척수손상환자의 심리변화와 적응과정 (Psychological Change and Adaptation Process in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury)

  • Rehabilitation after spinal cord injury(SCI) is complex process involving an array of adaptation to change in both physical and psychological function. It is generally accepted that psychological disorder and change are sificant psychological problem among the patients with spinal cord injury. The psychological problems that they have are depressor, anxiety, and fear etc. This study was designed to know of psychological state of patients with SCI after injury, such as psychological change and adaptation process, and change of needs.

  • Global climate change is becoming one of the greatest challenges facing humanity. This article proposes a psychological perspective of climate change adaptation. Climate change-related severe adverse weather events may trigger mental health problems, including increased post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, violence, and even suicide. Forced migration could be considered a coping method for dealing with weather events, but it may also pose a psychological threat. People respond to severe weather events in different ways based on their individual characteristics. Psychological risks from adverse weather events are mediated and moderated by these factors, which are influenced by personal cognition, affect, and motivation. Examinations from a psychological perspective, which have been neglected in the science of climate change thus far, may provide keys to successful adaptation and the prevention of serious psychological problems resulting from the experience of severe weather events. A new prevention strategy has been suggested for coping with climate threats through encouraging attitude change, establishing proactive support systems for vulnerable groups, establishing a PTSD network, and implementing a stress inoculation program.

성인 여성을 대상으로 한 지방섭취제한행동 변화단계에 따른 사회심리적 요인 분석 (Analysis on the Stages of Change in Fat Reducing Behavior and Social Psychological Correlates in adult Female)

  • Under the assumption that people go through stages in making dietary behavior change, this study was attempted to apply the stages of a change model for fat intake by examining the associations of social psychological variables with stages of change in dietary fat reduction. Derived from social psychological theories, 10 social psychological variables on motivational beliefs(6), social influence(3) and self-efficacy(1) related specifically to selecting every day diets low in fat were constructed. Fat and energy intakes were assessed by a short form semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire. The associations of stages of change with motivational beliefs, social influence, and self-efficacy variables and energy and fat intakes were assessed in 333 female adults from large cities in Korea. Dietary stage groups differed significantly on most of the social psychological variables in ways predicted by theory. Motivational factors that lead to a psychological state of readiness to take action were important in the early stages of the dietary change process. Social influences were more important in the stages as people decide to take action. Self efficacy and motivational beliefs, particularly, reduction of perceived barriers were important in maintaining fat reduction behavior. The results of our study indicate differences in stages of change in fat reduction behavior in terms of nutrient intakes and social psychological correlates and suggests that adding a time dimension to social psychological models increases our understanding of dietary change, which assist us in designing nutrition education interventions that are more appropriately targeted by stage of change.   • In this study was proposed that a new estimating method for investigation of contractile state changes which generated from continuous isometric contraction of skeletal muscle. The physiological changes(EMG, ECG) and the psychological changes by CNS(central nervous system) were measured by experiments, while the muscle of subjects contracted continuously with isometric contraction in constant load. The psychological changes were represented as three-step-change named 'fatigue', 'pain' and 'sick(greatly pain)' from oral test, and the method which compared physiological change with psychological change on basis of these three steps was developed. The result of analyzing the physiological signals, EMG and ECG signal changes were observed at the vicinity of judging point in time of psychological changes. Namely, it is supposed that contractile states have three kind of states pattern (stable, fatigue, pain) instead of two states (stable, fatigue).

혁신-관계의 유연문화 지각이 긍정심리자본의 매개로 변화지향 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceived Flexible Culture of adhocracy-clan on the Change Oriented OCB through Meditator of Positive Psychological Capital)

  • 현재 기업들은 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 더욱 치열해진 경쟁 시대에, 어떻게 하면 구성원들의 변화지향 조직시민행동을 가지게 할 것인가에 주목하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 혁신-관계의 유연문화가 구성원들의 긍정심리자본과 변화지향 조직시민행동에 어떠한 역할을 하는지를 검증하였다. 대전시, 세종시, 충청남·북도 소재 기업의 종업원들을 대상으로 설문조사하여 394부 유효설문을 분석에 활용하였다. 연구에서 얻은 구체적인 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신-관계의 유연문화중 혁신문화는 변화지향 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 관계문화는 변화지향 조직시민행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신-관계의 유연문화가 긍정심리자본에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본이 변화지향 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본은 혁신-관계의 유연문화의 지각과 변화지향 조직시민행동간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 조직에서 혁신-관계의 조직문화를 구축하고 또한 구성원들이 긍정적 심리상태가 되도록 하여야만 오늘날 같이 치열한 경쟁상황에서 변화지향의 조직시민행동이 나타날 수 있음을 규명하였다고 하겠다. 향후의 연구는 조직문화의 단위를 본부 또는 팀으로 세분화 되어 측정하여 하위문화(sub culture)유형과 이에 따른 새로운 조직시민행동의 연구가 이루어지기를 기대한다.

재해방지를 위한 한국형 생활변화단위 모형의 개발 -중부지역 거주 미혼 근로자를 중심으로- (The Development of the Korean Life Change Unit Model for Accident Prevention -Focused on the Unmarried Workers Living in the Middle Area-)

  • The term stress is currently used to cover a wide variety of phenomena, ranging from physical to social and cultural factors. The term has defined psychological stress as an imbalance between perceived or subjective demand and perceived response capability. The behavior science model has provided the accident proneness through the life change unit factors considering human behavior, life style, ideas, culture, and psychological state. Therefore, this paper presents the Korean life change unit model through statistical testing with the proposed life change unit factors on the unmarried workers living in the middle area. The proposed model can be simply used in real fields in order to minimize the industrial accidents.

