연구목적: 본 연구는 커뮤니티맵핑 어플리케이션을 통한 초 중생 안전역량 제고를 위한 교육 프로그램 제안을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연구를 위해 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 커뮤니티맵핑 어플리케이션을 개발, 활용하여 초 중생 약 425명이 참여한 후 설문조사를 통해 안전역량 변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 커뮤니티맵핑 활동을 통해 초 중생의 실제 생활주변 위험요소를 도출할 수 있었고 활동 전 후 설문조사를 통해 참가자의 안전역량이 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 참여형 맵핑 툴과 유사한 기능을 포함하며 사용자의 편의성, 접근성, 확장성이 있는 커뮤니티맵핑 어플리케이션의 개발을 통해 어린이 안전교육의 하나의 콘텐츠로 활용하여 등록된 정보를 활용하고 초 중생의 안전역량 제고를 기대한다.

공장 생산설비 자동화 분야는 다양한 기반기술을 응용하는 분야이다. 중소기업의 입장에서 보면, 공장 생산설비 자동화분야와 관련된 많은 애로 사항이 있다. 본 연구에서는 공장 생산설비 자동화 인력의 효율적인 양성을 위하여 자동화 관련분야의 세부과제들을 현장중심으로 도출하여 현장적응력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육모형을 제시하고 제작하였다.

This paper studies regarding the problems of transmitting disease through food and its prevention in terms of current problematic food poisoning and the transfer of bacterial disease while providing lunch for school children. As the problems of school lunch program, the number of food poisoning and of the transfer of bacterial disease is highly increasing because of the shortcomings of systematic safety management toward food and of the lack of meal supplier's awareness about sanitation.For the prevention the following suggestions are provided:1. It is necessary to shift from the system of meal supply for nutrition to that of meal supply for health. 2. A system that offers a responsibility for nutrition to that of meal supply to a person in charge of hygienist, or a cook, including the a nutritionist, is needed. 3. It is necessary to gain the help from the department of sanitation in city or country for the sanitation guidance and inspection of school meal supply, not to totally rely on the local ministry of education. 4. A manager or employees related to school/group meal supply need to get education constantly on sanitation and public information. 5. For the long term, a systematic sanitary management needs to be accomplished by introducing HACCP system.

Purpose: This study explored a plan for improving the overall preventive activity of Korean Citizen-Corps-Active-in-Disaster (CAIND). Methods: The study used the documentary survey and the technical approach methods. This way, detailed information regarding civil anti-disaster organizations was found in scholarly monographs, specialty publications, and master's/doctoral dissertations. It further utilized the statistical yearbooks between 2015 and 2018 from the Korean Ministry of Public Administration, Security, and Fire Service, and the National Statistical Office, to discover practical problems through a statistical analysis. Volunteer activities being inherent, related issues were reviewed at the same time to for purposes of clarifying the characteristics of disaster prevention activity by CAIND. Results: The study provided four major suggestions for improvement. First, the quota management system of Korean CAIND considering the characteristics of rural areas should be supplemented. Second, the education and training systems of Korean CAIND should be established to satisfy regional conditions. Third, management members' readership competency in operating organizations, including that of the Korean CAIND captain in charge, should be strengthened. Fourth, the reward system for Korean CAIND activities should be improved. Conclusion: In the future, the results of this study are expected to be utilized as a basic data to develop Korean CAIND.

