머신러닝을 이용한 국내 수입 자동차 구매 해약 예측 모델 연구: H 수입차 딜러사 대상으로 (A Study on the Prediction Model for Imported Vehicle Purchase Cancellation Using Machine Learning: Case of H Imported Vehicle Dealers)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to implement a optimal machine learning model about the cancellation prediction performance in car sales business. It is to apply the data set of accumulated contract, cancellation, and sales information in sales support system(SFA) which is commonly used for sales, customers and inventory management by imported car dealers, to several machine learning models and predict performance of cancellation. Design/methodology/approach This study extracts 29,073 contracts, cancellations, and sales data from 2015 to 2020 accumulated in the sales support system(SFA) for imported car dealers and uses the analysis program Python Jupiter notebook in order to perform data pre-processing, verification, and modeling that is applying and learning to Machine learning model after then the final result was predicted using new data. Findings This study confirmed that cancellation prediction is possible by applying car purchase contract information to machine learning models. It proved the possibility of developing and utilizing a generalized predictive model by using data of imported car sales system with machine learning technology. It can reduce and prevent the sales failure as caring the potential lost customer intensively and it lead to increase sales revenue by predicting the cancellation possibility of individual customers.

병원정보시스템 품질이 사용자 만족과 서비스혁신 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Hospital Information System Quality on satisfaction of system users and Service Innovation Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 종합병원에서 병원정보시스템 품질요인이 사용자의 만족과 서비스혁신 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 간호사 250명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 5점 Likert 척도를 사용하여 병원정보시스템 품질, 사용자 만족, 서비스혁신 성과를 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, correlation Regression 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 서비스혁신 성과와 독립변수 간 상관계수는 시스템 품질(r=.644, p<.001), 정보품질(r=.650, p<.001), 서비스품질(r=.629), 사용자 만족(r=.831, p<.001) 으로 유의하였다. 병원정보시스템 품질과 서비스혁신성과에서 사용자 만족이 조절변수로 설명력은 78.4%로, 사용자 만족이 높을수록(B=.557, p<.001) 서비스혁신 성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 병원정보시스템의 구축에 있어 시스템 품질과 사용자 위주의 지원 및 서비스의 중요성을 바탕으로 실무적인 함의를 제시하였다.

선진화된 IEC 기술용어 표준화 구축절차 및 전산시스템 (Advanced Procedure and Computing System for Standardization of IEC Terminologies)

  • Through the correspondence works with international electrotechnical vocabulary(IEV) in the smart grid field and power information technology field, we analyzed cases for discussion of terms and definitions in the IEV and then proposed an advanced procedure and computing system for standardization of International Electronical Committee(IEC) terminologies. The standardization procedure consists of processes for existing terminology, new terminology and correspondent terminology which have different structures. An example of the standardization work of correspondent terminology is given. The standardization computing system are based on the process for terminology extraction, terminology verification and terminology management which could provide the Wikipedia type terminology search function. In order to prevent that there exist multiple terminologies in IEV, the database search system is needed to be developed. We proposed the 'IEV_Term_Search' program which is the database search system. Terminology standardization of different technical committees(TC) and completion of the IEV to promote cooperation between TC 1 and the TCs must be followed by revision and standardization using the standardization computing system.

Social Media Marketing and Business Performance of MSMEs During the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • This study aims to examine the role of social media marketing on the performance of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses a quantitative approach and the analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the sample in this study was MSMEs who use social media for marketing. The social media used are Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. The number of samples in this study was 254 MSMEs. Data collection used online questionnaires. The research findings show that the use of social media marketing is influenced by compatibility, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease-of-use. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media for marketing has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs, especially in increasing sales, customer relationships, productivity, and creativity. This means that the better the management of social media for marketing, the better the performance of MSMEs will be. The theoretical contribution to this research is built on the TAM and UTAUT theories and their impact on social media marketing on MSMEs in developing countries that are living through the COVID-19 pandemic.

구강보건의료기관 종사들의 유해화학물질 인식, 실천 및 물질안전보건자료 (MSDS) 관리에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Recognition and Practice of Hazardous Chemical Substance & the Management of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) among Workers in Dental Clinics)

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to provide fundamental data to prepare for countermeasure to protect health of workers in the dental clinics from hazardous chemical substance, and to assess effecting factors on management of Material Safety Date Sheet(MSDS) and handling of hazardous chemical substance among workers in dental clinics. Methods : This study was carried out a survey with structured self-administered questionnaire which was consisted of 7 questions about the management of MSDS, 9 questions about recognition and practice of hazardous chemical substances in dental clinics, and 7 questions about general characteristics. Total subjects of this study were 204 adult who workers in dental clinics located in Busan and Gyeng-nam province area. The collected data were analysed using the SPSS statistical package program (ver. 23.0). Results : The factor that positively affected factor on recognition and practice of hazardous chemical substances in dental clinics has experience that has been institutional health-care accreditation. The factor that positively affected the management of MSDS has experience that has been institutional health-care accreditation. Conclusion : It is necessary to prepare countermeasures such as campaign and education on cognition of general chemical substances, and also the author concern that it should be perform the education on handling of hazardous chemical substances in dental clinics for more effecting management of MSDS. In order to improve the management of MSDS and improve the awareness and safety of chemicals, it is necessary to encourage the implementation of the institutional health-care accreditation system or prepare guidelines for the management of MSDS.

