In this paper, we suggest an XML Development Support(XDS) System as a good developing tool to solve the problems that related with the database integration, increased to the developing terms and costs when the developing of XML programming base on the web server. XDS System is designed for the purpose of easily coding the XML program, of simply changing the programming structure and of completely maintaining the program environment. According to the predefined policy, XDS System provides necessary informations such as tables, columns, or relational keys from Database for developer. The developer step by step selects or sets what he needs. And XDS System creates an XML Tree with the result of selected information. The XML Tree includes all information of making an XML Schema and some XML Stylesheet. XDS System creates an XML Schema for all clients and creates many XML Stylesheets for each client using the XML Tree.

본 논문에서는 국가자격종합관리시스템 구축 및 운영의 효율성을 향상시키기 위하여 외부위탁 관리시스템과 연계한 실시간 자료공유 시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 현재까지 대부분의 국가자격 종합관리시스템은 IT 전문기업에 개발, 구현, 운영에 대한 전반적인 사항을 위탁으로 수행한 후, 처리 결과에 대한 정보를 인수받아 업무를 처리하였다. 이러한 처리방식은 전체적인 정보에 대한 재처리, 기능추가, 시스템 안정성 등에 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 제안된 실시간 자료공유 시스템의 성능평가를 위하여 기본적 시뮬레이션으로 파일럿시스템에서 제안 기술을 적용하여 검증 한 후 대한상공회의소 실시간 국가기술자격 시험에 적용한 결과 안정성이 입증되어 지방상공회의소까지 지속적으로 확대 적용할 계획이다. 국가자격종합관리 실시간 자료공유 시스템은 정보재처리와 부가기능 추가시 발생되는 개발기간에 대한 문제를 근본적으로 해결하였으며 안정적 시스템운영 상태와 최대 효율성을 보여주었다. 특히 국가자격시스템 내부관리자와 운영자에 대한 관리체계와 편리성에서 최상의 평가를 도출하였다.

건설공사가 대형화, 복잡화 그리고 전문화 되어감에 따라 공사의 정보도 양적으로 팽창하고, 질적으로도 고도 전문화되어 가고 있으므로, 공정관리를 보다 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 전산시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현재는 현장사무소에만 전산시스템을 도입하여 공정관리를 수행하고 있으며, 공정관리를 위한 데이터를 입력하고 확인하는 작업은 건설현장에서 현장사무소까지 직접 도보로 이동하여 처리하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 건설현장과 현장사무소를 이어주는 무선통신시스템을 구축하고, 건설현장에서 PDA를 이용하여 즉각적으로 본사의 데이터베이스에 공정데이터를 입력하고 확인할 수 있는 응용프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 기존의 건설현장에서 이루어지던 공정관리를 개선하여 인력, 장비, 시간, 비용 등을 절감할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

The Seoul-Metro is the first city railroad corporation to operate RIMS(Rolling-stock Information Maintenance System). The development of "RIMS Project" and trial running task were started from Mar 29, 2001. Finally, this project was completed successfully on Dec 31, 2005, as integrated systems including light or heavy maintenance works in Ji-Chuk and Chang-Dong Rolling-stock Offices. After that, from 2006 to Dec 31, 2007, we promoted a this new program to other four rolling-stock offices (Su-Seo, Gun-Ja, Sin-Jeong) and the headquarter. For the duration of trial running, we developed and applied new complementary program having made up for the weak points or defects. The series of new program which were newly developed and applied are comprised of an operation management, trouble management, wheel management, heavy maintenance table automatic creation programs and ordering prediction programs to purchase goods smoothly. The Seoul-Metro have registered these programs(RIMS) to Computer Program Protection Committee. We'd like to introduce a composition of program for enhancement of a city railroad Information Systems.

국내 산업 전반에 걸친 정보화 추세는 건설산업에도 예외가 될 수 없지만, 급속하게 전파되고 있는 인터넷의 활용을 통하여 효율적인 건설품질관리업무를 수행하고 있는 건설업체는 몇몇 대형건설업체에 불과하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 H건설의 품질정보관리시스템(QIMS)의 구축사례를 알아보고, 이러한 시스템의 활용을 통하여, 향후 건설품질경영시스템(CQMS)이 정착되고 발전되어서 국내건설산업 전체가 국제적으로 품질경쟁력을 인정받는 계기가 될 수 있는 기반을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is a part of a software program which was developed for efficient foodservice management of elementary school foodservice. The foodservice management system consists of general information, manu planning, inventory management, and printing of results. Advantages of software programs developed in this study, compared with previous elementary school foodservice programs are as follows. 1) This program can be used to foodservice and nutrition management at the same time. 2) The screen is designed as a homepage for convenience. 3) This program is useful in cycle menu planning. 4) Seasonal menu could be reflected in menu. 5) This program has the results printing function. 6) Data can be revisable. 7) This program can be used to middle and high school.

