정보통신기술의 발달로 현재 문화, 예술 부문에서 공유경제 및 공유저작물과 관련된 이슈가 증가하고 있다. 정부는 공유마당, 공공누리 등의 제도적 장치를 마련하고, 공유저작물 등을 확대하고자 노력하고 있다. 그런데 공유저작물 등이 활성화되기 위해서는 해당 저작물을 이용하는 수요자 측만이 아니라 저작물을 공급하는 공급자들이 공유경제 및 공유 저작물에 대해서 어떻게 인지하는지도 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공유경제 및 공유저작물에 대한 수요자와 공급자간 인식 차이를 살펴봄으로서 공유저작물 활성화를 위해서 필요한 사항이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다. 공급자, 수요자간 인식 차이를 설문조사를 통해서 살펴본 결과, 공급자 수요자 모두 공유경제 및 공유저작물의 필요성 및 활성화에 대해서 동의하고 있다. 하지만 경제적 이해관계를 지니고 있는 공급자 측에서는 자신의 이익과 연결될 수 있는 공유저작물, 저작권 등의 문제에 대해 보다 긍정적이면서도 민감한 반응을 보이고 있다. 공유경제, 공유저작물을 보다 활성화하기 위해서는, 공유경제, 공유저작물의 확대가 기존 저작권 공급자들의 이해를 보장하는 형태가 되고, 적정한 보상 등이 사회적으로 부여될 수 있는 시스템을 마련하는 것이 요구된다.

저작권은 디지털도서관 서비스의 범위와 방법을 결정하는 법률적인 기준이다. 보호기간 만료저작물은 저작권 보호가 종료되어 누구나 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다. 이런 까닭에 디지털도서관 구축과 서비스에서 우선 고려 대상이 된다. 이 연구는 실제로 도서관이 보호기간 만료저작물을 서비스에 얼마나 적극적으로 활용하고 있는가를 점검하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 먼저 디지털도서관의 구축과 서비스에 적용되는 저작권법의 관련 조항들을 망라해서 정리하고, 아울러 저작권 보호기간이 가지는 의미를 이론적으로 살펴보았다. 그리고 나서 국립중앙도서관의 보호기간 만료저작물 온라인 서비스 현황을 김유정, 이효석, 채만식 세 명의 일제강점기 작가들의 저작물을 중심으로 살펴보면서, 보호기간 만료저작물의 구체적인 서비스 실태를 점검하였다. 국립중앙도서관은 법률의 허용하는 범위를 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있으며, 이러한 사정이 도서 내에 포함된 다른 저작자의 권리와 연결되어 있음을 밝혔다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 서비스 단위를 저작물을 중심으로 변경할 필요성과 전거레코드를 활용해서 저작자의 생몰년 관리를 체계화할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

최근 기록물 전자화 정보화로 기록물 이용 및 방식이 달라지면서 공공기관이 보유하고 있는 기록물의 저작권에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 이글은 공공기록물의 저작물성과 저작권 보호를 살펴보기 위해 법적 및 내외 국립기록보존소 소장기록물의 저작권 및 이용사례 등을 검토하였다. 그 결과 우리나라는 공공기관생산 기록물 대부분이 업무상저작물로 보호받고 있으며, 국가기록원 소장 기록물도 사상과 감정이 표현된 독창적인 것은 저작물로 인정받을수 있고, 저작권자는 대부분 국가(중앙정부)와 지방행정기관 등 기록물을 생산한 곳이라고 결론지었다. 공공기록물의 이용활성화를 위해서는 정부저작물의 만인의 공유화에 대한 재고, "저작권법"과 "공공기록물관리법", "정보공개법" 등에 대한 수정보완, 공공저작물 총괄기구 설치 및 지침 마련 등 공공저작물의 공정이용 체계 구축이 필요함을 제시하였다.