기동헬기 측면항법 알고리즘 구현 및 검증 (Implementation and Verification of Lateral Navigation Algorithm for Korean Utility Helicopter)

  • 본 논문은 비행제어 비행체 관리 시스템 대신 한국형 기동헬기 임무컴퓨터의 비행운용 프로그램에서 구현한 측면 항법 알고리즘 설계 및 검증에 대하여 기술하였다. 구현된 측면항법 기능은 비행제어 시스템으로 롤 명령을 보내고 롤 명령 값은 임무컴퓨터의 제어 알고리즘에서 계산한다. 임무컴퓨터에서 제어 알고리즘 계산 시 항공기의 자세 및 위치에 대한 측정값을 이용한다. 이 입력 값들을 이용하여 임무컴퓨터에 탑재된 비행운용 프로그램은(선택한 비행계획 등)항법 요구를 롤 명령으로 자동조종으로 보낸다. 체계통합리그에서의 통합시험, 지상 및 비행시험을 통해 측면 항법 알고리즘을 검증하였다.

BLE 기능을 갖는 일체형 LED 등명기 제어시스템 (Self-contained LED lantern Control system with BLE functions)

  • 독립된 해상 지역에서 운용되는 LED 등명기는 태양광전력공급시스템을 주로 이용하고 있으며, 이는 등명기의 관리 및 유지비용을 크게 높이는 원인으로 알려져 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 일체형 LED 등명기에 대한 기술 연구 및 실증이 최근 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 논문은 LED 등명기의 효과적인 관리를 위해, BLE 기능을 갖는 일체형 LED 등명기 제어시스템을 제안한다. 일체형 LED 등명기의 상태정보 프로토콜을 확장하여 제어 프로그램 구조를 설계한 후 그를 관리자가 쉽게 파악할 수 있는 형태로 구현한다. 구현된 제어시스템은 일체형 LED 등명기의 상태 및 제어 데이터를 시각화함으로써 관리자의 신속한 의사결정을 가능하게 한다. 또한 등명기의 전력사용을 최소화하면서 상태정보를 송수신하고 등질을 변경할 수 있다.

고객만족도 설문 분석 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis System of Customer Satisfaction Survey)

  • 기업이나 기관들의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질을 향상 시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 우리나라에는 고객 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 고객만족도를 효율적으로 평가할 수 있는 설문분석시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 서비스 품질요인별로 측정요인을 설정하고 이를 통한 체계적인 설문 조사가 가능하도록 구성되어 있다. 특히, 스코어링 시스템을 도입하여 서비스 및 단위서비스에 대한 품질 수준을 정량적으로 평가하고, 개선해야할 요소의 우선순위를 제공하여 효율적인 관리가 가능하다. 또한 모바일과 온라인 시스템으로 설문작업이 이루어지므로 실시간으로 데이터를 분석할 수 있으며 언어별로 설문지를 작성할 수 있도록 하여 외국인도 사용 가능하다. 실제 체험학습 프로그램에 참여한 학생들 대상으로 만족도 설문분석을 적용한 사례를 제시하여 본 시스템의 유효성을 입증한다.

Development of an Analysis Program of Type I Polyketide Synthase Gene Clusters Using Homology Search and Profile Hidden Markov Model

  • MAPSI(Management and Analysis for Polyketide Synthase Type I) has been developed to offer computational analysis methods to detect type I PKS(polyketide synthase) gene clusters in genome sequences. MAPSI provides a genome analysis component, which detects PKS gene clusters by identifying domains in proteins of a genome. MAPSI also contains databases on polyketides and genome annotation data, as well as analytic components such as new PKS assembly and domain analysis. The polyketide data and analysis component are accessible through Web interfaces and are displayed with diverse information. MAPSI, which was developed to aid researchers studying type I polyketides, provides diverse components to access and analyze polyketide information and should become a very powerful computational tool for polyketide research. The system can be extended through further studies of factors related to the biological activities of polyketides.

A Bio-database Management System for the Monitoring and Automatic FTP of Public Databases

  • Many bioinformatics sites have managed local bio-databases, including major databases such as GenBank and PIR with update load. We have developed several programs to monitor the update status of these databases and to FTP them automatically. These programs can be used for maintaining local bio-databases as recent versions and providing up-to-date databases through FTP sites. Currently, the program serves major bio-databases and will extend to accommodate many more bio-databases.
