Under the assumption that people go through stages in making dietary behavior change, this study was attempted to apply the stages of a change model for fat intake by examining the associations of social psychological variables with stages of change in dietary fat reduction. Derived from social psychological theories, 10 social psychological variables on motivational beliefs(6), social influence(3) and self-efficacy(1) related specifically to selecting every day diets low in fat were constructed. Fat and energy intakes were assessed by a short form semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. The associations of stages of change with motivational beliefs, social influence, and self-efficacy variables and energy and fat intakes were assessed in 333 female adults from large cities in Korea. Dietary stage groups differed significantly on most of the social psychological variables in ways predicted by theory. Motivational factors that lead to a psychological state of readiness to take action were important in the early stages of the dietary change process. Social influences were more important in the stages as people decide to take action. Self efficacy and motivational beliefs, particularly, reduction of perceived barriers were important in maintaining fat reduction behavior. The results of our study indicate differences in stages of change in fat reduction behavior in terms of nutrient intakes and social psychological correlates and suggests that adding a time dimension to social psychological models increases our understanding of dietary change, which assist us in designing nutrition education interventions that are more appropriately targeted by stage of change. Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the status of psychological health among boys in high school and to examine the mediating effects of social support on the relationship between anger and entrapment on psychological health. Methods: The participants in this study were 193 high school boys from Jeju. Measurements included state-trait anger expression inventory, entrapment scale, student social support scale, and questionnaires to assess mental and physical health. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression techniques with the SPSS 21.0. Mediation analysis was performed with the Baron and Kenny's method, and Sobel test. Results: Mean scores for anger experience, entrapment, social support, and psychological health were $29.81{\pm}7.34$, $34.09{\pm}16.33$, $45.75{\pm}7.02$, $22.51{\pm}9.91$, respectively. There was a significant correlation between anger experience and psychological health. Entrapment was significantly correlated with psychological health. Social support showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between anger experience and psychological health (Sobel test: Z=54.18. p<.001). Social support showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between entrapment and psychological health (Sobel test: Z=2.24. p=.025). Conclusion: The results indicate a need to develop social support programs for boys in high school.

In the article, in connection with the goal and the hypothesis put forward, the following tasks were formulated: Based on the analysis of literature and existing pedagogical experience, the possibilities, features and pedagogical conditions for the use of educational telecommunication projects were specified. The selection of topics and content of educational telecommunication projects for use has been carried out. Research methods: theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, projects of educational standards in computer science and information technology, study of the state of the problem in teaching practice, questioning.
Objectives: This study was designed to assess the change of heart rate variability (HRV) at resting, upright, and psychological stress in anxiety disorder patients. Methods: HRV was measured at resting, upright, and psychological stress states in 60 anxiety disorder patients. We used visual analogue scale (VAS) score to assess tension and stress severity. Beck depression inventory (BDI) and state trait anxiety inventories I and II (STAI-I and II) were used to assess depression and anxiety severity. Differences between HRV indices were evaluated using paired t-tests. Gender difference analysis was accomplished with ANCOVA. Results: SDNN (Standard deviation of normal RR intervals) and low frequency/high frequency (LF/HF) were significantly increased, while NN50, pNN50, and normalized HF (nHF) were significantly decreased in the upright position compared to resting state (p < 0.01). SDNN, root mean square of the differences of successive normal to normal intervals, and LF/HF were significantly increased, while nHF was significantly decreased in the psychological stress state compared to resting state (p < 0.01). SDNN, NN50, pNN50 were significantly lower in upright position compared to psychological stress and nVLF, nLF, nHF, and LF/HF showed no significant differences between them. Conclusion: The LF/HF ratio was significantly increased after both physical and psychological stress in anxiety disorder, but did not show a significant difference between these two stresses. Significant differences of SDNN, NN50, and pNN50 without any differences of nVLF, nLF, nHF, and LF/HF between two stresses might suggest that frequency domain analysis is more specific than time domain analysis.
Objectives: Pinelliae Rhizoma has traditionally been used as an anti-depressant in oriental medicine. This study is to investigate the effect of Pinelliae Rhizoma extract (PRe) on psychological stress in genome wild expression of mice. Methods: After giving physical stress to mice, PRe was orally administered with 100 mg/kg/day for five days. After extracting whole brain tissue from the mice, their genome changes were observed by micorarray analysis method. The genome changes were analyzed by IMAGENE 4.0, TREEVIEW, FatiGo algorithems, BOND database, cytoscape program, etc. Results: 1. PRe administered group were remained at normal level; 60% of increase was shown in expressed genes by physical stress, and 65% of decrease was shown in expressed genes by psychological stress. 2. Genes with increased expression in control group that remained at a normal state in PRe administered group were involved with the gene of a cellular metabolic process on biological process, protein binding on molecular function, and cell part on cell composition. The pathway was found to be cytokin-cytokin receptor interaction. 3. Genes with decreased expression in control group that remained at a normal state in PRe administered group were involved with the gene of a cellular metabolic process on biologiacl detail and coupled ATPaes activity on molecular function. This gene related path was Ubiquintin mediated proteolysis etc. 4. Core node genes analyzed by protein interaction network were Vinculin, Cell sdivision cycle 42 homolog (S. cerevisiae) etc. They played an important role in maintaining cytoskeleton and controlling cell cycle. Conclusions: Several genes were up-regulated and down-regulated in response to psychological stress. The expression of most of the genes that were altered in response to psychological stress was restored to normal levels in PRe treated mice. When the interaction network information was analyzed, the recovery of the core node genes in PRe treated mice indicates that this final set of genes may be the effective target of PRe.
This study was designed to understand family economic well-being in Korea and to compare it with that in the U.S.A. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of rural family life satisfaction in Korea and in the U.S.A. Specific objectives were: 1. To investigate the influence of independent variabels on rural family life satisfaction, 2. To analyze the influence of socioeconomic variables and social-psychological variables on rural family life satisfaction, and 3. To find commonalities and differences between the two countries. The data, collected from 471 Korean rural households and 301 households in two counties of Ilinois, a state in the U.S.A., were analyzed by frequency distribution, pearson's correlation, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe test, and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The only common tendency is that the feeling of togetherness influences family life satisfaction in the two countries. 2. The social-psychological variables correlated with each other, and these variables considerably influence rural family life satisfaction in both countries. 3. Sex, number of family members, and no talk influence family life satisfaction differently in the two countries.

This Paper is Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between Authentic Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. It's important for enhancing corporate performance to facilitate positive interactions between leaders and members, and to cultivate a positive psychology for achieving common goals. Members with high positive psychological capital have confidence in performing their tasks, expect successful outcomes, and when problems arise, they adjust their course and persevere. This complex state of adjusting or transcending one's psychology is referred to as positive psychological capital (Luthans & Youssef, 2007). Recognizing this, the study identifies positive psychological capital as a crucial factor in enhancing corporate performance and competitiveness, and chooses it as a mediator in the research.
