The Main objective of this study is to find consumer attitude toward the Sanitary Regulation of Foods. In view of consumerism, this result will be used in re-regulating the law. Among the Sanitary Regulation of Foods, this study focuses on the Standard of prepackaged Food Labelling, because it is related both with the advertising from the food manufacturer's point of view and with the perception about the food itself from the consumer's point of view. After reviewing the previous studies and related provisions about the Standard of Prepackaged food Labelling, and compare other sanitary regulation of foods in developed countries (U.S.A. and Japan), basic research framework was derived. The research framework focuses on the user perception about the validity of provisions about the Standard of Prepackaged Food Labelling, and on the existance of exaggeration in food advertising using prepackaged foods. Data were collected through questionaires from the sample covering 374 food customers. The data were analyzed by frequency test and the important findings of this study are as follows. Most food consumers consider such provisions as date of manufacturing, circulation time limit, cautions for food handling, price, and manufacturer as important factors in buying food products. Among these factors, the date of manufacturing and circulation time limit are most critical factors, and must be labelled correctly on the prepackaged food cover. But other provisions which do not affect on consumer's buying decision (e.g. business admission number, self standard number) need not be labelled. From this study, we can conclude that the provisions about the standard of prepackaged Food Labelling currently used must be devided into two parts. One is 'mandatory provisions' which must be obeyed by all food manufacturets, and the other is 'autonomous provisions' which need not be obeyed by all food manufacturers. And mandatory provisions need to be regylated more strongly than now.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Huini-san on depressive disorder. the patient was diagnosed with Soeum-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Soeum-byung and the patients are treated with Huini-san. We evaluated the results of treatment by Korean Version of the Remission from Depression Questionnaire. Results : After taking Huini-san decoction for 2 month, the symptoms of patients improved Conclusions : This case report shows that effectiveness of using Huini-san according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on depressive disorder.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang on an overactive bladder. The patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung. So He was treated with Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang decoction for 70 days. We evaluated the results of treatment by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OBASS). Results : After taking Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang decoctions for 70 days, the patient's OBASS and symptoms was decreased from 12(severe) to 5(mile). Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Gamchogungang-tang, Hoiyeok-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on overactive bladder.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Osuyu-tang on an atopic dermatitis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Yanamyung-byung and has been unusual dietary habits. So she took Osuyu-tang decoction for 2 weeks. We evaluated the results of treatment by SCORAD Index and before and after treatment photos. Results : After taking Osuyu-tang decoction for 2weeks, the patient's SCORAD INDEX and symptoms was decreased from 49.5(severe) to 3.5(mile). Also, the patient's chronic diagestive disorder improved. Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Osuyu-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on atopic dermatitis.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Oryeong-san on dysmenorrhea. the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung and has over-worked since she had been sick. So she took Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month. We evaluated the results of treatment by Visual Analogue Scale and Moos Menstrual Questionnaire. Results : After taking Oryeong-san decoction for 1 month, the symptoms of patients improved. Conclusions : This case report sowed and effectiveness of using Oryeong-san according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on dysmenorrhea.

Objective : This case report aims to show the effect of Bekhogainsam-tang on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid arthritis. The patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byung based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods : According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with Yangmyung-byng and has been unusual dietary habits. So she treated with Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days. We evaluated the results of treatment by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS), Modified Overactive Bladder Validated 8-question Screener(OAB-V8), and Rheumatoid Arthritis Pain Score(RAPS). Results : After taking Bekhogainsam-tang decoction for 75 days, the patient's symptoms and OABSS was decreased from 20 to 11, OAB-V8 was from 42 to 20, and RAPS was from 130 to 63. Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Bekhogainsam-tang according to Diagnositic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Overactive Bladder and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Railway is facing a new era by the remarkable technology-intensive development of railways in the rolling stock and track, trains and infrastructure facilities. But the relevant provisions of the regulations for the various driving speed limit accept most of the past rules and it is desperately needed to realize the efficiency of the train operation. In addition, because the rules that drive too many treats of redundancy(the same information is duplicated in the other company policy provisions), they can cause confusion among employees, and also because of the contents of the detailed provisions dealing with almost same regulations, they can cause probable failure and big accident. In this study, the relevant provisions of the current rules are analyzed and overcome problems to improve efficiency and duplicated contents of relevant provisions to drive trains are merged. Also by reorganization of complex speed limits, we can understand easily when even the unusual situation and make a simple decision to prevent accidents. As a result, we can establish the system by doing subsequent actions quickly and accurately.

Static torsional provisions employing equivalent lateral force method (ELF) require that the earthquake-induced lateral force at each story be applied at a distance equal to design eccentricity ($e_d$) from a reference resistance centre of the corresponding story. Such code torsional provisions, albeit not explicitly stated, are generally believed to be applicable to the regularly asymmetric buildings. Examined herein is the applicability of such code-torsional provisions to buildings with set-back using rigid as well as flexible diaphragm model. Response of a number of set-back systems computed through ELF with static torsional provisions is compared to that by response spectrum based procedure. Influence of infill wall with a range of opening is also investigated. Results of comprehensive parametric studies suggest that the ELF may, with rational engineering judgment, be used for practical purposes taking some care of the surroundings of the setback for stiff systems in particular.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the policy demands of the family sector for work-family balance, with a focus on the child care and household labor provisions. For empirical analysis, data were collected from 197 dual-income families with at least one young child under age 10 in the metropolitan area via self-administered questionnaires. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, child care provisions for working mothers and fathers were insufficient and unfair, and the ratio of child care provisions offered by familial child care network was high. The characteristics of child care provisions for working parents were associated with family structure, working conditions, and demographic variables. Second, household labor provisions for working mothers and fathers were also insufficient and unfair, and the ratio of socialization was high. Third, the level of family satisfaction varied by the level of child care and household labor provisions, respectively, controlling family structure, working conditions, and demographic variables. The empirical results of the study provided policy implications for work-family balance.

In this paper, I reviewed the analysis of possible ICC model of international sale contract terms used in the international artwork trade. Based on this, the provisions proposed considering the specialties of the international artworks trade. The purpose of this research study is to help practitioners draw up a contract of international artworks trade. In Chapter II, I reviewed the highlights of the international sale of goods contract. In Chapter III, I discussed the issues that arise in creating specific provisions on the international artworks trade agreements. In Chapter IV, I discussed the issues in creating the general provisions on the international artworks trade agreements. Quantity provisions of the international artworks sales contract should include the "more or less" clause. And it should also clearly define the scope of the author's property rights transfer in the copyright provisions. Even if a buyer has been assigned the copyright of artworks from the artist, if the buyer modifies the artworks without permission, moral rights can be violated. In addition, even if a buyer has been assigned all of the intellectual property rights of the artists, if the buyer does not have the specific provisions, the buyer must keep in mind that the unauthorized publication of artworks, film production, merchandising, etc, may infringe the right to create derivative works.
