선형이동 knapsack 공개키 암호를 위한 특수 프로세서의 설계를 보였다. 기존의 knapsack 보다 밀도를 높이고 벡터를 선형 이동시켜 비도가 증가된 선형이동 kanpsack 시스템을 위한 구조를 구현하였다. 이 시스템의 성격상 각 경로에 따라 병렬 처리하는 것이 요구되어 이를 위한 파이프 라인식 병력 구조를 제시하여 시스템을 VLSI로 구현 하였다. 또한 전체의 시스템의 성능을 평가하고 다른 시스템과 비교하였다. 시스템 성능은 디멘젼이 100인 경우 550kb/s의 속도로 데이터를 처리할 수 있다. 시스템 성능은 디멘젼이 100인 경우 550kb/s 의 속도로 데이터를 처리할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 암호와 시스템 구조를 확장하면 고속의 보안이 요구되는 곳에 이 시스템을 연결하여 사용할 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate demonstration health promotion programs offered by 18 health centers in a structural aspect of the health centers. Methods: The Evaluation Committee was organized with professors from collaboration universities and researchers of this study. Using structure evaluation frame. reports from 18 health centers were reviewed by the committee. Evaluation categories included organizational change, manpower construction, budget, and manpower training and education. Results: Only 5 health centers out of 18 have independent health promotion department. Nurses played a major role for health promotion programs. Other health personnel participated in the health promotion programs included dental hygienists, nutritionists, and exercise specialists. Related to program budgets. local government support rates were varied by the region. Various kind of manpower training was offered to health personnel for the health promotion programs including smoking control. exercise, alcohol, nutrition, and so forth. Conclusion: The study results indicated that establishment of independent health promotion department, maintenance of same manpower construction, provision of diversity manpower training were the factors that foster effective health promotion programs.

그룹에 기반한 통신 응용 서비스의 요구가 증가함에 따라 멀티캐스트 기반 구조에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 멀티캐스트 구조에 대한 안전성과 효율성 및 확장성 부분에 대한 해결책은 아직 미비한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 대표적인 멀티캐스트 키 관리 구조를 고찰함과 동시에 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure), Ipsec, 도메인 Subgroup 및 구조적 이원화 기법 등에 기초하여 확장성을 제공하는 안전한 멀티캐스트 키 관리 구조를 제안한다. 또한 새로이 제안된 방식과 기존의 방식들을 안전성, 효율성 및 확장성 부분에서 비교 분석함으로서 그 효용성을 검증한다.

In the building construction, the steel-frame work occupies an important position in terms of structure, cost and quality. Especially in Japan, steel frames have traditionally been the main structure of many buildings. For steel-frame works in such positions, this paper investigates an existing steel fabricator to clarify the actual conditions of design decision making process and management method in steel production process. This study focuses on a steel fabricator (Company M in the following sentences), whose main market is Japan and which has facilities in Thailand, China, and Japan. Company M uses QR codes to control the production status of products, and exchanges all information between inside and outside the company via specialized departments in the form of documents. The authors have already analyzed the relationship between production lead time and defect rate based on actual project data at Architectural Institute of Japan in 2016. In 2019, we expressed the process from the confirmation of the design information of the current steel frame to the production by WBS, and clarified the relationship between the production lead time and steel frame product quality structurally. In this paper, the authors reoport the progress of the survey conducted so far, the positioning of the collected data, and the future survey policy.

We describe a hidden Markov model, HMMTIR, for general protein sequence based on the I-sites library of sequence-structure motifs. Unlike the linear HMMs used to model individual protein families, HMMSTR has a highly branched topology and captures recurrent local features of protein sequences and structures that transcend protein family boundaries. The model extends the I-sites library by describing the adjacencies of different sequence-structure motifs as observed in the database, and achieves a great reduction in parameters by representing overlapping motifs in a much more compact form. The HMM attributes a considerably higher probability to coding sequence than does an equivalent dipeptide model, predicts secondary structure with an accuracy of 74.6% and backbone torsion angles better than any previously reported method, and predicts the structural context of beta strands and turns with an accuracy that should be useful for tertiary structure prediction. HMMSTR has been incorporated into a public, fully-automated protein structure prediction server.

