Until now, the carriage's design has been performed by built-carriage engineers in urban railway company without the notion of railway design. Furthermore, there is no prominent change the shape of exterior and interior design between the 1970's trains and the latest one. In terms of the notion of interior space, there are a lot of differences between Oriental and Western, also region of each countries. Especially, Among Orientals, Korean is not good at utilizing the small space and react effectively as compared to Japanese. Therefore, the interior space of public transportation needs to be relatively developed to highly reasonable level in Korea. The purpose of this paper is to apply vernacular design elements for developing interior design in Korean lightrail, which is the next generation public transportation. In order to develope ideal interior design, the interior layout in carriage considers the emotional aspect as well as functional one. Also, the research of vernacular design in urban train can provide national character and traditional design and can make a success in a practical use and a visual effect. This study focused on the application of vernacular design elements for developing the design-processed model will be proposed the outline of interior layout and the shape of interior trims in the public transportation in Korea.

Korean Society have changed already an agricultural society to industrial society. and changed industrial society to the an information society now. Korea society is suffering from the process a lot of pain. In this situation, the housing condition in rural areas tend been getting worse. The purpose of this study is to establish guidelines for the architectural planning. Previous studies relating to housing is divided into a few theme, we can be considered. First, the study on rental housing industry development, research on housing policy, the study on housing supply, the study on management and residents of rental housing. According to this study, public housing in Hyogo each locality, climate, availability may reflect the complex consists of the design. For example, a single-family homes, 2 row houses, townhouses type. House Plans are similar to the urban housing. So this house as the city's life can be reflected. So the house plans to respond to people's lives. The house characteristics of the four housing complex is appropriate for rural circumstances, housing location, the roof shape, and the harmonious color. This house forms makes good the view with the surrounding natural environment.

In modern days, the iconic symbolicity of animal characters functions as a sign by the social promise after being made with voluntary intentions. Representing a public organization or corporation, an animal character is put to active use as a symbol. Today illusionary animal characters serve as important icons, and product developers incessantly put out animal contents. This study set out to examine the applications of animal characters in modern times according to media development by integrating animal characters into animation, which was the beginning of animal characters, based on the theoretical background of "symbolicity" in the aesthetics history. It also analyzed the symbolicity of "Haechi," which is Seoul's animal character and one of the good examples of utilization of a promotional animal character by a corporation or public organization.

Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the deciding factors of regular scaling checkup in metropolitan adults. Methods : The subjects were 395 adults of 20s to 50s in Seoul and Gyeonggi province from September 25 to October 4, 2012. Data were self-reported questionnaires. Results : Female tried to receive more regular scaling checkup than male. Dental practitioners were acquainted with the dental knowledge and had more scaling checkup. Those who received dental scaling checkup tended to use dental hygiene products and visit the dentists regularly. Those who receiving good dental health services tended to visit the dental clinics more frequently. Higher knowledge and lower fear of dental treatment lead to frequent regular checkup. There were significant positive correlations between satisfaction, kindness, knowledge of scaling and regular scaling checkup. Fear to dental treatment showed the negative correlation. Conclusions : In order to increase intention degree of regular scaling checkup, it is necessary to develop programs for proper oral health behavior and to improve patient care services by dental hygienist.

This study was conducted to classify quality attributes for quality elements of public service targeting Gochang Jayeonmadang and analyze their impact on resident satisfaction and dissatisfaction by each service quality element by using the Kano model and the customer satisfaction coefficient and dissatisfaction coefficient of Timko(1993). As a result of the study, all 20 quality elements of public service were classified as one-dimensional attributes. Since the Jayeonmadang project restores the damaged natural environment and restores the ecosystem, it is judged that satisfaction is proportionately satisfied as the natural environment has been restored and the ecosystem has been restored. According to Timko (1993)'s analysis of customer satisfaction coefficient, it is believed that the most effective way to improve residents' satisfaction is to carefully establish and implement maintenance plans and to create a good environment to ensure that plants have settled.

