Significant research efforts are ongoing to elucidate the complex molecular mechanisms underlying amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), which may in turn pinpoint potential therapeutic targets for treatment. The ALS research field has evolved with recent discoveries of numerous genetic mutations in ALS patients, many of which are in genes encoding RNA binding proteins (RBPs), including TDP-43, FUS, ATXN2, TAF15, EWSR1, hnRNPA1, hnRNPA2/B1, MATR3 and TIA1. Accumulating evidence from studies on these ALS-linked RBPs suggests that dysregulation of RNA metabolism, cytoplasmic mislocalization of RBPs, dysfunction in stress granule dynamics of RBPs and increased propensity of mutant RBPs to aggregate may lead to ALS pathogenesis. Here, we review current knowledge of the biological function of these RBPs and the contributions of ALS-linked mutations to disease pathogenesis.

This paper tries to find out the prevalence of the school violence among the elementary school children and explores variables to explain the violence based on the various victimization theories including the life style theory. One out of ten respondents reported that they had at least one experience of victimization. Bullying was found out to be the most frequent type of the school violence. The school violence experience are shown to have no statistical significant relationship with the life style of respondents, the family background, and the academic achievements, but to have relatively high correlation to delinquency propensity. This may indicate that both offender and victim of the school violence could be recruited from the same group.

인터넷의 보급과 동시에 데이터의 누적으로 생성된 수많은 빅 데이터의 활용을 통해 수 없이 많은 개인에 대한 분석과 추천이 가능해졌다. 그중 영화는 현대인의 문화로 자리 잡으며 수많은 데이터의 누적이 이루어 졌으며 계속해서 누적되어가고 있다. 이런 누적된 데이터를 통해서 개인에게 맞는 영화를 추천하는 협업필터링 시스템을 R을 통해 분석하고 Cold Start 문제를 개인화 요인으로서 보안하여 보다 신뢰성 높은 추천 시스템을 제안 한다.

The propose of this study is to recognize the present consuming trends of adolescents and to verify the most influential variables affecting on the conspicuous consumption of adolescents. The samples were selected from the first and second grade level among male and female high school students in Seoul and Inchon area. The 384 subjects were analyzed by the SPSS/WIN program. The major findings of this study is as follows. First, the general tendency for conspicuous consumption of adolescents showed a lower level of scores than the average. Second, The conspicuous consumption of adolescents showed a significant differences, according to the socio-demographic variables, the psychological variables, the educational level of the adolescents, and the environmental variables. Third, the most influential variables affecting on the conspicuous consumption of adolescents are the variables, such as friends, mass media, sex, mother’s educational level, and material-oriented tendency. The total explonation of these variables was 54.7%.

This study is a theoretical approach by literature about life style and housing life style. The purpose of this research is making an analysis model of housing life style which can be used as a conceptual framework in empirical study. the theme of‘Life style’was studied mainly in the area of consumerism and housing. Model was made to explore the sub-domain of new analysis model by the microsociological approach. As results, 1) Independent variable of housing life style research model must be selected to be possible of comparison in effect of objective and subjective variable and in effect of predictive function and well-being function of housing life style. 2) Sub-domain of housing life style must be consisted of value orientation of family life, consumption in house, consumer durables, furniture., and propensity to using space. 3) Conceptual model of housing life style must be tested in empirical study to know what is the housing adjustment behavior of individual family, to improve quality of housing life and to suggest housing policy for family as a consumer.

Food away from home consumption pattern difference among 20 different social strata has been observed in order to make judgement how much food away from home expenditure should be included in the 2 tiered poverty line. It was found that it was reasonable to include food away from home expenditure in the minimum living cost. And as social class rose expenditure amount and percentage of consumption compared to total food expenditure increased and income elasticity and margial propensity decreased. Percentage of consumption compared to total expenditure increased up to middle class however from 14/20 and up strata decreased as social strata rose. For 4 members city wage earner family suggested monthly poverty line is 16, 977 and suggested monthly relative poverty line is 60, 651.

In order to prevent fire and explosion due to the electrostatic discharge at the Gas Station etc. This result will be applied to standard in the future. Wearing the non-electrostatic removing wear, Charged voltage of human body is 3,980V(MIE is approximately 0.79mJ). There is a possibility of fire explosion because the MIE of LP gas is 0.25mJ. In accordance with using period(whasing times), Charged voltage is shown that propensity is increased. Electrostatic charge amount is upper standard($0.6{\mu}$C) of the hazard of electrostatic removing wear. There is a possibility of fire and explosion. Therefore, countermeasure and management are needed about gas station worker.

스마트 시대에 돌입함에 따라 사람들이 여가를 즐기는 방법은 다양해졌고 그 중에서 독서는 아직까지도 사랑받고 있는 여가 방법 중 하나이다. 그에 따라 수많은 문학도서가 출판되고 있으며 다양해 지고 있는 장르 중에서 소설의 출판량은 다른 타 장르에 비해 가히 압도적이다. 이러한 상황 속에서 사용자에게 적합한 소설을 추천하기란 어려운 일이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 개인 성향과 협업 필터링 방법을 이용하여 각각의 개인 성향에 적합한 소설을 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다.

This research reviews the characteristics of consumption oriented culture of post modern society and describes the food consumption culture based on the evaluative criteria pattern in eating in Ulsan Metropolitan City. The subjects consisted in 217 full-time housewives and 129 cooks. The evaluative criteria of eating scale with 4 components - the eating atmosphere factor, the preference factor, the quality factor and the table factor- is described and interpreted in the context of consumption oriented culture. 4 clusters were decided through cluster analysis; preference and quality pursuing type, high involvement type, consumerism culture pursuing type and low involvement type. Among socio-economic variables, the evaluative criteria pattern of eating was significantly associated with occupation. The results of factor analysis and cluster analysis proved that the full-time house wives and cooks in Ulsan Metropolitan city showed the propensity to consumption oriented culture in food consumption culture.