본 연구는 학교도서관의 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 자유학기제 독서동아리와 연계 프로그램을 중심으로 운영에 관한 사례를 분석하는 데 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 블렌디드 기반의 학교도서관 운영에 대한 연구모형을 설계하였으며, 자유학기제 연계 프로그램의 참여자를 대상으로 학교도서관 독서동아리 활동에 대해 사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 연구모형의 관련변인에 대한 안정성, 일관성 및 예측가능성 신뢰도 검증의 모든 영역에서 신뢰수준을 만족하였다. 둘째, 블렌디드 활동과 진로탐색 및 진로설계 활동의 상관관계분석에서 유의한 관계가 검증되었다. 셋째, 블렌디드 러닝의 활동과 진로탐색 및 진로설계 활동 영역에서 비대면 활동에 유의한 정적인 영향이 나타나, 자유학기제 독서동아리 연계 프로그램은 비대면 활동에서 긍정적인 효과가 높은 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 학교도서관 독서동아리 지원의 지자체 연계 프로그램을 제시하고, 학교도서관의 블렌디드 러닝에 관한 운영을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 산림 건강치유, 요가, 휘트니스 등 총 세 가지의 건강관리 서비스 산업 비교를 중심으로 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾고, 그로인한 어느 요인이 각 서비스 산업에서 고객만족에 많은 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 분석하여 검정하고자 하였다. 이에 기존의 SERVQUAL 척도를 중심으로 분석된 연구들과 또한 고객만족에 관한 측정지표 등을 사용하여 분석된 연구들을 바탕으로 프로그램, 물리적 환경, 직원의 서비스 지향성 등 3개의 요인을 도출하여 각 서비스 산업별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 산림 건강치유에서는 물리적 환경이, 요가에서는 프로그램이, 휘트니스에서는 직원의 서비스 지향성이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 각 건강관리 서비스 산업은 고객들의 라이프스타일과 트렌드에 최우선적으로 역점을 두고 운영이 되어야 하며, 그에 따른 특성화 서비스를 제공해야 할 것으로 보여진다. 물론, 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해선 현대화된 운동장비와 차별화된 프로그램, 쾌적하고 고급화된 시설 마련은 기본이 되어야 한다. 더불어 현 시점은 건강과 운동에 대한 고객들의 관심이 양적 추구에서 질적 추구로 바뀌어가고 있다는 것도 직시해야 한다. 그 의미는 운동을 단순히 신체적 가치나 정서적 가치 추구에만 머물지 않고 교제나 유대를 위한 사회적 가치 추구에까지 미치도록 서비스를 변화시켜야 한다는 것이다. 이를 위해선 고객들 간의 유대관계를 위한 부가적인 프로그램 도입과 친근한 분위기, 적절한 동선체계도 함께 강구해야 할 필요성을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop risk assessment techniques and institutional analysis of domestic and international, the management techniques that can efficiently manage the harmful factor of the laboratory and to present the institutional measures that can be efficiently implemented. Due to a variety of adverse factors of laboratory, accidents of laboratory of various forms have occurred, but there is no risk assessment system in order to manage this effectively. So, we investigated this domestic existing risk assessment methods and the outside of the risk assessment system, and also analyzed accidents of domestic laboratory that occurred in 2014. In addition, we targeted the 24 laboratories in 21 universities to investigate the management of harmful factors of the laboratory and performed applying test for 12 domestic laboratories. Existing risk evaluation system, such as PMS, SMS, off-site impact assessment, since the industrial site is the subject, is a difficult problem to be directly applied to the laboratory of the research institute. So, we implemented management status and harmful factors survey and classified the research and development activities based on this data. Finally we developed "pre-hazards risk analysis method" to create each of the safety management measures. In addition, research activities personnel conducted voluntarily risk assessment, which is shared by institutions and government. It is presented the institutional system for safety management of laboratory. Its result, pre-hazards risk analysis method and institutionalization scheme will be able to achieve laboratory accident prevention system.

디지털 기술의 등장과 발전으로 기업은 디지털 기술을 공급-수요 사슬에 도입하여 관리하는 것이 필수적이 되었다. 그러나 이와 관련하여 여러 어려움, 그 중에서도 특히 디지털 공급-수요 사슬을 체계적으로 평가하는 어려움이 또한 늘고 있다. 그 이유는 산업계와 학계에 걸쳐 전반적으로 사용되는 표준화된 평가기준이 아직 부족하기 때문이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 사용자의 경험을 하나의 평가기준으로 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 세 개의 다른 포커스 그룹을 통해 데이터를 얻어 질적 분석 기법으로 연구하였다. 포커스 그룹 참여자들은 넷플릭스를 공급-수요 사슬의 예로 삼아 넷플릭스에 대한 사용 경험을 자유롭게 이야기 하였다. 넷플릭스는 디지털 콘텐츠, 즉 제품을 직접 소비자에게 전달하기 때문에 소비자의 일반적인 경험, 이 회사의 추천시스템에 대한 경험, 그리고 이와 관련된 정보 보안에 대한 인식이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 것들이 기존 고객의 만족도를 높이는 것은 물론, 새로운 고객의 유치에도 결정적인 역할을 할 수 있기 때문이다. 디지털 공급-수요 사슬에 대한 사용자의 일반적인 경험은 기업의 평가 척도에 중요하다. 또한 이러한 추천시스템과 이와 관련된 정보 보안은 디지털 공급-수요 사슬의 일부이다. 따라서 이에 대한 사용자의 경험과 인식을 측정하는 것은 디지털 공급-수요 사슬을 평가하는 데에 중요한 척도가 될 것이다.

Organizations design and operate business process models to achieve their goals efficiently and systematically. With the advancement of IT technology, the number of items that computer systems can participate in and the process becomes huge and complicated. This phenomenon created a more complex and subdivide flow of business process.The process instances that contain workcase and events are larger and have more data. This is an essential resource for process mining and is used directly in model discovery, analysis, and improvement of processes. This event log is getting bigger and broader, which leads to problems such as capacity management and I / O load in management of existing row level program or management through a relational database. In this paper, as the event log becomes big data, we have found the problem of management limit based on the existing original file or relational database. Design and apply schemes to archive and analyze large event logs through Hadoop, an open source distributed file system, and HBase, a NoSQL database system.

Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. The second, the manager of hotels should develop the various training program for the extonsive ability of employee. The third, in order to improvement of human resource management, manager should establish the system for human resource management view of efficiency and employee's interrelationship.
