지하수위를 고려한 양수량 추정

  • The analysis of characteristics of pumping in the small tube well for agriculture were surveyed. Study area was located at the Galsinri in Yesangun near the yedang reservoir. Agricultural electricity using rates for pumping, ground water level and volume of pumping was monitored every week. Pump working ratio and pump efficiency during period of transplanting of rice showed 48.9%, 62.7% respectively.

  • 터보분자펌프의 배기성능은 회전자가 돌고 있을 때 순방향과 역방향으로의 배기속도(통과확률$\times$입구컨덕턴스) 및 두 방향으로의 기체 유량(배기속도$\times$입구 압력)의 상호관계에 의해 영향을 받는다. 펌프의 성능을 나타내는 가장 중요한 항목인 배기속도는 순유량, 즉 반대 방향으로의 유량의 차이를 흡기구 압력으로 나누어준 것이며, 최대압축비는 순방향 배기속도를 역방향 배기속도로 나누어준 것이다. 이들 방향성 고유특성은 서로 영향을 미치고 있으며 양쪽 입구 압력 모두의 함수이므로 관련 요소들을 서로 구분하기가 힘들지만 배기속도와 최대압축비의 측정결과를 잘 분석하면 준정량적인 해석이 가능하다.

  • Experimental investigations are performed for the rarefied gas flows in a disk-type drag pump (DTDP). The pump considered in this paper consists of grooved spiral channel on rotors and planar stators. The flow-metre method is adopted to calculate the pumping speed. Compression ratio and pumping speeds for the nitrogen gas are measured under the inlet pressure range of $0.001{\sim}4$ Torr. The maximum of compression ratio was about 3300 for three-stage DTDP, 1000 for two-stage and 100 for single-stage DTDP at zero throughput. The number of stage influences the pumping speed of DPDT

  • In this paper, the pumping performance of the disk-type drag pump which works in the outlet pressure range from 4 to 0.001 Torr is studied experimentally. The pumping characteristics of various drag pumps are performed. The inlet pressures are measured for various outlet pressures of the test pump. The flow-meter method is adopted to calculate the pumping speed. Compression ratios and pumping speeds for the nitrogen gas are measured. The present experimental data show the leak-limited value of the compression ratio in the molecular transition region. The rotational speed of the pump is 24,000rpm. The inlet pressures are measured for various outlet pressures of the test pump. The ultimate Pressures for zero throughput are measured for three-stage, two-stage and single-stage disk-type, respectively.

  • In this study, we are investigated experimentally the pumping characteristics about the pumping channel shapes of disk-type drag pump (DTDP). We are experimented the pumping performance about the rotors which have channel or do not exist. The channel disk-type rotor has spiral channels both upper and lower part, and stator is planar. The planar disk-type rotor hasn't channel and stator has spiral channels both upper and lower part. The flow-meter method is adopted to calculate the pumping speed. Compression ratio and pumping speeds for the nitrogen gas are measured under the inlet pressure range of 0.001 ${\sim}$ 4 Torr. The maximum of compression ratio was about 3300 for three-stage DTDP (channel disk-type rotor), 1000 for four-stage (planar disk-type rotor) and two-stage DTDP (channel disk-type rotor) at zero throughput. The ultimate pressure was $1.6{\times}10^{-6}$ Torr for three-stage DTDP (channel disk-type rotor), $2.5{\times}10^{-6}$ Torr for four-stage DTDP (planar disk-type rotor).

Mixer-Ejector 노즐 유동장에 관한 수치해석 (Computational Analysis of the Flowfield of a Mixer-Ejector Nozzle)

  • 본 연구에서는 2차원의 압축성 Navier-Stokes 코드를 개발하여 mixer-ejector 노즐의 유동장 해석을 다양한 덕트와 노즐 면적비 및 노즐 압력비에 대하여 계산을 수행하였다. 덕트와 노즐 면적비 계산에서는 먼저 효율적인 2차 유동의 유입을 위한 최적의 면적비가 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 높은 면적비에서는 입구 자유유동의 적절한 혼합없이 mixing duct를 그대로 통과하는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 낮은 면적비에서는 제트의 경계가 유입 유동에 장애물로 작용하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 노즐 압력비의 계산에 있어서는 shroud 벽면과 shock cell structure 간에 상호작용이 작다면 유입유량은 압력비에 따라 증가하는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

갈신양수장 관개지구의 관개효율과 관개패턴분석 (Analysis of Irrigation Efficiency and Pattern in Galshin Pumping District)

  • The purpose of study was analyze the pumping characteristics, Irrigation Efficiency(IE), and irrigation pattern by period of rice growing stage with based on the performance of design irrigation water requirement and operational Galshin Pumping(GP) station in GP irrigation district constructed under rural water development project master plan. GP station was located in Yedang reservoir, Yesan-gun, Chungcheongnam-do and has been supplying irrigation water since 2006. The research data are the Irrigation Water Requirement(IWR) and the Pumping Water Amount(PWA) from 2006 to 2015 at the GP station, which is the supplied amount. The IWR were calculated using the Blaney-Criddle formula of the HOMWRS program, Hydrological Operation Model for Water Resource System, developed by Korea Rural Community Corporation. The Blaney-Criddle formula was used to calculate design irrigation water requirement of Galshin rural water development project master plan. During 2006-2015, the study period, the annual average IWR is 763.2(±149.1)mm, the annual PWA of the GP station is 397.4mm to 1,056.9mm, and those average annual PWA is 643.4(±208.4)mm. The annual IE of GP station 96.5% to 169.0%, and the average annual IE is 124.3%, which is higher than the research results conducted in other pumping stations. Analyzing the irrigation patterns of the GP irrigation district, the IWR Ratio per 10days(IWRR) and the PWA Ratio per 10days(PWAR) of the G P station were obtained. The IWRR is the percentage of IWR for each 10 days of a month to total IWR per year, and the PWAR is the percentage of PWA for each 10 days of a month to total PWA per year. The Kolmogorov- Smirnov(K-S) test results of IWRR and PWAR showed the characteristics classification by rice growing stage and stable normal distribution characteristics. Average IWRR(AIWRR) and Average PWAR(APWAR) are presented as irrigation patterns. Irrigation pattern analysis will be able to standardize comparison, analysis and probability calculation of the pumping station characteristics of different pumping stations and apply to objective evaluation of the pumping station district.

  • 스크롤 펌프는 초청정 진공 시스템에서 많이 사용되고 있지만 막상 수소 배기 특성에 대해서 잘 알려져 있지 않다 이런 정보부족은 수소를 다량 사용하는 핵융합 실험장치에서 스크롤 점프가 사용 가능한지 판단하기 어렵게 만든다 이 논문에서는 특히 수소에 대한 스크롤펌프의 배기속도, 압측비 및 역류특성을 측정하기 위해 구성한 실험장치, 측정절차와 실험결과에 대해 기술하고 논의했다.
