This is the research of Abject Art which was originated aesthetically in Abjection Theory of Julia Kristeva, a french psycho-analyst who argued liberational discussions about feminine identity against patricentric ideology which had fastened existing beautiful and elegant oedipal-feminine image and femininity as the secondary sex or the other's sex. and which became known by the planning display at whitney Museum of American in 1993. In Julia Kristeva's Abjection Theory which was written in her book(Power of Horror : An Assay on Abjection, 1992), she named pre-oedipal stage in which there is no sexual difference and has the same significance to both sexes instead of the oedipal stage which is becoming male-supreme reality as the semiotic and reinterpreted that an infant disregards feminine body--mother's body (Julia Kristeva, named it as Chora) as the love and the pain which carries her baby in herself and creates the baby which belonged to herself--which belongs to the semiotic to enter the symbolic smoothly. So the Abjection art is partly consist of some works which express the concertion of the boundary rebated with infant Identity which is not yet the other perfectly nor the subject perfectly, and of some works called Excretory Arts which express the excretion and vomiting which is the original experience of the abject. I expect that this research can be the chance of breaking from the fastened identity which was granted on female and feminine costume in this masculine-view centric society and creating the new position of costume and dress in the field of art by analyzing the costumes especially among these works.

Instruction and prevention of the safety for a fire have been performed continuously by nation. However, the accident due to a fire is not decreasing and causes a serious calamity to people. It is at the initial stage of fire burning that the most effective way to reduce damage is to evacuate and fight a fire. When a fire burns, the equipments reporting to other person or organization concerned are called 'acoustic reporting equipment'. Among those equipments reporting to person, 'a fire bell' is the easiest equipment to approach. Observing the behaviors of people when a fire burning, some are in a quiet indoor, some in a room with other people, some in a square with many people and some in indoor filled with smoke etc. This study aims to find out an acoustic reporting signal appropriate for visual information. For the experiments, visual-auditory experiments were performed through reporting signals and visual informations with several situations that is able to be faced at when a fire burns.

In case of indoor gymnastics training floor, in view of its characteristics, since it is simultaneously required the related smooth communication between the coach and the player, also the acoustic performance regarding to the clearness of music, besides the sport activity, the consideration about the acoustic character has entered the stage as an indispensable element. On such viewpoint, recently constructed dome-typed gymnastic training floor was optimized acoustic design with remodeling through acoustic simulation test. And acoustic satisfaction degree and reaction was attempted to investigate about the gymnastics training floor estimating value of human's psychological(sensual) degree using auralization that enables to experience the virtual sound field at the stage of design. As the result of investigation about the research on the space of object, it could be known that the valuation regarding to the acoustic performance of 'after-improvement' was distinctly more refined than that of 'before-improvement'. It is now considering that such result of the study can be utilized as the useful data which enables to improve the retrenchment effect of the construction cost as well as the acoustic capability, by means of the prediction control on the acoustic problem from the stage of design, for the occasion when the similar indoor sport gymnasium is planning to build for the near future.

Hitchcock, "a master of the thriller" "leading figure of thriller", was famous for his work style. He never starts filming until completing a perfect conception in his mind before shooting. He started filming after getting a perfect filming plan adding a picture even one detailed shot picture. Also the movie costumes was not an exception in his movie. He put more main object to express a symbolic meanings by recreating movie costumes which were fit to drama′s subject than function which spoke for contemporary popularity also he guides actors to put on the movie costumes examined previously to shape a definite visual character in that works. This research intends not only to look into symbolic and expressive means of dresses through the movie costumes on thriller appeared in Hitchcock′s movie, but also the comprehension width by grasping importance of the movie-costume and dress image in the movie. Hitchock made about 55 movies, mostly thriller movies, from Number 13(1922) n unfinished work to family plot(1976) ones posthumous work. This research examined his the second half of term works(after 1950) such s Rear Window(1954), Vertigo(1958), Psycho(1960), Torn Curtain(19660, Topaz(1969) and Frenzy(1972) which are generally familiar to the public. In conclusion, we can find that the thriller movie costumes as well s the other movie and appeared a character of the film′s characters, social rank, economic level, personality. But expecially, a costume of Hitchcock′s thriller movie can be contained a characteristic factor of a kind of five.

