인공위성의 원격명령 처리시스템은 상태감시, 제어 및 미션 실행을 위한 원격명령을 제공하는 유일한 통로이다. 국내의 인공위성은 과학 및 기술 위성, 다목적 위성 및 정지궤도 위성으로 나눌 수 있으며 CCSDS 표준 프로토콜을 사용하여 지상국과 통신을 수행한다. 그러나 기존의 국내개발 위성은 소프트웨어를 사용하여 원격명령어를 디코딩하여 소프트웨어 개발 및 검증 비용이 높고 하드웨어와 비교할 때 상대적으로 성능이 낮다. 본 연구에서는 원격명령 디코딩 ASIC을 이용한 원격 명령 처리시스템을 제시한다. 이 시스템의 하드웨어는 telecommand RAM, protocol RAM/ROM, telecommand ASIC, interface FPGA 및 relay block으로 구성되었다. 이 시스템은 인공위성이 사용하는 일반 명령 및 펄스 명령을 처리한다. 시스템을 시험 및 검증하기 위해 점검 장비 및 시험환경을 구축하였다. 제안한 ASIC 기반의 telecommand 처리시스템은 소프트웨어 기반 디코딩 시스템에 비해 개발 비용을 1/5로 줄였을 뿐만 아니라 성능은 10⁵배 향상되었다.

A simulated network protocol provides the capability of distributed simulation to a generic simulator. Through this, full coverage of management of data and service handling among separated simulators is achieved. The distributed simulation environment is much more conducive to handling simulation load balancing and hazard treatment than a standalone computer. According to the simulated network protocol, one simulator takes on the role of server and the other simulators take on the role of client, and client is controlled by server. The purpose of the simulated network protocol is to seamlessly connect multiple simulator instances into a single simulation environment. This paper presents the development of a simulated network (simNetwork) that provides the capability of distributed simulation to a generic simulator (GenSim), which is a software simulator of satellites that has been developed by the Korea Aerospace Research Institute since 2010, to use as a flight software validation bench for future satellite development.

개방형 시스템에서 사용자에게 안전성 및 신뢰성을 보증하기 위하여 정보 보호가 필요하다.본 논문에서는 트랜스포트 계층에서 보호서비스를 제공하기 위하여 ISO와 IEC에서 표준으로 권고하고 있는 트랜스포트 계층 보호 프로토콜과 보호연관 프로토콜을 분석하고, 표준에서는 정의하지 않았으나 구현상 필요한 세부 사항들을 정의한다. 그리고 구현 모델을 제시하고 이에 기초하여 보호시스템을 개발한다. 개발을 위한 환경으로는 USL의 ONP를 사용한다.

As Russian government signs the Kyoto Protocol on November 2004, it will go into effect on Feb. 16 2004. Under the Protocol, 38 industrialized countries are to reduce their combined emissions of six major greenhouse gases, including carbon dioxide and methane, to below 1990 levels during the 2008-2012 period. Korea ratified the Protocol in 2002 and is currently exempt from the reduction measures. It is expected, however, that Korea will be pressured to join the reduction scheme from 2013. Although the Kyoto Protocol is national-level agreement each country's urban governments are expected and have to play important role to make it successful one. It is more so for such mesa cities as Seoul which has experienced rapidly worsening environment recent years. Statistics shows that the annual average temperature in Seoul has increased by $1.5^{\circ}C$ for the last century, which is much higher than the national average. 'Heat Island' effect is not unusual any more in Seoul. This study reviews the key points of the Kyoto Protocol, urban warming phenomena in Seoul and its policy responses. In doing so, this study evaluates Tokyo case as a comparative one. It is found that Seoul needs to develop more concrete and feasible policy measures to get current efforts more effective.

In this technical report, we have examined the basic building blocks of mobile ad-hoc networks. The paper discusses various security requirements of ad-hoc networks, attacks in ad-hoc networks, Security Implementation and Routing Protocols. The primary purpose of the paper is to address the Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) protocol in detail, along with the various possible attacks. Finally, algorithms for securing OLSR are proposed, via the addition of digital signatures, as well as more advanced techniques such as cross checking of advertised routing control data with the node's geographical position. The main aim of this research work is the addition of security features to the existing OLSR protocol. In order to effectively design a secure routing protocol, we present a detailed literature survey of existing protocols, along with the various attacks. Based on the information gathered from the literature survey, a secure routing protocol for OLSR is proposed. The proposed secure routing protocol involves the addition of a digital signature as well as more advanced techniques such as the reuse of previous topology information to validate the actual link state. Thus, the main objective of this work is to provide secure routing and secure data transmission.