The waste ammunitions have been accumulated in excessive amounts these days. This study focused on the problems related to the method of ammunition disposal which leads the explosion inside the enclosure structure and controls the effects of detonation. This study enables us to design a new type of explosive disposal facilities that would fit to our environments. And this study gives us the prototype design of the explosive disposal structure that are explored in this research and will give us a chance to develop a new type structure that have not been devised by Army, and also will be applicable to construct a civilian explosive disposal structure located in airports, harbors, and public facilities.

미디어 거버넌스론을 바탕으로 KBS 제도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 지배구조 개선에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 지배구조 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, KBS 제도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 정치, 다음으로 공영방송 자신 즉 전문직주의 역할로 나타났다. 정치적 요인이 공영방송 KBS 제도에 가장 영향을 주는 요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, KBS 지배구조는 BBC와 같이 정치 독립적인 전문모델을 지향하면서, 이사회 구성과 비율은 정치권 이외의 다양한 이해 세력이 참여하는 독일식 조합 모델을 선호하였다. 셋째, 미래 지향적 KBS 지배구조 모델은 정치와 시장의 영향력으로부터 벗어난 시민사회(공공) 영역의 변화를 필요로 한다. 결국 공영방송 KBS 제도가 안정적으로 작동하기 위해서는 정치적 영향이 축소되어야 하고, 공공영역(시민사회)의 성장으로 정치와 시장을 견제하는 역할이 필요하다는 것이다.

Uncontrolled cell growth and increased cell proliferation are major features of cancer that are dependent on the stable structure and dynamics of the cytoskeleton. Since stable cytoskeleton structure and dynamics are partly regulated by myosin light chain kinase (MLCK), many current studies focused on MLCK inhibition as a chemotherapeutic target. As a potent and selective MLCK inhibitor, ML-7 [1-(5-iodonaphthalene-1-sulfonyl)-1 H-hexahydro-1,4-diazapine hydrochloride] is a promising candidate for an anticancer agent, which would induce apoptosis as well as prevents invasion and metastasis in certain types of cancer cells. This study assessed cytotoxic effects of ML-7 against HL-60 cells and therapeutic efficacy of ML-7 as a potential antileukemia agent. Trypan-blue exclusion assays showed dose- and time- dependent decreases in ML-7 treated HL-60 cells (p<0.05). Comet assays revealed a significant increase in DNA damage in HL-60 cells after treatment with $40{\mu}M$ ML-7 for 2h. Sub-G1 fractions, analyzed by flow cytometry increased in a dose-dependent manner, suggesting that ML-7 can induce apoptotic cell death in HL-60 cells. ML-7 was selectively cytotoxic towards HL-60 cells; not affecting normal human lymphocytes. That selective effect makes it a promising potential anti-leukemia agent. In addition, anticancer efficacy of ML-7 in combination with flavonoids (genistein or quercetin) or anticancer drugs (cisplatin or Ara-C) against HL-60 cells was assessed. Combination of ML-7 with flavonoids increased the anti-cancer effect of ML-7 to a greater extent than combination with the anticancer drugs. This implies that ML-7 in combination with flavonoids could increase the efficacy of anticancer treatment, while avoiding side effects cansed by conventional anticancer drug-containing combination chemotherapy.

국내, 외에서 개발된 IP, SIP 전관방송 시스템들은 윈도우나 리눅스 서버 환경에서 개발되어 서버-랙에 장착되어 운용되는 구조이며, 소비전력이 많고, 시스템 장애 시 원격 대응에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전광방송을 위해 사물인터넷 서비스 구조를 이용하여 IoT 디바이스와 IoT 게이트웨이를 IoT 서비스 서버에 연결하는 IoT 플랫폼을 구성하고, 이 구조를 이용하여 호 처리 및 방송 기능을 내장하며 공공장소의 비상통화 및 비상방송을 처리할 수 있는 임베디드 OS 기반의 안전관리 시스템 서버를 설계 했다. 본 서버는 표준 SIP를 지원하는 다양한 SIP기반 통화 및 방송장치와 상호호환되어 구내전화 및 구내방송시스템과 통합구축이 가능하다.