네트워크의 규모가 확장되면서, 다양한 네트워크 장비들로 구성되어 있는 복잡한 네트워크 관리를 위해 많은 비용이 소모되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 네트워크 구성 요소 및 서비스 관리를 위해 필요한 관리 프로그램의 개발비용 및 시간을 절감하기 위하여 능동적 관리 프로그램 생성 기능을 지원하는 네트워크 관리 시스템을 제안한다 제안한 시스템은 실시간 네트워크 관리를 위해 구성관리, 성능관리 및 장애관리의 기본구성요소와 이들 기본 구성요소를 통해 관리 대상이 되는 네트워크 구성요소들에 대한 정보 생성을 능동적으로 지원해주기 위한 능동적 관리 프로그램 생성기로 구성된다. 제안하는 시스템은 네트워크 구성 요소들에 대한 정보를 가지고 SNMP 매니저와 함께 네트워크 관리를 수행하게 되는데, 이때 필요한 네트워크 구성요소들에 대한 관리 프로그램 생성을 기존의 수작업에 의한 방법에서 능동적으로 생성해 준다. 우리는 제안하는 시스템을 실제 네트워크에 구축하여 운영함으로서 네트워크 객체에 대한 확장 또는 네트워크 관리 객체에 대한 관리 프로그램 생성 시개발 기간을 단축하는 효과와 개발비용 및 유지비용이 감소되는 것을 확인하였다.

Delay claim should actually be supported by a set of proper information so that the contractors could prove their validity. The so-called information should be able to clarify the relationship between delay events and how they impact on the whole project. Therefore, exploiting an integrated system by people who are involved in construction business would certainly prove helpful. In the present study, delay analysis methods have been investigated along with selecting a relatively comprehensive method which has been modified, and eventually, a novel model and its required modules have been proposed for evaluating delay claims. The suggested integrated model is formed to identify delayed events, to classify delays, to measure the impacts of delays on the project scheduling, and finally to estimate the damages which were caused by those so-called delays. A decision support system (DSS) model which is related to the integrated system is actually extracted from Iran's general contract conditions, that is, 4311 magazine (equivalent to red FIDIC book). It is then programmed and coded by C# program. This DSS model can be used as an input of Easy Plan program. In addition, at the end of this research, the coded DSS has been used along with the so-called program so that a modified and developed model could be generated.

The utilization of underground space has recently increased with the complication of road, the rise of the land price, and the development of green technology. Underground space ranges from classical excavations to subway, underground cities, and shopping malls where there are crowds of people. At this time, government has spent a lot of money in installing various types of safety facilities for preparations of increasing potential disasters. Therefore, an effective facility management system is required. In this paper, we propose an information retrieval process to effectively extract the facilities' information based on the ontology and spatial analysis in underground space. The ontology-based searching supports hierarchical and associated results as well as knowledge sharing with hierarchy concepts. The spatial analysis based searching has "Buffer" and "Near" functions to operate on a map without understanding any property of the facility information.

본 연구에서는 보건의료정보관리사 양성을 위한 대학에서 EMR 교육시스템을 활용하여 교육할 수 있는 실습모델을 연구하였다. 현재 보건의료정보관리사의 직무역량 강화를 위해 도입된 보건의료정보관리교육 평가·인증 기준에 보건의료정보관리를 위한 실습과정이 제시되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라서 보건의료 정보관리교육 평가·인증 편람에서 교육환경으로 제시한 실습프로그램을 EMR 교육시스템에서 실습할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성였다. 또한 프로그램별로 보건의료정보관리 현장실습지침서에 따라 수행할 수 있는 실습모델을 연구하였다. 보건의료정보관리 교육용 EMR시스템을 이용하여 마스터데이터관리, 환자 등록, 의사처방, 진료비 수납, 건강보험청구관리, 서식관리, 퇴원등록, 암등록, 미비기록관리, 보건의료데이터관리, 보건의료통계, 정보보호/보안관리에 대한 실습을 수행할 수 있도록 실습모델을 연구하였다. 대학에서 체계적이고 표준화된 보건의료정보관리 실습과정을 수행하여 보건의료정보관리 교육의 질적 수준을 높임으로써 보건의료정보관리 전문가로써 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 따라서 보건의료정보관리사의 실습교육을 통하여 의료데이터 분석을 기반으로 의료서비스를 개발하고 관리하는 보건의료 정보관리 전문가를 양성할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.
