with education level. 2) Out of 1,000 urban samples the most popular item involved in the long-term drug use was antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drug (26), and next in order was vitamin (23), antibiotics (13), digestives (10) and antacids (7). In the rural samples as for compare, that was antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drug (100), antacids (36), digestives (23), adrenocortical hormones (12) etc. 3) With antipyrctic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drugs, 50% of the urban samples were taking for more than a year, whereas such were 82.7% of the rural samples. Using such a high percentage of antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflamatory drugs in the rural residents is probably due to the high prevalence rate of musculo-skeletal diseases. 4) The urban long-term drug users of antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drugs were influenced mostly by the mass media (43.6%), next in order was pharmacist (35.9%) and physician (10.3%). Comparing with the result from the rural areas the role of mass media was much more influencial in the urban areas. 60% of them consulted with pharmacists, 14.3% with physicians and 25.7% had no history of consultation in the urban samples. 5) Considering the incidence of knowing the possible side-effects of each drug, 28.2% of the urban residents had no recognition about side-effects prior to use antipyretic-analgesic-antiinflammatory drugs. In the rural residents, 29.67o had no knowledge about the side-effects before using the drug. 6) For the solution of the above problems, it is necessary to limit the advertisement of some drugs by the parmaceutical company. And therapeutic drugs which may bring on side effects in case of long-term use should not be sold at drug stores without physician's prescription.

다계층 이원 네트워크를 활용한 사용자 관점의 이슈 클러스터링 (User-Perspective Issue Clustering Using Multi-Layered Two-Mode Network Analysis)

  • 대부분의 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 자사 고객의 관심 분야를 파악하고 이를 상품 추천에 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 고객이 회원 가입 시 직접 입력한 개인 정보는 신뢰하기가 어렵고, 고객의 구매 패턴을 통해 파악한 관심 분야 정보는 자사 사이트 내에 진입한 이후에만 보인 한정된 패턴이라는 측면에서 해당 고객의 다양한 관심분야를 제대로 나타낸다고 보기 어렵다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 연구에서는 고객의 평소 인터넷 사용 기록을 통해 최근 방문 사이트들의 주제를 분석함으로써, 고객의 실제 관심 분야를 파악할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 토픽 분석을 통해 각 사이트의 주제를 도출하고 도출된 주제를 다시 동시 방문자 관점에서 군집화 함으로써, 고객 관점에서 의미가 있는 상위 수준의 새로운 테마를 발굴하기 위한 방법론을 제안하였다. 연구의 특징은 유사주제 중심의 군집화라는 기존 연구와는 달리 사용자 관점의 관심주제 중심 군집화라 할 수 있다. 향후 사용자 중심의 카테고리 설계를 비롯한 새로운 관점의 고객군 정의 등 보다 높은 차원의 마케팅 전략 수립에 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 사용자 관점의 이슈 군집화 과정은 크롤링, 토픽 분석, 액세스 패턴 분석, 네트워크 병합, 네트워크 변환 및 군집화와 같은 여섯 가지 주요단계로 구성되어있다. 이를 위해 텍스트 마이닝과 소셜 네트워크 분석 기법을 활용한 비정형 텍스트를 기반으로한 빅데이터의 활용 방법을 모색하였다. 제안 방법론의 실무 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위해, 국내 최대 포털 뉴스 사이트의 방문자 2,177명의 1년간 방문 기록과 뉴스기사 대한 분석을 수행하고 그 결과를 요약하여 제시하였다.