자유이용라이선스는 저작물의 자유로운 이용과 창작 활성화를 위한 좋은 수단이며, 이는 저작물의 이용에 대하여 저작권 분쟁과 불법이용에 대한 예방 차원의 역할을 수행 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 자유이용라이선스 서비스 및 국내외 기술적 현황을 분석하고, 기술적 요소에 따른 요구사항을 반영하여, 라이선스 적용, 검색 및 활용을 위한 기술적, 서비스 및 연계 관점의 전략 방안을 제시한다. 그 결과 자유이용라이선스의 활성화를 위한 디지털 아카이빙과 의 연계 방안과 UCI 식별체계와의 연계 방안, 그리고 공공정보의 활용방안 등 3가지 활용방안을 제안한다.

본 연구는 '천지공사(天地公事)'의 공공윤리 실천전망에 관한 연구를 목적으로 한다. 천지공사는 공적 영역과 사적 영역이 서로 이어지고 매개하는 공공작용을 통해 공공윤리 실천전망을 보여준다. 천지공사는 삼계 통래(通來)로 대순진리를 관철시키는 공사이다. 본 연구방법으로 천지공사가 소개된 문헌을 면밀히 분석하는 문헌연구와 공공윤리 전망을 모색하는 해석학적 기제를 함께 사용한다. 이는 공과 사를 이어주고 매개하는 '공사공매' 지표, 공공행복 추구의 '행복공창' 지표, 개체를 살려 공적 가치를 드러내는 '활사개공' 지표의 기제이다. 공공윤리 지표는 물질과 영혼, 초월과 내재, 성과 속 사이의 간극을 해소하는 능동성으로 말미암아 공공책임을 수반한다. 천지공사는 '음양합덕' 담론에서 시작하여 '신인조화(調化)'의 공공소통을 이루고 '해원상생'의 존재론적 축복으로 연결된다. 도통선경으로 상호호혜의 결실을 맺기에, 천지공사와 인존사사(人尊私事)는 공공의 성상원융(性相圓融)을 이루어 천지인삼재 일원상(一圓相)을 이룬다. 이러한 공공실천 전망은 감성·이성 상관연동의 소통의 공사공매, 해원·보은 상관연동의 상생의 행복공창, 그리고 도통·선경 상관연동의 인존의 활사개공으로 연결되기에 이를 상관연동으로 고찰한다. 천지공사를 주재하는 '인신현현(人神顯現)'의 구천상제는 공공동량 구제 사업에 임하였다. '활사개공'의 공공윤리 지표는 도통군자에 나타나 있다. 천지공사로서 선천세계가 개벽되고 지상천국이 건설된다. 천지공사 공공윤리 전망으로 온 누리에 선경의 화평세상을 이룩하기에, 세계시민성·우주시민성 시대도래를 예견할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the world of Galliano works who lead Dior Couture and to make use of this knowledge to comprehension of general trend in Haute Couture and $pr{\hat{e}}t-{\acute{a}}$-porter in the future. The method of research is to search for the characteristic of Haute Couture and the general tendency of Galliano works, and to view the inclination of Dior Couture by Galliano. For sphere of research, 2000s is discussed with focus on Haute Couture, exclusive of ready-to-wear. As a result, Galliano's Couture works were distinguished into four specificities. First, the historicity including historical event, personage and epoch. Second, the orientalism. Third, the pictorial characteristic including synthetic art and public art. Forth, the quality of humor. These subjects bring about a result that break down each boundary, in the method of interpreting, as try out mixing between every elements. Galliano pursue a new domain through the fusion of East and West, past and present, classic and pop, artistry and commercialism, this induce more familiar Haute Couture to the public, breaking the strict form of Couture. It seems that this tendency will be advanced toward extrovert Couture producing the low-age phenomenon in Couture, the mixture of multi-culture and the vitality. This fusion suggest the popularity and the commerciality of Couture, which is predicted decrease the difference between Couture and $pr{\hat{e}}t-{\acute{a}}$-porter.

