The research objective examines the effect of corporate governance on capital structure and its effect on liquidity policy and corporate performance. It tests the effect of capital structure and liquidity policy on corporate governance. It also examines the effect of liquidity policy on capital structure and the effect of capital structure on liquidity policy. The study population is all manufacturing companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2019. The research population is 182 manufacturing companies. The Judgment Sampling was used and 109 companies meet the research criteria. The study used panel data for ten years so that the amount of data observed was 1090 observations. The analysis tool uses Warp Partial Least Square (WarpPLS). The results showed that corporate governance had a significant positive effect on capital structure, but corporate governance had a significant adverse effect on liquidity policy, and corporate governance had a significant positive effect on corporate performance. Furthermore, capital structure has a significant negative effect on corporate performance, but liquidity policy has no significant effect on corporate performance. Capital structure and liquidity policy are proven to be reciprocally significant positive correlations for manufacturing companies in Indonesia.

A linearised buckling analysis of thin-walled beams is addressed in this paper. Beam theories formulated according to a unified approach are presented. The displacement unknown variables on the cross-section of the beam are approximated via Mac Laurin's polynomials. The governing differential equations and the boundary conditions are derived in terms of a fundamental nucleo that does not depend upon the expansion order. Classical beam theories such as Euler-Bernoulli's and Timoshenko's can be retrieved as particular cases. Slender and deep beams are investigated. Flexural, torsional and mixed buckling modes are considered. Results are assessed toward three-dimensional finite element solutions. The numerical investigations show that classical and lower-order theories are accurate for flexural buckling modes of slender beams only. When deep beams or torsional buckling modes are considered, higher-order theories are required.

Reconstruction and redevelopment of old and dilapidated apartment and housing have been increasing to provide more housing accommodation and to secure the safety of building structures since the middle of 1990's. Since, however, little researches on the demolition technique have been made, conventional mechanical demolition method were applied to the most of works that resulted in flooding in small demolition companies. Problems associated with mechanical demolition method are increase not only in working days and costs, but also in public claims, particularly for high-rise building structures. This is to contribute the demolition industries bt providing the concept, standards, and technique of demolition engineering while maximizing working efficiency and minimizing public claims.

In this study, it is conducted that the performance verification of the ambient load carrying capacity algorithm using long-term measurement systems of bridges. For this purpose, a steel-box type model bridge is fabricated and the public load carrying capacity of a steel-box model bridge is estimated by conducting the numerical analysis and load test. In addition, we compare the public load carrying capacity with the estimated result of a steel-box model bridge using the ambient load carrying capacity algorithm. By the assessment result, it is shown that the estimated ambient load carrying capacity is the difference of approximately 6.0 percentages as compared with the public load carrying capacity.

Due to the gravitation of the population to Metropoleis caused by the radical industrialization and urbanization after the 1960s. most Korean cities not only have shown the deformed urban structure, but also have faced many serious problems in the public transit system. Especially, the medium-sized cities as the center of the local life have been under the low level of public transit service because of their poor transportation facilities and inefficient operations. Under these conditions, this study aims at improving its level and quality in the local midium-sized cities by performing the following; . to suggest the new idea of the public transit policies for the medium-sized cities. . to develop the Bus Transit Management System and its related computer programs. . to apply the design policies and methods to the Suwon life-circle in order to evaluate their performance.

This paper diagnosed the assessment problems and development types of the simple statement of the Sea Area Utilization Consultation System. and suggested the key assessment items for system improvement. The major types of Public Water occupation and use, and distribution characteristic of regional and coastal were analyzed by evaluate 529 review items during 2010-2012. The artificial structure installation including harbor and fishing port facilities in the South and West coast, and seawater supply and drainage for land-based aquaculture and power plant were dominated. The checklists considering each types of occupation and use in Public Water were suggested. In addition, policy proposals for system improvement were suggested.

The article reviewed the elderly health care management problems in policy development issue of the nation. Policy of Korean government on elderly health care has still not yet developed. The main stream of policy which is effective on elderly welfare policy is 'Elderly care are responsible by their families'. Now only those aged whose family members are not able to take care of their parents are receive custodial care at the non-profit nursing homes. This article examined the main stream policy in pro and cons aspects in relation to social changes such as: demographic changes. family structure changes. attitude changes. health care delivery system. and political settlement view points in connection with medical insurance program. Finally. a model for the elderly health care management was proposed which will provide chronic care services at the community level. such as nursing homes. day care centers. day hospitals, respite care units, and special care institute for dementia.

Multiprecision multiplication is the most expensive operation in public key-based cryptography. Therefore, many multiplication methods have been studied intensively for several decades. In Workshop on Cryptographic Hardware and Embedded Systems 2011 (CHES2011), a novel multiplication method called 'operand caching' was proposed. This method reduces the number of required load instructions by caching the operands. However, it does not provide full operand caching when changing the row of partial products. To overcome this problem, a novel method, that is, 'consecutive operand caching' was proposed in Workshop on Information Security Applications 2012 (WISA2012). It divides a multiplication structure into partial products and reconstructs them to share common operands between previous and next partial products. However, there is still room for improvement; therefore, we propose a finely designed operand-caching mode to minimize useless memory accesses when the first row is changed. Finally, we reduce the number of memory access instructions and boost the speed of the overall multiprecision multiplication for public key cryptography.

This article presents the differential system that governs the mechanical behaviour of a curved-beam element, with varying cross-section area, subjected to generalized load. This system is solved by an exact procedure or by the application of a new numerical recurrence scheme relating the internal forces and displacements at the two end-points of an increase in its centroid-line. This solution has a transfer matrix structure. Both the stiffness matrix and the equivalent load vector are obtained arranging the transfer matrix. New structural matrices have been defined, which permit to determine directly the unknown values of internal forces and displacements at the two supported ends of the curved-beam element. Examples are included for verification.

The aim of this study is to reconstruct neighborhood public space appropriating for the contemporary society. The rapid development of technology has brought a number of changes to society. People's way of thinking has changed and the requirements about space has become more complex. At the urban neighborhood park, although multiple groups of citizens showed various activities, the program and structure of urban park are too fixed to support their activities. Therefore, strategy and flexible devices are needed to activate and stimulate the multi-user's complex activities. Through the case of Hong-Ik children's park, I will analyze the result of investigation about the pattern of space-user and suggest neighborhood public facilities proper to contemporary situation.
