Since the hypothalamus immediately reacts to a nerve by processing all the information from the human body and the external stimulus being conducted, it performs a significant role in internal secretion; thus, a diverse and rapid stimulus pulse is required. By detecting Zero Detector accurately via the application of AVR on-Chip (ATMEL) using commercial electricity, chopping generates a stimulus pulse to the brain using an IGBT gate to designate a new magnetic stimulation following treatment and diagnosis. To simplify and generate a diverse range of stimuli for the brain, chopping can be used as a free magnetic stimulator. Then, commercial frequency (60Hz) is chopped precisely at the first level of the leakage transformer to deliver an appropriate stimulus pulse towards the hypothalamus when necessary. Discharge becomes stable, and the chopping frequency and duty-ratio provide variety after authorizing a high-pressure chopping voltage at the second level of the magnetic stimulator. These methods have several aims. The first is to apply a variable stimulus pulse via accurate switching frequency control by a voltaic pulse or a pulse repetition rate, according to the diagnostic purpose for a given hypothalamus. Consequently, the efficiency tends to increase. This experiment was conducted at a maximum of 210 W, a magnetic induced amplitude of 0.1~2.5 Tesla, a pulse duration of $200{\sim}350\;{\mu}s$, magnetic inducement of 5 Hz, stimulus frequency of 0.1~60 Hz, and a duration of stimulus train of 1~10 sec.

Under the background of combustion instability in solid rocket motor, to study the relationship between pressure oscillations and dynamic process of propellant flames, it is necessary to simulate an oscillation environment with certain frequency, amplitude and duration. This paper presents an experimental installation of pressure oscillation based on pulse-driving technique, with which pressure oscillations features under different pulse-driving conditions were compared and analyzed. For the pulse-driver applied in this paper, a pressure oscillation with 0.15s-0.5s duration, 179Hz-210Hz first order frequency, 0.04MPa-0.35MPa amplitude is simulated. The test results show that an oscillation with higher frequency and lager amplitude can be obtained when pulse-driver is installed on the top of the installation cavity, while on the side, an oscillation with a longer duration and approximate cavity natural frequency can be simulated.
The present study of these experiments are close examination of spray characteristics that are continuous liquid jet and modulated pressure pulse liquid jet. The experiments were conducted using water, over a range of cross-flow velocities from 42${\sim}$136 m/s, with injection frequencies of 35.7${\sim}$166.2 Hz. Between continuous cross-flow jet and pressure pulsed cross-flow jet for characteristics of penetration, breakup point, spray angle and macro spray shape are investigated experimentally. In cross-flow field, main parameter of liquid jet for breakup was cross-flow stream rather than pressure pulse frequency. As oscillation of the periodic pressure that could make liquid jet moved up and down, the mixing efficiency was increased. Also, a bulk of liquid jet puff was detected at upper field of liquid surface. So, this phenomenon has a good advantage of mixing spray from concentration of center area to outer area. Because of pressure pulsation frequency, an inclination of SMD for the structured layer was evanescent. Cross-sectional characteristics of SMD at downstream area were non-structured distributions. Then cross-sectional characteristics of SMD size were about same tendency over a range that is effect of spray mixing. The tendency of volume flux value for various frequency of pressure pulse was same distribution. And volume flux was decreased when the frequency of pressure pulse increase.

The sciaenid species, which has swimbladder, generates sounds by vibrating in its length wards when spawning or getting stimulus from something else. This research analyzed on sound frequency characteristics relatives to their swimbladder length of three sciaenid species, yellow croaker(Larimichthys polyactis), brown croaker(Miichthys miiuy), and white flower croaker(Nibea albiflora). As results, the dominant frequency for yellow croaker ranged over 38.08 to 141.60Hz in wide frequency band, and the averaged pulse duration expressed in $280.3{\pm}156.0ms$. For brown croaker, the dominant frequency ranged in 49.80 to 59.57Hz, and the averaged pulse duration was $129.1{\pm}36.9ms$. Moreover, the dominant frequency of white flower croaker ranged in 73.24 to 86.91Hz, and the averaged pulse duration was $88.0{\pm}15.9ms$, it has shorter pulse duration than any two species. Therefore, the dominant frequency relatives to swimbladder length of sciaenidae showed that it had widely resonant characteristics and long pulse duration as in shorter swimbladder length. Additionally, for white flower croaker, we could confirm their behavior and sounds in response to production of recorded sounds using underwater speaker.
In this paper, a new CMOS fully integrated frequency-to-digital converter is proposed. The operation of the proposed circuit is based on a pulse-shrinking delay element. In the proposed circuit, a resolution of the converted digital output can be easily improved by increasing the number of the pulse-shrinking element. Also the input frequency range can be easily changed through controlling bias voltage in the pulse-shrinking element. The simulation of the designed circuit carried out by HSPICE using the CMOS 0.35${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ process technology.
Usually, in many applications, high frequency resonant inverters are used, and the PAM(Pulse Amplitude Modulation), PFM(Pulse Frequency Modulation) or PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) techniques are used to control the output power of resonant inverters. In this paper, a new switching scheme is proposed as a PWM control method. With the proposed method, it can be obtained that unity output displacement factor under the variable resonant frequency. The detail algorithm of the proposed PWM switching scheme and its charicteristics are discussed. And the validity of the proposed method is confirmed with the experimental results.
Objective : The region, observation period, figuration of pulse, pulse frequency, process of diagnosis and related diagnostic methods in traditional pediatric pulse diagnosis were studied in this article. Method : The articles related to traditional pediatric pulse diagnosis in Traditional medical classics, and analysis to the characteristics of it was done, then lastly, the principle of pulse manifestation and the meaning of application to modern times were considered. Result & Conclusion : It is difficult to catch the figuration of pediatric pulse because of dynamic change of body conditions, fast heartbeat and narrow region of pulse. Therefore, the pulse diagnosis appropriated for children have been developed and combined with the special diagnosis methods, for example, palpation of forehead and observation of index finger. The traditional pediatric pulse diagnosis is done with just one finger palpation in the period of 3 to 5 years old to identify the speed, length, size and height of pulse. The standard average of pulse frequency is 7~8 par breath in the period of 3 to 5 years old according to traditional medical classic.

Noticing that action of gaseous phase in insulating oil concerns to the discharging characteristics, I investigated the smalness pressure effects on quantity of the partial discharge and discharging pulse frequency. Tests are carried out between the niddle points in insulating oil at pressure being changed by gradual charge of inert gas Ar. At pressure as low as of 0.1-0.5 torr pulse frequency and maximum partial discharge reach peak while at pressure haigher than 20 torr no pulse is observed. The fact that pulse frequency has peak value at certain presure, which is changed either by charging Ar or by adding oil, implies that the action of gaseous phase depends on pressure. Test results are that partial discharge pulse are governed by pressure of Ar-charged oil, and less partial discharge pulses correspond to smaller bubbles whereas more partial descharge pulses correspond to larger bubbles.

The two-dimensional finite difference time domain algorithm is used to numerically reconstruct the electron density profile in O-mode ultrashort pulse reflectometry. A Gaussian pulse is employed as the source of a probing electromagnetic wave. The Gaussian pulse duration is chosen in such a manner as to have its frequency spectrum cover the whole range of the plasma frequency. By using a number of numerical band-pass filters, it is possible to compute the time delays of the frequency components of the reflected signal from the plasma. The electron density profile is reconstructed by substituting the time delays into the Abel integral equation. As a result of simulation, the reconstructed electron density profile agrees well with the assumed profile.
