This thesis is to analyze and investigate the influence of behaviors towards an organization of public officials due to the way their parents raised them. I tried to find out how their parents' raising way influences the individual characteristics, the human relationship, the job satisfaction, and the organizational commitment. It is proved that the personal characteristics of the organization members affect the human relationship in organization strongly. It is also proved that the way their parents raised them affects the personal characteristics. Therefore I can suggest that the way parents raised children affects the organizational behavior strongly. In addition to that, the personal characteristics of each public official highly affect the human relationship such as the relationship with seniors, colleagues, and subordinates in organization. I know that the way their parents raised them strongly affects the human relationships in organization. In order to find out the influence of organizational behavior of public officials due to the way their parents raised them, I used the Pearson's correlation analysis. I find that the public officials who lived with positive parents have high job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and have high self-esteem, self-control, responsibility, and have good relationship with their senior and colleagues administrative public official. Also, from this study we can find out the influence which parents' attitude has on children's satisfaction and devotion as adults. Therefore this study can suggest a new direction of public administration.

Researching behavior of users in public library is very important processing and their activities can be judged with the regard of required inner spaces and related those functions. The subject of this study is to examine the organization of inner spaces in public library and to propose the prototype of space composition in public library on the future. Not only the relation of space program of each library but also the network among public libraries are not connected efficiently. That's why the public library is not used as local cultural place. Usually, the organization of inner spaces has not been recognized and approached satisfactorily. As the result of the above researching, the function of the culture facilities should be connected to the open study-room which now using just for study. It will make users to recognize and approach public library easily.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID-19 on the basis of public-private partnership. The development of public-private interaction in information security is one of the priorities of the state policy of many estates. Among the priorities of public-private partnership in cybersecurity and information security, there is an expansion of interaction between government agencies and private scientific institutions, public associations and volunteer organizations, including in training, as well as increasing the digital literacy of citizens and the security culture in cyberspace. As a result of the study, the foundations of the organization's information security system in the context of COVID 19 were formed on the basis of public-private partnership.

본 연구에서는 보건소 근무자들의 학력 및 직급에 따른 보건소 조직에 관한 인식도를 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 보건소의 효율적인 운영 및 직원들의 근무환경 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 조사결과 학력에 따른 직원들의 보건소 조직에 대한 인식은 설문 문항 중 "조직에는 승진을 위한 기회가 존재 한다" 및 "내가 속한 단위조직의 구조는 잘 설계되어 있다"가 가장 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 반면 직급에 따른 직원들의 보건소 조직에 대한 인식은 설문 문항 중 "조직을 하나로 묶는 적절한 방편이 있다"와 "성취된 일들은 보상과 연결되어 있다" 및 "내가 받는 봉급은 수행하고 있는 업무에 상응 한다"가 가장 높은 점수를 나타내었다.

본 연구는 공공기관에서 공공봉사동기(PSM)이 구성원의 직무만족(JS)과 인지된 직무성과(PJP)에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 확인함과 동시에 간접적으로 종속변수에 영향을 미치는데 기여하는 매개변수의 존재와 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 특히 매개변수로 활용된 구성원과 조직의 적합성 개념(POF)은 인사제도의 적합성으로 정의함으로써 PSM와 개인 및 조직 효과성 사이에서 인사제도 적합성의 영향력을 파악하였다. 이에 창원시 보건소 구성원을 대상으로 진행된 설문자료를 토대로 정량적 분석을 실시하고 다음과 같은 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 통합된 공무 조직에서의 PSM은 JS와 PJP에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, PSM은 조직구성원의 JS와 PJP를 높여주지만, POF의 역할도 유의미함을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 PSM은 구성원과 조직 간 제도적 적합성을 통해 직무만족과 업무성과의 향상을 기대할 수 있다는 결론을 도출 할 수 있다.

