Ad(advertisement) is a gateway that makes the public recognize enterprises, and a tool that can maximize customers' interest. How this kind of Ad is delivered to consumers governs an enterprise's image or goods' reliability. That's why enterprises spend much money in advertising their products in various ways such as TV Ad, newspaper Ad, magazine Ad, placards and so on Accordingly, this study intends to look at Game Ad among a number of Ads, which enables game users to enjoy games at low expense and at the same time makes them naturally recognize enterprises images or product PR.

본 연구는 공공 조직 및 인사 관리의 새로운 패러다임으로서 서비스 중심적 접근법을 제시하였다. 특히 코로나19 팬데믹 이후의 불확실하고 경쟁적인 환경에서는 파편화된 데이터를 마이크로 서비스화하고 동적으로 재조합하는 것이 중요하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 모델로 KISTI의 ScienceON API Gateway와 시나리오 활용 서비스를 참고하였다. 이러한 접근법은 조직 및 인사 관리의 투명성과 효율성을 높이며, 서비스-이용자 간 상호작용을 강화하고, 조직의 변화를 촉진하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The development project of a public rental housing require the accurate and systemical feasibility analysis for the successful performance owing to the long project duration. But, the item and procedure of the existing feasibility analysis are not standardized and the correlation among each of items is not clear. Therefore, analysis has much difficulty. The purpose of this study is to present the basic data for the modeling of the feasibility analysis system, through the domestic public enterprise-oriented survey and interview and collection of the report about the feasibility analysis.

Rice farming is not only the most important income resources of Korean farmers but also the roots of Korean traditional culture. Paddy fields have acted as an food supply base but also have contributed to the public multi-functions such as flood control, water conservation, controlling soil erosion, providing recreational and resting spaces, water purification, air cleaning, oxygen supply and air cooling and so on. The public multi-functions of paddy except rice production have not been evaluated before UR negotiation and starting WTO system. Under the drastic changes of rice economic settings as price decrease of rice and downward decrease of farm income, Korean and Japanese farmers might have lost their intention to grow rice in paddy fields without the direct payment system to compensate rice income decrease. To adapt the direct payment system, the total public value of multi-function of paddy should be identified in terms of money. According to the research results, the total value of multi-functional value of paddy in Korea were estimated 21,596thousand won which is higher than rice production value by 2.1 times. On the other hand the total value of Japanese paddy were amounted to 21,390 Yen which is more than that of Korea by 10times outstandingly. Likewise Japanese have evaluated the paddy field very important enterprise from the view point of food security and multi -functions of paddy to their socio-economic life and environmental sustainability in Japan.

In this study, we analyze the case of Moon Jae-In's government based on the specific public enterprises. The public companies that were the subject of the study were evaluated as having done a good job of open innovation through open innovation evaluation. In this study, we analyzed the success factors of open innovation through collaborative in - depth interviews with public corporations, public agencies and local farmers. First, it was important to share goals to form a consensus to seek cooperation among the cooperative actors. It is very important to recognize that each other has a mutually beneficial relationship and move toward a common goal. In addition, it was found that the incentive system for continuously participating in collaborations or innovations is very important. Therefore, in order to encourage collaboration, it is necessary for public institutions to establish an incentive system such as personnel compensation or economic compensation.

The aim is to analyze a performance evaluation of local governmental public hospitals. Data were collected from public disclosure system DB of National Tax Service on 15 July 2013. Twenty-two income statements of local governmental public hospitals were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis. The analyzing factors were medical operating profit, contribution margin, and trend of operating profit. The important result was that the medical operating profit was negative, average medical operating profit was -4,678.9 million won. However, the contribution margin was positive in all local governmental public hospitals, and average contribution margin was 12,572.5 million won. The trend of operating profit was positive in 15 local governmental public hospitals between 2011 and 2012. The average increased operating profit was 1,299.1 million won. Through this result, we suggest that not only individual public health hospital perspective, but also the enterprise wide perspective like nation was significantly considered to make decision of closure or maintain of local governmental public hospitals.

Local public corporations are closely related to the welfare promotion of local residents because they are responsible for the management of public facilities and are entrusted with some of the duties of local governments. Besides these responsibilities, they also have to conduct systematic and professional record management to ensure the legitimacy and fairness of organizational activities as the importance of ethical management and knowledge management emerges in organization. With regard to this task, this study proposes an improvement plan for the records management of local public corporations by analyzing the current status of records management and the awareness level for the possibility of developments in record management work. For this endeavor, the study conducted a literature review, gathered 50 survey responses from archivists from local public corporations nationwide, and performed 18 interviews with the survey respondents. Based on the analysis of these data, the study proposes that the National Archives of Korea should strengthen the role of supporting local public corporations. Moreover, local public corporations are suggested to improve records management at the local level and form a cooperative union among similar corporations.

The purpose of this study is to examine the present conditions and to raise several points on the records management of the local public enterprise. On the basis of these finding we shall offer remedies to raise the efficiency of records management. Five local public enterprises under the umbrella of Busan Metropolitan City were selected. They supplied a general picture of the actual management status of public records. To improve the task of records management in local public enterprises, certain topics need to be addressed. Local Government should emphasize the importance and necessity of records management to all the staff of the local public enterprises. And the local autonomous entities and National Archives & Records Service should impose a duty on the records management of public enterprises and supervise it regularly.

Purpose- The purpose of this study is to increase the effect of public technology transfer through government R&D support to secure the competitiveness of public technology startups. The government's R&D budget in 2019 is over 20 trillion won, and there is a legitimate need to increase the performance of technology startups through such R&D results. Research design, data, and methodology- In this paper, we comprehensively analyzed the current status of public research institutes and R&D support projects suitable for founders and analyzed and presented cases of follow-up research conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology Jobs to analyze actual performance cases of R&D support institutes. Results- In this conclusion, a developmental model of public technology entrepreneurship was proposed to increase the performance of public technology commercialization with the scalability of research institutions. In order to create a public technology information system between consumers and suppliers, a Steinweiss-type technology commercialization model for public technology commercialization, and a job-creating enterprise-type linkage R&D support business model were presented to create the results of R&D support organizations. Conclusions- Through the results of this study, it is meaningful to analyze the performance cases of technology commercialization of R&D support institutions, which have not been studied so far, to build competitiveness of research institutions and to present a growth model for the spread of technology startups. This study has implications in terms of suggesting a way to build competitiveness in technology commercialization between market demanders and suppliers by linking existing public technology startups, which deviated from the simple commercialization support system, with job creation by expanding the R&D support system.