The purpose of this study was to discover the effects that mentoring functions have on a new employee's job satisfaction and turnover intention. The subjects of this study were new employees with less than five years of experience from K company. A regression analysis was performed on the collected data to examine the relationship between different variables. The study showed that out of the three mentoring functions consisting of career development, psycho-social, and role model, only the career development function had any significant effect. When the career development function of mentoring increased, the new employee's job satisfaction also increased while the turnover intention decreased. This data provides a basis for new employee training in the rapidly changing business sectors.

Luis Barragan's Architecture has creative feature that Mexican environment and traditional culture were complete by color. Thus the color of his work makes our emotions rich and colorful. He said "My architecture is autobiographical..." at speech in Pritz price. As we can see in his architectural philosophy that sentimental architecture is important than theorical system, his works are impression of empirical factor with intuition. "Color is a complement to the architecture. It serve to enlarge or reduce a space. It's also useful for adding that touch of magic a place needs", stated Barragan. During his process of shaping space, Barragan drew on color in the same way as an architectural component, according it a spatial funtion and expressive vale. he allied it with light, deeming it a crucial vehical for conveying the emotive attributes a site. The capacity of color to express sensitivity and sensuality within an architecture space is liked to its psycho-physiological qualities. In this kind of view, color featyre in Barragan's work is one of the most important tools to realize sentimental architecture, not only is result of the Mexican regional color. As a result, make focus on analyzing various meaning of the color in Barragan's architecture like poetic and habitable structure.

Future luxury car must satisfy the improvement of the luxury sound quality on the vehicle interior noise. Previously, we have analyzed vehicle interior noise by dB(A) based analysis. However, dB(A) has very little to do with the psychological satisfaction of the consumers. People want a sound that is characteristic and refined not a sound that is quiet and common. Subjective test were conducted to determine the relationship between subject' s responses and calculated metric values. People choose the most luxury sound among the various vehicle interior noise. And the purpose of this study is that we understand the metrics which constitute the luxury vehicle sound. We have analyzed vehicle interior noise by using the statistical analysis such as multiple regression method and correlation method. And we organized the index of the luxury sound quality.

Korea has been recognized as a safe country about the substance abuse, but now is not safe country because there are over 10 thousand drug related offenses in a year since 1999. Seventy percent of them are drug abusers, so Korea government must have stronger political strategies about the prevention and the treatment of the drug abuse. Till now Korea government has focused on the imprisonment rather than the treatment for the drug abusers. So the relapse rates are over 40% among the incarcerated drug abusers. Now we need more treatment strategies and development of treatment methods to decrease the relapse rates. Substance abuse is a brain disease with a chronic relapsing nature and has a bio-psycho-social etiology. So treatment process has three steps, motivation enhancement treatment for substance-free lifestyle, rehabilitation aimed at maximizing multiple aspects of life functioning, and relapse prevention. To improving the treatment strategies the Government must execute the national survey about the substance abuse, enforce a law to operate the drug court and to sentence a treatment order with a probation, and establish a national addiction institute for study and education about the substance abuse.

Objectives : This study aimed investigation of mutual relation to a psychosomatic disorder and Sasang Constitutinal Medicine. Results : 1. A view of the body and mind, Sasang Constitutinal Medicine is similar to Mind-Body Medicine that a thought of the mind is the central idea. But a viewpoint of the mind to Sasang Constitutinal Medicine is based on Confucianism idea 2. The Nature and Emotion(性情)-a symbol of Happiness, Anger, Sorrow joy(喜怒哀樂) show a characteristic of man relate to an attack of a disease also take a disease itself. But Mind-Body Medicine recognize an attack of a disease caused only by the mind. 3. Sasang Constitutinal Medicine emphasize the care of health by respective The Nature and Emotion(性情) to the treatment and prevention of disease and drug therapy is an assistant. This is similar to an important meaning at psycho therapy-suggestive therapy, autogenic training, relaxation training etc in Mind-Body Medicine. Conclusions : Therefore, Sasang Constitutinal Medicine's clinical use in aspect of psychiatry, must to study human nature regard to korean traditional thought-Confucianism idea

In the health care setting which social work services are provided by interdisciplinary team approach, understanding the perception and expectation on the role of social workers worked with medical team is important for social workers to play their role effectively. This study is focused on the medical team members such as doctors, nurses, nutritionists and administrative staffs by researching the type of perception and each characteristics through using the Q methodology. It is concluded that perception on medical social workers is categorized into three types : psycho-social counselor, coordinator/developer of resources, multiple function player. Finding for this study suggest that the implications on social work practice in health care setting.