공유 저작물 플랫폼은 공유 저작물 활성화를 위해 만들어 졌다. 이용 허락 절차를 간소화 하고 저작자 스스로 이용 범위를 표기해 배포함으로써 저작물 이용을 활성화 한다. 본 연구는 한국 공유저작물 플랫폼의 인터페이스 유형 및 특성을 분석하기 위해 다섯 개의 인터페이스 영역과 열다섯 개의 평가 항목을 선정하였으며, 국가 운영 플랫폼을 중심으로 분석하였다. 국가 운영 공공저작물 플랫폼인 공유마당, 공공누리와 민간 주도인 유로피아나의 웹 인터페이스 유형 및 특성을 분석함으로서 한국 공유저작물 웹 인터페이스의 상황을 비교 분석하고 개선 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to establish work classification system of landscape construction in order to offer the basis of new estimation system of public landscape construction. New estimation system is based on historical construction data. For application of this system, the standard work classification system is necessary. Because extensive cost data should be accumulated under an unified construction work classification system. In the study of new estimation system carried by KICT(Korea Institute of Construction Technology), landscaping works belong to earth work of civil engineering. It looks very unreasonable work classification, because landscape archtecture has its own specialties and professional domain. In this study, information classification systems in the construction industry and various landscaping works of housing developments are analysed. As a result. a standard work classification system of housing landscape construction is proposed in section VI-3. This standard work classification structure consists of three levels divisions (i.e large work division, middle work division, small work division) . Now in this study, housing landscape construction works are divided into four large works and twenty six middle works. According to work attributes, middle and small work division is possible to subdivide into details.

FormWorks-Plus is a generalized public domain user-friendly preprocessor developed to facilitate the process of creating finite element models for structural analysis programs. The lack of a graphical user interface in most academic analysis programs forces users to input the structural model information into the standard text files, which is a time-consuming and error-prone process. FormWorks-Plus enables engineers to conveniently set up the finite element model in a graphical environment, eliminating the problems associated with conventional input text files and improving the user's perception of the application. In this paper, a brief overview of the FormWorks-Plus structure is presented, followed by a detailed explanation of the main features of the program. In addition, demonstration is made of the application of FormWorks-Plus in combination with VecTor programs, advanced nonlinear analysis tools for reinforced concrete structures. Finally, aspects relating to the modelling and analysis of three case studies are discussed: a reinforced concrete beam-column joint, a steel-concrete composite shear wall, and a SFRC shear panel. The unique mixed-type frame-membrane modelling procedure implemented in FormWorks-Plus can address the limitations associated with most frame type analyses.

This research is to analyze the public cases of information facilities in terms of central circulations in multi level volumes such as atrium or court which provide visual intervention between different spaces and physical connections such as bridges. Hunt Library design balances the understood pre-existing needs with the University's emerging needs to create a forward-thinking learning environment. While clearly a contemporary structure within a traditional context of the NCSU campus, the Hunt Library provides a positive platform for influencing its surroundings. Both technical and programmatic innovations are celebrated as part of the learning experience and provide a versatile and stimulating environment for students. Public library as open spaces connecting to an interactive social domain over communities can provide variety of learning environments, or technology based labs. There are many cases of the public information spaces with dynamic networks where participants can play their roles in physical space as well as in the intellectual stimulation. In the research, new public projects provide typologies of information spaces with user oriented media. The research is to address a creative transition between the reading space and the experimental links of the integration of state-of-the-art technology is highly visible in the building's design. The user-friendly browsing system that replaces the traditional browsing with the virtual shelves classified and archived by their form, is to reduce the storage space of the public library and it is to allow more space for collaborative learning. In addition to the intelligent robot of information storages, innovative features is the large-scale visualization space that supports team experiments to carry out collaborative online works and therefore the public library's various programs is to provide visitors with more efficient participatory environment.
