As the Public use part of the railway and the road, the railway crossing is important to work properly by two transportation means. Also, It is important to provide the good face of friction on the railway crossing in aspect of protecting the railway crossing accident. Lately, the material of railway crossing panel is the wood, the asphalt, and the steel. As they have a various fault, it was studied to analyze the structural action of the new material, rubber panel. This paper analyzed eigenvalue, stress and displacement by truck passing weight, thermal stress and train moving weight, using the FEM model.

공공시설물 건설을 위한 적지분석을 위해서는 대상지에 국유지 또는 시유지(지자체소유)의 포함비율이 중요한 요소가 된다. 일반 건설과는 다르게 사업예산을 축소하기 위해서 국가 또는 지자체소유의 토지를 포함할 수 있다는 특수성이 있기 때문이다. 사유지를 수용할 경우 소유자와 필지수 그리고 지가 등이 판단요소가 된다. 뿐만 아니라 물리적조건으로 경사도, 향(aspect), 교통편이성 등이 동시에 분석되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 속성과 공간적인 분석을 통해 공공시설물의 적지분석을 수행하였다.

In this study, in order to survey the effect on public recognition in malocclusion and orthodontic treatment by brochures made by Korean orthodontic association, sample were divided into control and experimental group and a questionnaire was inguired and the results were as follows: 1. In the experimental group, frequency of recognition for the need of orthodontic treatment was high, and this indicates dental health behavior and recognition can be inspired by adequate giving of information. 2. Between the control and the experimental group, patterns of the negative opinion was different, and especially the demand for specific orthodontic treatment can be influenced by the content of brochures. 3. The brochures used in this study can call attention to develope the orthodontic aspect for the malocclusion, hereafter more systemic and active measures for development of public dental behavior and recognition should be needed.

The Practical Guide of Technology Valuation (the guide) by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Energy is dominant in technology valuation in the public sector in Korea. The guide was released in 2011 and revised every three years. However, there are several guidelines or manuals for technology valuation issued by other agencies under different ministries. This paper compares the several guidelines for technology valuation and figures out the similarity and differences, from the view of the US and international standards of valuation. The first aspect found is that the guide is evolving toward the basic principles of valuation. Second, all the guidelines should comply with the guide but have sector-specific characteristics in methods, variables and data. Third, although the guide recommends only two valuation methods, some guidelines introduce various other methods. Fourth, the methods are still too complex and having unnecessary ingredients. Finally, this paper suggests further development of the guide and other guidelines.

Aging society appears immediate social problem in Korea. Housing for aging is required independent and comfortable housing life to live considering about feature of elderly. It is necessary field to prepare. Aged person who suffers the aging process several stages gets changing weak, so living environment is important aging person aspect of social, psychological and physical point. Finally, aged person living together requires facilities for the naturally communicating and active things. Community of aged person required organization of space for keeping independence and connection with each other. According to space of community, housing for aging should have a different access route. In conclusion, congregate housing of the elderly should be planed organization of space to be solved anxiety and tension and to be aware of joining the community.

Under the colony of Japanese Empire, libraries of Hyanggyo's(a Confucian temple and a old-time School belonging to it) property a n.0, ppeared 45 libraries. Effects of these libraries are as follows: 1. Libraries of Hyanggyo's property impeded Korean people's enlightenment works in the aspect of a save the Nation movement spread all over the country by taking in Confucian scholars and those who work for the good of the locality. 2. It having prepared a point to civilize Koreans for Japanizing as far as rural and fishing community through libraries of Hyanggyo's property. 3. Though many libraries of Hyanggyo's property were closed, a quite libraries became the predecessor of Korea modern library which linked with public libraries.

본 논문은 Mobile IP의 보안적인 측면에 대해 다룬다. 인증 기법과 재생공격 방지 기법을 사용함에도 불구하고 재생공격이 여전히 일어남을 보여주고 이를 해결하기 위해 공개키를 이용한 AAA에서의 새로운 등록방법과 세션키 분배 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 이동노드의 인증이 완료됨과 동시에 session-key의 분배가 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 또한 공개키 시스템을 최소한으로 사용하여 재생공격의 문제점을 해결하였고 이동노드에서 최소의 계산량을 요구하도록 설계하였다. AAA에서의 정확한 accounting이 가능하도록 부인방지 기능도 추가하였다.

Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. Korea railroad industry has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, Korea railroad industry has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Employs take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.