노인운동의 변화단계에 따른 의사결정 균형에 대한 연구 (Decisional balance corresponding to the Stage of Change of Exercise in Elderly)

  • Purpose : This study was carried out to identify the factor of decisional balance for exercise. This was composed of a set of variables at the level of decision making when the elderly decide to do exercise. It was used to classify and identify the characteristics of the stages of change for exercise to which the elderly belong, and was used to identify the variables of decisional balance which influence the stage of change for exercise in the elderly. Methods : Convenient samples of 198 subjects over age 60 in Seoul( mean age=70) were selected from community living, mentally competant older adults and the data was collected from April 1, 1999 to May 31, 1999. The research instrument was the Decisional Balance Measure for Exercise(Marcus & Owen., 1992), Stage of Change Measure(Marcus et al,1992). The data was analyzed by SAS Program. Results: 1. According to stage of change measure, without missing data,191 subjects were distributed in each stage of change for exercise : 50 subjects(26.1%), 7 subjects (3.6%), 52 subjects(27.2%), 4 subjects(2%), and 78(40.8%) belonged to the precontemplation stage, contemplation stage, preparation stage, action stage and maintenace stage. 2. Factor analysis identified 3 factors of decisional balance as appropriate factors for exercise of the elderly and named by researchers; 1)'Perceived Physical-psychological benefit', 2)'Perceived Physical-psychological burden', and 3)'Perceived time burden'. 3. The analysis of variance showed that the two components Perceived Physical - psychological benefit(F=45.95, P=.0001), and Perceived Physical-psychological burden (F=26.52, P=.0001) were significantly associated with stage of change. 4. Through the discriminant analysis, it was found that both 'Self Perceived Physical - Psychological benefit' and 'Perceived Physical-Psychological burden' were the influential variables in discriminating the three stages of change(pre-contemplation, preparation, and maintenance). Conclusion : Results are consistent with the application of the Transtheoretical model, which has been used to understand how people change health behaviors. Even though this study is a cross-sectional, not a longitudinal study, the findings of this study give useful information for exercise intervention about especially the factors relating to decision making for exercise of the elderly in the different stages of change of exercise.

심리적 소유감에 따른 메시지 프레이밍 효과: 온라인 서비스에서의 사용자 정보보안 행동을 중심으로 (The Effect of Message Framing Depending on Psychological Ownership: Focusing on Information Security Behavior in Online Service)

  • As the online space becomes more active, interest in protecting personal information is increasing. From this point of view, it is important to prevent personal information from being leaked in advance. As a precaution, it is suggested that users change their password periodically to protect their personal information effectively. Currently, various online services provide a request message that prompts users to periodically change their password. These messages are expressed as positive-centric or negative-centric. This message can be seen as a powerful way to trigger users' behavior. In this context, this study suggests that message framing type can be applied to the password change request message, and to investigate the difference between the positive-centric message and the negative-centric message. In addition, this study concluded that the effect of message type may be different depending on the degree of psychological ownership of the individual on the online service. As a result, users with high psychological ownership in online service were more effective when positive-centric message was presented than negative-centric message. On the other hand, users with low psychological ownership in online service were more effective when negative-centric message was presented than positive-centric message.

화장행동과 헤어칼라 및 자의식이 사회$\cdot$심리적 기대효과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Make-up Behaviors, Hair Color and Self-Consciousness on the Level of Expected Social-Psychological Effect)

  • From a social psychological perspective, Make-up is an tool for run a lot smoother and perform communication efficiently. Many people give a turn to hair color through dyeing form due to yearning to change individual image through the image which the color is having. This paper study how make-up behavior, hair color and self-consciousness will affect the Level of Expected social-psychological effect of College Girl Students. In the sense of make-up behavior, according to result, a group of make-up behavior of self-satisfaction-oriented the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of make-up behavior of tradition-oriented. Hair colors doesn't seem to be having much effect on the level of expected social- psychological effect, but have been shown to influence make-up behavior and self-consciousness. On the self-consciousness, a group of high self-consciousness the level of expected social-psychological effect higher than a group of low or fair self-consciousness. They doesn't have much effect passive expected effect as 'complement of self insufficiency' or 'a person consciousness' But they are affect active expected effect as 'the pleasure of change' and 'positive ascent'.

아동의 문제유형, 치료자의 심리적 소진 정도 및 놀이치료단계에 따른 아동중심놀이치료에서의 아동과 치료자 반응 (Responses of the Child and Therapist in Child-Centered Play Therapy Regarding the Children's Problem Type, the Therapists' Levels of Psychological Burnout and the Process of Play Therapy)

  • This study examined difference in the responses of children and therapists depending on children's problem type(internalization or externalization) and the therapists' levels of psychological burnout. Play therapy' cases (March 2010 ~ September 2011) were successfully concluded in more than 36 sessions, which targeting 14 children aged 4~9 who had emotional and behavioral problems and two therapists who consulted with the children. To examine the change in the play therapy stepwise process in this case, the responses in the children and the therapists were examined by dividing the stages of therapy into the early stage, the middle stage, and the late stage. The Results showed that (1) the children's response during the play therapy process were not significant different for both types of children's problems. Moreover, there were no differences with different levels psychological burnout by the therapist. (2) A change in the children's response during the play therapy process was noted in both children who had internalization problem and in those who had externalization problems. Moreover, according to the therapist's levels of psychological burnout, a change in the children's responses was indicated in the play therapy process. (3) The therapist's responses in the play therapy process did not show significant difference according to children's problem type or therapists' levels of psychological burnout. (4) A significant difference was noted in the responses between the therapists experiencing psychological burnout depending on their level.
