Nigeria Copyright Commission is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring adherence to the copyright law in Nigeria. However, it has been observed in the last decade that copyright right issue is still rampant in Nigeria. Therefore, this study analyzed cases that the Commission in involved in between years 2008 to 2018. The study adopted citation analysis. The study collected data from three selected law reports, which include Intellectual Property Law Reports, Nigerian Weekly Law Reports and Nigeria Law Intellectual Property Watch. It was found that Nigerian Law Intellectual Property Watch has the highest number of reports of cases involving Nigerian Copyright Commission while none was reported by Nigerian Weekly Law Reports. It was also found that most of the cases handled by the Commission were on copyright infringement. The study concludes that Nigerian Copyright Commission has been paying credible attention to issue that surrounds software infringement but there has been little attention paid to book piracy. Moreover, it was established that the poor attention given to book piracy may entrench the publication of pirated copy and would subsequently lead to poor library service provision at the long run.

CNT paste was fabricated by mixture of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) powder, organic vehicles and inorganic binder. Then firing process was performed at different temperature under air and $N_{2}$ atmosphere. It was found that emission property of CNT paste was changed by firing temperature and time due to interaction between remained resins and CNT powder. We obtained good emission property from CNT paste treated at $350^{\circ}C$ for 10 min.

With the introduction of China's new policies, the Chinese animation industry has gradually formed a sustainable industrial structure chain, and the output value of the animation market is also in a state of continuous growth. Since 2013, domestic animation has been developing from "lower age" to "ageing" and "adults". At the same time, with the popularization of China's pan-entertainment industry model, the multi-domain symbiosis of the Internet and mobile Internet has been realized, creating a fan economy of star IP (Intellectual Property), and promoting the linkage of various industries under the same IP. This paper mainly analyzes the development of the animation IP market in China's pan-entertainment mode in recent years, and analyzes the cross-media operation mode of the animation industry. At the same time, it studies the application of self-media in animation.

Improving the plant protection system against unforeseen changes/transients during operation is essential to maintain plant safety. Under this condition, it requires rapid and accurate signal processing. The use of an Intellectual Property (IP) core for floating point calculations for Safety Critical MMIS can make numerical computations easier and more precise, improving system accuracy. It can represent and manipulate rational numbers as well as a much broader range of values with dynamic range in nuclear power plant. Systems engineering approach (SE) is used through the development process, it helps to reduce complexity and avoid omissions and invalid assumptions as delivers a better understanding of the stakeholders needs. For the implementation on the FPGA target board, the 32-bit floating-point arithmetic with IEEE-754 standards has designed using Simulink model in Matlab for all operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and VHDL code generated.

Compared to general lighting method, the lighting system that uses optic fiber can provide only the visible light of good quality to subject by eliminating ultraviolet ray and infrared ray. Thanks to this merit, it is possible to prevent the hard phenomenon of subject caused by ultraviolet ray and infrared ray and to provide the agreeable light environment. This study developed indoors illumination system of high color rendering on the basis of plastic optic fiber with excellent optical property and processing to substitute halogen lamp which has been used for excellent color rendering in spite of low efficiency and short life. Producing pilot product of the designed illumination system and evaluating the property of electric and optical property, ultraviolet ray radiation quantity and temperature property, this study verified the excellence of suggested lighting system of plastic optic fiber.

This article is dedicated to present a cornerstone for a desirable legal structure in the area of the administration and utilization of the intellectual property rights of the university research results sponsored by the government, and, in the long run, contribute to the industrial development of our country. In order to achieve that purpose, this article reviews basic theories and current status of the intellectual property regime for the research results sponsored by the government, and presents some suggestions for a desirable legal institution, in particular, including that 'Intellectual Property Rights Administration Center', should be established, an exclusive institution for the systematic administration of the follow-ups of the research results with speciality.

The purpose of this study is to develop a cold rolling oil with lubricity and mill cleanness property under the rolling conditions of high reduction ratio and high rolling speed. Six kinds of oil samples were blended. Evaluation of lubricity and anti-seizuro property of the samples were carried out with a laboratory scale rolling mill, where the contact conditions between work roll and strip are very close to actual cold rolling mill. Laboratory evaluation for dispersion, contamination, anti-oil stain property and residual carbon, etc. were carried out with several testers such as longterm circulation tester, Coulter counter and Conradson tester. A new high speed cold rolling oil with good lubricity and mill cleanness property was developed compared with the previously developed rolling oil.

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, creative ideas are creating enormous value. This study conducted a case study on curriculum management plans aimed at protecting ideas and their results, recognizing the importance of intellectual property (IP), and cultivating basic knowledge about intellectual property. In particular, this study looked at ways to quickly learn related issues regarding new intellectual property rights related to computer software and artificial intelligence. In addition, research was conducted on ways to learn about efficient protection and utilization of inventions through actual examples. This study checked the importance and necessity of the interaction and communication between instructors and learners through the status of distance learning in domestic universities and a case study of distance learning of convergence subjects. We aim to continuously research effective class management methods and contribute to academic development through case studies of convergence subjects.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the status of intellectual property rights and developmental direction for brands of special rural products in Korea. The data was derived from 166 special rural products in Korea. The major results of this study were as follows: Enterprises having intellectual property rights above one were Traditional soybean sauce 18(56.2%), Hangwa 15(42.9%), Kimchi 18(43.9%), Traditional tea 20(80%) and Crafted products 10(31.3%), respectively. Enterprises acquiring designation and certification due to national and local autonomous entities over one were Traditional soybean sauce 17(56.7%), Hangwa 23(63.9%), Kimchi 33(80.4%), Traditional tea. 13(52%), and Crafted products 20 (62.5%), respectively. The trademark registration of special rural products was invested with total 62 cases(37.3%) as Traditional soybean sauce 14(43.7%), Hangwa 15(41.7%), Kimchi 17(41.5%), Traditional tea. 12(48%) and Crafted products 4(12.5%). And Patent registration 39 cases(23.5%), design registration 32 cases(14.5%), and utility model registration 5 cases (3.01%) were invested respectively. It was shown that, where the origin of brand names was a proper non 107 were things(53%), 39 were materials(19.3%), 17 were the production method(8.41 %) and 55 were a composite trademark(33.1%).

The purpose of this study is to develop a textile knowledge checklist and to analyze university students' textile recognition. After analyzing reliability, difficulty, and discrimination of questions, we developed a standardized tool to measure textile knowledge. The tool has 72 checklist questions, which can be divided into 4 parts: basic property, comfort, management, and finishing. The level of university students' textile knowledge was 68.91 %. The level of basic property was 75.56%, comfort 70.83%, management 64.5% and finishing 64.74%. The recognition of management and finishing was lower than that of basic property and comfort. There existed a significant difference in the textile knowledge by their gender, major, and school year. To elaborate, females, clothing and textile major students, and juniors and seniors showed higher level of textile knowledge. It seemed that comfort was more professional item than management in textile knowledge.