As a result of survey the dealings amounts of agricultural products in the public management wholesale market from 1997 to 2009 for 13 years, that makes composted of 54,706 tons in 1997, 130,345 tons in 2003 by increasing 238%, that is resulted of about 20% increase every year. As a result of survey the dealings money of agricultural products in the public management wholesale market from 1997 to 2009 for 13 years, that makes composted of 168,074 million won in 1997, 323,232 million won in 2003 by increasing 192%, that is resulted of about 16% increase every year. It has corelation with dealings amounts and money each other, also appeals to transition without discrimination, but making high amounts than money. It is divided into excellent, good and poor products according to freshness, pileus size, color and stem length to forwarding method field survey in farm produce wholesale market.

In this study, we analyze the case of Moon Jae-In's government based on the specific public enterprises. The public companies that were the subject of the study were evaluated as having done a good job of open innovation through open innovation evaluation. In this study, we analyzed the success factors of open innovation through collaborative in - depth interviews with public corporations, public agencies and local farmers. First, it was important to share goals to form a consensus to seek cooperation among the cooperative actors. It is very important to recognize that each other has a mutually beneficial relationship and move toward a common goal. In addition, it was found that the incentive system for continuously participating in collaborations or innovations is very important. Therefore, in order to encourage collaboration, it is necessary for public institutions to establish an incentive system such as personnel compensation or economic compensation.

The number of public libraries is not good enough in Korea. The main reasons why there are not many libraries are: the lack of people's recognition of necessity and importance of public libraries, stingy investment by the central and local governments for building public libraries, and no policy on effective building of public libraries. Now, there should be a policy on building and operating small-size public libraries that the developed country adopts. Redevelopment of local areas and reconstruction of old apartment complex are the best chance of building small-size libraries in those areas. The apartment complex in which this study took place is going to be reconstructed in the near future. A small-size library can be built with a district office and a post-office as a multi-complex building. Building a small-size library with public institutions or business buildings in the place of redevelopment of local areas and reconstruction of old apartment complex is one of the best solution of solving the lack of public libraries in Korea.

As the medical market has gradually changed from supplier-centered market to consumer-centered one, it makes hospital managers seek the consumer's satisfaction and the various marketing strategies for survival. Under the these changes, this study was accomplished to measure the consumer's satisfaction about the medial services which a general hospital provided, to identify the marketing strategies that a general hospital could establish for survival. For these purposes, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to 200 patients in general units and 100 patients in oriental units of a general hospital in Seoul. Among them, 163 reponses in general units and 71 reponses in oriental units were turned out to be useful. they were used for final analysis. The results of the survey were as follows : First, among all items of medical services which the hospital provided, patients were most satisfied by nursing services. Second, to Improve the hospital's medical service quality, it was very important for hospital staffs to be courtesy and to explain about a process of treatment or care sufficiently. Third, to decrease cost of medical service, it was very important to develop the various items and premiums of medical insurance especially in field of oriental medicine. Fourth, to make people come to the hospital easy, it was very important of fully utilize the public transportation such as subway. Fifth, to make hospital's image good, it was very important to develop well-prepared public relationship and to continuously provide the diverse medical service in the community.

In determining the content of the FET standard, the tribunals stated protection of investor's legitimate expectations, due process and denial of justice, transparency, discrimination and arbitrariness, good faith, etc. The most major elements of the FET standard is the protection of the investor's legitimate and reasonable expectations. It is necessary to consider whether it is possible to what the expectations of investors are protected as legitimate and it is formed under any circumstances. If host state frustrate investor's legitimate expectations, it found a breach of the FET. The host state's specific assurance may reinforce investor's expectations, but such explicit statement is not always necessary. The host state must preserve a stable environment for investments. However, It must not be understood as the inalterability of the host state's legal framework. It implies that the host state's subsequent changes should be made consistently and predictably. The host state is entitled to exercise a reasonable regulatory authority to respond to changing circumstances in the public purpose. Therefore, whether the violation FET shall be determined through a balanced against the investor's legitimate expectations and the host state's reasonable regulatory exercise in the public interest. And investor should keep in mind that the principle of proportionality is applied unless host state provides stabilization clause or similar commitments to investor. Also host state should establish the basis of an argument about reasonable regulatory authority for public interest.
