Since its launch, WeChat has been changing the Chinese lifestyle, changing the traditional way of distribution, and changing the way companies market with the combination of information innovation and New Media. Now, WeChat plays an indispensable role in peopl's daily lives, not only in chatting software, but also in shopping, delivery, ordering, payment, and games. This study was centered on people who have used WeChat and around these backgrounds, planned study models. Through prior research, the purpose of the research is to explore the factors influencing the effects of the WeChat platform on MPR and explore the media effects of advertising attitude between WeChat platform features and MPR effects and provide basic material on its continued development. The research has shown that the reliability and diversity of the WeChat platform has a significant impact on both advertising attitude and purchase intention and propaganda intention of MPR effects. Advertising attitude has a positive impact on purchase intention and propaganda intention, and advertising attitude is shown to have a mediated effect between the WeChat platform and the MPR effects. The results of this study suggest the theoretical enlightenment of "continuous and stable development of the WeChat platform", and it is expected that marketing development plans of various social platforms will provide basic materials.

Objectives: To validate the role of a new information and communication technology platform that we created for the betterment of the oral health of persons with disabilities and for providing appropriate health care services. Methods: A Delphi survey was conducted among 16 people in various professions, including academia, government agencies, and dentistry, to evaluate the validity of the information and communication technology platform. Moreover, platform satisfaction was evaluated using a user experience questionnaire among 200 people, including persons with disabilities, parents, and public institutions. Results: Experts in consensus indicated a high validity for the categories of service provider (CV=0.29, CVR=0.69), service target (CV=0.29, CVR=0.38), service contests (CV=0.27, CVR=0.63), and financial support (CV=0.30, CVR=0.63) in our information and communication technology platform. In addition, information from questionnaires on user experience and communication technology satisfaction analysis showed that both users and providers were highly satisfied with the platform. Conclusions: The provision of oral health services based on the new information and communication technology platform has numerous advantages, in addition to providing adequate oral health care for the disabled. Furthermore, the social safety net for improved oral health may be further strengthened.

Many accidents are being occurred due to many missteps, etc. at the railway platform. Recently in Korea, efforts to prevent casualties fundamentally are being made by installing and operating the PSD(Platform Screen Door) with underground station building as its center to prevent these casualties of passengers. Although this PSD can solve the problem of public casualties at platform fundamentally, it is impossible to install it at whole station buildings since its installation cost is high, and in case of the ground station building of general railway whose operation speed is higher, installation of PSD is impossible due to the characteristics of railway system. This paper proposes the novel safety equipment using Laser radar sensors for the prevention against casualties of passengers at station buildings where the PSDs are not installed like this. The safety equipment using Laser radar sensors is the safety equipment making an approaching train stopped if the falling object is a person by detecting the obstacle at platform through, and it has the merit possible to apply it to station buildings not only in the underground section but also in the ground section since it may detect accurately under ambient environmental elements such as the snow, rain and yellow dust, etc. also. We developed the prototype of the safety equipment to reduce public casualties at platform by using Laser radar sensors and carried out its performance test, and the result is presented in this paper.

본 논문은 전파 빅데이터 활용을 위한 플랫폼 구축 방안을 제시하는 것으로 전파 분야의 빅데이터를 수집 및 분석하고 연계방안을 수립하고, 전파 및 공공분야 빅데이터를 연계 및 활용하는 지원체계 방안을 제시하여, 전파 공공분야 연계 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 전파 분야 빅데이터의 체계적 분석과 활용을 위한 지원체계가 부족한 상황에서 전파 관련 산업체의 빅데이터 활용을 위한 플랫폼 구축방안을 마련함으로써 4차 산업혁명 구현을 위한 선제적 대응과 국내 전파 분야의 위상과 국가의 혁신성장 동력을 확보하고 전파산업의 공정경쟁과 서비스 품질 증진에 기여하여 전파 및 공공분야 빅데이터 플랫폼 이용자의 편의 증진에 기여하고자 한다. 또한, 전파관리 데이터 활용가치에 대한 사회적 인식 제고 및 플랫폼 공동 활용을 통한 전파 빅데이터 활용 협업 체계 마련에 기여하고자 한다.

우리가 사용하는 대부분의 공공서비스는 최근 스마트폰의 확산에 따라 모바일 기기의 앱서비스 형태로 확산 보급되고 있다. 특히 시민들의 공공데이터 활용에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 서울시의 경우 25개 자치구의 열린 데이터광장을 통하여 공공데이터를 확인할 수 있으며, 이를 활용한 다양한 서비스 구축이 가능하게 되었다. 최종적으로 서비스를 사용하는 사용자의 경우 본인이 가진 전자매체를 통하여 많은 서비스를 제공받고 있는데, 이러한 서비스의 개발이나 연구 현황을 보면 아직은 서비스나 시스템 구축에 치중되어 있고, 사용자가 보고 접하는 정보, 즉 서비스 콘텐츠의 시각화 영역에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 제시된 "사용자 인터페이스 플랫폼"에서 공공데이터를 활용한 공공서비스 구축 방안과 그 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 근미래의 스마트한 도시환경에서 급증하는 공공데이터를 유용하게 사용하여 보다 생활밀착형의 공공서비스를 제공하기 위한 것이며, 효율적인 인터페이스 환경 구축을 위해 사용자는 물론 공간에서 발생하는 다양하고, 방대한 양의 정보를 손쉽게 수집 분류 가공 공유할 수 있는 프레임을 구성하고자 한다.

