Part 1에서 제안한 평가표를 이용하여 순수 골조로만 이루어진 철근콘크리트 건물과 골조와 전단벽이 혼합된 철근콘크리트 건물의 내진성능을 각각 평가하였다. 본 평가법은 효율적이며 비교적 간단하게 건물의 내진성능평가가 가능하며, 내진성능 평가점수를 토대로 어떤 특정 지진강도에 대한 건물의 구조손상정도를 평가할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있는 것이 큰 특징이다.

자동화기술 및 정보통신의 급속한 발전 등의 환경 변화에 따라 컴퓨터를 기반으로 하는 통합생산 시스템 구축의 필요성이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 통합생산(CIM)시스템을 구축하기 위한 제안 요구서에 따라 각 업체에서 제안한 업체별 구현방법을 효율적으로 평가하기 위하여 퍼지집합을 이용한 컴퓨터통합생산시스템의업체별 평가 방법을 제안한다.

Storage services integration can be done for achieving high availability, improving data access performance and scalability while preventing vendor lock-in. However, multiple services environment management and interoperability have become a critical issue as a result of service architectures and communication interfaces heterogeneity. Storage federation model provides the integration of multiple heterogeneous and self-sufficient storage systems with a single control point and automated decision making about data distribution. In order to integrate diverse heterogeneous storage services into a single storage pool, we are proposing a storage service federation framework named BoxBroker. Moreover, an automated decision model based on a policy-driven data distribution algorithm and a service evaluation method is proposed enabling BoxBroker to make optimal decisions. Finally, a demonstration of our proposal capabilities is presented and discussed.

The aim of this paper is to investigate how the public procurement policy exerts an effect upon the technology innovation of the firm and to make alternative proposals how to reinforce the effect. Although the pubic procurement process based on its monopsonic idiosyncrasy implies the means to lead the firms' supply function, the present system has contributed a little to accelerate the technology innovation. In fact, the system is lacking of the evaluation capability referring to the technological computer among the bidding films. So as to reinforce the function of technology innovation of the public procurement policy, it is necessary to improve the procurement institutions, in particular bidding and contract system. Finally, the paper propose, on the on hand, to enlarge the application range of the total bidding system in order to apply more strictly the technology evaluation standards on bidding, and on the other hand, to multiply the competitive proposal and the incentive contract type.

The present article has the purpose of evaluating subjective response of Won Buddhism sanctums by psychoacoustics experiment. Furthermore, basing on this experiment, the present article makes a suggestion of a physical sound-evaluating index. To achieve the purpose, I conducted an psychoacoustics experiment at 6 sanctuaries out of the representing 40 sanctuaries of Won Buddhism sanctums, which size is bigger than 1,000 m$^3$. I made a reanalysis with 3 Buddhist sanctums out of the subjects of psychoacoustics experiment which are generally rated superior. From the result, I can make each evaluation type into two types, sound clarity and space sense of sound. Also, I make various suggestions of physical parameter, with which I can evaluate the proper sound condition for Won Buddhism sanctums.

In order to point out the best utility of a product (or a service), marketers need to clearly understand and measure the preference of the consumers. Among numerous marketing analysis techniques, the conjoint analysis is one of the popular tools for market research. One of the issues with this tool is the lack of feedback for the respondents. This paper proposes personal stepwise conjoint analysis based on an interactive Web-questionnaire allowing respondents to receive a diagnosis of their evaluation and giving the possibility to reconsider their evaluation. To validate our proposal, experimentation with forty-two respondents is also demonstrated. Experimental results, potential modifications and improvements are detailed in this paper.

A sine with dwell test is well known as a test scenario for evaluation of performance of electronic stability control(ESC) on passenger vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles. However, when it comes to ESC for medium commercial vehicles, the test scenario has not been established yet. In this paper, the sine with dwell test was modified considering characteristics of medium commercial vehicles. The three main modifications of the original test scenario are the steering angle level, steering frequency, and loading condition of the vehicle. These modifications are derived from simulation study for different medium commercial vehicles. From simulation study, it was shown that the ESC system for medium commercial vehicle is objectively evaluated by the proposed test scenario. A clear improvement on vehicle stability was seen in the results when ESC system was used.

Since 'Act on Private Participation in Infrastructure' were changed in January 2005, BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) projects of Private Participation in Infrastructure was introduced in the domestic construction market for the purpose of providing public facilities with the public. Selecting the most qualified Promoter should be considered discreetly in BTL projects because BTL projects is for projects with approximately thirty year project life cycle, plan, construction, operating, maintenance and obviously the success of the project totally depends on the capability and role of Promoter. However, score for cost is likely to influence selecting Promoter to take the project. Accordingly, low bid contract with too much competition could decrease the quality of the construction plan and operating plan. Thus, this study did preliminary research and documents on problems of evaluation criteria for selecting Promoter in BTL projects, and proposed improvement factors by doing questionnaire over specialists of each field.

It is a serous subject for energy conservation to prevent the energy loss caused by the mixture of heated and cooled air jets in perimeter and interior zone of a building operated with tow kinds of air-conditioning system simultaneously. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the quantitative and qualitative mechanisms of mixing loss and to propose a evaluation method for it. By using the dynamic heat load calculation, heat extraction load of a typical office building in Busan are calculated. According to the results, numerical simulations based on CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) were performed in order to evaluate mixing loss in the physical size of HVAC system. Then, the distributions of air temperature and airflow patterns according to the differences of set-point temperature are analyzed to grasp relations how to influence mixing loss.

This paper introduces test plan and scenario sets proposed by CDG(CDMA Development Group)for wireless location determination technologies performance evaluation, and proposes new test criteria and scenario sets which are more suitable in Korea environment. We propose two scenario sets. One is based on wireless network coverage, and another is based on test types. We evaluate the performance of AGPS(Assisted-GPS) receiver designed by Hanyang Navicom Co., ltd. and analyze the results according to proposed test criteria and scenario sets.