Purpose: To improve and establish functions for public health centers in rural public, an analysis will be done on arrangement plan and area by function for public health centers in farming and fishing villages. After finding out this relationship and architectural characteristics, spatial organization and area ratio for providing efficient medical service and the relationship between the two will be examined. Methods: 8 of them were selected and site visit and interview with the person in charge were conducted to investigate the current status. The drawings collected for analysis were input as CAD data and schematized. The relationship between the arrangement type and area for the public health centers in farming and fishing villages was analyzed and based on this, an analysis was done on agricultural scale and characteristics, and putting these analyzed results together, an appropriate method of improvement was proposed for spatial organization by function for public health centers in farming and fishing villages and to provide efficient service. Results: Firstly, the Plan types found in the public health centers in farming and fishing villages could be classified into three including single-type, multiple-type and radial-type. Secondly, according to an analysis of areas by function, in the case of treatment function, there was a difference in the area ration for selective treatment. This ratio is considered to be greatly influenced by the project each public health center focuses on. Thirdly, I could become aware of the relationship between spatial organization and area ratio based on the analysis of arrangement and area derived above. Implication: As the data to refer to in future research on spatial organization for public health centers, if the object of analysis becomes more expanded and investigated, it will be utilized in detail for spatial planning of public health centers, thereby being expected to contribute to more efficient and qualitatively enhanced medical service provided by public health centers.

본 연구는 공공도서관별 학습조직 특성과 운영방식 및 규모에 따른 학습조직 특성을 분석하였다. 또 공공도서관의 서비스 품질을 조사하였으며 학습조직 특성과 서비스 품질 간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 한국의 수도권에 위치한 공공도서관 7곳의 사서 83명, 이용자 343명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 학습조직 특성인 학습기회 창출, 탐구 및 대화 촉진, 협력 및 팀 학습 독려, 학습 체계 구축, 권한 위임, 조직과 환경의 연계, 학습 전략적 리더십과 서비스 품질 차원인 서비스의 감성적 차원, 정보통제 차원, 도서관 장소 차원을 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 학습조직 각 요인들은 5점 만점에 3.4점 이상으로 공공도서관들은 대체로 학습조직 기반을 갖춘 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 별 학습조직 차이를 운영방식 및 규모에 따라 집단화하여 비교하고자 하였으나 이는 쉽지 않았다. 이에 따라 학습조직에 영향을 주는 다른 요인이 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 이에 더하여 학습조직 특성과 서비스 품질은 정적(+) 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 탈관료제 조직 특성 중 하나인 학습조직 특성이 공공도서관에서 어떻게 나타나는지 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다.

최근 공익마케팅활동에 대한 관심과 중요성에 대한 인식이 확산됨에 따라 국내 일부 컨벤션센터와 지역 컨벤션뷰로에서 사회공헌활동을 추진하고 있으나, 공익마케팅활동에 관한 연구들은 대부분 소비자의 시각에 치중되어 컨벤션센터나 지역 컨벤션뷰로 등 컨벤션 조직원의 관점에서 공익마케팅활동 중요성인식이 어떤지 반영되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 컨벤션과 관련된 공공조직의 종사자들을 대상으로 컨벤션조직의 공익마케팅활동의 중요성 인식을 파악하며, 컨벤션조직의 공익마케팅활동을 실시할 때 컨벤션개최지의 긍정적 또는 부정적 효과에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 개최지 긍정적 효과와 부정적 효과가 개최지 브랜드가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 분석하고자 한다.

Korean government implemented the Build-Transfer-Lease (BTL) mechanism since 2005 as one of the privatization methods to procure the social infrastructure with private investment. The mechanism was originally prepared 10 provide such public properties as education facilities, child-care facilities, old generation recuperation facilities, medical welfare facilities, military personnel's apartments, environment facilities, and lease apartments. Since 2005, a total of 13.5 trillion won-valued private fund has been directed to the public educational facilities, which occupies 58% of the total private investment in the facilities of the seven categories. However, many officials in the local public entities have anticipated that the local entities need to be restructured or downsized because of the privatization in stead of providing the educational facilities by governmental finance. The main objective of this study is to identify the appropriate technocrat organization structures to manage the privatization procedures.

본 연구는 세무공무원들을 대상으로 세무업무의 전문분야의 특성상 전문인으로서의 자긍심과 외부이미지 그리고 조직 동일시가 조직몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증한 연구이다. 검증결과, 자긍심과 외부이미지 그리고 조직 동일시에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 조직몰입도가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 높아져가는 국민들의 세금에 대한 관심과 시대적인 요구에 적극적으로 부응하기 위해서는 세무전문인으로서의 자긍심과 세무행정의 외부이미지 제고를 위한 본질적이고 실질적인 노력이 필요하다. 그리고 조직이 효과적으로 기능하기 위해 조직 구성원간에 조직 동일시를 일으킬 수 있도록 하여 조직몰입을 증대시킨다면 조직성과의 향상을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