The main purpose of this methodological study was to develop an assessment tool and intervention protocol for child and family with childhood cancer at early diagnosis stage. The assessment tool and intervention protocol was developed by extensive literature review and consultation with experts. Review of nine domestic and sixty-six international journal articles were done to identify stress, interventions, coping strategies and adjustment of children with cancer and their family. Results were as follows; First, assessment at the early diagnosis stage need to include information on patient, family, and patient/family attitude toward diagnosis and treatment. Second, intervention protocol for children with cancer includes control physical symptoms, manage the side effects of chemotherapy and diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, control emotional responses, provide support and information, assist decision-making and adjust to environment. Third, intervention protocol for family includes controlling emotional responses, provision of informations, inducing family support to patient, improving family cohesion, supporting siblings and supporting spiritual growth. In conclusion, the early diagnosis stage in cancer treatment is important for child and family since this stage greatly affects the overall adjustment of child and family to live with cancer. Therefore, pediatric nurses need to be sensitive to the need of patient/family and systematically manage their needs at this stage.

The environmental problems such as global climate change, global waming, ozone depletion, environmental pollution have been caused by the rapid economic growth, increasing in use of fossil fuels for industrialization and scientific technology development. Especially human activities are significantly altering the atomosphere's composition and its radiative properties. To Stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system, the international community adopted the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1992 and Kyoto protocol in 1997. Also to protect ozone layer the international community adopted the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer in 1985, and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer in 1987. To achieve global environmental objectives, some multilateral environmental agreements includes trade regulation. For example, Montreal Protocol includes the provisions to regulate the world trade of the sudstances which might destroy ozone layer. However Kyoto Protocol has no provisions to regulate trade and is not in force yet. Although there is no trade regulation article in Kyoto Protocol, the international world trade will be influenced by limitation and reduction of CO2 and strengthening the CO2 emission standard for import good. For example Korean car industy agreed with EU to reduce CO2 emission from new passenger car and Korean Semiconductor industry agreed with WSC(World Semiconductor Council) to reduce PFCs in 1999.

모바일 환경에서 전자 지불 메카니즘이 구축되기 위채서는 안전성과 효율성을 갖춘 지불 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 기존의 PayWord 프로토콜은 판매자와 거래를 할 때마다 판매자의 인증서를 생성해야 하기 때문에 연산량이 빈번해진다. 본 논문에서는 유한체 $F_{q}$에서 타원곡선(Elliptic Cue Cryptosystem)을 이용한 ID 기반 3자간의 키 동의 프로토콜에 의해 생성된 세션키로써 개체간의 인증이 이루어지기 때문에 알고리즘 연산이 감소된다. 특히, ID 기반 공개키 암호 시스템을 적용하여 속도의 향상 및 위장 공격(Man-in-the-middle attacks)과 Forward secrecy에 안전하다.

Purpose: This protocol aims to improve the simplicity of the existing two-person cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) by focusing on chest compressions and artificial respiration, and classifying the roles within the scope that can be observed. Methods: In this study, the protocol was developed by forming an expert group consisting of a professor from the emergency and rescue department, a professor from the nursing department, and a first aid officer from the fire department. In addition, if the number of panels is 15 and the derived content validity ratio (CVR) value exceeds 0.49, a reference point that satisfies content validity at 95% reliability is presented. Results: All 11 performance items exceeded the CVR value of 0.49 to meet the reference point, and the CVR range of this protocol is 0.625 to 1.000. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of three-person CPR, verification of simulation models and continuous protocol revision should be conducted by individuals specializing in various fields.

최근 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달로 무선인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래 사용자가 폭발적으로 증가하고 유선에서 유/무선 통합 환경으로 변화함에 따라 보안상의 많은 문제점이 제시되고 있다. 현재 무선 전자상 거래에서 사용하는 WPP는 WAP의 무선과 유선을 연계하는 GW에서 보안 취약점이 있고 또 다른 AIP는 인중서 체인 이용으로 계산량이 많고 사용자의 신원이 노출되는 단점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 기존 AIP 프로토콜을 기반으로 하는 특수한 타원곡선인 Weil Pairing을 적용한 ID 기반 공개키 암호기법을 사용하여 거래정보의 기밀성을 보장하고 은닉전자서명 기법을 통한 인증서를 사용하여 프라이버시 보호와, 공개키와 사용자 인증 및 부인방지를 해결하였으며 또한 두 객체만 공유하는 세션키를 사용하여 종 단간 보안을 제공하는 특정 무선 플랫폼에 독립적이며 안전하고 효율적인 지불 프로토콜을 제안한다.
