  • In this paper, we present a novel authenticated group key distribution scheme for large and dynamic multicast groups without employing traditional symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic operations. The security of our scheme is mainly based on the basic theories for solving linear equations. In our scheme, a large group is divided into many subgroups, where each subgroup is managed by a subgroup key manager (SGKM) and a group key generation center (GKGC) further manages all SGKMs. The group key is generated by the GKGC and then propagated to all group members through the SGKMs, such that only authorized group members can recover the group key but unauthorized users cannot. In addition, all authorized group members can verify the authenticity of group keys by a public one-way function. The analysis results show that our scheme is secure and efficient, and especially it is very appropriate for secure multicast communications in large and dynamic client-server networks.

  • Qualified certificates in online financial and security transaction area are currently used for authentication of the user. The authorized user's public key certificates are stored in binary; the private key corresponding to the user's public key certificates is encrypted by the user password, and then is stored in a file. But the present management system to access the public certificates in local has some problems. In this study, we propose that the mobile public certificate management application to avoid the exist problems.

  • Purpose: With the diversification of modern society, it is difficult to predict crime types, and the limitations of the state's functions, such as human limitations and lack of budget, are increasing. Method: However, as the number of private investigation companies that do not use illegal means to solve the request increased, attempts were made to introduce a public detective system that would manage and supervise it and compensate for the gap in public power. Result: However, due to the nature of the Private Investigator system, legislation has not progressed as the National Police Agency and the Ministry of Justice are at odds with existing laws that guarantee existing jobs such as lawyers and credit research. Conclusion: Therefore, this study analyzes the bills related to the authorized detective to the National Assembly, examines major issues such as the scope of work of the authorized detective business, the selection of management and supervisory authorities, and suggests ways to improve the successful settlement of the Private Investigator system.

  • The cloud computing has propagated rapidly and thus there is growing interest on the introduction of cloud services in the public institution. Accordingly, domestic public institution are adoption of cloud computing impose and devise a plan. In addition, more specifically, is building a cloud computing system in the public institution. However, solutions to various security threats(e.g., availability invasion of storage, access by unauthorized attacker, data downloaded from uncertain identifier, decrease the reliability of cloud data centers and so on) is required. For the introduction and revitalize of cloud services in the public institution. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a public key based secure data management scheme for the cloud data centers in public institution. Thus, the use of cloud computing in the public institutions, the only authorized users have access to the data center. And setting for importance and level of difficulty of public data management enables by systematic, secure, and efficient. Thus, cloud services for public institution to improve the overall security and convenience.

  • This paper deals with a web-based public address system for conveying information for different institutions. An architecture for a Short Messaging Service (SMS) based public address (PA) system that can be programmed by an authorized mobile phone or device is proposed. This PA system will facilitate information transfer from heads of offices, managers, directors, and deans of the institutions to its constituents or unit area as well as enable postings of information with proper authentication and validation remotely. The system supports high priority messaging, allowing the conveyance of critical and time sensitive information. The mobility management support for the PA system will be based on the Hierarchical Mobile Internet Protocol version 6 (HMIPv6), hence, allowing for a seamless connectivity to the system. The major advantage of this proposed PA system as compared with the traditional electronic displays and bulletin boards is seamless mobility wherein the display devices can be programmed remotely by heads of the institutions and business organization. It also allows faster communication and immediate actions concerning the different institutions, organizations, and businesses, thus, ensuring high productivity.

  • Currently, Wireless LAN(WLAN) service is widely deployed to provide high speed wireless Internet access through the mobile stations such as notebook and PDA. To provide enhanced security and user access control in the public WLAN area, WLAN access points should have the capability of IEEE 802.1x-based user authentication and authorization functionality. In this paper, we provide a brief understanding of IEEE 802.1x standards and related protocols like EAPOL(Extended Authentication Protocol Over LAN), EAP, RADIUS and describe how the IEEE 802.1x is designed and implemented in our embedded linux-based WLAN AP which is named i-WiNG. (Intelligent Wireless Internet Gateway). For the network security and user authenti -cation purposes, a supplicant who wants to access Internet should be authorized to access the AP port using the EAPOL.

  • Traitor Tracing schemes are broadcast encryption systems where at least one of the traitors who were implicated in the construction of a pirate decoder can be traced. This traceability is required in various contents delivery system like satellite broadcast, DMB, pay-TV, DVD and so on. In this paper, we propose a public key traitor tracing scheme with key-update method. If the system manager can update a secret key which is stored in an authorized decode, it makes a pirate decoder useless by updating a secret key A pirate decoder which cannot update a secret key does not decrypt contents in next session or during tracing a traitor, this scheme has merits which will make a pirate decoder useless, therefore this scheme raises the security to a higher level.

  • Cloud computing today provides huge computational resources, storage capacity, and many kinds of data services. Data sharing in the cloud is the practice of exchanging files between various users via cloud technology. The main difficulty with file sharing in the public cloud is maintaining privacy and integrity through data encryption. To address this issue, this paper proposes an Enhanced RSA encryption schema (ERSA) for data sharing in the public cloud that protects privacy and strengthens data integrity. The data owners store their files in the cloud after encrypting the data using the ERSA which combines the RSA algorithm, XOR operation, and SHA-512. This approach can preserve the confidentiality and integrity of a file in any cloud system while data owners are authorized with their unique identities for data access. Furthermore, analysis and experimental results are presented to verify the efficiency and security of the proposed schema.

  • The fusion of Internet technology and applications with wireless communication provides a new business model and promises to extend the possibilities of commerce to what is popularly called mobile commerce, or m-commerce. In mobile Internet banking service through wireless local area network, security is a most important factor to consider. We describe the development of security service for mobile Internet banking on Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). Banking Server and Authentication Server were developed to simulate banking business and to support certificate management of authorized clients, respectively. To increase security, we took hybrid approach in implementation: symmetric block encryption and public-key encryption. Hash function and random number generation were exploited to generate a secret key. The data regarding banking service were encrypted with symmetric block encryption, RC4, and the random number sequence was done with public-key encryption. PDAs communicate through IEEE 802.IIb wireless LAN (Local Area Network) to access banking service. Several banking services and graphic user interfaces, which emulatedthe services of real bank, were developed to verity the working of each security service in PDA, the Banking Server, and the Authentication Server.

  • Cloud computing provides a broad range of services like operating systems, hardware, software and resources. Availability of these services encourages data owners to outsource their intensive computations and massive data to the cloud. However, considering the untrusted nature of cloud server, it is essential to encrypt the data before outsourcing it to the cloud. Unfortunately, this leads to a challenge when it comes to providing search functionality for encrypted data located in the cloud. To address this challenge, this paper presents a public key encryption with equality test for heterogeneous systems (PKE-ET-HS). The PKE-ET-HS scheme simulates certificateless public encryption with equality test (CLE-ET) with the identity-based encryption with equality test (IBE-ET). This scheme provides the authorized cloud server the right to actuate the equivalence of two messages having their encryptions performed under heterogeneous systems. Basing on the random oracle model, we construct the security of our proposed scheme under the bilinear Diffie-Hellman (BDH) assumption. Eventually, we evaluate the size of storage, computation complexities, and properties with other related works and illustrations indicate good performance from our scheme.
