사설안내표지판은 공공디자인의 영역으로 시민들의 편의를 돕고 도시미관을 고려해야 하지만 제도화된 디자인 규정이 없는 행정적인 문제와 관리 주체들의 인식 부족으로 무질서한 난립을 초래하여 도시 미관을 해치고 정보 혼란을 야기하는 주요 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제로 서울시를 비롯한 각 지방 도시들은 사설안내표지판 디자인 관리지침을 만들어 개선사업을 진행하고 있으나 개선 후 안내표지판의 실질적인 디자인 만족도 검증의 연구가 부족한 실정이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사설안내표지판의 디자인 관리지침을 만들어 개선 사업을 실시한 대전시를 중심으로 개선 후 표지판의 시각요소, 정보전달, 도시 가로환경에 대한 디자인 만족도에 대해 조사하고 분석해보았다. 분석 결과 시각요소, 정보전달, 도시 가로환경의 모든 항목에서 개선 후 디자인의 만족도가 높게 나타나 긍정적인 평가를 받는 것으로 판단되며 사설안내표지판 디자인 만족도의 실증적 조사에 의의가 있다고 사료된다.

본 연구는 재정비촉진사업의 조합원을 대상으로 인구, 경제적, 주거환경, 정책적 특성을 고려하여 재정착 결정요인을 도출하고, 조합원 재정착을 제고하기 위해 정책적 시사점을 제언하였다. 연구의 방법은 조합원의 부동산보유기간을 조합설립인가를 기준으로 10년 이상과 10년 미만으로 구분하고, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 사용하여 각 그룹별 조합원 재정착 결정요인을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 부동산 보유기간 10년 이상인 조합원은 가구주 연령, 이웃과의 관계, 분양가격, 사업지역 내 거주, 부동산 가격상승에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 재정착 결정 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 부동산 보유기간 10년 미만인 조합원은 부동산 가격상승, 분양가격, 용적률 인센티브에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 재정착 결정 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 정책적 시사점은 부동산 보유기간에 따른 자산 가치 상승을 고려하고, 경제적 상황을 반영하여 맞춤형 금융지원을 해야 한다.

Project management information systems (PMIS) have been implemented to support cooperation among the participants of construction projects. Unlike other information systems used by members from an organization with similar culture and business environment, the PMIS are members from one-off fragmented project organization with diverse professional background. Successful operation is significantly affected by the tendencies of client's side and individual awareness of participants. In this regard, it is imperative to evaluate the success of the system based on the individual characteristics of PMIS users. Thus, this study proposes a method for determining the system success by analyzing the extent of the effects of system factors such as System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality and individual factors such as a user's IT application ability, Extrinsic Motivation to achieve User Satisfaction, and loyalty. Accordingly, a structural equation model (SEM), an effective tool to examine of the comprehensive structure of a causal relationship, is applied for analysis because the internal awareness of individuals is established as a variable.

In order to maintain the existence of a university in the era of infinite competition, it is actively promoting the establishment of a school dormitory, one of the welfare facilities, as a way to attract students who want to enter the university. In the past, university dormitories were built by the university and managed and operated on themselves, but recently, due to the poor financial situation of the university, university dormitories promoted BTL method that private construction company built dormitories and rented them for a certain period of time to manage and operate. J University has dormitories managed and operated by itself and dormitories managed and operated by entrusting the private sector. User satisfaction surveys are conducted on two dormitory facilities with different management and operation organizations, and the contents of the survey are compared and analyzed. This study is expected to be used as basic data when planning a dormitory remodeling project or a new dormitory establishment project in the future.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has been promoting the 'Fishing Village Specialization Capacity Enhancement Project' to pursue sustainable development of villages such as income generation by using local tangible and intangible resources led by local residents at the village level since 2013. For the fishing village-Specialization capacity enhancement project, six training sessions (mainly in the village unit) are selected by the public offering method, and the project (income generating business, village development project, etc.) is developed for the selected village residents. It has a process of establishing a village project plan (a preliminary plan for village development or a sixth preliminary industrialization plan) based on the training of experts 5 times, practice or excursion 1 time). In this study, four villages in Gangwon-do fishing villages (two coastal villages and two inland water villages) were surveyed on the perception and satisfaction of fishing village development projects before and after training. The survey analysis was conducted by dividing the analysis of resident capacity and satisfaction into personal, interpersonal, and social dimensions. The survey was conducted by distributing a survey before and after training, and a 1:1 survey was conducted according to the residents' cognitive status. Based on the survey, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and analysis using the corresponding sample t-test showed an increase of 0.02 for Yangyang Mulchi fishing village, 0.11 for Samcheok Jangho fishing village, and 0.36 for Hongcheon River fishing industry, but Yanggu Jinmok fishing industry was -0.29, unlike other regions. As a result of this analysis, it has been empirically proven that provision of training projects through resident participation is a very important factor for the success of the fishing village project. Therefore, rather than fostering local leaders, training and community activities to strengthen personal capacities of residents participating in the project, it is necessary to operate the software business with a focus.

