  • 본 논문에서는, 인터넷 백본 네트워크상에서 악성의 네트워크 공격 트래픽을 고립시킴으로서 네트워크 인프라를 보호하기 위한 트래픽 제어 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 개별 플로우 또는 개별 패킷들에 기반을 둔 기존의 방법들과 달리 제안된 공격 탐지 및 제어 방법은 집합된 트래픽 수준에서 운영되므로 계산의 복잡성을 현저히 줄일 수 있으므로 네트워크 공격에 대한 전역 인프라 구축에 활용 가능하다. 실험 결과는 제안된 방법에 의한 트래픽 제어가 네트워크 공격이 이루어질 시 정상 트래픽과 네트워크 자원들을 적절히 보호할 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • In this work, we studied the characteristics of nitride films for the optimization of PMD(pro-metal dielectric) linear process, which can be applied to the recent semiconductor manufacturing process. We split the deposit condition of nitride films into four parts such as PO(protect overcoat) nitride, baseline, low hydrogen and high stress and low hydrogen, respectively. We tried to find out correlation between BPSG deposition and densification. In order to analyze the changes of Si-H and Si-NH-Si bonding density, we used FTIR area method. We also investigated the crack generation on wafer edge after BPSG densification, and the changes of nitride film stress as a function of RF power variation to judge whether the deposited films.

노화촉진생쥐(SAM)의 간에서 금속이온이 SOD의 활성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Metal Ions on Speroxide Dismutase of the Liver in Senescence-Accelerated Mouse(SAM))

  • This research employed a senescence-accelerated mouse(SAM) to explore the possibility that differences exits among the major antioxidants, superoxid dismutase(SOD), in terms of ability to protect such animal treated with Cu, Fe and Mn. To assess the antioxidants function of metal ions on SAM-R/1 and SAM-P/8 were administered with Cu, Fe and Mn orally. The effect of metal ions on SAM towards reversing oxygen sensitivity was determined as a bioassays of SOD in the mouse liver. The data show that the SOD activity was induced by each metal ions in both SAM-R/1 and SAM-P/8. It suggested that induced SOD by each metal ions may protect against oxidative mediated stress. Finally, overall data lead to the possibility of metal ions as an antioxidants or each metal ions act producer of oxygen radicals in the liver of SAM-R/1 and SAM-P/8.

제초제인 Paraquat가 SAM의 간조직에서 항산화효소의 활성 및 지질과산화에 미치는 영향 (Effects on Lipid Peroxidation and Antioxidants of Paraquat in the Liver of Senescence-Accelerated Mouse(SAM))

  • This research employed a senescence-accelerated mouse(SAM) to explore the possibility that differences exist among the major antioxidatns, lipid peroxidation in terms of ability to protect such animal treatment PQ, SAM-R/1 and SAM-P/8 were administered with PQ(200ppm/Kg) orally. The toxicity of PQ on SAM was determined as a bioassays of SOD, catalase and lipid peroxidation in the mouse liver. The data show that the SOD activity was induced by paraqwuat terement in both SAM-R/1 and SAM-P/8. The degree of lipid peroxidation was increased with PQ treatment. This means that SOD rather than catalase may protect against oxygen radical toxicity. Finally, over data lead to the toxicity of PQ and its function may efect to the antioxidants including SOD, catalase and lipid peroxidation in both SAM-R/1 and SAM-P/8 .

  • The mixing characteristics of pylon injection in a Scramjet combustor and effects of film cooling to protect pylon from air-heating. Three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations with $k-{\omega}$ SST turbulence model were used. Fuel hydrogen and air were considered as coolants. There were remarkable improvements of penetration and mixing rate with the pylon injection. There also over-heating on the front surface of pylon without film cooling. The coolant injected parallel to the front surface of the pylon protect the pylon from over-heating.

  • 광증감제로서 과황산 이온, 황산 이온, 질산 이온, 아질산 이온 및 염소 이온을 이용한 반응조건하에서 수용액중 벤젠의 광증감 산화반응을 조사하였다. 과황산 이온이 가장 효과적인 광증감제로 나타난 반면, 황산 이온 및 아질산이온은 벤젠의 광증감 산화반응에 증감역할을 수행하지 못하였다. 아질산 이온은 다른 이온과 공존할 때 생성된 ${\cdot}OH$라디칼을 소멸시켜 벤젠의 광증감 산화반응을 저해하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The discussion of intellectual property protection with TK, GR in WIPO begin Herbal medicines get a important basis in a development of modern new medicine. For the protection of intellectual property, we set up this study. For the protection of intellectual property with herbal medicines, We analyze as follows. First, we analyze the specific theory and character of traditional herbal medicines. Second, we analyze the existing system on protecting them in Korea.   • The hybrid thin-film (HTF) passivation layer composed of the UV curable acrylate layer and MS-31 (MgO:SiO2=3:1wt%) layer was adopted in organic light emitting diode (OLED) to protect organic light emitting materials from penetrations of oxygen and water vapors. The moisture resistance of the deposited HTF layer was measured by the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR). The results showed that the HTF layer possessed a very low WVTR value of lower than $0.007g/m^2$ per day at $37.8^{\circ}C$ and 100% RH. Therefore, the HTF on the OLED was found to be very effective in protect what from the penetrations of oxygen and moisture.

장수명 주택의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Activation of Long - life Housing)

  • In modern society, it is necessary to develop sustainable housing to protect environment. There should be a study on long life housing that satisfies living condition which residents require. Long life housing research is already activating in many developed countries. Although activation of long life housing is urgent, domestically, immaturity of technology development and law and system are barrier to progression of long life housing. Increase of early construction expenses is also problematic in activation of long life housing. The purpose of this research is to clarify a necessity of long life housing, to provide high quality of sustainable residence and to protect environment. This research also suggests a need of change from previous housing to long life housing. Moreover, it will look at related law and system of domestic long life housing and compare it to international law and system. From this comparison, it will point out a need of improvement and suggest appropriate long life housing system.

  • Metalworking fluids (MWFs) are fluids used during machining and grinding to prolong the lift of the tool, carry away debris, and protect the surfaces of work pieces. These fluids reduce friction between the cutting tool and the work surface. reduce wear and galling, protect surface characteristics, reduce surface adhesion or welding and carry away generated heat. Workers can be exposed to MWFs by inhaling aerosols (mists) and by skin contact with the fluid. Skin contact occurs by dipping the hands into the fluid, splashes, or handling workpieces coated with the fluids. The amount of mist generated (and the resulting level of exposure) depends on many factors. To reduce the environmental pollution wastes and the potential health risks associated with occupational exposures to MWFs, it is required to establish optimum MWFs supply method and condition with minimum quantity in all over the mechanical machining field including high-speed type heavy cutting process.