사물통신은 사람 대 사물, 사물 대 사물간 지능통신 서비스를 언제 어디서나 안전하고 편리하게 실시간으로 이용할 수 있는 융합 ICT 기반이다. 사물통신 플랫폼은 다양한 장치와 센서를 통해 사물의 정보를 취득 또는 생성하는 M2M 현장 네트워크, 이를 전달하는 광대역 무선 통신망, 수집된 정보를 가공, 활용하는 응용서비스들의 3요소로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 WCDMA 기반의 M2M 통신망과 지그비 또는 Wi-Fi 기반의 USN을 상호 연동하는데 현실적으로 걸림돌이 되는 두 가지 문제, 즉 WCDMA 망의 요금 문제와 게이트웨이 문제를 해결하기 위한 PWW(Person Wide Web) 기반의 M2M 플랫폼을 설계하고 개발하였다. 개발한 USN 게이트웨이를 통해 USN 기반 현장 네크워크와 응용서비스 단말로써의 스마트폰을 직접 연동시킴으로써 WCDMA 무선망 접속을 최소화하여 위에서 언급한 두 가지 현실적 문제를 회피할 수 있음을 보였다.

In the case of a government's digital platform, that is exploring public software for the first time through private investment, it's important to conduct a feasibility analysis and select appropriate methods before promoting digital projects. Looking ahead, it's crucial to provide direction for the private-invested public software market to enter the global software market.

본 연구는 행정안전부의 시범사업 중 하나인 '세종특별시 디지털 사이니지 국가시범사업'을 위한 기초연구를 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 첨단 기술이 결합된 스마트 플랫폼인 '디지털 사이니지'를 '공공 서비스 콘텐츠 플랫폼'으로 보고 콘텐츠의 배치를 계획하기 위한 전략이 기술우위 공급자 대신 해당 지역 커뮤니티 또는 사용자에 초점을 맞춰야 한다고 전제하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 첨단 기술 기반의 공공 서비스에 대한 수요 증가에 대응하여, '공공 디지털 사이니지 서비스' 개발 전략에 관해 연구하였다. 또한 동 전략을 쉽게 수립하거나 실행할 수 있도록 '디지털 사이니지 서비스 툴'들을 설계하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 '디지털 사이니지 기능'을 '디지털 광고 기능' 뿐만 아니라 '공공 및 문화 서비스 기능'으로 확대, 발전시키는 전략을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 연구의 최종 목표는 시민들의 적극적인 참여와 인터랙티브 미디어의 혁신적인 활용을 통해 '세종시 상권 활성화 프로젝트'가 창출하는 공공 가치를 추구하는 것이라고 할 수 있다.

The Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corp. have gradually installed screen doors in platforms of 115 subway stations in Seoul on lines 1, 2, 3, and 4. Installation in nine areas among those has been completed and screen doors are being operated as a model operation. Traffic signs should be clear for users. The essential functions of signs should be fully investigated from the aspect of user as well as the visual beauty and recognition. Signs should be able to provide users with information regarding location, position, directions, etc. Particularly, safety and convenient signs should be visually and sensually correlated. However, the entire screen doors in platforms installed in line 2 subway in Seoul are used for commercial advertisement, consequently, the functions and roles as public signs are not fulfilled aggravating inconvenience for users. In this study, cases have been studied to investigate requirements for user-oriented sign system in platform and public sign space to fulfill the functions of sign system in platform. Using an anthropometry approach, the study aimed to obtain the space to install the sign system and to systemize necessary and sufficient conditions for user-oriented system for platform in which screen doors have been installed using. The study suggests fundamental information to obtain the space of public sign system on the entire screen door.

In the construction machinery rental market, there are frequent cases of sublease through large-scale rental companies or rental through mediation organizations without legal grounds. In addition, institutional improvement of the construction machine safety management system has been required due to concerns over the internalization of legal inspections due to the lack of type approval data and construction machine history management during the construction machine inspection process. The government is responsible for securing safety of construction machinery and promoting mechanization of construction machinery by efficiently managing the construction machinery market by setting safety management such as type approval, registration, and inspection of construction machinery. In order to efficiently implement this, it is required to establish a platform for renting construction machinery and collecting safety management information. We presented a plan to build a public platform for construction machinery to secure the soundness of the construction machinery rental market and to improve safety management.