Objectives It is important to maintain health for students. The School Health Law is enacted in Korea to carry out the school health project like Korean Medicine Doctor's student Health and Wellness program. The purpose of this study was to examine the student's satisfaction of the program. Methods The school project was conducted in 19 schools in Seongnam city from May 2016 to December 2016. This school program was consisted of health counseling, necessary treatment, health related lectures, and vocational education about Korean medicine. A satisfaction questionnaire was conducted to gather information about overall satisfaction of the program and the program details such as health counseling, treatment, and health lectures. Results A total of 1,713 students and faculty members participated and 164 of those students completed the satisfaction survey. The overall mean score for the teaching activities was $8.54{\pm}1.76$, satisfaction of health counseling was $8.57{\pm}1.74$, treatment satisfaction was $8.39{\pm}1.83$, satisfaction with the health lectures was $8.23{\pm}1.96$ (range 3~10), and the need for continuity of the program was $8.43{\pm}1.91$ (range 1~10). One of the main benefit from the program was that students were able to get necessary treatment as soon as possible (51.2%). Conclusions We found that Korean medicine is suitable for the program. However, the large-scale prospective study will be needed for validation of the findings.

PMIS (Project Management Information System) has been applied in the R4-PROJECT This construction project has been controlled and managed by PMIS for the whole process of project. Moreover, this PMIS is updated to the Self-regulation System for Quality and Safety Management which is integrated and developed from PMIS in R4-PROJECT. So, The Self-regulation System for Quality and Safety Management has been delivering effective communication and information distribution with various stakeholders related to project and also brought the achievement of efficient construction management. As the system is successfully utilize, the satisfaction of costumer request and the performance of no accident for 550 million hours could be attained.

The management systems of defense projects need to be well-maintained because of huge cost and long-terms of acquisition & operation in conducting defense acquisition. In this paper, we use a structural equation model(SEM) to develop an project management index(PMI) for effective defense project. The concept of a customer satisfaction index is used to assess the PMI for strategic improvement plans for various characteristics of project management. It is expected that our model can be used to evaluate and improve the project management capability of defense acquisition.

This study was conducted to investigate the motives and effects of artists and teachers who participated in the ' Explore Life through Art' support project for school education by theme of culture and arts. As a result of research analysis using online survey and in-depth interview research method, it was found that both intrinsic and extrinsic motives have a complex effect on artists and teachers' motivation to participate in the project. As for the effectiveness of participating in the project, the trust between artists and teachers and the contribution of education were positive, but the trust and satisfaction with the institution were negative. In order to increase the effectiveness of the project, it is required to improve the operation and management of the operating institution. Motivation and effectiveness of project participation are important factors in improving the quality of a project, and it is hoped that this study will serve as a basis for practical discussions on the role of operating institutions and projects.

애자일 개발방법론의 가치를 반영한 대표적인 관행으로 웹 2.0 협업도구를 이용한 의사소통, 테스트 주도 개발(TDD, Test-Driven Development)방법 채택, 리팩토링 등 3가지를 이전 연구에서 선정하였다. 본 연구에서는 테스트 주도개발을 채택한 오픈소스 프로젝트의 경우 프로젝트 사용자만족도가 높을 것이라는 가설을 설정해 연구하였다. 최대의 오픈소스 호스팅 사이트인 소스포지(sourceforge.net)에서 100개 프로젝트(개발자 7명이상, 발생 버그수 100개 이상, 2000년 이후 생성된 프로젝트)를 선정하고 CVS 및 SVN log분석을 통해 TDD의 자동화 개발툴인 xUnit의 이용여부를 확인하였다. FLOSSmole의 데이터를 이용해 해당 프로젝트의 사용자만족도를 평가하였다. 사용자만족도는 각 프로젝트의 Rating, 버그수정 주기, 다운로드수와 페이지뷰수 등 4가지이다. 이를 통해 TDD의 채택여부와 사용자만족도의 상관관계를 분석하여 기존의 오픈소스 개발방법론에서 애자일 관행을 반영한 프로젝트가 사용자만족도가 높음을 밝혀, 결과적으로 오픈소스 커뮤니티 성숙도를 높이는데 기여하고자 한다.