A New Item Recommendation Procedure Using Preference Boundary

  • Lately, in consumers' markets the number of new items is rapidly increasing at an overwhelming rate while consumers have limited access to information about those new products in making a sensible, well-informed purchase. Therefore, item providers and customers need a system which recommends right items to right customers. Also, whenever new items are released, for instance, the recommender system specializing in new items can help item providers locate and identify potential customers. Currently, new items are being added to an existing system without being specially noted to consumers, making it difficult for consumers to identify and evaluate new products introduced in the markets. Most of previous approaches for recommender systems have to rely on the usage history of customers. For new items, this content-based (CB) approach is simply not available for the system to recommend those new items to potential consumers. Although collaborative filtering (CF) approach is not directly applicable to solve the new item problem, it would be a good idea to use the basic principle of CF which identifies similar customers, i,e. neighbors, and recommend items to those customers who have liked the similar items in the past. This research aims to suggest a hybrid recommendation procedure based on the preference boundary of target customer. We suggest the hybrid recommendation procedure using the preference boundary in the feature space for recommending new items only. The basic principle is that if a new item belongs within the preference boundary of a target customer, then it is evaluated to be preferred by the customer. Customers' preferences and characteristics of items including new items are represented in a feature space, and the scope or boundary of the target customer's preference is extended to those of neighbors'. The new item recommendation procedure consists of three steps. The first step is analyzing the profile of items, which are represented as k-dimensional feature values. The second step is to determine the representative point of the target customer's preference boundary, the centroid, based on a personal information set. To determine the centroid of preference boundary of a target customer, three algorithms are developed in this research: one is using the centroid of a target customer only (TC), the other is using centroid of a (dummy) big target customer that is composed of a target customer and his/her neighbors (BC), and another is using centroids of a target customer and his/her neighbors (NC). The third step is to determine the range of the preference boundary, the radius. The suggested algorithm Is using the average distance (AD) between the centroid and all purchased items. We test whether the CF-based approach to determine the centroid of the preference boundary improves the recommendation quality or not. For this purpose, we develop two hybrid algorithms, BC and NC, which use neighbors when deciding centroid of the preference boundary. To test the validity of hybrid algorithms, BC and NC, we developed CB-algorithm, TC, which uses target customers only. We measured effectiveness scores of suggested algorithms and compared them through a series of experiments with a set of real mobile image transaction data. We spilt the period between 1st June 2004 and 31st July and the period between 1st August and 31st August 2004 as a training set and a test set, respectively. The training set Is used to make the preference boundary, and the test set is used to evaluate the performance of the suggested hybrid recommendation procedure. The main aim of this research Is to compare the hybrid recommendation algorithm with the CB algorithm. To evaluate the performance of each algorithm, we compare the purchased new item list in test period with the recommended item list which is recommended by suggested algorithms. So we employ the evaluation metric to hit the ratio for evaluating our algorithms. The hit ratio is defined as the ratio of the hit set size to the recommended set size. The hit set size means the number of success of recommendations in our experiment, and the test set size means the number of purchased items during the test period. Experimental test result shows the hit ratio of BC and NC is bigger than that of TC. This means using neighbors Is more effective to recommend new items. That is hybrid algorithm using CF is more effective when recommending to consumers new items than the algorithm using only CB. The reason of the smaller hit ratio of BC than that of NC is that BC is defined as a dummy or virtual customer who purchased all items of target customers' and neighbors'. That is centroid of BC often shifts from that of TC, so it tends to reflect skewed characters of target customer. So the recommendation algorithm using NC shows the best hit ratio, because NC has sufficient information about target customers and their neighbors without damaging the information about the target customers.

KB국민카드는 스마트 오퍼링 시스템의 성공과 지속적인 성장을 위해 고도화되고 있는 ICT 기술과 인재 확보를 위한 투자를 진행해야 하며, 장기적인 관점에서의 수익확보를 위한 전략을 확립하여 체계적인 진행이 필요하다. 특히, 프라이버시 침해와 개인정보 유출 등의 문제가 쟁점이 되는 현재 상황에서 고객 정보를 활용한 마케팅에 대한 고객의 인식을 긍정적으로 유도하고, 보안성을 강조하는 기업 이미지 형성을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구는 CRM 전략의 변화 과정을 통해 현재 카드사의 실시간 CRM 전략을 KB 국민카드의 빅데이터 활용전략과 마케팅 활동을 통해 확인하고자 한다.
