These were possible area to develop to farm firm. There are 4 project areas to gain farm firm revenue in 18 project areas of glass greenhouse area, and 8 project areas to gain farm firm revenue in 12 project areas-vinyl greenhouse area. The rate of return of the fixed capital is higher in the vinyl greenhouse area than in the glass greenhouse area by type of greenhouse. There were cultivated tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc. in the greenhouse area. The investment efficiency of the fixed capital is higher in cucumber and pepper than in other vegetables. • This study aims to analyze the on-site improvement area of residential environment improvement project based on research results derived from the on-site and questionnaire survey in case of Daegu. The main findings are as follows. First, residents complain about delay of project completion because a long time has been passed after on-site improvement area was designated. Experts and government officials agree that a new method of development is required. Second, future development should discriminate on-site improvement area according to its level of project completion. The area should be classified into project completion areas and on-going area, and new methods, such as redevelopment, apartment-housing construction method, should be allowed. Third, for better management of on-site improvement area, laws and regulations must be ready and government's will for improvement is crucial.

  • This study extracted deforestation area and degraded forestland area, which are potential REDD+ (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation) project candidate areas in Paraguay using Land Cover Map (LCM) and Tree Cover Map (TCM). The REDD+ project objectives scenarios were set three stages: 'afforestation and economic efficiency scenario', 'local capacity reinforcement scenario', and 'Infrastructure-oriented scenario'. And then, we evaluated the project unit suitable area of the REDD+ project. All scenarios selected the evaluation factors for each scenario in addition to the area ratio factors for deforestation area and degraded forestland area and weighted values were extracted by assigning category scores. As a result of the three scenarios comparison analysis, Concepcion state score was the highest. Within Concepcion state, the Belon district had the highest score, making it appropriate as a project unit REDD+ project candidate area in Paraguay, while the San Carlos district had the lowest score. This study can be used as basic data for selecting REDD+ project candidate area in Paraguay, and it is expected to contribute sufficiently to REDD+ project if additional data or information of social, cultural and economic sectors are secured.

  • The subject of this study is capital area including Seoul and Incheon, and metropolitan area including Daejeon and Busan among urban redevelopment project district that are currently promoting urban redevelopment project. Data for analysis is implemented collected through visiting each households in project district. Resettlement decision characteristics are analyzed with considering householder's characteristic, house member's characteristic, residential space's characteristic, and area characteristic of families residing in urban redevelopment project area. Through researching characteristics and preferences of residents in project area by urban redevelopment business, improvement were found and implications were provided. Consequently, there are many factors to consider resettlement when deciding household's resettlement when deciding on household's resettlement after the redevelopment project depending on household's characteristics. So, political methods are needed to accomplish urban redevelopment project by resident's position through characteristic and preference survey of resident on project district. Therefore, the study can be utilized as basic data that considers characteristic of each households and region when establishing house policy in order to correspond to housing market that satisfies future consumer's demand.

  • The purpose of this paper is to find a visible project area for an average six year old Korean child in radiant enclosures having standing pose. The results using this method will be necessary to find effective radiation area, effective radiation area factor, form factor, and mean radiant temperature for an average six years old Korean child consists of 3012 triangles. The methods to find visible project area of an average six years old Korean at arbitrary view point will be presented. The visible project area for Korean child is needed for evaluating thermal comfort for six years old Korean child. The biggest visible project area of an average six years old Korean is $\textrm{cm}^2$$2.061.0\textrm{cm}^2$ at the view point of alfa 0.0 degree and beta 0.0 degree, and the smallest visible real area of an average six years old Korean is $567.1\textrm{cm}^2$ at the view point of alfa 15.0 degree and beta 90.0 degree.

  • This study is aimed at identifying the decision making criteria as B/C ratio, IRR and NPV based on the expected benefits and costs of the land utilization and promotion projects which have implemented to improve agricultural structure under WTO system. To carry out the objectives of the study, Sinseok project area located at Dangjin district, Chungnam province was selected. Sinseok project area has 306.2 ha of paddy area with 172 farm households. The project area will be operated by the 33 specialized farm households after completion of the project which will have 20 years of economic life. After completion of the project, farm size will be increased from 1.8ha to 9.3ha. Land intensity of the project area will be increased by 10%. Increase of land productivity and cost saving due to the labor saving technology as farm mechanization will be expected. According to the survey results, the annual amount of production cost savings per farm was estimated 3.884million won and increased total farm income was expected about 43.8million won per year. The total expexted project benefits was expected 174million won per year. The project costs to promote land utilization and structural change consisted of handling charges, and direct payment for land movility. The decision making criteria representing economic feasibility of the project such as B/C ratio, NPV and IRR were estimated 2.49, 483million won and 30% respectively when the cut-off rate was taken into account 10%. In conclusion, the land utilization and promotion project proppeled by the Korean Government under the agricultural land law is considered economically feasible from the view points of expected project benefits and costs. Accordingly the project have to be implemented more strongly under the G't financial support considering WTO and UR negociation which were aimed at achieving the free trade and improvement of international competitiveness of farm products.

  • Theme trail construction should be changed from existing form which connects line to line, or point to line. It should be developed into area form. The project of Trail construction must be converted in area form. The aggregate of the points which is a base element of walk is a line, and the harmonious connection of various line is the area. The close relationship with points and lines is important to operate the project of trail construction in area form effectively. Subject of the project of Theme trail construction of area form must become the village residents which are being contiguous in trail. They must operate management and about trail. The project of Trail construction of area form the plan making is established and if the subjects which, will operate and manage that place are decided upon according to theme must construct the trail of the wide area concept which connects the trail of that trail and neighborhood. If becomes like that local resident and the citizen will be able to coexist with mediation of Trail. If the project of Trail construction of village resident leading is propelled applying rural amenity resources in a way, the trail model which one phases advances could be presented for ecological, economical and cultural.

  • Tendency in ratio of biotope area of environmental impact assessment (EIA) according to population, location, project type, and total project area was analyzed by type of the projects. According to EIA, biotope area ratio is the ratio of the weighted biotope areas and total project area. biotope area is important to resident's health and quality of their life. Ministry of Environment recommends to meet the biotope area ratio standard presented by each project type. The analysis is based on 4 types of project, urban development, industrial comlpex deveopment, tourism development, and waste and sewerage treatment facility, and 55 data extracted from them. It is needed that new standard that the population is reflected, adjustment that region and frequency are considered, and regulation strengthening according to achievement of 'the minimum achievable goals' to improve biotope area policy. The research includes more data and improvements of specific system are needed as a further research.

However, between the effect of the project management area for systematic research was scarce. Through this study, previous research in the important area of project management is developed, and "scope, schedule, quality, human resources, risk" of each area of impact analysis and the interaction between the progress of each area, the planning, execution, completion Performance levels were analyzed separately. Affected and Performance Analysis of the results to assess the level of the project management model is presented.
