Recently, Public Design is being applied at many kinds of urban development. But the application is not carried out well owing to ambiguity of the object of plan. The object of the design and the role from it are based on defining of the realm and type of public design. So, it is necessary to study more about the realm and type of the public design in accordance with the context of the related space and region. Through the analysis of the public design, some points of conclusion have been attained. First, the realm and type of public design is to be more simplified than ever: public facilities and public medium. So, public facilities are to be oriented toward placeness on the one hand, and public medium is to be used for regional marketing on the other hand.

Critics of height argue that it de-humanizes our cities. Yet a critical mass is a necessity for vibrant city life, and height is a key contributor. If we can overcome the environmental impacts and technicalities of building tall and dense, our cities' streets can thrive and prosper. To make this happen, we must move towards working together to share resources, so we can ensure the continuity of the public realm. We already have the tools to do this; the challenge lies in the coordination of the public and private institutions that govern urban space. District heating and cooling systems; shared logistics spaces; care, responsibility and ownership of the public realm between buildings; seamless connectivity between modes of transport; creative combinations of shelter and seating, and the placement of buildings so that they are not overbearing to the streets around them - these attributes can be found in many places, though rarely all at once. This paper looks at the development of the city and offers Barangaroo South, Sydney, which addresses all these aspects, as a potential template for future city planning.

With the requirement of high quality and three-dimensional urban development, the public space areas city-center rail transit stations is expanded from the plots defined by the road network density to the plots defined by the three-dimensional public space density, covering the internal and external paths of the plots, which brings about the resilient pattern of plot utilization. This paper uses the isochronous three-dimensional influence realm model around the station areas to quantitatively analyze and compare the surrounding three-dimensional path density of public space, and initially proposes flexible use patterns of differently scaled plots under the multi-scale plots linkage, to effectively promote the overall accessibility of the station realm space.

In this paper. proposes Multi_Kerberos certification mechanism that improve certification service of based on PKINIT that made public in IETF CAT Working Group. This paper proposed to a certificate other realm because search position of outside realm through DNS and apply X.509 directory certification system, to get public key from DNS server by chain (CertPath) between realms by certification and key exchange way that provide service between realms applying X.509, DS/DNS of based on PKINIT, in order to provide regional services. This paper proposed mechanism that support efficient certification service about cross realm including key management. the path generation and construction of Certificate using Validation Server, and recovery of Session Key. A Design of Multi_Kerberos system that have effects simplify of certification formality that reduce procedures on communication.

As the workplace evolves in our vertical cities, the need for "think spaces" and the public realm to meet, create and innovate will become integral to tall buildings. These people places are designed to address the social challenges and enhance the co-working environments which are emerging in the dense urban context of our future cities. The design of sky terraces and the "spaces between" offer a greener, more humane and smarter work environment for the future. The public realm should no longer be held down, fixed to the ground plane, but rather become part and parcel of the upper levels of our workplace centers. These collective spaces in our workplace centers must provide a three dimensional matrix of connected and identifiable platforms to leverage the open and progressive future way of working. This will enable social networking and idea sharing, and create multi-dimensional, multi-level business incubators for innovation and creativity. The BCO ( British Council of Offices) has performed a landmark Wellness Matters Report which provides an exemplary roadmap for the future of the workplace. Our future vertical cities must also provide for serendipity in the workplace; a key attribute to drive the information exchange and collaboration that are proven to provide positive and progressive business outcomes. In addition to demonstrating examples of existing built work and the concept of the integrated vertical public realm, the presentation also will consider and define wellness in the workplace as a critical factor in our design strategies and our future workplace environments Hanging Gardens, Roof Terraces and the Vertical Plazas; designed for interchange, wellness, animation and collaboration.

Authentication and key exchange are fundamental for establishing secure communication channels over public insecure networks. Password-based protocols for authenticated key exchange are designed to work even when user authentication is done via the use of passwords drawn from a small known set of values. There have been many protocols proposed over the years for password authenticated key exchange in the three-party scenario, in which two clients attempt to establish a secret key interacting with one same authentication server. However, little has been done for password authenticated key exchange in the more general and realistic four-party setting, where two clients trying to establish a secret key are registered with different authentication servers. In fact, the recent protocol by Yeh and Sun seems to be the only password authenticated key exchange protocol in the four-party setting. But, the Yeh-Sun protocol adopts the so called "hybrid model", in which each client needs not only to remember a password shared with the server but also to store and manage the server's public key. In some sense, this hybrid approach obviates the reason for considering password authenticated protocols in the first place; it is difficult for humans to securely manage long cryptographic keys. In this work, we introduce a key agreement protocol and a key distribution protocol, respectively, that requires each client only to remember a password shared with its authentication server.
