프로그램 감정이란 컴퓨터 프로그램 및 이와 관련된 전자적 정보 등에 대하여 감정인의 전문적 지식과 기술을 활용, 비교 분석하여 복제 여부를 판단하는 소견을 말한다. 이는 고부가가치를 창출하는 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하기 위한 분야이며 특히 최근 소프트웨어 기술의 발달로 불법 복제가 용이해짐에 따라 소프트웨어 지적재산권에 대한분쟁 신청 사례가 계속 증가하고 있는 실정에서 반드시 제도적으로나 기술적으로 행해져야만 한다. 본 고에서는 이를 위해 현재 프로그램 감정의 현황과 문제점 그리고 이의 활성화 방안과 발전 방안에 대해 기술하고자 하며 이를 통해 고지식 산업의 부가 가치 창출의 저해 요소에 대한 분위기 조성과 문제점 제기를 행하고자 한다.

Application of system engineering should be realized on necessary condition being to propel National Defense R&D Program. But, these necessity is yet not realized easily to many project managers of Defense Acquisition Program Administration(DAPA). As one person of DAPA project manager, system engineering hard to approaches easily by the word itself. There are a lot of difficult sections where should apply how. This paper established DAPA Project Manager and Acquisition Point of Contact of demand Military by main customer (reader), and wished to make understood more easily and approach system engineering application to these. Also, this paper studied project management example that scientific project management techniques of Earned Value Management(EVM) and Cost As an Independent Variable(CAIV) etc. is taken abuzz in DAPA inside by Project management technique that become reform, arc Integrated in system engineering.

This paper deals with the improvement of doctrine, organization, and training for Weapon systems during the defense acquisition process. We analyze the combat development element such as doctrine, organization, and training which is working in the United States of America. then we apply the ideas to our proposal for the improvement of doctrine, organization, and training for weapon systems. IT 장비 및 기기의 확산과 전력 소비의 증가로 인한 환경문제가 점차 심각한 국제문제로 대두되기 시작하면서, IT 부문의 $CO_2$ 배출과 에너지 절감을 위해 그린 IT의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 그린 IT는 교육기관에서도 에너지 효율화 및 사교육비 절감 등의 효과를 발휘하기 위해 저탄소 녹색성장을 견인하는 녹색정보화 방향으로 추진되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육기관에서의 녹색정보화를 위해, 학교 구성원들인 교사 학생들이 지켜야 할 그린 IT 사용 지침 및 이를 지속적으로 실천할 수 있는 교육활동을 제안하였다.

The most important instrument to declare oneself publicly in cyberspace is to use a homepage or website. Nowadays most of Korean as well as overseas art museums have their own websites, through which they provide consumers with essential information and strive to declare themselves publicly in cyberspace. A homepage is composed of various components and the most crucial component is the interface. The objective of this paper is to present a proposal to help get a program for efficient website management and consumer satisfaction.

산업부산물을 활용한 고강도 경량 콘크리트 보의 역학적 거동 구명과 함께 경량 콘크리트 보의 이론식을 바탕으로 합리적인 전단강도식을 제안하였다. 보는 경량 골재를 사용한 고강도 경량 콘크리트 보(L) 8개와 일반 골재를 사용한 고강도콘크리트 보(H) 4개의 실험체를 제작하였다. 그리고 전단스팬비(a/b=1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5), 인장철근비(${\rho}$=0.57, 1.0, 1.59, 2.3%), 콘크리트의 압축강도(35.4, 65.3MPa)를 주요 변수로 설정하여 실험하였다. 이로부터 보에 대한 하중-처짐관계 및 변형률 분포, 파괴성상, 최대내력 등에 대하여 측정하였다. 또한 보의 전단강도식의 제안을 위하여 사인장 균열 강도와 극한전단강도로 세분화하여 기존 제안식과 규준식에 적용시켜 상호 비교 분석을 하였다. $V_{cr}$에 있어서는 a/b=2.5 이상에서는 ACI 규준식과 Zsutty제안식에서 감소하는 결과였지만, Mathey의 제안식에서는 약간의 상승 경향을 보였다. 또한, ${\rho},\;f_c$의 증가에 따라 $V_{cr,\exp}/V_{cr,cal}$은 과대평가의 경향이 나타났다. 한편, $V_{u, \exp}/V_{u,cal}$에서는 통계적인 방법으로 유도된 Zsutty의 제안식이 실험결과와의 일치성에서 좋은 결과를 보였다. 이 식으로부터 유도 수정된 전단강도에 대한 제안식은 $V_{cr},\;V_u$에서 합리적으로 예측할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안된 전단강도 식은 경량 콘크리트의 전단스팬비, 인장철근비, 콘크리트 압축강도의 변화에 따른 전단내력을 합리적으로 평가하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The major purpose of this study is to investigate the actual condition of elementary school, nursery school, social welfare facilities providing after-school child care programs and to suggest new after-school program which is focused on social and emotional development for children of dual-earner couples. The cases of current after-school programs in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, it was showed Hat elementary school' child care programs after school were designed for speciality-aptitude education during 3-4 hours. Second, nursery school's programs were showed to instruct children in homework and make up learning and were operating until late evening. But the nursery school fee is more expensive than the other facilities. Third, social welfare facilities have a variety of program than elementary school and nursery school. But the program still consist of homework, supplementary lessons, speciality education etc. These facilities have too much students, compared to the teachers

The standardization of the dental chart proposed to computerization of the dental hospital information. To objective standardization, we gathered the dental chart from four university hospital(seoul, yonsei, kyunghee, pusan) and held a conference with dental physicians. From gathered charts, we classified the common and non-common items. We proposed the standardization to choose the most of the common items and necessary non-common things. The proposed chart include those items and the new things which the dental physicians want. After this paper, we will hold a conference with more dental physicians about more data to make more useful proposal.

Purpose: This study aimed at curriculum development of master of science in nursing(MSN) and master of business administration(MBA) dual degree program. Method: This study performed a comprehensive review of 36 foreign MSN/MBA dual degree programs and 5 MBA programs in Korea, and analyzed philosophy, objectives, required credits to graduation, core subjects and electives, admission criteria of the programs. Results: The proposal of dual degree program consisted of 60 credits which are divided into 24 nursing credits and 36 business administration credits. Another program for graduate school of nursing are composed of 38 credits which includes consists of 14 nursing credits, 20 management credits, and 4 prerequisites. condusion: The curriculum that was proposed in this study will equip nurses to meet the challenges of future healthcare provision and will be a model to other areas of nursing practice and curriculum development.
